I was craving a BLT, and this place did not miss. Their house made candied bacon is such a treat on a BLT. The staff members were friendly. I noticed they also had an area for kids to play as well.

Impressive service from the staff…accommodating, conversational, and overall appearing to enjoy their job. The atmosphere was family friendly and we enjoyed our table on the front porch.

We are outside since we had our dog. I had the BOB- very yummy. My husband had the biscuits and gravy- he said it was the best he’s had, and he’s had this a lot in many different places. My kids had bacon and eggs- normal, can’t go wrong with that. They all loved the maple bacon. Service was great, very attentive. I appreciated being told up front that made-to-order food would take some time, still less time than they told us.

I absolutely love this place! The food is legitimately "made exactly to your liking". Servers were all working together. The seating areas and patio were inviting and comfortable. Bacon was thick and hearty with caramelized maple syrup. They give you a real slice of butter not that whipped stuff like other places. That stood out. Also, the grapes and orange slices for garnish were a perfect balance for color and freshness. I like it. I ordered too much though.. oh well, worth it. P.S. Michelle Minton gives 1s and 5s on reviews. Bless her heart, lol. Poor thing can't make up her mind.

Very comfortable breakfast dive. Great servers! Wonderful personalities. When they are busy, keep in mind that if there is a wait for a for a table, the wait for the food from the kitchen, maybe 2x's, and wait for the food as the seating wait. But it is worth it. Good quality and quantity meals.

You won’t want to eat anywhere else and they treat you like family!

My wife and I stopped during the week for our first visit. Place was busy but we were seated quickly but told we could have a 30-min wait for our food. Far faster than that, perhaps a 15-min wait but it was well worth it. Great food, wait staff were on their game, glasses and coffee constantly refilled. Atmospherics and overall feel of the restaurant is great. Parking can get tight depending on the rush.

Great home made bagels that are tasty and huge. Friendly wait staff that explained the specials. Will definitely come back again!

First of all. What a cute place! Love local diners. Everyone was very helpful and polite. Also very clean. I got the bacon burger and added an egg. THE BEST IVE EVER HAD!!!!!! I am a foodie and very boujee about my burger. Every taste bud (and my belly) is very very happy!

I had the muffalatta, it was fantastic, my husband had the Reuben. It was ok. The meat was sliced too thick, maybe thinner, and it would be fantastic. Coleslaw was excellent. Service was weird, no one has a set job it seemed like, just random people walking around. I was not impressed with the baked goods, maybe we got there too late,

I rarely give low scores but I'm also honest when scoring. I can literally, and we did, walk to this restaurant from my home. My son and I decided to give it a try but were very disappointed with the service. We did very a table but it was like no one knew who was going to serve us. We waiting and someone finally came but then it took so long to get our food, we asked that they box it up and we would take it home. They did box it up. But no one told us it was ready, so again, we waited and waited and waited. We took our food home and I looked inside of the sausage, cheese, potatoe, and egg burrito I ordered and found that no one even removed the junk that grows on potatoes and that should be removed prior to consumption. It was horrible! Please do better on the details. Very disappointed and especially because my son and I were trying to spend very rare time together but this experience ruined that. I don't have money to throw away. Please be aware of that during these difficult times. The cheese was balled up in one area and link sausage in a burrito, gross! Please get some sausage that taste good!

Went for breakfast and waited over an hour for food that was disgusting, more grease than flavor, I couldn’t even finish my plate. If you enjoy real food, maybe don’t eat here.

Place is great but the wait time to sit was an hour and our food took one hour and 10 minutes to arrive. Possibly due to Mother’s Day, but in the past wait time for food is pretty long. Good food though.

Overall good experience. We had to wait a while for our food but the service was great and made sure our water glasses and coffee cups were always filled. The food was slightly above average but the prices were unbeatable.

Service didn't happen. Ten minute wait for a menu, ordered a coffee which came right away. After another ten minute wait without anyone returning I took my coffee to the register and said apparently no one plans to take my order. I said I'd pay for the coffee and leave and they actually took my money.

Yes! My kind of place. Nothing fancy or yuppie. Simply good food, on point service and great blues tunes backing it up.

Waited 90min for French toast plate and a bagel (which ended up being a ciabatta bun instead). Unless you can get lucky to snag one of three tables outside, I'd skip

This is a must have hidden gem in Niceville Florida. Excellent service and food. Beautiful cozy welcoming atmosphere. Fresh roast/ brewed Coffee. The medium roast was excellent for me. The Down Home breakfast maple bacon , cheesy grits, egg your way and sour dough toast was the hot for me. Tasty seasoned correctly and enjoyable. A recommend choice and I will be returning.

We ate there for Sunday brunch, I had the chicken salad and my wife had the French toast. The food was delicious, the staff was very attentive. I highly recommend the Blue Collar Cafe.

