Firehouse has the best subs hands down but this visit I tried the Philly cheese and I didn’t like it. I usually get their Turkey sub, but I wanted to venture off and try something new. I was regretted not sticking to what I know. My husband usually gets the Italian & he loves it.

Don’t go to this place!! Waiting for someone to help me patiently, worker says he will be with me in a moment which no problem except a guy walks in and orders and the guy behind the counter did nothing! Took his damn order after putting me off! Never will go there again!

Great sandwiches and service. Food came out quick and ordering process was easy with the friendly staff.

It really was not that clean, and the food was just ok.

The staff were so friendly and the BBQ Cuban sandwich is DELICIOUS!

It's a sub shop nothing special. The time frame varies depending on who's working. A few times my order had to be redone bc the workers were more interested in their phones or flirting with each other. The managers never do anything about it.

We love their engineer sub and get one just about every week!

Soooo unimpressed by the staff here. We waited over 20 minutes for two subs with only one other customer in the restaurant before us (who had a small order). The THREE people behind the counter were shooting the breeze and basically twiddling their thumbs while they watched ONE of them make our sandwiches at an excruciatingly slow pace. The person making our sandwiches who had a lot of loose hair that was not at all pulled back or secured in a hair net or hat looked like they had never seen a sandwich before. So confused by what the standard of service and food safety is at this restaurant.

Love your subs, but the new chicken parmigiana meatball sub is a thumbs down :(

Food was good but the wait was insane. I waited over 30 minutes for two subs. The manager or team lead was all over the place.. They had 4 employer plus the team lead/manager and they were disorganized. Two of the employees were lost and didnt have a clue of what to do.... Seems like the manager is a bit micromanager. Instead the manager should focus in training well the employees instead of being a micromanager and interrupting the prep line.... event happened on Sunday 22 October around 2:00 pm...

The one that closed down has reopened in royal palm beach. Same great subs.

Love the experience of ordering online, points and rewards is one of the best ways to honor loyalty to your customers! To be honest, I haven’t try the subs, I always go for salads but the amount and options, the proteins adds on are tremendously good! I cannot speak for subs, but salads 🥗🤤

Most disgusting sub I’ve ever seen. The amount of mayonnaise is just obscene and the lack of anything other than mayo is disrespectful. How dare you charge people 20 bucks for a sub that has a 2 inch thick layer of mayo on both sides of the bread, and place a tiny slice of ham in the middle? 4 inches of mayo and 1/8 of an inch of meat? This sub was hot garbage!

We just ordered four subs and there was at least one item missing from each of them, including things we paid extra for and did not receive. Tried to call to address the situation but no one answered. Very disappointed.

Subs are decent at best for me. I do not like talking bad about restaurants but I was not impressed by two of their popular subs.

Ordered a small sandwich and a small chili. waited 15 minutes. Maybe three other customers in the shop. Three employees chatting and not working. No sándwich, no chili. Walked out and won’t be back.

Found a hair in our sub… Once we got a new one it was nice though.

If you want to still be hungry for a so so sandwich after spending a decent amount of money go here or panera

Poor customer service. Called ahead of time to verify they would be open til 8, their posted hours and was told they would be. Call in at 7 to place a pickup order and they tell me they're closed. 🤨🤷‍♀️

Had to get change for one hundred dollars they won't change it. Just to letting you know. Otherwise it was great.

Honestly, I’d like to give 5 stars, but i can’t. I’d be telling a bold faced lie. I come here anywhere from 1-3times a week. Occasionally more, but depending on my area I’ll go to other locations. I always place a plan ahead order, and i always place hours ahead of time, occasionally only an hour notice, but thats still plenty of time. I can honestly say that out of the last 10 times ive gone to pick up my food, MAYBE 3 times it was actually ready. Luckily tonight it was ready. Its bad when i experience a sigh of relief when i see my order. Yet tonight even though ready on time, had little to no meat. This is probably only the second time its happened so its not like its the usual scenario or else i wouldnt keep coming back. Seems like my order being on time is only a problem at this location specifically, ive visited the lantana location, and the orlando location with zero issues. Also while most of the time i do get the sauces requested, there are multiple times where i have not gotten a single sauce or napkin in my to go bag. I make sure i tip every few visits and im never anything, but polite to the staff. I have come to notice (unfortunately i dont have the names) , but theres a younger black female who always has her edges done lmao and a young black dude with a low cut i believe. Those two always greet me immediately, and usually get on my order as soon as they see me while everyone else kinda looks lost. I am extremely grateful for that. It it wasnt for the 83g of protein listed in the sandwich that i get, i would never return. Yet for me to come for the same sandwich, n get little to no meat meaning i just paid $12 for little to no protein- its a waste of time and money. Like i said its rare it happens, but its happened more than once. My main problem is placing an order ahead of time (literally i go to the movies often down the street so i order fh subs so i can enjoy during the movie) , but when im trying to make my movie on time and i arrive sometimes 10-15min after my selected pickup window n my food is not ready, now im late which is a problem. Id give 2.5 stars if i could, but i cant. Not sure whats happening here, n ill be stopping by tomorrow for another sub. Hopefully all goes well.

