Yesterday ordered a pastrami, today I ordered a Philly cheese and amazing! My delivery driver answered my call and 15 minutes later bam at my door. Honestly I don’t even know his name I keep forgetting to ask but what great energy and service this place has. Thank you Broadways I’m a new happy customer!

This place has a family atmosphere where the owner receives you very affectionately, even giving a cookie to my daughter and not forgetting the detail of how tasty the sandwich was and the mayonnaise and ketchup on the potatoes. My boyfriend has frequented this place since he was a child and he was right when he recommended it to me!

This place is great. The guy runnin the joint is so awesome. You feel like family. The food is fantastic and fresh!!!!

Honestly we came in when they closed so we walked away they opened the door for us and insisted we come in and the customer service was 10/10 so nice and funny and the foood was amazing we had burgers!!!! the place was so cool

The owner loves his customers but ridicules his employees. I felt uncomfortable last time I went, the way he speaks to his employees is degrading. I believe stress is causing the owner to lose it. Take a vacation relax and come back a better person bud!! Cheers

Stumbled in waiting for my boyfriend to get some lab work done at Quest and was pleasantly surprised! I regularly go to Five Spice and have seen this place in passing all the time. I was never in the plaza to get a chance to try it so when I was I decided to take the chance. The food was really good, came hot and fresh. The employees were all very nice and interacting with the guests in a way that really showed they care about their customers. The first were soooo flavorful and crispy. 10/10 I’ll be back when I’m in the area!

It’s Never a Miss with Broadway… Sometimes I dine-in and sometimes I order. I’m in love with the Cheese burger 🍔 combo. The food is made with Love Each and every time. The Older Guy that delivers J.T. (Just Terrific) always has a Cookie for my Daughter 👧🏽 and Son 👦🏽 They’re just so wholesome . We came in after seeing the online reviews and it didn't disappoint. The service was quick. Sandwiches were delicious. We had a Philly cheese steak and the house special Italian. Both were delicious. The fries were hot and crispy. The little sauce is great. Would definitely be coming again.

I I've lived in Homestead forever and oddly enough have never been here. Man what I was missing out on. Definitely a local place but definetly has the new york sun shop feel to it . Unless you've been to one it's hard to explain. My sub was on point everything fresh and delicious. I got the grilled chicken ( lemon pepper) with a Coke. Plus the bread was soft and amazing. Before I could leave a man behind the counter. Who totally gave me my Dad's "up north" vibe . Told me not to forget to take my damn cookie. He was right ? It was a damn good cookie. I smiled with my my cookie on the drive home .

I placed an order at 6pm the food arrived at 6:30 and the subs looked as if they rushed the order because they close at 7pm I spent over 40$ for both of the cheesestakes and a kids chicken tender meal the steak was not chopped up the fries was old the chicken tenders we're brick hard. i knew they would be closed by the time i contacted them so I called the next morning and the manager was really rude and said well I wasn't here so why didn't you call the same day after he already stated they close at 7pm. he basically was told nothing can be done unless I came into the store which I wasn't able to the order was for delivery.

I love Broadway subs, they are so good! i don't even understand how they have bad reviews. The food is always good and the staff is always so nice and friendly. The owner as well he's so nice and is always giving away free cookies. I have literally been coming here for years by far they have the best subs around!

I can't say enough about this place. It's like a NYC deli in Homestead. Wow. If you go you'll be amazed by great food, friendly staff and a real deli atmosphere. They offer a small sit down dining area with tables and chairs. The place was clean and easy to get to. Parking can fill up due to medical offices in the same center but you'll find a spot anyway.

I'm from out of town and needed 30 sandwiches for my coworkers for lunch. When I called to place the order, the lady on the phone was super helpful and pleasant to talk to. The next day, when I showed up, the service was exceptional. The atmosphere made this one of the best restaurants I've ever been to. I took the 30 sandwiches to go. My order was prepared 100% correctly, and the food was outstanding. Highly recommend this spot.

