I am at Jamaican food connoisseur I’ve been to plenty of restaurants down in South Florida in my lifetime. There’s nothing that can relate to bull top at the royal palm location. They have a different variety of food for you to choose from. And the jerk sauce is to die for

Top taste was recommended to us while in Florida, we stopped by and was not disappointed. The staff was awesome, especially the lady that served us . Didn't get her name . The food was tasty and felt like home cook . I'm looking forward to revisit soon

Take out orders take for ever .

As always the love and kindness I recieve from everyone there including the chef is remarkable. No dought the food and the portion can feed 4. To everyone there thank you for your great customer service.

It was my first time at this restaurant and the small order of food was massive! The oxtail with rice and peas was seasoned and cooked well. The cabbage was good, but it could have been cooked a bit more. Other than that. I would definitely recommend this restaurant!

This is one of the best spots for Jamaican food around. Great flavor amazing quality. Phenomenal customer service. I work for arrigo alfa romeo and our dealership grabs food here everyday of the week!!! You can beat the price for flavor. Amazing potions 10/10

Do you need catering for your event? Then look no further than Bull Top Taste on Royal Palm Beach Blvd. We had a party for my father’s birthday with close to 100 people in attendance. I called and spoke to Lurline who gave me lots of info and she then had me speak to her daughter Cassie. I spoke to Cassie and I then came in one day to see her. I didn’t have to and could have done everything over the phone but I’m a face to face person. Cassie guided me through the menu, the portion sizes to get, cost, etc. I would like to thank Lurline and Cassie for their help and assistance, the food was absolutely delicious and everyone loved it. I highly recommend.

Ms. Lurline is super sweet and friendly. My husband goes there almost every weekend to get us food. Never disappoints. The taste is always amazing and the portions are enough for two meals. Definitely recommend making this place your top pick for Jamaican food

I have lunch here almost twice a week for the most part. The food is amazing. Is the only reason why I continue to go here but Friday, April 26 was awful. I normally get a large special jerk chicken. My chicken was completely burnt to where the meat was stuck onto the drumstick hard as a rock not to mention it looks like they had a new girl working who was ridiculously slow my lunch break is only an hour, and I stood in line trying to get my food made for 35 minutes, frustrating

This is my first time eating here, but I will definitely be back because the cuisine is excellent and the staff is pleasant. I'm glad to have found something new to eat in our region.

It was alright all around. I ordered the oxtail, cold cabbage, and white rice. You'll enjoy the oxtail if you enjoy sweet oxtail, but it was much sweeter than I like. Along with the microwave burgers, I also ordered a spicy beef patty on the side, which was just as wonderful as the ones from Island Style Bakery. My debt card was not being accepted by the card machine, so I had to use Apple Pay after several failed attempts. However, the next day, two identical transactions were successfully processed (twice charged). A small dish and the burger cost over $22, which is a bit pricey when you compare it to a few other restaurants I've tried in the area.

Jerk chicken is crazy good and both ladies working there are super courteous. Portions are large too but they're only selling off brand sodas and that's ridiculous.

I used to come here religiously before they switch to this locations. I came in and got oxtails for lunch. My oxtails were burnt. I came back the next day. They said I couldn’t get oxtails of course. So they gave me curry chicken. It was SPOILED!!! They gave me Spoiled food because they burnt the oxtails. I like the owner but the ladies that did that are nasty and I will not EVER COME BACK!

