Nice spot! Staff very friendly and the service was top notch!

The cashier was so rude! She doesn’t greet anyone, my friend and I both spoke and she just stared at us. Even when it was time to tell us our total she was just looking at us. She is horrible for botanicals business! First time experiencing rude service here and this is my 6th time here.

BOTANICALS NOLA is my favorite place to get quality sea moss and Healthy/delicious smoothies. My favorite smoothie is "yeah with the yeah." You immediately feel the healing properties in this smoothie. I am a forever customer!

I love Botanicals NOLA, and especially love that they moved near St. Roch which is a lot closer to me! I loved their almond toast and the Blue Orleans shake( which is a great early morning pick me up in this heat!) I haven't delved into their seamoss yet, but i love that they put seamoss in their smoothies and Ive been meaning to get a jar soon since I've read so much of the benefits of seamoss. The atmosphere is really posh and pleasant( the owner has incredible taste for design/ think White Bambara mudcloth mixed with the brand ' Rayo & Honey'), im surprised why more people don't utilize the space more for work. Anyway love it, you should try it! Prolly gonna go on a smoothie date with a friend soon! 😘

I’m not a real healthy eater but I’m trying to do better. I do believe when the owner speaks he’s really trying to do his part by providing healthy options so we can heal ourselves. Started by Seamoss during the pandemic and I truly believe it kept me and my family healthy. The Smoothies tasty, the avocado toast delicious but the fruit bowls off the chain so good it makes you think this can’t be healthy. Staff very friendly, nice atmosphere to chat it up with a friend or get a lil work done.

If you eat to live or just enjoy a healthy choice sometimes this is the best place in the city for you

I am a frequent customer of Botanicals NOLA and I would highly recommend this business to anyone looking for a refreshing, organic smoothie and/or delicious bites. The smoothies are all tasty, but my absolute favorites are the Yeah with the Yeah and Big Zoe. I also always get the avocado toast. They are always consistent and fresh and the atmosphere is just gorgeous and comfortable. The staff are always friendly as well. 5/5 stars!

The smoothies were absolutely delicious!

So when you walk in, everything kind of stops because it’s that tranquil. You then look around and realize you’re good because you can’t buy anything bad even if you don’t buy anything. In a way, even the staff appear to be what you’re buying. Oh and the avocado toast is bananas. Bless

I found Botanicals NOLA through a Google Maps search for health food when I was having crazy medical issues. Their sea moss has saved me! The food is vegan, healthy, and delicious! After two days in a row of their sea moss smoothies, my energy bounced back as never before! Cheaper than my doctor’s copay to boot. Their chickpea sandwich, avocado toast, and peanut butter toast are healthy and filling. Their ginger shots are packed with ginger! I recommend washing it down with their sea moss lemonade. Idk why people said the staff were rude or slow. I have been coming here over a year and never had this issue (it must’ve been resolved). I had my 2 smoothies and toast in under 8 min with another customer’s order ahead of me. Atmosphere is great, stylish, sunny, welcoming, and clean/selfie-worthy bathroom. Highly recommend!!

I really enjoyed the smoothie and sandwich I ordered. The chickpea sandwich tastes so FREAKING GOOD!!!! I’ve only ordered here twice but the service and food have been consistently good so far.

Went into Botanicals Nola yesterday morning. Initially went in to get some ginger shots— end up getting Sea Moss Gel. I believe I spoke to the owner while there. He was very kind + sweet. Helped me w| choosing the correct Sea Moss for me. Ambiance is super chill. I can’t wait to visit again!

I ordered delivery on a lazy day where I wanted something healthy but didn't want to cook. I got the acai bowl and wow, it was so good! My 2yo son also loved it. It was also quite large and way more filling than I expected. I had enough leftover for a snack later and breakfast the next day. I don't even typically eat a plant based diet but this was awesome and I'll definitely be eating here again.

High quality ingredients, good service, generous portions, and a nice simple visual aesthetic. Definitely coming back.

We got this as a pregame snack/meal traveling to New Orleans with SMU Volleyball and it was amazing. I had the peanut butter toast and the Blue Orleans. The toast was insanely good, topped with sliced banana, peanut butter, vegan chocolate chips, agave, and chia seeds. The toast had a nice crunch and the agave really added a nice sweetness to balance out the saltiness of the PB. The Blue Orleans was also delicious, super solid blue color with a nice sweetness, had coconut water, almond milk, banana, blue spirulina, and sea moss. Plenty of great options to choose from here the menu was unique, would definitely come back.

