Decided to try this coffee shop out since it’s so close to us and loved it!! I love bringing my daughter on coffee dates with me to get out of the house and get little baked goods for her while I have some relaxing time and when I walked in I was super excited to see they had toys/books for children as well as games/books for adults. We both really enjoyed hanging out on the couch playing and spending quality time and the food and coffee were both very good!

Cinnamon Roll and Croissants are delicious! It's also a nice and quiet location. You can get a lot done.

One of my favs in town! Their coffees are great, the service is always good, and they have a variety of seating options making it perfect to camp out to study or work, or meet with friends. They also have a wide selection of books and board games!

I visited recently after not coming for quite some time due to previous ownership to find out that it is now under new management. Got to grab one of my favorite drinks, the Caramel Apple Butter Chai Latte, which was pretty amazing and watched as the owner actually was in helping the barista's when i visited. It definitely has a different feel than before and highly suggest anyone to go check them out! They even had fliers up for events going on, such as trivia and an uno/game night. Definitely excited to see the new changes and how the place continues to feel more welcoming moving forward.

Tori made me a caramel apple chai latte even though it wasn't on the current menu and it was absolutely delicious. She's amazing. I never drank a drink so fast!

Nice relaxing environment for coffee meet-ups, they even have games you can play and chill music at a low volume. Service is fast and friendly, really smooth coffee taste!

A coffee shop with specialty coffee offerings!☕️ Bon Beans has become a frequent visit for coffee runs for the office! Atmosphere: The space is long and rectangular with more of a moody, cozy vibe! They have a variety of seating options such as barstool, table, and soft couch seats! Service: The people here are friendly and take on the specific orders like champs! Menu items: I’ve tried a variety of their drinks over time and really enjoy their fun coffee specials such as Caramel Apple Chai! I’m looking forward to visiting again soon to try some other specialty flavors such as their Butter Beer, Irish Fiddler, and Crème Brûlée!🤩

This place is awesome! The customer service is fantastic. The ownership changed and the owner Brett is fantastic. Highly recommend trying this place out with you and your family.

Our group of three stopped here for a quick mid morning coffee break. Our barista was great, but she was the only one taking orders, plus making drinks, AND prepping food! So of course it took awhile. Watched at least a couple people walk back out without even ordering. Management needs to realize money loss by not hiring sufficient staff..

The coffee was amazing, it is served warm enough to be enjoyable while cold enough to not burn your tongue. I drank the latte and it was extremely balanced. Additionally, the atmosphere is super relaxing, my friend and I were seating there for over an hour and time just flew by us. I would recommend coffee lovers to stop over. Can also be a cute place for a relaxed date.

First time coming over here and enjoyed my brief stay chatting with the two wonderful Ladies helping me choose my craving for a nice cold drink, Sweet Matcha Latte. It's delicious!

I have been a regular at Bon Beans for about a year now. The staff is absolutely incredible. Janel and Myra are very kind and knowledgeable. Unfortunately, ownership does them a disservice with their lack of inventory and by overpricing poor-quality coffee.

Wonderful cafe to study in and hang out with friends. They have lots of good seating, with a very cute atmosphere. Bookshelves and comfy chairs. Their coffee selection is good, I got the Butter beer! I reduced the sugar by 50% and it was great. Not overly sweet, but on the downside it didn't have a super strong butterscotch flavor either. Friendly staff, good selection of baked goods too.

Nice ambience, with lots of University patrons (both students and faculty) from nearby UWF. Brewed coffee was good, not great. Prices are reasonable for a cafe

This is the best coffee from anywhere I've ever been. I was in parts of Europe and Bon Beans is still the best coffee. Try the Creme Brule, medium roast iced coffee...OMG!!!

The coffee is bomb. The baristas are always kind. I like how they have a water dispenser out. Great place to study. I kind of miss the painted mural on the wall I wonder why it's gone.

Janel is a fantastic 'coffee host'! Coffee is the best in town, and it is a great place for my coffee girls club to meet!

This coffee and tea shop is very clean and the lighting is not harsh. The atmosphere is very study friendly. I really enjoyed the hot Butter Beer coffee which had white mocha, caramel, and butterscotch. My only thing that I would say is a downside is that the oatmilk is a significant upcharge of over $1.

Bon beans is the best coffee shop so far. Every now and then I will try another coffee shop just to have to come back to bon beans and get a good coffee. I love the atmosphere here. Janelle is an amazing person who makes the best coffee every time. She is very consistent.

Bad thing first: VERY EXPENSIVE. Be prepared to pay $10 for a beverage and $5 for a muffin. It’s good coffee but I struggle to understand how it’s possible for prices to be that sky-high! This is also the reason I now only get coffee here once-in-while compared to making it a daily thing (I guess I am saving money). However, the service is fantastic! The barista was pleasant and treated everyone with kindness. I also love the cozy and comfortable atmosphere this coffee shop has to offer!

Love this place the coffee and muffins are really good, workers and the manager are really great people. The ONLY thing is how expensive it is. This place is right by the university, I’m sure I’m not the only college students that would love to do school work here everyday but I would be broke broke if that was to happen. I would come a lot more if prices were lowered!!

