Friendly staff, and prompt service. Even their small breakfast burrito is too much food for me. They offer gluten free and keto friendly options. Stop by, you won't regret it- I didnt.

This place is so kid-friendly with a play kitchen and one of the bathrooms even had a nice changing station, it's just so refreshing. The servers there are always so kind too. Love that they have a ton of vegan, vegetarian and meat-eater options. Everyone I have introduced this place to just loves it too.

The salads and smoothies are highly recommended.

We came for breakfast and were keen to try the coffee flights, having seen other reviewers mention them. The coffee flights were great, and we appreciated their flexibility in making both dairy and nondairy versions. Our breakfast burritos (mini and large chorizos) were also delicious. We slid in right when they opened at 9 am and the cafe filled up pretty quickly soon thereafter. Best breakfast of our three day stay in Fairbanks!

Great coffee and amazing food!!

It was first time I have been here my daughter found this Cafe so she took me here. It's very hard for me and her to find places that are gluten free especially since it's not a choice I have Celiac Disease so I feel absolutely in luv with the staff the food and the coffee was amazing my oldest daughter got a lotus and looked amazing. I also loved that there was a kids section for my little one to play at. Over all we now have a favorite family place to go to!!!

My first time here and I was blown alway with this huge delicious vegan burrito pocket yummy. I also got a ice green tea match latte with almond milk plus a vegan chocolate gluten free brownie. It was so chocolate goodness that I was soooo 😆 happppy…. Love the services , just sweet and attentive to giving suggestions . It’s nice to know there is place that covers all your dietary needs without the sacrifice of comfort feeling delicious food. This place is a gem and it’s definitely going to be my go too .Thank you so much . I’m coming back for the vegan nachos. 🥰😍

Excellent little cafe. Their coffee is delicious and I love their coffee flights! I crave the sandwich I order there too. This spot is kid friendly as they have kids tables and chairs as well as a play kitchen.

I try to follow a low carb lifestyle which can be hard. I was happy to discover this cute little cafe today. I had a cup of carnivore soup. The food was yummy, and I will be back!

Super delicious allergy friendly venue. Very knowledgeable about allergy restrictions & how to tailor for you. I'm gluten and vegan and could have practically anything on the menu I wanted. The brownie and snickerdoodle are bomb. Very comfortable atmosphere and super kind staff. Much much appreciated

I’ve never had a coffee or a meal from here that I didn’t love. Everyone is always so friendly (and patient, because lord knows I can never make up my mind lol). Highly recommend for anyone who is searching for fresh food AND great gluten free/vegan grub in the area.

This is our second year getting this cake from Cafe de stir it up! My daughter has a dairy and egg allergy and let me tell you I’ll continue to support and get her cake from here it tastes amazing! She loved it! I can’t recommend Cafe de Stir it up enough for your gf/df/ef options they won’t disappoint!

They were swamped this morning with customers and orders but they did a phenomenal job getting everyone's order out with patience and efficiency. Great food from great people!

Fabulous options for Vegan, GF and Keto l, super friendly staff. Amazing GF Banana Chocolate Chip muffin. Warmed up OMG!!! All the dairy free milk options at 0.75$ extra. Really fabulous place!!

My boyfriend and I love this cafe. I appreciate all the gluten-free & vegan options. The vegan nachos are fantastic. Always friendly service and the cafe has a cute ambiance. Coffee and baked goods are delicious. If you haven't been here yet, go there today! :)

Can I say *awesome* vegan options? If they don't have vegan cheese, it's not awesome. But they have that and more! I was wonderfully surprised by the vegan baked goods too. Service was incredible!

Absolutely wonderful little cafe, PERFECT for gf/df/egg free options and accommodate for all allergies! I got a turkey pesto wrap with bell peppers and no onions, one of my kids got the turkey and cream cheese wrap, and my other kid got the bean and cheese burrito. I also got a sparkling strawberry lemonade, and the total for all 3 meals was less than $25 and everything was made perfectly! Absolutely impressed with this place!

This place is super cute. It's child friendly and has some of the best sweet coffees I've had. My favorite is the white island. Definitely get a tasting flight if you come by!!!

This is the Chick-fil-A of Fairbanks, AK. I love it so much that it’s all I want on Sundays, but unfortunately they too are closed. 🥲. A definite stop on your way through at any point!

the vegan nachos were absolutely AMAZING! Hands down the best nachos i’ve ever had. On top of having the best nachos they had the best staff, so friendly and inviting. Overall a very good experience will definitely be going back!!

Super clean and relaxed cafe, the nicest staff you’ll find in town, and in my opinion the best sandwich in town, the Turkado. They have so many options for keto friendly and vegetarian friendly foods. They make sticking to your dietary needs while treating yourself hassle free and delicious. I try to come every week, and everyone needs to try them out at least once!

The owner is a genuinely nice person, and the food was delicious all while being completely safe for my allergies. If you have to eat gluten free and you're in Fairbanks, you have to give Cafe de Stir It Up a try!

We were visiting from Texas and loved the variety of coffee they have! We got different flights 2 days in a row! Fast service and friendly baristas!

Nice place with good food options. They have gluten free, they have vegan...but I can't get a gluten free vegan wrap unless they leave out the protein because of supply issues. So what do they do? They work with my weird dietary issues and add some hummus. Theres an extra $2 charge for the GF wrap, but at least they have the option! Totally recommend the cafe and owner!

We came to Fairbanks from dc for travel. My husband can not stop talking abt it’s burrito even after months of returning. I need to call and ask for burrito recipe. It’s the best we have ever had. Coffee was perfect too.

Great staff! Great food! My wife and I both had croissant with sausage, egg, and cheese, which was delicious. When we asked the staff for suggestions on what to do in the area they were very kind and gave us some good ideas of things to see and do.

Such a neat place to get coffee and get some homework done. The environment is so welcoming and the staff is so nice and helpful. I tried the coffee flight and it was so good, my favorite was the oatmeal scotchie (highly recommend it) I was able to get a ton of homework done and enjoy my day. I’ll definitely be back to try some eats next!