RUN! Do not walk! I stopped for my first time on a whim last night right before they closed. 👀🤦‍♀️ Yes I'm that person. They were cleaning up but there were still people getting food so I asked if they were still serving. Beautiful woman at the register said "I still have some food left in the back" I was lucky enough to get a Large oxtail with double rice and peas and 2 patties.......👀 OH..MY..GAWWWD! First of all the amount of food she packed into my plate was out if pocket 🔥♥️! THE FLAVOR! THE TEXURE! The flippen peppers in the gravy was still FIRM! The meat melted in your mouth! The rice and peas 👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼👏🏼 I'm 🇵🇷 rice is my LIFE! End of the night rice that is still fluffy? Like HOW? And the patties, the patties, the patties...🪦 THE LIGHT ON THE HEATER WAS OFF Y'ALL! They were done for the Night! Buttery, FLAKY crust! Filling 🫠! I haven't had a patty so delicious since I moved to PBC. Charlie's bakery on Commercial and the TP was my joint....if you know you know. Anyway, this was a rant because they deserve it. 10 out of 10! Absolutely recommend 👌👍👏♥️🔥

I recently visited Bull Top Taste Restaurant, I orderd the steam fish ,i was extremly satisfied, it was the best tasting fish i have had outside of jamaica, i can't recommend the chef any higher, definitely Top chef.

Had the curry chicken and rice and peas horrible and tasteless not consistent. I use to love the curry goat but the taste now is different and full of bones ruff ruff.Think I will abort this place.Whoever cooked today need a beating yuk.

Food is not consistent last week. Food was very good Had some today meat and rice was cold, and 2/3 of Jerk pork was fat had to look for piece or edible meat. Trew food away wasted $13 and some change.

This place was recommended and I was hesitant because it’s hard to find authentic Jamaican cuisine. I appreciate how courteous the staff member was that called to tell me they were out of oxtail. She patiently told me the other options and made sure that she had my preference correct. The food was AMAZING! Can’t wait to go back and I live an hour away.

Overall it was ok. I got the oxtail with white rice and cabbage (cold). The oxtail was much sweeter than I prefer, if you like sweet oxtail then you’ll like it. I also got a spicy beef patty on the side which was as good as the microwave ones (nowhere close to Island Style Bakery). Card machine had trouble working with my debt card, after trying multiple times I had to do Apple Pay but next day ended with two identical cleared transactions (double charged). Total was almost $22 for a small plate and the patty which is kinda of expensive compared to a couple other spots I’ve tried around town.

I have never had cold gabbage… I thought it was hot. I was craving Jamaican food cause I had some saturday an it was delicious but this was horrible. Never again

Do NOT go here go to DUTCH POT this place use to be very good but they changed owners and moved locations they gave me 2 days old chicken. I tested it because it look very dry it was brown stew but very disgusting I ate one bite I was so upset I knew they were not going to take it back it was bad chicken dried up food past due dates health inspections needs to go in I’m mad I wasted my money this place use to be very good THE PATTYS all air

I ordered a fish (snapper) meal at this restaurant last week and I had to personally call and thank the chef. The meal was prepared to perfection. Everything was great, down to my last bite. Highly recommended!!!!! I visit Bull Top Taste Restaurant in Royal Palm atleast once per week but it was my fist time having a fish meal. I highly recommend this restaurant and will definitely continue to be a patron!

This was my second visit to the Jamaican restaurant and I decided to try their curry goat dish, which was absolutely awesome! I also had the opportunity to taste my mom's oxtail dish, which would be my next choice on my next visit. The food was consistently delicious and I would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic Jamaican cuisine.

Been here a few times now- Food=10 (faves are chicken soup, fried chicken, fried dumplings, callaloo) friends like the goat a lot. Service=10, the ladies serving are lovely( great attitude, smiles, patience). Only negative so far for me is cabbage is waaay too sweet and no coconut water for sale.

From all the Jamaican spots I tried in Palm Beach, Miami Gardens, and Brooklyn, the food at this restaurant is nothing special, plus the customer service is very lack luster, I recommend Raggae Jerk in Greenacres, thank me later!

Ordered the Brown Stew Chicken and I guess they ran out of the chicken so they took fried chicken and put it in the sauce selling it as Brown Stew Chicken. Horrible Place

Food at Top Taste is very delicious. I had the salmon, steamed yellow rice and cabbage carrot slaw today...it was off the chain..thumbs up to the chef for this delicious combination.

