Recently went to Pazzo! for the first time and we all loved everything we ordered. The ricotta truffle bread was out of this world!!! As was the rigatoni pasta. My mom and grandma really enjoyed their cheesecake for dessert as well. Great ambience, and our server was very attentive!

Food was good staff bottomless and there was no cutlery on the table 10 dollars extra for chiken in the freddo pasta!

Tracy is the best! Sit at the bar. Best Italian food in Naples.

Just had the most amazing and delicious dinner in Florida since I've been coming. This place offers several mouth watering options. We had 2 orders of the garlic bread, sooooo freaking good. Seriously ! Everything I tasted was seasoned to perfection, not bland at all!! I had the apple pie sobortini to accompany my Freddo! Pasta. Even though I didn't like the drink all that much, they did not skim out on the liquor. I was trying something new and should have went with the Can't E Lope one instead. For my Freddo! Pasta I asked for extra sauce, added peas & prosciutto, and the bone in chicken (well done), extra spicy. Chef exceeded all expectations! Staff was attentive and catered to our every need. My company had the homemade butternut squash ravioli, homemade rigatoni pasta, and the meatballs. All 3 very delicious choices as well! Pasta fresh and cooked to perfection. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. We stumbled upon this place walking in downtown naples and I DO NOT regret entering their doors!!! Keep up the fantastic work!.

Full Disclosure: We didn't eat here (and had never dined here) because the hostess refused to seat us, with no explanation other than claiming that the restaurant does not accept walk-ins until 7:00pm. While nowhere on their website does it reveal that ridiculous policy, there was no reason not to seat us when a quick count revealed a minimum of ten (yes, 10!) empty tables that I could see. We arrived at 6:35pm by my watch. In what world would ten tables of 4, in the off-season, be filled in 25 minutes??? We weren't intoxicated, or poorly dressed, so we fail to understand why we weren't seated. It was condescending at best, ridiculous and insulting at worst. Needless to say, this establishment will never get our business in my lifetime, and I will do everything I can to steer people away from Pazzo.

Excellent food choices- Salmon and also the Parpadelle, excellent apps- Cesar salad and meatballs. Excellent service - Fairly priced- ONE COMPLAINT_ Please do not ask about special occasion on your reservation - such as birthday anniversary, etc,- then NOT offer one free desert or BDAY/ ANNIV- cake slice- SOO CHEAP! You just leave a card on the table? Every other restaurant offers one free Special Occasion Desert- NOT GOOD Publicity!!

Pazzo Italian Cuisine is a must-try in Naples, Florida. Though we live in Orlando, we make it a point to visit Naples at least once a year, and Pazzo is always on our itinerary for a beautiful fine dining experience. I wish there was more outdoor seating, but the service and food are top-notch. The photos perfectly capture the deliciousness of the cuisine.

Great Italian food. The veal Parm was excellent. The meatballs are just like my mom's.

Nice Italian restaurant in downtown Naples.

We ate at Pazzo after seeing their special two course menu. We were not disappointed! The portions were generous and the food was delicious. We really enjoyed the Sicilian meatballs and the Caesar salad. Both the grouper and the salmon were very tasty. I highly recommend Pazzo Cucina Italiano.

Would highly recommend this great Italian food. Travel Italy from Venice, Verona Milan, Rome all the way to Sicily this was five star Italian food. Excellent service if you’re lucky to get Hannah, you’ll have the best. Atmosphere romantic, authentic Italian style in old Naples⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Great ambiance, excellent food and service. The meatballs were very good-now I know why everyone was getting their own instead of sharing like us!

Hubs picked this spot, and we had a very good experience overall. We started with garlic bread, which was not great. Hubs liked it, but I didn't care for it - it was sort of an odd texture. I would not be in favor of ordering it again. But thankfully, the salad and our main courses were very good! I ordered the chicken parmesan and it was so, so good! The portion size was generous, so I had enough to take home for later. Hubs had lasagna and was happy with his choice. We shared a bottle of wine and thought they had a decent selection of choices.