The subs were great. The owner is definately a character. He could tell we were from out of town. Very kind to my children and a flamboyant personality. Would definately go back if in the area going forward

We tried this place while traveling to Florida and we were not disappointed! I had the Philly Cheesesteak and my husband had the Ruben. The cheesesteak was nice quality chunky meat as opposed to your typical shaved meat. All of the employees were very kind and friendly. Would highly recommend!

Stopped here during a track day at the Raceway that is close by. We were authentically greeted by multiple employees the minute we walked in the door! The older gentleman who took our order was extremely kind and gave us some samples of coleslaw and lobster bisque that were both delicious! The sandwiches we ordered were fresh and yummy. Had a lovely conversation with the staff.

I love broadway subs! My boyfriend gets their Philly steak combo and I get the veggie California sub. They taste so good and their signature pink sauce is my favorite. I noticed this place recently blew up and got popular so there are rush hours that make the wait long, but worth it! If you catch it during down time you’ll get full service. The owner helped me order at the kiosk, and even gave me complimentary cookies and a bottle. He is super funny and nice! The owner is from NY which contributes to the atmosphere. Absolutely love it here and I’ll definitely be coming again, highly recommend!

We have been going here for years. Very good food, and the price for the food is also really fair. What really sets this place is the management and staff, extremely professional and friendly employees. The ownership always takes care of families that come in and goes above and beyond to make you feel at home.

Sorry, not as good as expected. Philly Cheesesteak meat was overcooked and dry, even with mayo the bread was dry, soft and chewy. Not enough meat to even fill the bun. Basically tasteless, even with the 2 or 3 mushrooms and some green peppers sprinkled in. Got only one order of 6 tasteless thin slices of tomato and the mouthfull of useless iceberg lettuce on the side, Thank GOD for that, but I ordered 2, foot longs ... and the bill was over $20.

The food is great, the people are really nice, the owner towards the clients is great and funny. But the only thing is the way the owner treats his employees sometimes is not nice and gives a wear atmosphere in the place.

I LOVE this place. The people are so friendly and so much fun. I don't know what is better ... the food or the fun. The prices are great and the sandwiches are generously filled. Every place has their own secret sauce. The one made for their fries can't be beat. I love my local hometown sub shop.

A 5 star establishment indeed! Been coming here for years. Asked J.T. For a “deluxe” Philly cheesesteak today and he said “not sure what that is but I got you”. I am not an ad, please understand when I say forget Publix and Subway and about any other place because the bread never gets soggy, cookies made by grandma, and the meat is so flavorful you can taste each individual bite. Tip these drivers and the jar because they have filling full subs that I would personally die for.

No doubt the atmosphere and experience are always New York style. I love the owners and they love their community in return, that is more than apparent. The only issue I had was the food. It was good, don't get me wrong but the Philly cheese we got we....not the best in town. Salty and missing that Philly cheese flavor and caramelized onions. Over all, fries are awesome, they are generous with their craft and items. I love coming here but The burger we got very very well done and dry. Just needs some fine tuning and small adjustments to be amazing. The Beast is by far the best they have. I suggest that, fully loaded. Much love to all of them there.

JT and Daisy are awesome. They have so many customers but always strive to remember your name. This is an independent sub shop that deserves our support. Not a better sandwich shop in Homestead. If you seek a real sub shop with a flat top grill - this is the place.....

Stopped in for lunch, while shopping. Super friendly staff. Great Prices! The wait for our sandwiches wasn’t long at all, but J.T offered us a taste of pasta salad.. (which was phenomenal) and some coleslaw. Our plates came soon after. We were both very pleased with our meal. Quite possibly the best we’ve had in a really long time.

I dont know how they get such good reviews but that was one of the worst subs I have ever tasted. Even the pasta salad was nasty. It was the first time eating there and I won't be going back.