Just so good seamoss smoothies!!!! I loved the Blue Orleans with blue spirulina and the berry one. Also blueberry vegan donut tasted good.

I got the “build your own smoothie bowl” and it was so refreshing and just what I needed on a hot day! They do not hold back on toppings at all. Super friendly staff and relaxing ambiance inside

Good smoothies staff didn’t greet us at all, I’m assuming this lady was the manager….she had her eyes glued to her phone, walked past us to a storage closet by the door and was on her phone when we left. Didn’t say thank you, bye or come again. Visited from out of town

My first visit, had an avocado toast and blue Orleans smoothie, both delicious!

Recently became a fan of seamoss and I lucked up when I found a health spot that offers seamoss in everything they make. I love all the smoothies but the Blue Orleans is my go too! I get Ginger and Mango added to it for extra flavor. Definitely try their smoothies bowls as well, definitely a fresh and tasteful bowl. I love their healer shots which is packed with ginger! I mean you really can’t go wrong with anything you order here. The customer service and the overall experience that you get here alone will make you want to come back! The owner is EXTREMELY hands on and very knowledgeable which is always the plus when your trying something new. I can’t brag enough about this place, but don’t take my word, stop in and see for yourself loves 💜

The music is lovely. The staff is really nice and very helpful. They have sea-moss with flavors like elderberry or without it. They also have some seasonal shots, açaí bowls, smoothies, avocado toast, and chickpea sandwich. I ordered one slice of avocado toast and a sea-moss lemonade which comes with sea moss, lemons, agave, and spring water. It’s 12 FL oz. Together my meal was about 12$. The shop is on a corner and pretty easy to find, but as first i thought i was walking into someone’s house haha. The plants painted on the walls are so cute and offset the white walls and long tables. They have a reasonable number of outlets and some individual tables too. I would come back here to try some other items. I really want to try the Belgian waffle but they stop serving it after 12pm 🫠

Great smoothies, without the weird sweeteners that so many smoothie places inexplicably add, and creative food options as well. Also, unlike so many places in the US, they're cashless, reducing the worry of disease transmission and crime.

Visiting from out of town and this spot was a must on my list. BLACK OWNED and VEGAN food!! I couldn't ask for better! Food was healthy, tasty, and delicious!!! Customer service was good. Atmosphere was awesome! Highly recommend supporting this business 👏🏾 You'll have to find parking on the street. There are schools located around the business. We went early morning and parking was difficult BUT it was absolutely worth it!

Fast service. Everyone was nice & friendly. They answered all my question. Very engaging and well informed about the products. The establishment was very clean and inviting. The smoothies were fresh, delicious and refreshing. I purchased the "Yeah with the Yeah and the "Ya Heard Me". I definitely recommend you try them.

Came into town and found this lovely place up the street from my Airbnb. Fell in love the first day. The avocado toast was amazing and the smoothies were refreshing and fulfilling. I recommend the “Big Zoe” or “Yeah with the yeah”. My group and I literally went there for breakfast every day until we left. The service was fast and friendly. Definitely a place I will keep coming to.

The place was nice but the service was a little RUSHY .. there wasn't anyone in the line at the moment and I was rushed , the funny thing is she asked me did I have a loyalty card, I said NO , she signed me up and preceded to say "I got to go fast , Bc I may get a line ".. I said BUT THERE IS NO ONE HERE ?!!? Afterwards I wanted to read the menu Bc I had seen an absolutely delicious looking avocado toast , she took the menu away and was like "it's not on there ", mind you it was in the counter .. I just wanted to see how much the toast was ?!?. Sidenote: the proper way to tell someone to get out the way is not to say COULD YOU MOVE SO ....other than that it was not my first visit there .. nice vibe place just maybe work on customer service

Blue Orleans! Thats all I have to say...

Perhaps the most amazing smoothie bar I have ever been to... and I used to work at one. The owner is incredible, and I seriously believe in what he's doing here. He's the closest smoothie bar to the 9th ward I've ever seen. A brilliant Black owned business(with AMAZING) service and quality to support. When I worked at a school across the street, I would get their ginger and orange juice shot daily, and it helped my nausea (medical issue) to a phenominal amount; more than the actual medications I have been persecribed by a doctor. So much love and support for them.
