Any bad reviews have to be negative because when I tell you that the food is 1000/10, service is outstanding and the place is extremely clean. Food took less than 15 minutes to come out. I will certainly be back!

This place is amazing. When we came through the door...we were greeted with the most beautiful smile. She welcomed us in and took our order. Not only was the customer service excellent, but the atmosphere was also really good. The place was clean and spotless. We will definitely be coming back again, again and again.

So our Uber driver picked up our food from this restaurant. After the food was confirmed through Uber eats that our order was picked up, we received a cancellation, after the driver left the restaurant with our food. I do understand that it could be the Uber driver, however if a customer calls your restaurant after 15 times, you would think to pick up the phone. An Uber representative also tried to reach out to their own client and their client refused to answer. I wish I could support my black community, it’s just unfortunate that there aren’t protocols set for mismanagement. There is a definite need for a better process to answering customer calls. I did reach out to the restaurant on a different cell phone and I was able to speak to the manager. We told him what happened and he said he is sorry he is busy and will call us back. $108 from canceled order and $115 later we received a meal from another seafood restaurant and we are okay. It’s sad to say this restaurant never reached back out with any answers.

Best ever. I drive an hour and a half to eat here. It’s always great and the customer service is excellent!

I make sure I stop by this place every time I’m in town no matter the wait time. The food & customer service was 10/10 as always. I didn’t even take a picture of the food cause I was in a rush to eat it lol! But this is the ONLY place I recommend for your seafood needs. I’m already thinking about the next trip I take here🤤🖤

Crab Craze is my go-to when I want seafood. The staff is so professional and attentive from the time you come into the establishment until the time you leave the establishment.

It’s been a while since I’ve been here the last time was about a year ago and it wasn’t what I expected by means of taste and portion or variety.I can tell you not much has changed since then. I’ve given it enough time to see different results so I probably won’t be going back.

I love the way they season their food. The shrimp is delicious and so is the rice and the sausage. I’ve only ever ordered through doordash and I’ve always enjoyed everything from this restaurant. Hey I had a lot to choose from so I decided to try a little of everything. The seafood rice was so good. The snow crabs were cooked and seasoned just right. The potatoes corn and eggs with shrimp was delicious. That butter sauce was drizzled over everything and it made everything so so good! Great Service too!

My first time eating here. I was visiting with my daughter who is a traveling nurse, so I googled garlic crabs. When I tell you that these Crabs are Delicious 😋😋 and they give you a very helpful portion. Also, my GPS directed me in the wrong direction, but the young man who answered the phone was very polite and directed me to their location making sure that I got there before hanging up. Very pleasant staff. I will definitely recommend this Black owned business

I love spending my money there because I have NEVER been disappointed. The staff is very friendly and the food is exceptional. I tell everyone I know about their seafood. It is so so so good! The food is ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! We had king crab legs w shrimp corn and potatoes seasoned to perfection in a garlic butter sauce. We were licking our fingers it was the BEST.😍

Omg! Let me tell y'all I have been faithfully going to crab craze for almost 3 1/2 years and I eat here at least twice a week. And the owner and her staff never disappoint. Crab craze is an outstanding and clean place the food is amazing the portions are phenomenal and the staff is great. Carmetta and her husband have the gift to pour love into their food. Before she was a brick and mortar I had the pleasure of dining on her food. To see her dream become a reality and see people love this food as much as I do is a blessing. I drove from St. Cloud to Winter Haven just for her fish dinner and snow crab for my daughter. Worth the ride, worth the money and surely satisfying to your soul.

If I could give this business more than 5 stars I would. Today was my first time trying crab craze. They were very busy so there was a bit of a wait time BUT OMG it is beyond worth the wait. Visiting from GA and have tried MANY MANY seafood restaurants through out Florida and i must say CRAB CRAZE IS THE ABSOLUTE #1 BEST HANDS DOWN!!! Friendly staff, great prices. I would highly recommend this establishment.

My First time visiting was today, it was fresh, cooked to order, and plain ol' VERY GOOD! Clean, you can't smell the Seafood, and the price and food portions were great. Money well spent. The only thing was they were out of sausages which was okay (it was late) however, I asked if they could substitute that for eggs. The young lady said yes but when I got home it was EXTRA, I mean extra potatoes. But the deliciousness of the food made up for it although I love eggs.

I like this place... Sometimes the food can be a bit salty and I have to be a bit careful due to me having High blood pressure. However, I enjoy the fixings: the snow crab legs eggs, corn, sausage, and etc. My friend and I would meet up here to enjoy the items listed above. The atmosphere of the restaurant if comfortable and clean... and yes, I mean the bathrooms. That means a lot to me. I advise you to call in because the wait time can be astronomically long. However, do know that you will have to use a credit card of some sort when ordering over the phone; I'm assuming they have been 'burnt' and no longer allow the pay upon arrival luxury. I guess I can't blame them. The owner is very calm and pleasant, as well as her staff. I am very proud of this local business owner! Keep up the great work.

Here for 2 weeks on Business from Virginia and before my plane landed i was already googling places to get seafood and happened upon this place, so for the last 2 days I’ve eaten there and babyyyyyy I wish i could take the entire restaurant back to Virginia with me ! The food can’t be touched, the wait was normal for a real seafood place 25-30 if it isn’t called in, and the atmosphere was very homey and family like ! The young lady at the front is very respectful and personable ! Overall this experience is one i will share with my friends once I’m home in another week ! Carryout order took a long time but it was worth it. I had the snow crab legs. The butter garlic sauce is fantastic & the seasoning is perfect. The seafood rice is spicy but delicious. Will definitely return soon!