Unfortunately have to completely change my review of this place from the first time we came here last year. We are out of towners that made a point to come here based on how good it was last year, but it didn’t live up to our memory. All the meat was stale tasting and dry, my fiance felt sick for 6 hours after and when the quality of his meatballs was flagged to the manager they took 10% off just his entree - a generous $2 discount. Decent option for ease for a large group, but not a meal you walk away from satisfied.

From the moment you walk in you know you chose the right spot to dine. Pleasant aroma with a great vibe inside. Came in on a Saturday night and found 2 seats open at the bar. Tracy the bartender greeted us with a pleasant smile and a “ Welcome to Pazzo’s “ as she handed us the menus followed by “ What can I get you to drink ? “ .She than asked if we dined here before and suggested a few appetizers that were a must try as well as a few popular dinner options. Per Tracy’s recommendation we ordered the garlic bread and meatballs as appetizers. WOW!! Both were Outstanding!! Best Meatballs I have ever had in Florida hands down. They do it right with the veal , pork and beef. The sauce was outstanding as well. Garlic bread best I ever had as well. Oven baked, crispy and seasoned perfectly. Tortoloni and Linguine with clams were enjoyed by us both. Very tasty. Tracy made us fabulous cocktails as well. We will be back. A big thank you to Tracy and the entire staff at Pazzo’s for a wonderful evening. If you want great food and service in Naples this is your place.

I’ve been to Pazzo’s several times however, after my visit this evening I won’t be returning any time soon. The restaurant was not busy and yet our service was terrible. Out meals were average at best but didn’t match the prices.

This restaurant is excellent if you are into authentic Italian. Our server was excellent, which only enhanced the experience. We will be returning. Not on the menu, but recommended by our server was a grouper picata....outstanding.

The new Grouper menu item is delicious. Tracy is the #1 barkeep in Naples for a reason. Well, actually 100 reasons. Unfortunately, Victor bought a horse and cowboy boots and is moving to Texas. Stop in and bid him farewell and enjoy 10% off your entire bill (except on the new early dining menu). Spectacular dinner at the bar with Tracy and Victor the bartenders. It’s interesting to note that they seem to know everyone at the bar, that tells me that the “local regulars” choose Pazzo night after night. The reason they choose Pazzo, besides the great service, is the quality of the food and the way it’s prepared. On this particular night I had the pork chop and it was amazing (pretty sure it wasn’t kosher). There are many good choices of restaurants on 5th Avenue, but Pazzo is a great choice.

Sat outside along the sidewalk for dinner - best table to people watch on a Saturday evening. Bread plate to start was perfect, mains of veal/sausage/pasta combo, and tagliatelle with braised beef was spot on.

My family and I went here during our trip to Florida, and the food was phenomenal. I ordered the lobster bucatini, which is a pasta dish that will never be topped by any other restaurant. However, the service wasn’t as good as the food. We waited for around 25 minutes just to get our order heard, and we came at around 5:30 when it wasn’t very busy. Once finally got to order, our meals came and the appetizer, fried calamari, didn’t even come to our table. A woman came up to us claiming she was the manager and apologized for the inconvenience, and said “dessert was on the house”. Once we ordered the dessert, she only accounted for one dessert. We were very disappointed by the service and the fact that dessert wasn’t fully on the house.

Nothing short of perfection. Billy and Chris were wonderful. I will request their service next time. This is a restaurant you can close your eyes while looking at the menu and point. Anything your finger lands on will be fantastic

First time eating at this restaurant. Everything seems fine, busy. We ordered our dinners and they arrived (a little late) after our salads. The salads were ok the dinners were not very good. No meat in the lasagna, cheese did not taste very good. The Alfredo dinner was good (one out of five). We complained about the lasagna and were given two more which we took home. I went to eat one of the lasagna's the next day and thought it wasn't much better than the day before. The cheese was chewier than normal and I almost swallowed it but I thought twice about it and pulled out a whole finger of a glove in the lasagna. Pictures below. I tried to call the owner but he never returned the call. So I'm posting on Google and hopefully he will make the changes required to fix Pazzo's. I would definitely not eat there again.

