Publix Pharmacy near me is always fast to get my prescription filled with no hassle always has been in stock which wasn't the same for my old pharmacy I used forever until I switched about 1.5 year's ago 5* also good customer service is always great!

Over the last year I've been to this publix and I've decided to shop elsewhere. I did an online order, and waited 45 minutes for a pubsub. I was THEN told after waiting that publix was in fact "out of chicken." The second issue was with the bakery. I ordered a cake for father's day that I asked to just say "worlds best dads" What I got was a cake that said happy fathers day. I get it, they get mislabeled. They scraped the writing of as best they could, which made it way worse. When I got it back, it said the same thing. At this point I just took my mangled cake and paid for it. Lastly, on more than one occasion I've gone through the deli near the meats and cheeses and found super outdated and expired stuff. Sometimes it's meat thats turned brown, expiring a week ago and once I found an entire stock of pepperonis expired by 4 months. I moved up here from Lakeland, and every publix down there was 100% amazing. This place should be closed down.

This Publix in particular is the best Publix I’ve been to … Literally every other item is “buy 1 get 1 free”!!!! Would definitely recommend !!!!

Make a quick pick-up stop find what I was looking for

My wife placed order at 8am I arrived to pick up at 9. Checked in , I waited til 940 and no one delivered, another pulled up their order was brot out , I was told they were pulling 2 orders is why mine was late but they brot other persons , I go inside and they are just then bringing my order up, stuff happens , but not an I'm sorry , do better next time , nothing.

I lost my keys 4th of July day and hands down west 9 mile location store managers are Top Notch!!! Not only were they helpful for looking in the store two separate managers walked me to my car and helped me look there. Low and behold my keys were at home long story but just wanted to give a shout out to Managers at Publix on west 9 mile yall Rock !!!!

Publix is a great place but a little over priced

I’ve been to just about every Publix along the panhandle and Never have I ever had to wait literally an hour for a Publix to make my sub with only 4 people in front us. The workers casually taking their own time with absolutely no urgency at all. This place is a ****show. Not to mention the dude making me and my pregnant wife’s sub had SNOT yes SNOT running out of his nose the whole time while not wearing a mask and consistently sniffling. The worst experience I’ve had a Publix yet and will never again go to this one to get subs.

Great selection, especially of organic products... staff is very friendly, and the store is very clean!

Went to the pharmacy because our regular pharmacy didn't have the medication we needed. They called the pharmacy, got the information and within 30 to 45 minutes the prescription was ready! Impressed! Their mango passion fruit macarons are absolutely FANTASTIC! Always great service. The pharmacist, Adam, is very friendly and knowledgeable. The other pharmacy staff has always been helpful.

Excellent selection of goods, giving lots of choice, we always shop here when on vacation from the UK, good quality products too.

I like publix but can never get fresh French bread anymore. I get off in the late afternoon and have been going to this store for awhile now. I use to be able to pick up some French bread but not anymore.

This Publix location is far and away the best around! The employees are friendly, polite and professional and the store is always clean and well stocked. So thankful there are still decent locations in our area!

Normally it’s a great experience, I waited about 5- 10 minutes in the deli department to ask if they were open, because clearly there was about 3 people doing the same thing. The young lady replied, yes, we're short staff “. The main thing is they didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had been standing there. Courtesy and kindness is always free.

This place is the worst. They don't stock certain diabetes medicines, they don't stock epipens and they do not call you if they do not have the medicine or if it's backordered or if they don't stock it because they say it takes too much time to call everybody.

I usually have to wait longer than promised for online orders, but the last few times have been ridiculously long. Today, someone took my order so they were going to make it asap. 40 minutes later. Nothing. I left. 🤬

Went for a lunch plate but fried pickles were chewy and potatoes were cold. Also no lids for the drink we bought. Normally don't have this kind of experience at Publix. Might have just been an extra busy day

This Publix location has always had the nicest, product informed, and curtious employees. The store is always clean and well stocked, and if you can't find something everyone will go out of their way to help you locate it. Absolutely two thumbs up for this location.

BEWARE EBT USERS OF THE "THEFT" OF YOUR BENEFITS FROM PUBLIX!! Even though corporate says "it's impossible for the system to do it" they ARE charging TAX (on taxable "food" items) to my EBT card. I bought candy at 2.79, but the FULL $3.00 (item PLUS tax) WAS charged pagainst my ebt card!! The receipt states "tax forgiven" of .21 but I was still charged it. I wish I could attach the snapshots of both to prove it.

Attempted to resolve issue, not receiving BOGO pricing on check out, (Insta cart shopper). Spoke with impatient young lady and then a more impatient, rude manager. My original item was replaced as it was not available. The item it was replaced with is a BOGO item, (I have pics of add). Was charged x 2 instead of BOGO. Publix employee directed me to; pick up items, bring them back in to exchange, (how? item is not available!), refuses to honor BOGO price. I'm a senior, using walker, have to get walker onto shopping cart, drag 2 big containers of cat litter around store....etc....

I see a riding cart stopped partially into the street by a handicapped parking spot. I inform a publix employee walking in with me. the employee looks at it and say they will tell someone. I wasn't sure why they didn't ride it in when they saw the problem. I waited and never saw anyone come out to get the cart, again, hanging partly in the street. After about 7 to 10 minutes, I saw the same employee I spoke to earlier, walked straight to the car, and left. Another employee walks right past it and leaves. I do some computer work in my car, and continue to wait to see if someone will come out. No one does. I call the store and inform them myself. Minutes later, two young people came walking out in a sloth like manner. The male looks around the parking lot, seemingly searching for the person who called in. the woman stands in one spot, looking around. The young man flairs his arms, but I can not hear what they are saying. He gets in the cart, and they go back inside togethernessto. In the store, a young employee could not seem to help me locate a price on an item. He seemed put out, and I gave up. when I got to the register, the item was rung up with the wrong price. the girl seemed confused and had to call someone over. That person went and found out I was charged wrong. this process took about 10 minutes. I realize I could have rode the motorized cart up to the store and gone about my shopping. I realize I didn't have to wait there and make sure it got done so another car didn't run into it. I realize I could not have cared and minded my own business. but we have enough of that behavior in the world today, and some of it was on full display at Publix. Seems like when the adults are away, the youngest play or become Lazy. 🤔

I shop there often, I love the quality of the produce, the BOGO'S and the overall atmosphere of the store. My granddaughter works there, and she is treated with respect. All of this keeps me coming back...

PublIx is generally a store that offers more than its competitors and this store is no different. The layout is logical, shopping area is spacious, selection is excellent and service is above reproach. The price paid for this level of excellence is just that; prices are higher. The other downside is access to the store is tricky.
