Great service. Great food and price. Best marina sauce around!

It was my first ordering pizza from here and it was delicious and I loved the fire oven that they use it looked so cool and can’t wait to come back and get some more pizza and try some of the other things on the menu

Omg!! This people are on another level. The Garlic knots they were out of this world 🤤and Pizza Rustica really good too. Drinks good good. Service was amazing, attentive and pretty fast. Prices very affordable. First time visiting and definitely not the last, I have many more things to try from the menu. 😋

Vegetable pizza was soggy. Was charged gratuity on a party of 5.. just my immediate family! Won't be back.

My office and I eat here very often, and the server we get is Kat, and she is great. Very helpful regarding the menu, and very attentive for service. Always like eating here.

The AC is ice cold inside, the pizza is NYC style (thin crust) and we got extra cheese and the supreme which is pepperoni, mushrooms, green peppers. Yummy and fun to eat. It was plenty of food.

This was our first visit on a Friday night. It is very limited seating inside and just a few tables outside. They are next door to a bar, which is also part of the restaurant but separate entrances so it’s a little confusing. They have a fairly extensive menu of Italian entrees. We went classic with pizza, Stromboli and garlic knots. The sauce was very good you can tell it is house made. I would like a little more toppings on the pizza to make it a little less doughy. I left a lot of my crust to the side. The grandkids loved the garlic knots. We would order again but most likely to go.

The pizza is the best I’ve found in Florida so far! The service is always excellent, especially with Ashley. You may order from Arabella’s next door and have it served to you at the pizzeria. Restroom is clean. Everything on the menu has been very good, including side salads. Pricing is just right.

Great dinner! We got a white pizza, lasagna, and a calzone. Good service and really great food. We will be back!

Ngl I ordered a Italia pizza and one of the slices had a piece of paper baked with the pizza! LMFAOOOO idk I should’ve been mad or laughing but this is disgusting, never again am I eating here again! The staff was nice but aside that who ever works back there need to be fired because this was unacceptable, and this was also my first time eating thrte ! Def will also be my last time . Savor THIS! Such flavorful, savory pizza and calzone baked in a stone oven. Vanilla-infused flaming creme brulee was heavenly. Perfect sweet tea (not weak). Cozy and clean. Great service.

Our waitress was very good and the atmosphere was OK but loud (high ceilings, nothing on the walls). Ordered a white pizza. About 1 to 2 inches around the edge was none or very little cheese. The crust was thin as I like it but had no flavor at all. It was like a saltine cracker without salt. The menu claimed olive oil and garlic but I tasted neither.

Appalling!!! The food is good but I saw tonight and asked for a table and they said there was a long wait. So I ordered the pizza to go and it turns out that the pizza to go took longer than they would have seated. When I asked to sit down to eat they told me that if I already ordered it to go they can't seat me! BECAUSE THEY ARE SO SQUARE!!! They don't know anything about customer service. If you come, make sure how long the wait is to sit down and to take food. I'm super angry, they have stopped me for an hour with my daughter. Pésimo!!! Entonces pedí la pizza para llevar y resulta que se demoró más la pizza para llevar de lo que hubieran sentado. Cuando pedí sentarme para comer me dijeron que si ya la pedí para llevar no me pueden sentar! PORQUE SON TAN CUADRADOS!!! No saben nada de servicio al cliente. Si vienen asegúrense de cuánto tiempo de espera es para sentarse y para llevar comida. Estoy súper enojada, me tienen hace una hora parada con mi hija.

When I order bruschetta di pomo dori, I expect better than this. $8.50 for what you see in the picture (minus 1 more piece of bread I ate before the photo.) Also, the kid who took my phone order asked me while ordering it “is that a pizza?” Really, you are taking orders but do not know whats on your menu? First and last time here. The pizza I did order was good at least.

This was such a nice experience. All of the food was excellent. The creme Catalina was perfect with the right amount of sweet to it. Deja elevated our experience with her service and kindness. We hope to see her again soon. We will definitely return and bring family as well. Thank you all for such a great night and see you soon!