We arrived at 6:45PM for a confirmed dinner reservation at 7:15PM on a Tuesday night. We were not sat until 7:45PM. I ordered a pork chop which was so spicy hot that I could not eat it and the menu description had no identifying features that this was going to be hot. Also, the lasagna ordered was supposed to be in a meat sauce and had no meat; it was all cheese and tasted sub par. We waited another one hour and 15 minutes before our entrees arrived to the table after our order. I would not recommend this restaurant nor return to it.

Reservation for 730 PM got seated approximately 752 PM received food approximately 915PM. The waiter Jose was fantastic. The restaurant was extremely crowded and the kitchen was obviously overwhelmed or shortstaffed. The manager never came by to check on us although Jose did constantly, but there was little he could do about it. Jose offered the table one free desert at the end, but the other couple of my party were extremely upset. I was also extremely upset and so we asked for the manager, and when she came by, she listened to our grievances and give us all a free desert which was a good recovery, but in the end the food was average in my opinion, and the overall experience with the tables, all jammed in next to each other left no privacy. The noise level was unbelievable too and I think it was just too many tables jammed into a small space. I will not return.

Had a lovely dinner for seven here. Our first visit, and it did not disappoint. Table was ready when we arrived, atmosphere was fun and vibrant. Our server was.very attentive to our needs and was so good at explaining the specials. The lobster ravioli with shrimp was outstanding.

Food was good, our server was great. However took 30 mins to be seated after our reservation time… why make a reservation.

We were lucky to get a reservation for Valentine’s Day and had a relaxing dinner. The food was great!

My husband had had their house special many times (veal chop parmesan) and it is awesome- can almost feed 2 people! (Or 1 hungry Italian) Also tried many other dishes, all fabulous with a great red wine selection, excellent servers, bartenders and ambiance- would strongly recommend!

Wonderful outdoor presence on 5th Avenue. Italian food done right. Highly recommend the Homemade Rigatoni which had braised beef with a slightly spicy sauce. It was really a winner.

We have eaten at Pazzo for years. We always eat the garlic bread, Caesar salad and Branzino with shrimp and lobster. Yesterday, the garlic bread had a nice taste but the bread was hard. We shared a Caesar salad which was a nice size but we didn't like the taste of the dressing. The seafood entree was a nice portion but way too much sauce. The Branzino was tasty but the shrimp was very bland and you really couldn't find the lobster in the little shells. In fact, one shell had no lobster just the shell. We traded out the potatoes for a vegetable with an up-charge of $2.50. That made the price of the Branzino $60.50. We knew the price of the entree would be high but the up-charge is ridiculous. Plus, the restaurant is taking the Branzino off the menu as of today. We won't be coming back to Pazzo. The food was excellent when we ate there before. Yesterday, it was just fair.

Visiting my wife’s sister and brother in law in Naples, Florida. Wonderful ambience and service. Food was amazing I had veal piccata; my wife had the same dish with chicken. We also had garlic bread, which was to die for, and I had a Caesar salad. E wetting was delicious If you are down in the Naples area, you can’t do much better than Pazzos

Great authentic Italian food. Husband and I had the veal piccata and it was tender and delicious. Our son had the salmon and he said it was great ,not overcooked. Atmosphere was perfectly Italian and cozy. Garlic bread was to die for. Service was great. I would highly recommend it.

My husband, parents, and I had a wonderful dinner at Pazzo! Pretty much from pulling up the menu online we were sold at the sight of “warm bread” at the top of the menu. Say no more. Jenna, our server, was fabulous. She was extremely knowledgeable about the whole menu and she was also really fun to chat with! We all loved our entrees — we ordered the Rigatoni, Freddo with shrimp, Chicken Parm, and Pisane. All were fantastic and we would order them all again. The atmosphere was chic, and we had such a wonderful time dining here. We’ll definitely be back!