Nothing here stands out among the rest as far as the atmosphere. Service was just as forgettable. The coffee though, was the most disappointing. For an establishment claiming to be #1 in Pensacola for their coffee shop; it really isn't anything out of the standard with sub par options. If you're going for just a regular cup of coffee, or basic espresso drink, it will suffice. But the price does not match the quality, nor the claim of "number one" in the city. Hardly.

The coffee is absolutely delicious. The lounge set up is just what I was looking for to kill some time before my flight. The woman at the counter had great vibes, very sweet and friendly. There were games and books in the corner corner. Played some cards and enjoyed the playlist!

Great coffee shop. I especially like that it’s open until 7pm, unlike most coffee shops around that close from 2-4pm. The coffee was great. So far, I’ve tried the blueberry and red velvet cheesecake muffins and they were both delicious. Highly recommended!

Bon Beans is a great coffee and TEA shop - the woman working there is super sweet, and knowledge about her tea. The brand of teas they offer is high quality and the variety is endless - I tried the northwest sunset and it’s *delightful*. I appreciate that it’s loose tea and they bag and steep it right in front of you - the atmosphere is also relaxed. Thank you!!

When the customer asks for something, the Barista can say why it cannot be done, but ultimately the customer is right in what they want. Therefore, when my 61 year old mother wants 2 shots of espresso in her cold coffee, even after the Barista stated it would melt and be watery, then you give it to her. Which was not done. Especially when nothing of difference, just as strong was not suggested by the Barista. The extra coffee was not what my mother wanted. My vanilla bean frappe and cafe Americano (thinking that is what it was) was delicious!

The vibe, the coffee, the service, the layout, everything is fantastic here. I loved the take a book, leave a book concept they have here. They also have board games available to play. It's definitely a coffee shop to drop in and hang out at. My oldest and I had Frappuccinos, and my youngest had an iced latte. Both are very good. Would love to try a bagel next time they looked fresh. They really do serve everything here. Smoothies, teas, chai, they even have organic coffees. A must visit.

Before you decide to come here, make sure you have an extra 30 minutes to wait for your order. I've currently been waiting more than that for one coffee. The owners must be extremely cheap because they always staff only one person. Never again.

I don't understand WHY my 2)12oz of drink cost $18.59??? It good but not that good! I will never come back.

So apparently, the barista no longer makes your coffee for you. Brought a client in from out of town, sat down, started discussing our business. our order was called out, half a cup of milk and a couple of empty cups, we had the pleasure of mixing it ourselves. I can do the same thing at the corner gas station, not why we took our clients to a Pensacola Local Coffee shop.

This is a great coffee shop and it's in a convenient location on Nine Mile. The environment is cozy and the baristas are nice too! The cappuccino I had was super delicious, a really great surprise for Pensacola, and they do offer mugs for dine-in, which is something I love. The only downside is that the prices are fairly high, especially for specialty drinks, but that's to be expected. I'm super happy Bon Beans is here in Pensacola, give it a try!

Coffee is a certified slap. Bon Bean house latte, with your choice of milk and roast which I haven’t seen from any other coffee shop that I can recall. Very unique in flavor, it really is special. Food options all seem good, the blueberry enough is a good size and sure to fill you up. Barista was friendly and kind, Thank you. Gotta give them a try!

Was there for an extended amount of time. The barista brought us waters as we sat and chatted. Dine in cups were real dishes. Very friendly and helpful. Caramel apple Chai and apple muffin were delicious!

I come to Bon Beans every trip I take to Pensacola. It has always been a 10/10 experience. They craft excellent drinks, and keep their guests feeling warm and invited with their decor, seating, and tables with board games. Our barista yesterday even remembered our order from the day before.

The environment is really cool. Service is friendly. However they’re so expensive. Literally I was charged 9$ not including tip for a small seasonal coffee and worst part is the coffee tasted watering down with overwhelming, weird flavor. Would never return.

Bon Beans was recommended by a new friend! I had a Pumpkin Spice Latte and absolutely loved it and the cozy atmosphere! Bon Beans is located near Sammy Barker's on 9 Mile Rd. The staff are helpful & friendly! I stayed and read by the book cabinet! The stylish nook is warm and inviting! There are board games available and plenty of couches, tables, and a long coffee bar!

The atmosphere was on point. I had a meeting for an hour and a half and during that time people came and went. It was delightful getting caught up in discussion and noticing the environment was always shifting around you. Coffee house music was just right and I never noticed it being louder than necessary. Of course the coffee was a hit. I personally had the medium roast which gave me a great boost for the morning.

The coffee, the baristas, and the environment here are great. I love the amount of flavors they offer. Downside is it is $2 extra for non dairy milks. I would rather give the $2 towards a tip

This is the greatest atmosphere for a wonderful cup of coffee!! Super friendly, fast service that hasn't lost it's southern charming hospitality. These baristas interact with their customers as if they are happy to see come inside! Comfy seating as well as sturdy large tables to spread out.

Super fun cafe. They have couches and a bar (for coffee) as well as plenty of tables. They have chess and other boardgames. The coffee was very good as well and the service was quick.