Husband and I are Visiting from Canada, and wanted some good jamacian food as my husband is Jamaican. We were introduced to Bull Top Taste Royal Palm. My meal was Fried chicken, rice and peas my husband had stew peas and white rice. It was so good. We highly recommend this restaurant and will visit again when back in the US. NB..I am a cook myself and knows good food when I get it.

Food is old and nasty and overpriced

This place has been my go to place for island food. Today I called ahead for 4 curry chicken patties. They charged my daughter almost $14 bucks for four patties, AND there's a lot less meat in the patties... not fair to jack up cost, and lack on product... never again!

Sad to say, it has a bad reputation as far as health protocols are concerned. The food smells great, but unfortunately after seeing 👀 what I saw, I will never eat there again. A lady behind the counter doesn't wear gloves, has extremely dirty hands, picks her nose in front of me while asking what I want to eat. Wow 🥶 no thanks, bye!

I’m not sure where to begin. I’ve been coming to Top Taste for years but lately the oxtail has been so salty. The rice was so mushy I was astonished it was my favorite Jamaican restaurant but not anymore.

I’m not coming here anymore because Every time I go there they let people cut others in line for service, like myself when I’m a customer that has arrived before someone else, they would service others before me & check out others at the register, before myself as well. That’s pretty unprofessional and racist. If you just want to serve one nationality than you are not fit to open a business. Not only that but you need to clean the cow feet curry of all of its hair prior to cooking it, thoroughly, I’ve found many hairs in my curry and that’s disgusting. You no longer have my business.

I use to come to this location religiously. This is my first time in a year coming back and the staff is terrible. Don’t even welcome you in nor do they even know their own menu. I wanted to pay with Apple Pay like I’ve always done and I’m asking the lady can I do the Apple Pay and I’m waiting for her to press whatever button they press when paying with Apple pay. Yet the lady is just staring at me and doesn’t even say anything. So I end up taking my card out with annoyance of how terrible the customer service has gotten. Now, I get home and I’m about to eat my food and there’s hair in it which is beyond disgusting. I have blonde straight hair, not black and curly. They used to wear hairnets and now they don’t anymore. This place has gone down the drain and will no longer go here anymore. Trust me when I say take your business elsewhere cause there is better Jamaican spots than this one.

Was referred to this place by my Jamaican hairdresser. Went there today and loved it! Truly authentic: cuisine and chefs! :) We ordered the jerk chicken and curry chicken; both were very tasty. The rice was fluffy and delicious. The plantains and cabbage were the best we’ve ever had. We often make two meals out of one when we eat out, but this food was too good to save for later. We will DEFINITELY be back for more! The only negatives are 1.) The music was very loud. We had to nearly shout to get the person serving us to hear what we wanted. We took the food to go because of it. 2.) There are no printed menus. It would be nice to have something to look at when ordering—or one to take home. I didn’t see one when I looked online either. Both are simple fixes and don’t affect the quality of the food.

Also the young lady that help me was a very kind and generous with the portions so I’m also confused as to why there’s so many reviews about the staff being rude. I've been here twice now and had a great experience both times. Everyone working there who I've interacted with has been friendly and helpful. The patties are fantastic, as is the jerk chicken/ rice & peas. I received a very large portion for a very reasonable price. Both times I was able to place my order and receive it in just a couple minutes. Very happy to have found this place!

The food was great. This was the first time for both me and a friend. It was very delicious. Be warned - Come in loose fitting clothes. They serve very big portions. The staff are friendly and courteous. I will come again and let my friends know about it .

Best jamaican restaurant around.

I stopped here just because I went to a store close by and decided let me check this one out. The service was ok, the food was ok. You don't get a great portion for the price and not too much meatless selection but all and all a good eat. I ended up with rice and peas with salt fish and okra, sweet plantains. (Don't judge until you've tried)