We had 2 Hook & Ledder subs at Firehouse subs Royal Palm Beach location. The subs were delicious. The servers were very friendly and the place was very busy. It looks like their local people like the shop very much. Definitely will be back for more delicious sub.

Honestly, tried this place before I started my shift at Target. It wasn't bad or good. Had the meatballs sub, and the drink was flat. Meatballs tasted not fresh, like it was sitting somewhere in the backroom for days. Had an upset stomach throughout the shift. Wouldn't be coming back. I honestly recommend Jimmy Johns or John Smiths.

Awesome sub at an awesome place. Especially it being Firefighter oriented and the names of the subs after the different types of firefighters. SUPER RECOMMENDED GOING HERE

My boyfriend and I visited this place to use the t-mobile promotion. The cashier was super nice and quick taking our order. We had to wait more than 10 minutes for our order, the restaurant was busy and they do not have enough staff. However all the employees were very attentive, polite and cordial. The sandwich was really delicious

I love the food here, costumer service is ok, and its pretty clean inside. What gives this place 4 stars is that the food is never ready when I place my order ahead of time. If I placed the order purposely ahead of time weather to save time, or just avoid human interaction, they just seem to fail me.. just my opinion 🤷‍♀️

Finally tried a meatball sub and was not disappointed. Very good!

Every single sub I get from here is alway perfect. They never hold back on the meat and the meat to vegetable ratio is perfect too. I wish I could eat here more often but I only go after a trip to Target. The service is fairly quick and while you're waiting you can sit at a table with a bag of chips you got with your sub. It's like subway but 100x better. My favorite sub is the Hook and Ladder, can never go wrong with it!

I love firehouse subs. The food, the service, and the passion of the company are all exceptional.

Always very nice people there. Liz is especially great! Service is usually quick and on point! They had a huge lunch rush once which gave me the wrong order, but they were quick to remedy it and they gave me a free sub card! Would recommend, just be careful on the lunch rushes, but that's anywhere I suppose!

Excellent food and very respectful staff. Never been to any Firehouse Subs before. I love adding random hot sauces so this place was a great choice overall.

Great food but staff seems like they don’t have much of a personality. Also, why is this location always so full of smoke? Maybe upgrade your exhaust system?

Did the online ordering and they had it ready on time and the subs were great. Staff was friendly and it was Saturday later afternoon and a little busy so order online. Place is clean.

They should explain a little more about their offers to people who are not familiar with the menu

I had the cheese steak. He had the smokehouse brisket. This is the first time I’ve had the cheese steak! I LOVE it! The super friendly fellow at the counter welcomed us as soon as we walked it. It was clean and the drink area was stocked. I have not one complaint.

Honestly one of the best Firehouse chains I've been to. The sandwiches are prepared better than most of its other stores, and the staff has always been friendly in my experiences. The cashier we had, Derrick, is a credit to the chain.

I never ate at Firehouse Subs, only my brother. So we went here and we got a 'Steak and Cheese' sandwitch. From once you order to get out the door its around 4 - 10 minutes depending if there is a line. Food was great and service was fast. I will be eating at Firehouse Subs for food more often. Tip: You can pay with 'Apple Pay or Android Pay' if you don't want to take out your wallet.

This location always has dirty bathrooms and not as friendly of customer service as I've had at other firehouse subs. ..food quality is good.

Absolutely AMAZING! The sandwiches are delicious and the sweet tea is just the way I love it "Liquid Diabetes" haha but, all in all Perfect.