Christmas Dinner with family...was a great culinary experience. Thank you for a great experience. Definitely try their seasonal specials. Wine selection is good and they have a gorgeous bar. Cozy decor and seating. Great for date or family gatherings.

Great dinner and reasonably price

Everything we have ever had at Pazzo is delicious. The four of us had the three course pre fixe menu and everything was plentiful.

Excellent service from Jonathan- lasagna was great. A bit noisy but all in all, a great spot to dine.

The restaurant was busy , yet they made us feel special. The food and the service excellent. The tables felt a bit too close together. We were a table if two and next to us was a table if four, a little too close

Lots to choose from on this street, (5th in Naples FL) overall this was decent. The food was - overall - very good. I loved the garlic bread, at the suggestion of the server. That was excellent; the Caesar salad was bland and unimpressive, and the pasta (basically a spaghetti and meatball and sausage combo) was delicious as well, but not at the level of the garlic bread. The service on the other hand was poor. My primary server seemed very hospitable and engaging, but I didn't see very much of her. The others who serviced the table were less impressive; I had finished the salad and the empty plate was in front of me. This server ignored the empty plate, and instead placed the entree at another seat. Self service I guess??? (I was alone). My beverage was never refilled, and basically I was ignored the entire time (until such time my primary server re-appeared, then that changed the tenor of the encounter a lot). Overall, the service was sketchy enough to diminish the otherwise favorable encounter. So: Food was great, service poor, and atmosphere very good.

Not quite Cucina Italiana… the white truffle appetizer was ok though; everything else was regrettable or edible at best..

Richard was on point and very attentive . Gave great recommendations and did not disappoint. Chicken Parm was awesome as advertised and the warm chocolate cake w/ Strawberry Ice cream was unforgettable. Again ask for Rich, you won’t regret.

Lovely comfortable restaurant, spacious and elegant. We had a very good server and the food was delicious. It was extremely busy so you definitely need to make a reservation. The chicken parmigiana was superb.

It was a wonderful dining experience. The Chicken Parmesean is prepared with Ricotta cheese for an added creaminess. The cheesecake was DELICIOUS. The Prosecco was sparkling and delicious. The service was EXCELLENT!!! We will definitely be back.😇

We had the very best experience 10-30-23 our server was exceptional. FOOD entrees were both out of this world crazy delicious. Great wine choices and yummy deserts!! We will be back even for full price in season - it was that IMPRESSIONABLE- keep up the EXCELLENT WORK!! U are the only game in town on 5th Ave in my opinion !!

I am giving 3 stars to Pazzo only for bad service. They as corporate, are known for 2 weeks training for every person who works front house. What happened that night was a joke. Inexperienced Chantel, told us we have to order everything in the same time, and when we asked why we can not order appetizers first, she responded “ ok, today i am in a good mood so we can do it😳 we ordered nice bottle wine and we requested decanter, she said” better not, because its huge”😳 on the table we’re already 2 glasses for wine, one with red lipstick another with pink.. she spilled the wine because she doesn’t know how to pour from decanter and she left a white napkin and told us we can wipe the decanter every time we pour in glasses. Wait?? Isn’t that your job? Only with 2 tables in her section ( because the other were empty) never poured wine, no refills on water, even told us to keep our silverware( dirty from butternut squash ravioli) for next course😳 and other things like circles the amount before 40% off -3 times. Great food btw as always!!!

We dropped in to check out Pazzo. We had reservations and we were greeted and seated right away. The service was friendly, full of recommendations, and responsive. We tried several dishes including the Branzino, veal marsala and veal chop. All the food was delicious and well prepared. We'll be back.

The food was incredible. It was very loud when the place was full so we sat outside.

3 couples went for dinner. Drinks, salads and a selection of cured meats for appetizers. All very good. 1 salmon, 2 veal piccata, 1 handmade rigatoni, 1 chicken parm and 1 other pasta dish. Everyone raved over their food. Service was excellent. The 40% offer was in effect. Highly recommend.