I miss the old guy working in there he made best pizza. The spaghetti sauce has gotten more watery. Last 2 times garlic knots have been hard not fresh

A little gem in Winter Haven. It’s like a mini-Arabellas. What’s not to love! Totally in LOVE with the food. It’s truly incredible. And the staff are so friendly and helpful. If they offered delivery, I would eat here every evening (I am NOT kidding). I work 16-18 hours a day and we order take out almost every night because there’s no time to cook. Having the ability to get delivery would be life changing for me! I can always dream! 🥹

I am impressed! Started out with the meatball appetizer and garkic knots...best I have had since moving here 2 years ago! Meatballs were tasty and had some mozzarella on top..flavor was spot on. Garlic knots had a good crust and were cooked with just the right amount sponginess and not drownding in butter that usually makes them inedible. Then we had the Supreme pizza that had all of the usual suspects on it...phenomenal! If I were to have one suggestion it would be to make the bottom part of the crust just a hair thicker but outside of that...great! Crust had a great flavor which I have found lacking in most other pizza places in the area. Sauce and toppings ratio were just right! Our server, a very nice young lady in the dining area by the pizza ovens, was phenomenal! Very attentive and did not wait until we were chewing on something to ask how everything was. Well done! Actually...everyone there were nice from servers to bartenders! So I say...give them a try and doubt you will be disappointed...unless you crave lowly pizzas such as Hungry Howies, Little Ceasars or places like that...but after eating here I doubt you will even want to eat at those places again! ***********UPDATE************ Excelkent again tonight! I ordered two 16 inch pizza and they looked like 12 inch . To pay 45.00 dollars for the pizzas . Wow. I hope next time is better. The pizzas they taste good. But one of them it was burn. And the other one very little meat .

This pizza is definitely by far the best in Winter Haven! I wish it was a little less expensive but it is worth every dollar.

Bistro Pizza is a great place for pizza and pasta dishes. It's a small hole in the wall that partners off the Ave Bar and Arrabellas. The pasta is always fresh and the pizza can be crispy or cheesy! The service is always great and we always get our regular nice waitresses. I do wish there was an Alfredo pasta in the building but I'm just fine going next door. See you next time Bistro!😉

The area seems really fancy and I was afraid it was gonna be expensive. The pizza was very affordable and delicious. The garlic knots were amazing! They came out fresh, hot, crispy and flaky. Best I've ever had. The waitress Ashley was great. Very sweet and patient, made us feel welcome.

There were four of us dining. The atmosphere, food and service were phenomenal! The pizza was light and delicious so full of flavor! I had to taste a meatball so I would know for next time if I wanted spaghetti and meatballs and that's what I'll be getting next time! The pull on the mozzarella was out of this world, so creamy and delicious! Sausage was sliced thin on the pizza. Italian sub bread was so fresh and soft and the meats were so tasty! We already can't wait to go back!

Thanks yo my wonderful server, I found out that Bistro Pizza, Arabella and the Ave Bar are all connected and on the weekend you can order pizza from the Ave Bar. Additionally, the deserts are prepared by Arabella. My family and I had the Pizza Rustica, Garlic Knots, side salad, ravioli with meatballs and for desert Creme Catalana and Molten Lava Cake. The garlic knots are light flaky and buttery. The marinara fresh. Pizza had a light flaky foldable crust. The white sauce and toppings evenly distributed. Plus the sauce was creamy but present. It did not soak completely in the bread but ot was not wet either. The cheese was just stringy enough and not clumpy. Finally the meatballs for the ravioli were of good size and flavor however they forgot them initially hence why they are not pictured. As a new resident I will definitely visit again.

Great food but couldn't try the Calzone, they were out of it. Not a fan of the chicken parmesan dish, mostly the pasta, but the garlic knots are awesome and the pizzas are always great. We love the Bianca and the Bacon one.

This is a cute little bistro with charm, great service and delicious food. I will definitely return. I had a stromboli which was hot when served and was wonderfully done. My mother had a calzone she truly enjoyed. My friend ordered a pizza she raved about. Thank you for a lovely experience.

Only complaint is, I wish the dining area inside was larger!!

At almost 20 bucks for a large cheese pie, it's not worth it for the mediocre pizza you're getting. It's greesey and the flavor is a 6/10 at best.