I am not a coffee person or even walk into places like this ever unless someone who is with me wants to go. I never heard of this place or even knew anything about it! Talk about a breathe of fresh air. I loved the energy and the manager barrista was awesome and very patient with us. It's a great place just to hang out, play some board games, and enjoy people watching. Loved the decor and cleanliness of the place! Barrista was very knowledgeable and she was very confident in the macha! It's best in town she stated!! Well, we finally decided to order...we got the honeybee and Macha iced with oat milk!! She was right about the macha. If you are in the area, I would definitely check this place out. If I was at UWF, this would be my study place. I was told if I come there often enough, they call you by name and know your order!! Let's make it happen lol 😆

The coffee barista is AMAZING. I had a Caramel apple chia specialty drink. It is truly amazing. The flavors are truly amazing. The environment is pretty chill.

Can't rate their beverages as we never got one, but I can rate their service. If I could give this place NO stars I would. We walked in and waited a few minutes at the order counter. The place was not busy and one girl behind the counter. The girl was making drinks, at an alarmingly slow pace, and ignored us. She only acknowledged our existence after she gave drinks to other customers. She looked at us and said "oh, I'll get your order in a few minutes" and walked off. We waited a few more minutes then just walked out. I had heard this place was good but have no desire to go back. I'll stick with Dunkin' or Starbuck's.

Absolutely love Bon Beans! I've been going there since I first moved to Florida (August 2020) and I seriously can't say enough good things about the place. Excellent service, great coffee, and the perfect environment for my business work. I meet with clients there almost on a weekly basis! Last week during a meeting, someone I was with spilled their drink, but the barista came right over with some towels and even offered us another free drink. Top notch service. Highly recommend.

Love this coffee shop! Been going here as a local for the past two years now! Great coffee and atmosphere. Staff is also very friendly. Their recent remodel makes this place much more inviting too! Bon Bean gets my stamp of approval.

Love coming here to work on homework and meet with my clients! The atmosphere, music and vibe are always so cozy! I have to brag on Marley this morning, because it’s a Saturday and it’s a packed house and she is killing it!! She’s the only one working this morning and she’s taking orders, answering calls, making drinks and treating each client like they are the only ones in front of her in that moment. I always receive great service here but THIS GIRL deserves a raise!

Fantastic coffee! I wish I would have asked for the girls name who made it, she was so sweet and makes a great coffee, hot or cold. I was bummed that they don’t have all the smoothies/juices on their online menu yet due to change of ownership but I am confident that when they do get those options again, they will be great!!

Me and some friends went there about two weeks ago. It wasn't very crowded because it was close to closing. The worker was very nice and even remade a drink for one of my friends when they didn't like it. It's very cut and cozy in there and overall very pleasant.

Hands down the best nitro cold brew I’ve had in my life. I drove 30 minutes out of my way this AM to get it again… it’s that good. Atmosphere is a bit quiet for me but I just grab my stuff to go. Im sure it’s great for folks studying.

A very friendly, local coffee shop with a cozy atmosphere. Awesome place to relax and read a book or work on your computer while sipping on some coffee. Which is great by the way. I haven’t tried the teas yet, but I come here once a week for the nitro cold brew. Let me tell you that it slaps.

Came in looking for juice , turns out they don’t sell juice anymore , thanks for the waste of time and not putting that online or taking it off your signs smh

Edit: Returned to this location after 10 months or so to find the location under new management. It was a totally different experience this time. The coffee was excellent and the pastries were delicious. The price point appears to be the same but with a better product I will pay a bit more for quality. A do over!

Bon Beans is a nice place to visit over a coffee. The atmosphere is relaxing, the seating comfortable, and there are games to play with one or more friends. If you want to bring a child or two, there are puzzles and kids games to entertain them. The barista was nice, helpful, and quick with the orders. The variety of coffees, teas, and smoothies is surprising for the small size of the shop. 🙂

Great coffee and juices, and I love the atmosphere. I'll definitely be spending more money and time here while studying. The only reason for the 4 stars was due to how I liked the drink I got. My girlfriends drink was great, she ordered an iced latte with sugar free caramel syrup and oat milk, I ordered an iced coffee with the same flavor and heavy cream. I didn't care much for the cold brew that my drink was made with, but the espresso in her drink was amazing. I'll be ordering the latte from now on. They also seem to have some really nice beans for sale which I'll have to try and I'll leave an update with my thoughts on that after I try. I'll also add photos after the next time I go. The staff is also really nice and helpful.

This would have been five stars, because this is my favorite coffee shop and people. I go there and spend $8 ever day. However, I just found out the large has been downgraded to 16 oz instead of 24oz for an iced coffee. I will not be back now unfortunately. I will not pay $8 for a small coffee. I hope you get the large cups back. I think my daily $8 habit would pay for it alone.

I always test new coffee places with an Americano, black, so I can tell how the espresso is, and this place gets an A+. Extra points for being organic too. Great vibe and staff too. They have good soundproof covers over the blenders to keep the vibe mellow and protect their employees hearing. It I lived here, I would be a regular.