We’ve gone to Pazzo or years. Vitello Del Petre is our favorite dish. The veal was half the portion and the sausage was pebble size. Not good.

Pazzo the other night hit the spot! We started with the some bread and eggplant caponata it was delicious! My entree was just spectacular! I had the bronzino it came with some bits of lobster tail witch was such a pleasant surprise. Now the gelato!!! Uhhh it was incredible all the different flavors… I’m still thinking about the pistachio!! My last but not lease favorite part about this place was the huge comfy pink couch… if it’s open ask for it! I felt like a princess!

Tristin was an amazing young waiter. This was our first time here. We heard since new management took over it is amazing. And they were correct. From the cocktails to the desserts. We took advantage of their 40% off your entire bill in October just to try it out. Needless to say we will be back in the future.

The food is amazing...we had two of fish entrees and their apps are always good. They made my birthday celebration extra special with a lovely and delish dessert.

This restaurant was a bit disappointing. It was packed as they were offering a 40% off everything. We must have waited 20-25 minutes after our reservation for a table. We had Branzino and some pasta dishes. I ordered the Veal Chop which was originally $ 79.00 ! but discounted for the evening. It was full of a dark sauce and frankly if you are paying $ 79 for a veal chop you want a steak house quality chop. So overall disappointing. We went to the Chophouse the night before and that was really good. They own both restaurants so I have no Idea why the difference. Bad night perhaps !

Excellent dinner!! We were six people and everyone ordered something different and each person was happy!! I had two appetizers instead of an entire. I had the veal meatballs which are huge and delicious as well as the squash ravioli which were also excellent. For the summer ALL food and drink is 40% off which is a great incentive to go now!!

Nice dinner. The service was excellent. Good ambience. They are having their 40% off menu prices until October. We had the grouper and the Branzino, nice portions. The bread with the fresh ricotta white truffle bread was the star of the meal. Drinks were solid.

Fruit fly and termite were our guest for the evening, the termite decided that’s heading it’s wings on our table would be the perfect place while the fruit fly thought that buzzing around us the entire time would probably be just what we were needing. The food was excellent, unfortunately the prices were high and so the place was fairly empty as a result. I ordered the scampi all’s Scampi dish which was amazing however it did come on a chipped plate which I was supposed to eat with a dirty fork. Sigh…

Went with adult family last night. We make a point of going every year for our annual trip. The restaurant is rebuilt and as gorgeous as ever. Our server Patty was super fun. And the food! I had been dreaming about the bolognese, which was delish! We also had the veal piccata, spicy seafood tagliatelle, and butternut squash ravioli. Another night to remember fondly. As always, we'll be back.

This dinner for four was terrible. We sat out doors. One slow waiter for the entire outside. Pazzo has the smallest drink glasses in Naples. Rip off on drinks. Waiter delivered wrong entre which took 20 minutes to correct. It was delivered when everyone else was finished. Terrible dinner; I won't go back.

Great service nice buzz to the place. We kicked off with meat balls which shared with some garlic bread all delicious. I had the Piccata easy to eat maybe a bit rich but that’s me. Wife a Chicken parm which was throughly enjoyed. Definitely return as many items on the menu look attractive.

Naples is one of my favourite destinations in Florida. Pazzo is a top choice in Naples. The food is simply delicious and the service well suited to the atmosphere. We were delighted to be back. Choose what you want/like. You will not be disappointed.

Cool vibes in this eclectic, upscale Italian restaurant. Our server was AMAZING! I think his name was Johnathan. Our table of 7 highly recommends this place. The parpadelle with boar bolognese was absolutely delicious. The chicken parmigiana was delicious and it was so tender our friend cut it with a fork. Impressive. The breads were tasty. The drinks were excellent (Manhattan, prosecco, Primativo red wine, and dry martinis) and not too pricey. Everyone was happy.
