I'm from Cali and since moving to Michigan I realize exactly how coffee is supposed to taste! Bigby has it down!

Do not waste your time going to this one. It’s just as bad as going to the subway in Walmart. They won’t take your coupons even though they’re good. She wants to specify that it has to be a warm coffee when I had no problem with Wixom and Brighton taking the same coupon for two dollars, then she wants to tell me how to do my DoorDash and that it’s been there for 20 minutes. Do not go here because also I worked at Becker and cottage in and they wanted me to help them with their trivia night they’re very rude and very disrespectful. Go somewhere else.

I have used this Biggby Coffee location for group meetings, meeting up with friends, and even having them bring coffee to our local elementary school for the teachers. Friendly staff, great atmosphere, and a variety of drinks that fit everyone.

The baristas were extremely nice and even laughed at my fiancés horrible dad joke when he ordered a chai latte! The drinks were perfect!

I got Cappacino! And it was Good! And it did the Job!

Had my first sandwich there. It was so good. Honey bacon on a chibota bun. So good

Always enjoy Biggby coffee (which actually tastes like coffee ... unlike the mermaid's stuff 🧜‍♂️ ). Plus it's a Michigan company.

Food is great, wasn't fond of me and my coworkers being told it was "annoying" and "a waste of time and money" for us to ask for water (even though we always purchased food and drinks?). :'(

My kid loves Biggby. This particular day, he ordered a bragel, and the employee almost told me that we couldn't have one because she looked at the toaster and thought it was off. We came in 1.5 hours before close.... regardless, the employees were kind and helpful

My favorite place to get coffee. Love the frozen honey cinnamon vanilla. Some locations need to add more cinnamon though!

If I see one I go. They are not near me. Always good.

Bigby coffee is 1 billion times better than Starbucks. Bigby has the best coffee. You can tell them how much Expresso and flavoring you want. The best Bigby is in New Hudson. Friendly staff and Wonderful Coffee

Delish mocha latte with great new friend

Love it here! Staff is very friendly and most know my order (which is a big plus) it shows that they really enjoy getting to know people.. sometimes there is a little bit of wait in drive thru or inside but it's Worth it! I enjoy the friendly people and food and drinks!

The young man Barista here at Bigby was so helpful! I love cold brew coffee but.necer had Bigby's and he did a lot of recommendations with h flavor. I thoroughly enjoyed it! Thank you!

This location SLAPS!!!!! Every time I order from there it is EXACTLY what I asked for! They are quick to get it done and are always super friendly! Some of the baristas actually know my order by heart and I love it so much! Best biggby I've ever been to!

The staff couldn't be any nicer at this location. Add to that the excellent Biggby lattes, freezes, cold foam brews, and quick service, and there's not reason not to frequent this Biggby. Enjoy!

Ordered a 20 oz caramel marvel for my wife, I was waiting near the area to get the coffee. Watched the barista misplace the shots so only one filled up and the second shot went down the drain. Instead of remaking it she just put the single shot in the cup, and handed it the the other girl that was making the frothed milk. She looked into the cup and said "is that two shots?" The the first girl said yes... And then handed me the coffee. I said what I witnessed I got a refund. Never going to that location again.

The owners and staff are always friendly and I always feel welcome when I walk in. I've been going to this location for years and not once has my order been wrong.

Love this particular locations. Staff is extremely friendly and have lots if regulars that are greeted by name. Sweet foam mocha cold brew a favorite of mine.

Great people, great coffee, great service; I rarely have even the slightest issue with my orders. Before Covid I would often sit inside to drink my coffee, and the place was always clean and tidy. I haven't tried many of the food items, but everything I have tried so far has pretty good.

This is the superior Biggby in the area, I go out of my way to drive to this one instead of a closer location. The staff here is excellent! They are always well stocked with seasonal drink options & they’re prepared with the utmost care. Makes spending a few extra bucks on coffee worth it!

Excellent Staff! I needed coffee for a Ribbon Cutting and had to pick it up an hour early. I called and asked if they could handle me coming earlier (in the middle of their morning rush). The staff was able to get my order ready for pick up before I got to the store!!!

The guy who made my coffee was super sweet and conversational, was so warm and inviting, and gave me advice on places to see/stop on my road trip up to a friend's wedding. He even suggested two things to make my latte better, and I took him up on it. Wasn't wrong! Really great customer service and AMAZING coffee. :) thanks you guys!

I am a healthcare worker and for the second time in my life I went to Biggby the last time was 10 years ago in another state and I went to the one in New Hudson Michigan in the morning on Saturday morning at 7:30 and let me tell you when I say the owner was amazing she was very polite she explain the drinks to me and she also works with me to let me use my gift cards. I got a vanilla bean latte with an extra shot of espresso and it was amazing one of the best coffees I've had in a long time thank you so much Biggby and I appreciate you guys and I appreciate the owner!!!!! Thank you

Decent seating, not too many comfy or cozy options. Clean bathrooms and typical menu options. Their flavors always seem endless, so make sure to try something new or creative. Staff was fast.

OMG I love coffee so much! Every Big B I go to has amazing outstanding people working there! I always feel very welcomed. You can never go wrong with the large mocha mocha with an extra shot!
