The young ladies at the front didn’t seem to happy to be at work & wasn’t the friendliest. The only thing I honestly enjoy from here is the Italian cheese bread. I was shocked to find out you now have to buy the marinara sauce separately. The chicken wings did not taste like chicken in our opinion and pepperoni pizza was just a basic pizza.

Ghetto!!! The service was beyond poor. I had to practically beg for someone to take my order because they were too busy parlaying in the back. Finally, Elhapo came over to take my order, but that was just the beginning of my frustrations. I waited nearly 20 minutes for my food, only to discover that they hadn't even started making it. I mean, seriously?! This experience was completely unacceptable. I just left and got my money back. 🙄 I hope yall take this feedback seriously.

Ordered in the parking lot from the app. My pizza was ready in 10 minutes and their electronic "pizza portale" distributed my order. Did not have to interact with any employees. Looking back very efficient somewhat impersonal but and I didn't feel guilty not tipping a machine.

Stated I wanted a pizza fresh, went to the back with two old pizzas and had another employee bring them up and say that they were just cooked, and then when I refused the pizzas, she had the nerve to tell me it would be a surcharge for her to make them fresh you can't make this up. She needs to be fired I would never come back to this location again where does she get off telling me there she needs to be fired I would never come back to this location again, blatant discrimination. You have nowhere to sit while you wait for a pizza for 20 minutes. it's an eternity

I ordered a simple ready to go pepperoni pizza at 1:37 pm on February 27, 2024, order# 5011-667. The manager pulled one out of the warmer and visually checked it. I assumed he would not be bold enough to sell me stale pizza but I was wrong. When I arrived home and unboxed the pizza, a scant 7 minutes later, I discovered a dried up, hard crust pizza that appeared to be at least a day old. I have had day old pizza's that were fresher. Needless to say, I will never return to a Little Caesar's and advise anyone worried about health to avoid the location on 1138 Okeechobee Blvd, Royal Palm Beach, 33411.

I don't know what happened, when I worked here in 2020 the food was excellent. I had to ask them to remake my pizza because it was burnt and crust hard as a rock, and a customer came right in and said "can you guys cut my pizza".. somebody has to care just a little or it's gonna go the the sh!ts. :( praying for yall man.

I am disabled, it hurts to move because I have spinal and chest wall inflammation. This location used to have chairs but does not any longer and when I asked why I was told it was to encourage customers to order online. That is the worst reason I have ever heard to deny a diabled person a place to sit while they wait for their order. I will be filing an ADA complaint.

Not happy with the pizza or the service. The pizza was dry and the pick up was extremely inpersonal.

Called this location 6 times to place an order at 7:30. The phone went to voicemail. "SORRY THE MAILBOX IS FULL" Kids working, said they put phone on voicemail. I asked why, are you not open till nine? He said oh, I forgot. No hot and ready pizzas to go. People waiting, I had to wait for my order. Could barely hear the kid behind the register answer me. Badly run Lil Ceasars, but good pizza. Manager you need to monitor your store more effectively.

Ordered 5 pizzas to go for my daughters birthday. Paid online, $36 only to show up at 1pm and the place was locked. Other people were standing outside wondering what was going on. Can’t call them cause the mailbox is full. Says online they open at 11am every day. So now I guess I have to go out of my way to go there again today (if they’re open) and try to get my money back. Absolutely dumb.

Staff is incredibly rude, but the atmosphere in this place is brutal with such rude customers that it's almost difficult to blame staff for their hostility. Management needs to do a better job in training staff to deal with pushy customers. The staff, however, does an excellent job in the kitchen, and the food is always great!

Ordered through the app. Received notification that it was ready. Get there only pizza was ready, no crazy bread. Had to wait 15 minutes for crazy bread. After that the pizza was cold. Previous ordered food quality has been hit or miss. Service has been on a downward trend the last few months.

This place is terrible. I tried calling ahead an hour prior to them closing for a single pizza order. No answer to any calls i make. I finally get there and they literally tell me they cant serve me. I asked about the calls and they told me they shut their phones off an hour before closing. Thats pathetic. I understand not taking an order 15-30 minutes prior to closing, but a whole hour?? Unacceptable. Specially for a takeout order with attempts of ordering ahead of time.

the customer service here has gone down drastically in the last 6 months. it was never great but now it's just stupid. you order something, it's wrong. you ask them to fix it, they say they do still wrong. they have these girls working at the front register who don't know how to speak. they just look at you and stare. no smiles. you ask them a question and they shrug their shoulders. i know it's hard to find employees but wow, i'd rather deal with the digital machine and send these morons home, they don't want to be there. stressful for no reason.