Had a really nice family dinner here. 30 minute wait for a Friday night isn't too bad either, especially when they call 15 minutes early and say the table is ready. Good food. Friendly staff, decent selection. Not wood fired pizza as another review implied but still damn good. Their Tirimisu looked really good too but heads up, there's a 15 minute wait for it so if you're in a rush order it before you're done eating your meal.

The food at this place is absolutely amazing but the problem I have is that it's a Wednesday evening at 7:45. Their hours state that they are open until 9:00 p.m. then when I call 13 different times over a span of 30 minutes and they simply refuse to answer the phone it is just not good business

This is usually very good pizza, it has been one of my favorites for a long time now. The waitress Ashley is an absolute delight. The pizza however has gone downhill. It used to be better, the crust was better and the sauce had more flavor along with better tasting toppings. I don't know if they changed ingredients or vendors or what, but the pizza just isn't as good.

Food was awesome. Restaurant was very cold inside. Wasn't a hot day out so air should adjust. We all wore jackets through dinner. BRRRR

First time patrons at this restaurant, we had garlic knots, ravioli with meatballs, my wife had the Baked Italian sub, all of which were incredible. The young lady who was our server was absolutely stellar. Kudos and we will be back.

I would not recommend the bruschetta! Look at the size of the bread you get 😳 and only 5 to make it worse. I was so excited because I love bruschetta but I’ve never had such tiny piece of bread like that. The pizza was good but nothing to exciting oh and if it’s busy just leave because the waitress and staff will ignore and you’ll be standing there like HELLO!

First visit and looking for great pizza. Their garlic knots are large dinner rolls. Amazing! The plain pizza was perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Chicken Alfredo pizza melted in my mouth the chicken was so tender. Highly recommend if you want a great wood fired pizza!!

We had supreme pizza and it was delicious. The weight was a little long but that was because it's handmade when you order. Definitely would go back again.

great pizza. The calzone 100% recommended. I loved the very New York style atmosphere. the service is not luxurious, but everything is ok UNTIL they brought me the bill for 32.00 I wrote 38 to add the tip but in my account statement they charged 40. It's not because of the two dollars that bothers me, it's because of the lack of honesty.

Stromboli, Garlic Knots and custom made pizza are the best. House salad is way better. Like with prices going up their menu prices have gone up to in the past several months. I ate Carrabba's so the food at Bistro is way better even the house salad and Lasagna. However the this place and then other 2 aren't open on Sunday nights. At least the dining room was more comfortable for dining in on a Tuesday night.

Lord help me!! This pizza should be against the law it’s so good. No, they didn’t pay me or offer me anything to write this. I wanted pizza all weekend while out of town and I knew Bistro wouldn’t disappoint so I waited until today. Tell the chef to keep his day and night job. #goodstuff

Very friendly staff and probably the best pizza in winter haven. It's alottle pricey but sometimes you get what you pay for.

Went to Union Taproom but their pizza shop was closed so we tried here for the first time… ordered a spinach, mozzarella and pepperoni calzone… no ricotta. Not asking too much and somehow broccoli ended up in it… I reiterated to the hostess only spinach, cheese & pepperoni 2x , seen the chef asking a question about our order and scuffed at me not waiting ricotta. Receipt does not state what I ordered so I don’t know who’s at fault but my kids wouldn’t eat their dinner cause it was made wrong. They love brocolli but this mess of spinach and brocolli was even too gross for me. Everything was ok but accuracy is important. I will not be returning. Also has like four tables in the store so be prepared to order to go..

Staff was great, service was a little slow, but only because they were busy. It's a small place. 3 stars because the pizza didn't wow me. The appetizer was very good. I'm not one that eats out a lot. So I wouldn't go there for pizza again, probably just not my style of pizza. Many enjoy the pizza, that's clear by how many takeout orders that had.

Came here for the pizza, got the classic Italia. Wasn't disappointed. Recommend the pizza. Will return.

When we walked in the waitress was very nice and offered us sitting inside. My son wanted to sit outside, so we did that instead. The waitress offered us suggestions and was very nice and helpful. The food came pretty quickly and was so delicious. I ordered the veggie calzone. It was so big that I had it for lunch and dinner. I was not disappointed at all! Great spot in a nice area and the prices weren't bad either. Definitely deserves 5 stars.
