Very good! I heard about the jambalaya egg rolls and had to try it out. Not disappointed!

Writing this before I get back home because this place is delicious. I’ve been seeing it since it opened, but never had a chance to stop by with my work schedule. Just stopped in and got some chicken cracklin and pepper jack boudin wraps and man, it’s delicious. I haven’t found a good place for chicken cracklings since being in Lafayette, and these are excellent. They have a sweet sauce for the boudin egg rolls that is interesting but in a good way. I almost want to turn back around and get more. I’ll be back soon!

Amazing Crackling, Boudin is good. But the Crackling, is amazing, fresh, must stop by if you're in for some amazing Cracklings.

Everything we've tried was great. Boudin balls, egg rolls & pork gratons are the best! Just tried the chicken gratons and they are really good as well. Folks are super friendly. Love this place.

A must experience! Amazing cracklings! And very tasty boudain balls! The only complaint I have is that they run out quickly because their stuff is so good. If you're coming through around 11am, then you're kind of pushing it, lol.

Always so friendly , pepper jack boudin balls are the best I've ever had, the panko type breading tastes so much better than the ones fried in flour. Best cracklins too.

All carry out. Just bought 1/2 lb. Of cracklin's for $16.??. They were delicious. But over priced in my opinion.

I definitely will want to break this down... I love the pepper jack boudin balls...best I have had so far...and I recently tried the crab and shrimp gumbo and it was amazing!!!! They would've gotten 5 stars if it wasn't for my encounter with the older lady that works at the register some months back....I would go there almost every day for the pepperjack boudin balls, the egg rolls...etc..but one day I got 2 pepperjack boudin egg rolls and apparrently they had been sitting in the hot box too long and the inside was hard.. so I called and told the older lady(I'm assuming she's the owner) and she was very rude to me..told me there was no way they weren't good and that she couldn't give replacement or a refund at all. I was very disappointed because I was an almost every day customer and I expected better customer service..I stopped going in there for awhile. I only recently started again because as I said , I love the pepperjack boudin balls and I missed them..I just know where I stand as a customer if something happens to not be fresh...

Now they know how to do cracklings! Hot, fresh, and tasty. Friendly service. Confusing on where the menu is, hard to see behind the plexiglass but we asked where it was.

What a surprise!! This roadside stop was done on a whim. We had never had Cracklins or boudin. The boudin was ok, but the Cracklins were amazing!! It was a fun stop for local cuisine to take on the road.

We saw this little place while driving down the highway and pulled in. I had been telling my buddy about Louisiana Cajun Cracklins since we left Texas on a quick Louisiana speed run. These were most excellent, but best when fresh out of the store. I had planned to stop by on our way back home, but our route had changed an alas, we were not able to do so. Hopefully there will be a next time and I will bring my wife so she can try them fresh. 23 bucks a pound sure sounded high to me, but as I was standing there to pay for my little order, a feller came in and ordered two pounds right off the bat. It sounds like I found the right crackling place for sure and for certain. ============================ A little up date I was sitting here reading reviews and thinking back. As for working guys, it seems to me that the crews would send a guy out to make a "food run" so that the crew would get something to eat from here because of limited hours of the store. I remember that we would do the same when I worked in the Power Plants.

I have been eating here for way over a year now and it's still my favorite boudin place to eat. It's made fresh daily and friendly people work there.

A tiny hidden gem with humongous tasty cajun treats in Patterson,La. Cracklings are cooked fresh with just the right amount of magical cajun dust..... Lots of frozen homemade treats to take home ,just bring a cooler...

The employees were helpful and polite. The place was clean. There are see through coolers to see what you want to purchase. They have awesome boudin and crackling.. I would definitely go back.. $$$

I was traveling through and wasn't going to make it by before they closed, my ETA was 5:15pm. She took my order over the phone and left some frozen boudin for me. Above and beyond as well as delicious! I had some for dinner tonight, which reminded me to leave this review. Thanks y'all!

Boudin is great! Seasoning is pretty darn good!