I'm DONE going to little caesars, I was calling over & over to place an order, nobody picked up the phone, upon arrival, I was met with a worker behind the register by the name of Martin D, I asked her if anyone heard the phone ringing & that I had called several times, she just looked at me & mumbled, so now I had to wait for my food, the whole time waiting, the phone was ringing & NOBODY was picking it up, so unprofessional, that's customers trying to place an order & with them not answering, that's possible money missed out on for the company, & on top of that, my was horrible, the dough was undercooked, I should've went elsewhere!

They didn't have the Hot n Ready half cheese sticks and pepperoni, so I picked up a pepperoni and added breadsticks. Both were fresh and tasty.

You can’t call the store they don’t pick up they have all around horrible service they say there phone is broke it’s been broken for almost a year now and mail box full!!! Just don’t waste your time

They really need to get kids in that location that really want to work and like and be grateful they have a job. The kid had no energy or enthusiasm greeting the customers.

They intentionally don't answer their phone and placing online orders with them is always problematic. The service here always sucks. Terrible crew That's ruining the franchise.

Horrible service and rude. I walked in with my son and there was another customer who entered behind me. At the counter there was a worker whispering with a customer. They talked for a bit then the worker went to the back to get another worker who came out and they all continued talking. After a moment they finally helped me and the man behind me. While we waited for our order, the door alarm kept going off. One of the workers came from the back and asked me to move across the room because we were setting it off. There were other people in the seats and 2 kids kept coming in and out. I told the worker we weren't setting it off but they were. Seriously?

Had a very large order, was ready and waiting for me to pickup. Thanks guys

This particular store has been my go-to place for 15 plus years. My last two experiences were horrible, especially the last one. I'll start with yesterday's experience. I called at 5:15 p.m. to place a pickup order for two pizzas, I arrive in 15 minutes and was told another 5 minutes and had to wait an additional 25 minutes. A total of 45 mins ! They also charged my card before getting my pizza obligating me to wait this ridiculous time. Samantha is not fit for her position as Store Manager. She looked like a deer in headlights. She had no customer service skills. There was at least 6 others waiting once I walked out with my pizza. I don't like the nonsense and lack of customer service all employees lacked. Not excusable. If you value your time go else where!

Why closing at 8pm? All other Little Cesar's are open until 10pm. Called to ask and they won't even answer the phones and the answering machine is full.

I always use the pick up feature so I know when to leave my house to get the food. Staff are friendly when I go in. I love the prices as well - I get the Italian cheesebread and a drink for around $6.

Worst place I ever been to I gave them my order waited for 20 mins I talk to 3 employees asking me what I'm waiting for then they tell me I have to wait another 20 minutes for my pizza because they forgot to do it

Best Little Caesars!! I always buy from this franchise but, this location never messes up my order and the staff here (no matter who it is) are always kind and helpful!! 5 stars hands down!

I have two positive reviews for this location. First we ordered 6 variety pizzas on Sept. 25, 2021 for our granddaughters 1st birthday party and everything was on time, perfect and delicious. Yesterday on Halloween I spoke with Kelly/staff at around 12’ish to put in my pizza order for our party she was so kind and sweet. I had to call back at 4’ish to alter my pizza order and while I didn’t get the staff woman’s name, she was just as nice and helpful! We picked up our pizza at 5:15 pm with no problems and the pizzas were as ordered and delicious!! A great big Thank you to the staff at this location to make two of our parties perfect!! 🤩

OMGoodness it has been years since I've been in here and I live across the street lol. But now there's many new options available other than just walking in to a hot and ready pie. I suppose the pandemic had a huge part in this. But it definitely seems to make things easier. Place was very clean and the employees were very pleasant to deal with. Very nice, well mannered, nothing like the employees that were there before the pandemic. Good job! Keep it up. Oh and the same owner, owns Royal Palm Beach Ice Cream right next door. So the service and atmosphere there, is just the same!

I would have given 5 stars but the last two pizza's we took out was done a little too much as usual and also the cutting was awful not cut through all the way and piece size was not consistent...but it will not keep me from trying again !!!

My husband is such a picky eater and when he ordered "Light cheese" he means like EXTRA light cheese. When I came to pick up my pizza it was not how he wanted. The front Cashier CLAUDIA was so nice and got me her manager TRINITY who personally made his pizza EXACTLY how he wanted. GREAT customer service!👍👍👍