Stopped in to have a quick breakfast before running errands for the day. Ordered the worker and placed an order for the tout and a brownie to go. All of it was delicious. The worker was exactly what i needed that morning to start my day. I will definitely be back when I'm in the area! Staff was friendly and wait time wasn't long, but i was also by myself so of course times will vary with bigger groups. Parking was a little tough though, but that's not their fault.

Fantastic breakfast experience!

The menu was exceptional. I enjoyed the ciabatta-based muffaletta. It seemed small, but was stacked with fresh ingredients. Fresh ground coffee is a winner by any standard. I had the medium roast and it was smooth as silk. This means good coffee and clean coffee pots. That’s all for now. I have to go home and put my pot through the cleaning cycle!

It's usually overcrowded and the tables are so close together. Lots of locals. The service was OK. The food was good, but it could have been better for the price. We had a rueben and lox. The rueben was good, the fries used to be fresh, now they look like crinkled frozen fries. The lox was good, but the homemade bagel was way too big for the amount of lox. We did like the toppings of capers and tomatoes.

Attended a special event and the food was outstanding!!! The owner and staff awesome. Highly recommend!

Excellent atmosphere, great location and view, outstanding service, delicious pastries nice and warm and good food. The maple bacon is a must!!! We will gladly come back here and recommend this place to everyone. You will love it as well. Prices are reasonable and good size portions. Is a win win all together.

As I was alone, I sat at the bar. Got a Maple Bacon BLT with slaw. The sandwich was very tasty and well prepared. I found the coleslaw to be overly sweet. Good pickle. Staff was nice although not attentive.

Great little find across the street from the bay. This would be a great place for brunch. Breakfast served all day. Thad the chili dog. Large kosher dog with chili and all the fixings. Service is great and all of the staff check to make sure you have everything you need. They have many baked goods available however I did not try any of them. Will definitely go back.

Great little cafe stop for a quick breakfast before heading back to Tampa! All of the servers and service was great, everyone was so attentive. The food was delicious we ate it too fast for pictures, lol but we ordered the burrito, the breakfast skillet, and the county ham which was sweet and that was my only issue. Definitely recommend a stop in if you are in the area.

I was in Niceville and couldn’t figure out what I want to eat so I googled this place. The pictures looked good so my boyfriend and I went. The owner’s Mother was walking out stopped and talked to us. She gave us a little backstory And I have never been to a restaurant where everyone was in such good spirits. The food was good, the coffee was good they make their own. It was a pleasant experience. I will be going back.

I called the day before to let them know we would have a party of 12 coming in following a local military school graduation. There was no hesitation about accommodating our party. We arrived about 20 minutes earlier than the intended time. The table was ready and waiting on us. They quickly got us drinks as the party continued to arrive. They were very attentive to us the entire time, checking in often (even though we were in another room), prompt on refilling drinks, or anything else we needed. The food was cooked to order and came out in a reasonable time considering being a large party. Everyone enjoyed their meal as most every plate was completely devoured! It was a delicious and enjoyable meal at an exceptional price point. I highly recommend Blue Collar Cafe. If we happen to find ourselves in the area in the future, we will visit again.

What a truly delicious breakfast! My husband and I are new to the area and we’ve been looking for a great place to make our go to brunch spot; we’ve found it! I had cheesy eggs, with veggies and a garlic and onion bagel 🥯 with a side of skillet potatoes. Eggs and veggies were seasoned wonderfully and the potatoes were soft and tender. Hands down our new favorite place to get breakfast! My husband ordered the B.O.B. which he loved! Coffee is also good and the staff are friendly, always a plus! Highly recommend!

This was our first visit to the Niceville location and I will say that the service was excellent and the food was incredible! I had one of the best burgers that I've ever had in my life here. I would compare it similar to the one offered by McGuire's and as good as the one from up the street at Cafe Bienville, overall I was thoroughly impressed! We also got a French Toast sandwich which was also amazing. We ordered a single grilled cheese for our two children as they weren't super hungry and they were kind enough to split it onto two separate plates which made things so much easier for us! The pricing was also extremely reasonable and loved the atmosphere. We will definitely be making this a regular place for us to visit.

The BEST breakfast / bruch spot in all of the boggy bayou. The freshly made in house bagels are flavorful and big! The bacon...the maple bacon candied bacon...yum! All of the food and pastries are superb! The freshly roasted coffee is very good as well.

Even with the parking accident I still enjoyed everything about our brunch

Get here early! The place fills up quickly! Nice decor and atmosphere. FYI: if you cannot use salt or black pepper be sure to tell them. That is how things are cooked there.

I am embarrassed. I have passed by this restaurant so many times not knowing anything about it. Finally I ended up there when our first breakfast spot was closed. Oh my. #1 the food was excellent. I hold the belief that most restaurants serving breakfast aren't really making anything special, or at least nothing I can't make myself. Blue Collar Café is making pastries in house that are delicious and sizable. We had friendly service beyond just being polite. The interior is fairly charming, and sitting outside you have a gorgeous view of the bayou. The prices were excellent for the quality of food we received. This is our new first choice for a breakfast spot!

