We stopped at 9:30 pm, my wife got a small cone, which was good, but I ordered a large chocolate malt, which was as runny as plain milk, a faint taste of chocolate, and very little malt. I've ordered chocolate malts at many Brusters, this was by far the worst ever, I just dumped it in the trash. I thought about getting it remade, but if they couldn't make this one correctly, how could they make a 2nd.

I visited Brusters this evening and was very underwhelmed. The size of the scoops i received in my waffle cone were those meant for a kids cone at the adult price, the ice cream (white turtle) was very soft and contained 3 pecans at best. I am not sure what has occurred since I last visited, but I will not be back there anytime soon (if at all). So disappointed……..

As a kid till now this has always been the best ice cream place around, I also find myself trying new flavors but this particular time I tried cake batter and it had to be the best flavor I have ever had. It is rich in it's taste and the value is well worth it. Would definitely get this again, just a smaller size since they give you so much!

Today was PJ Day! The beginning of Spring 🌼. You could donate PJ'S or wear yours and get a free waffle cone with your favorite ice cream.

Paying over $5 for a scoop of gloppy ice cream is unaccptable. Don't do a disservice by unloading it on unsuspecting customers. If the freezers aren't working correctly then let the customer know beforehand and offer some choices of ice cream flavors that are frozen hard.

My husband and I went to Bruster’s today, in the hopes of being able to have a gender reveal cake created quickly for us. Although the cake we wanted could have taken a day or two, Erinn saw how excited we were and was able to create a custom cake for us same day!! Erinn had our baby’s gender in a concealed envelope and did an amazing job at ensuring we never knew the gender until we cut the cake. The cake tasted amazing and was beautiful inside and out. We couldn’t be more pleased with choosing Bruster’s for our gender reveal!!!

So this place can be great, but it's hit or miss. Lately, there seems to be missing ingredients (for example, I ordered pints of Graham Central Station a couple times and there was absolutely none of the graham cracker swirl, which is my favorite part). Also, the portions are sometimes ridiculously small and they're not consistent. I can get 4 scoops of ice cream one day, and it almost fills up a pint container. The next time I ask for 4 scoops, I get a small little container that looks like a child's size and can't be more than 2 scoops. The ice cream is good when it's made with the advertised ingredients, and when you get the expected amount. It's tough to spend $15 on ice cream for 2 people to walk away feeling ripped off, though. (For what it's worth, I've noticed that a woman who I believe is the owner seems to be the one who always gives us the REALLY small portions. She's nice, but I hate when she waits on us because I know I'll walk away annoyed.)

Its ok but not better than scoops on the blvd. Tbh not even close. The taste is just eh better than store bought ice cream but not on scoops or psu ice cream level. Maybe its because my quart of oreo didn't have alot of oreo in it, mostly vanilla

On 11/3 we purchased 1/2 gallon of Oreo, and it was excellent. On 11/20 we ordered another 1/2 gallon but were disappointed in the quality contents of it, seems there were not the same amount of Oreo as the previous one. All this had was Vanilla ice cream and chocolate swirls. I've ordered the Oreo the Ingomar location and haven't been disappointed yet!!!

Great ice cream in all types of servings. Their Blast is a version and Much better than Dairy Queens Blizzard. More stuff in it.

It was not as good as Baskin and Robbins to me. I've heard other people comment on how good Bruster's was and it was ok to me.

Fun ice cream selection. Always busy, but lines move pretty fast for orders.

The ice cream is great, service like with most places is bad, I stood at window for about 3 min one employee walked past me 2 times, and another employee was talking to another employee so 3 people in the store, had to ring to bell for that employee to stop talking to wait on me...great ice cream not great service.

I HONESTLY THOUGHT ABOUT GIVING A 4 STARS REVIEW ON THE BASIS THAT THIS PLACE IS MAKING ME FAT! HAHAHA, BUT THATS A "ME" PROBLEM AND I SHOULD PROBABLY FIND A 12 STEP PROGRAM.

First time trying out this place it was pretty good

Never had a Buster til today. I was surprised that I liked it so well. The problem is that there are way too many choices to choose from, and you wish that you could have tried another flavor also...lol. it's like picking out a lottery ticket. You stand there confused on what to get... lol
