The service here is always good. They take care and time to make sure orders are right.

Two girls working just kept me standing outside for over 10 minutes you can tell they have a great Idgaf about anything attitude they’re focusing on delivery orders even ones that came up after me being there you’re always supposed to prioritize the customer that’s there first

I go here all the time! Staff is amazing and with all their options for ice creams and even the opportunities for pup cup ice creams and even free ice creams for the kiddos, it's amazing and truly makes my entire family's day!!

Icecream flavors are amazing. Noticed that they definitely downsized their portions and made the scoops much smaller which is disappointing. Atmosphere is good though, so three stars.

Advertised customer appreciation prices and poor employee didn't even know about it. Did not honor the sales price advertised.

Service was quick and friendly, but the ice cream wasn't good. 4 different flavors among us and none tasted right- chocolate peanut butter had no chocolate taste, sea salt caramel only tasted like salt, and the cotton candy had no flavor at all. But the Italian ice and sorbets were good, the Italian ice were delicious.

Great ice cream, I love their Creamsicle, but there are so many floors to choose from. Staff is always friendly and welcoming. I love this place😊

For the past year, I have been coming to Bruster's ice cream and for the most part the ice cream has been great!!! I like the variety of flavors and that flavor of the ice cream actually tastes as it is supposed to be. My issue, and why I gave this location 4 Stars, is the inconsistent sizing of the Peanut Butter cup Sundae and the customer service. For example, the Peanut Butter cup Sundae is supposed to be served in a clear plastic bowl. Though, whenever I have ordered it, it either comes in the large cup, or the clear bowl. This last time, the sundae was served in a large cup and it was missing the actual peanut butter and there was no hot fudge in it. When I asked to speak to a manager, I was told that one was not on duty and that the manager would not be in till the next day. When I called the next day and explained the situation to the manager, all she could offer was a $1.00 off coupon. For a place that serves $8.00 sundae's, my expectation is that item is served in the correct bowl with the correct amount ingredients. So, when I bring an issue to the attention of the stores management, I should be offered something more than a $1.00 off.

Staff is super friendly. Ice cream is delicious....as always. I got the banana split and was able to choose the ice cream flavors and toppings.

Ice cream quality is very poor. It tastes very processed. The banana flavor in particular was dye-yellow and tasted like artificial banana flavoring. The service was fine but the ice cream was very poor considering that the brand markets itself as serving “real” ice cream made each morning.

First time here. Let me just say, the drive thru is hidden. The ice cream is so good. Alittle pricey but worth it.

Been going here for years and while I haven't always gone to this special location, they have the same atmosphere and menu as the one I went to as a kid. I love all there items and there frozen cakes / pies are also great for celebrations!

Good ice cream. But not as good as the photo. Ice cream made on the premises. Twenty toppings to add to Sundays. Half- price Banana splits on Thursdays, bring you own banana. Very clean foyer with two tables and plenty of parking.

I realized I come here often and I don’t believe I’ve ever left a review. I usually get the peanut butter cup because it’s my favorite, my kids love anything I get them and my boyfriend loves the shakes. Ventured out and tried a blast tonight and wow oh wow, filled every pregnancy craving I was having. Staff was friendly and engaging, as usual. (Ps tried the new custard place that opened down the road, doesn’t compare to yall the slightest bit!… they don’t even offer whipped cream…) I will continue being loyal to Bruster’s :)

Great if you want incredibly expensive ice cream. This location in particular has inconsistent sizing, but is always small for what you pay. If you charge that much, you should be getting more ice cream. I recommend going down the road to really any other ice cream shop, or even the grocery store. We used to frequent here a lot, but became increasingly unhappy with the small and inconsistent sizes. We won’t be back again.

We called to see if they were open, they told us yes, then we pulled up to the drive through 2 minutes later and they told us they weren’t serving anymore… it was 8:38 😂😂

They have some of the greatest ice creams. Don't forget to check out their monthly and sessional flavors as well. If you bring your dog you can get a pet sundae for them.

It was my first time at this establishment. There is an app that you can scan that automatically gives you three dollars off for joining their club pizza. Their waffle cones were fresh crispy and amazing. The ice cream was good. It’s well worth the price and the splurge they also give puppy ice cream which I thought was very cute.

Really nothing bad to say about the place or ice cream quality. Price is the issue here, especially for the smallest scoops in town.

Man Oh Man! The ice cream and customer service is absolutely wonderful. Soooooo many options. They really enjoy what they do here. The banana split (have it your way) was the best I've had in a long time. If you want to indulge, this is the place! Just leave the calorie counter at home...😊 I definitely recommend!

I've been a fan of the Bruster's franchises since I went for the first time about 10 years ago in Brandon. I was really excited when the one on Bloomingdale opened. At first everything there was great. Unfortunately, I can't say the same now. The owner used to be there often. Now, not so much. The cones are super thin and break easily, making it difficult to enjoy my ice cream. I hope they get back to the basics and bring back the quality products and service that kept me coming back.

The banana 🍌 chocolate chip ice cream is delicious. They make fresh ice cream and it is always good. The waffle cones are flimsy so I suggest you get a bowl with your cone. Recommended for all ice cream lovers ❤️❤️❤️

The owner is very nice! Service was great even with the pressures of a hurricane Ian coming through. Ice cream is delicious! This will be our new spot! & the plus side it has a drive thru!! We got the New York strawberry cheesecake pie all I can say is OMG!

Quality of ice cream is good...not great. But the disorganization inside that takes 15-20 minutes to get through the drive-thru line makes it not worth going. Nice kids working there....just not well managed.