The cinnamon roll taste it like it was home baked it was very good had biscuits and gravy that was very good they brought maple bacon but the bacon had way too much maple on it could not taste the bacon I never had a server come by to see if I needed more coffee or if we needed anything else other than that the food is great

What a great find!! Hubby and I were in Niceville for Timpoochee Barbershop Harmony Retreat. Popped into this little Cafe for breakfast. We immediately loved it's rustic charm. I chose the biscuits and gravy special. 😋 The gravy was velvety, thick and full of sausage. Biscuits were definitely made in house.. flaky, soft in the center with crispy edges..oh yes!! Eggs were cooked perfectly 🥰 Hubby had the Tout Suite - cheesy eggs, and bacon 🥓 on a huge buttery croissant. His eyes lit up with delight when he sunk his teeth in for a first bite!! He sang out "oh my god that's good!" The place was bustling with people as we enjoyed conversation and our yummy breakfast. On the way out we grabbed on of their gigantic brownies to enjoy at home. They are under $3.00 !! They even gave a great idea... cut it in half, warm it up, put peanut butter inside, put it back together and top it with a scoop of ice cream!! Oh my!!

We always love the food and service at BCC. A favorite of ours is the B. O. B. breakfast sandwich with maple bacon. That bacon is delicious and the homemade bagel is the best of any bagel, anywhere. I've also loved the chicken salad sandwich when we've eaten lunch there. Overall, a wonderful local restaurant and we're glad to have it in Niceville.

Called ahead and they had seating available for use when we walked in which was awesome. Waited 10min for guy to take drink order. Another 10min to give us to get our 2 waters, 2 teas, 1 milk from him. Took literally over 1 HOUR to get our food. OMG!! Husband ended up asking head waitress to check on our food. (He never does that). The food was delicious with a good price but not worth the wait. Would have gave it a 5☆ if the wait was not SO LONG. That needs to change or you will continue to loose customers. Very disappointed from Texas.

We had the BOB on a everything bagel. It was served on a plate with 3 grapes and a orange slice. The Bagels are oversized and tasty. Not your typical bagel tho. Overall the bagel, eggs and maple bacon were delicious. The staff were all very friendly, filled you cup as needed always asking if you need anything else. The only thing was they only offered green tea. I was looking for a hot cup of black tea or English breakfast, especially with my breakfast. That was a disappointment. I had water instead. My hubby said their dark roast was good.

1st time I tried Blue Collar Cafe and I must say, I was not disappointed!! I tried the B.O.B. on the everything bagel & it was amazing! The bagel was toasted but so soft, not chewy at all! The omelet was enjoyable. The maple bacon was sweet like candy, but so very good! Even the fresh fruit was good and a very nice touch. Not many places do that anymore! I also picked up a Maple Pecan Cinnamon Roll for later. Everything was fresh and homemade. I truly enjoyed it very much! Definitely 5 🌟 & I would definitely recommend you give them a try! Great place, friendly staff, and definitely a good breakfast! Without a doubt, I will be back!! 💜

When my son asks for a cinnamon roll, we know we're headed for breakfast at Blue Collar. Their bacon is sweet and AMAZING. Eli and team are serving great meals, yummy coffee and sweet treats that we take home for later. We had the biscuits with gravy special.... best sausage gravy ever!

I've always loved this place. I use to go when they were in Ft Walton. I thought they were gone, then found out they moved to Niceville. I decided to go once and it was great. I went today and my experience was a little different. I live out past Hurlburt Field. I came out today on Sunday. I walked in behind this couple. I hear them say do we seat ourselves. No sign telling you what to do. All the tables are full. They see someone they know and I guess they say with them. There was one seat at the bar. I snagged it. Seeing that's probably the only spot for me anyway. I sat there almost 20 mins and no one even said hello. As I walked out I looked back at the sign. It's didn't say anything about waiting or seating yourself. I wanted to make sure there was no miscommunication on my part. It was just a menu. The wait staff I saw several times. They had the personality of cardboard. No I'm leaving and I'm still hungry with no plan B. I wanted breakfast but guess now I'll have to get lunch. The food smelled so good too. This was my hands down favorite breakfast place. Now I'm not sure if it's worth the trip anymore if that's how I'll be treated. I guess I get it. I'm not a Niceville local. But I was was one one they were in Ft Walton and loved the place so much I made the drive twice. Not sure if I'll be back. It's a shame.....oh well. Better instructions would serve this place better.

Loved the vibe of the place. Long wait for our food. People who ordered after us were getting their food. I had to ask when our food was coming out. Then it appeared. The place was packed. Super busy. If you don't like sweet bacon don't come here. I ordered the B.O.B. It was a simple bkfst sandwich on a bagel. Too simple. Too sweet with the maple bacon. No option to order a different type of meat. And... the lady who waited on us called me "baby" when I asked when our food would be ready. I know it is a southern thing but I don't like it.
