Staying at the nearby RV Park and wanted to sample the local eating spots. Called ahead to order at what's supposed to be the highest rated pizza place in town and the recording says they are permanently closed.

Pizza crust was very thin and the center was soggy, while the edges were dry and hard. The sauce was okay, but nowhere near enough.

Best pizza we have had since moving to Florida. We are pizza snobs from Connecticut and we know good pizza. This is good pizza!!!

Excellent, excellent pizza! Just moved to Marianna. Me and my family always try new pizza spots. Nice and thinner NY style, good tasting sauce, garlicky. Really enjoyed and we will definitely be going back since we live here now. Nice, clean eat in area as well.

The pizza was OK. The crust was thin, and the whole thing was on the spicy side. I also ordered cheesy bread sticks, which were quite tasty. I would order those again; the pizza, not so much!

Best pie I have had in a long time. Worth the drive from gulf county. My wife had the vegetarian I had pepperoni with black olives and mushrooms. Delicious!! Sat in the truck after placing order and they brought them to me. Wasn't expecting that but was appreciated. Will be returning.

Best place especially when its river days or just a chill day

The customer service was great and the pizza was even better! ***** all the way around. This was our first time eating here. The lady at the front counter was as nice as could be. The owner came out and spoke with us and he was very friendly. The restaurant was clean and so was the restroom. This is a small family owned type business which I will always support! Give this place a try you won't regret it!

While exploring the area, we went here for lunch and the pizza (veggie) was phenomenal. Small sitting area and very casual.

Went here, first off, thanks to the lady taking the orders. She went way beyond on customer service for my family, have 4 kids and she ensured not only they were entertained during our stay but was very interactive. As for the food, excellent. So when it comes to eating here, we will definitely be coming back.

Pizza was very crispy loved it!!!! It was a lot like genuine NY Pizza!! Bravo!!! PS don’t get a salad or calzone. I think they are bought made and they weren’t good at all. But The Pizza is Awesome!

I ordered a veggie pizza that I had a hard pressed time to find the veggies and it was awful light on the sauce and cheese and it tasted like it was reheated.

The place was clean. Service was exceptionally quick. Wheelchair accessible. Wonderful prices. The pizza was wonderful. But my friend from Jersey said it needed more spice in the sauce. Other than that he ate it all. So it was good to him too.

We really enjoyed this place! We tried the Philly cheesecake pizza, calzone, breadsticks, garlic knots, and cheese pizza. The only complaint was the cheese pizza wasn't very cheesy. Could mostly see tomato sauce with a light cheese topping. My kids didn't enjoy their pizza as much as we did ours. When we go back I guess I need to order with extra cheese. The Philly pizza was excellent and had more cheese on it than the cheese pizza. Breadsticks and garlic knots were great! Enjoyed by all! Service was very friendly!!! We will definitely go back, but just order more cheese for cheese pizza. Their sauce also tastes amazing!

Such amazing pizza!! The sauce, meat, veggies, and cheese are perfectly balanced, and I love the thin crust. Okay so that was 2 months ago. Tonight the pizza tasted like it was microwaved. Even when the pizza cools down it shouldn't be hard to eat. Plus the chicken bacon ranch was very salty. Not sure what's going on but tonight's pizza was definitely not the norm compared to other times. At least I hope not. I'm very disappointed.

Best Mom and Pops pizzeria place!!!!

This is an odd review: The young girl who greets you at the front counter is neither polite nor knowledgeable and seems to have chosen the wrong job. At 12:00pm we were told there were only 2 slices left and it would take 20 minutes if we wanted or needed additional slices 😳… I figured, we’ll I’ll get the 2 slices for the wife and I’ll get an Italian Sub. Italian pizzeria must have a great Italian Sub? Nope… not offered. Some other types of subs but not the traditional go to Italian Sub. So I figured I’d try the antipasto salad. That turned out to be a mistake. Pre cut with a small amount of meat and lots and lots and lots of lettuce… And topped off with dressing in a squeeze bag. When I asked the aforementioned young lady if maybe they had oil & vinegar (I didn’t say balsamic, I promise ) somewhere around, she stared at me with a puzzled look and walked off. So… by and large, everything about this place falls woefully short except just one thing: the pizza ! Surprisingly, the pizza was really, really good ! I hold myself out to be a minor authority on pizza having grown up working in my grandfathers pharmacy in the heart of Little Italy in New York City… The Mrs. also considers herself a pizza aficionado and was more then quite pleased with the pizza. So, by all means go here. Just be patient with the young lady and enjoy the pizza !!!

While driving through Marianna and we stopped at Fat John’s Pizza and the food was great. Customer service was also good. Dinning area was clean and plenty of parking. I would recommend Fat John’s pizza.

The pizza was wonderful!!! It was huge too! The staff was friendly and helpful. However there are two things I need to mention. Drinks are canned or bottled. And there us very limited parking. I think next time I will order ahead so I can double park and run in. The pizza is worth it! They also have subs, wings and salads!

If we're getting pizza, this is where we go. The wings, salads, and garlic knots are amazing as well. The service is always great, too. No complaints...ever.

Great pizza! The only issue I had at the time was no pepperoni when we were there. How do you not have pepperoni? It's a necessity for a pizza place! Still good though overall.

Pizza was good but wings not so great. Boom boom flavor was a disaster. Tasted like nothing... I usually love places like this one but this was just okay.

It's good pizza, but it's way too expensive. I just make my own pizza at home and its way better and cheaper. That being said, this place beats the hell out of any chain.

Delicious pizza! We had calzones and cheese sticks and it was spectacular!!! We randomly stumbled across this perfect pizza passing through town and next time we drive by we will be back! And the employees were so kind and helpful! We couldn’t have asked for a better dinner!

Way better than anyone else in town alway fresh and cooked amazing has great costumer service everyone is always so friendly it's a 10/10 and I 1000% recommend this to everyone Edit: one of the servers if funny she need to stand on a chair to wipe the table lol

They have freaking amazing pizza. We stopped by on our way through town, and we found a gem! They were low on dine-in supplies, but were more than accommodating and nice. 12/10 Would definitely eat here again.
