I stopped at 9:40 a.m. on May 24th 2024 bought breakfast sandwiches and I Have to say they were probably the best breakfast sandwiches I've ever had come out of the store or any Burger King for that matter. Very well done. Thank you

Ryan and Joe the managers are great! They go an extra step to satisfy a customer. Eric, Bobby and Andres are excellent employees. I definitely recommend this place to eat. In my opinion all these guys enjoy making customer feel special. I enjoy my time here ❤️❤️ Great job Burger King

Cheeseburger was like a Jr. Cheeseburger. The water faucet in ladies bathroom stayed running. Otherwise the food is typically descent.

Went to get food. Said I wanted plain hamburgers. The receipt says plain but the burgers have ketchup. I called in to get a refund and the lady was extremely rude.

Do not recommend going to this Burger King. Their services are terrible.

Had a mix up in my order was missing some fries so my wife went back in to let them know we were missing fries. The cashier had a bad attitude about us asking for the fries they forgot to put in the bag. Cheshire proceeded to rudely throw the missing fried in the bag and walked away angry. Overall bad service wouldn’t recommend

This place was running better when Todd ran this spot. RiP Vicky sad how Troy is ruining this restaurant, he should stay only running the small coffee spot like he runs his mouth. Shout out to Todd, Shaw, Bryan, Tyrell, & Eric. Troy is Trash.

If I could give a zero I would. Saying service was slow would be a compliment. The nuggets were overcooked, one fell on the floor and broke the tile. Mozzarella sticks tasted worst then frozen out of a box.

Had a nice meal with good food and good service. Only drawback was access due to construction.

After waiting on drive thru for 12 minutes with only 2 cars ahead of me , I decided on the Crispy chicken sandwich. Could've used some mayo or some kinda sauce. Sucks having to peal a dry sandwich off the roof of your mouth. Fries were perfectly hot & salty!!! Dr. Pepper was way to carbonated. I hate that .

I was visiting Norfolk, NE from Denver, CO... very few places in the Midwest care, or cater to vegetarian keto diet. Being familiar with BK from home, I rolled thru the drive thru looking for a quick bite. Drive thru attendant was super nice, food came out super quick. The thing that really got me was the way they packaged my food. I get the same thing literally three or four times a month. NEVER have I seen the care in packaging that I had with this location. Typically my food comes wrapped in paper, smashed up and still delicious. Much to my surprise I opened my bag and found a BOX, with my sandwich perfectly descuntructed. It might not mean a lot to most, but as a traveler, it meant the world. 10 out of 10 customer service, 10 out of 10 food quality, and 10 out of 10 overall experience. Thank you Ashley and team. Best BK experience in my life.

It says they close at 11 not at 9:50 I've never had any issues till now sad to know they dont care about their customers

The place was busiest I've ever seen. Both lanes full to the street. Took about a half hour to get thru but the team was friendly and fast as they could be being that busy

Dirty. It’s a restaurant that will make you second guess if you should go there or not. You can’t read the drive thru menus, tables not clean half the time service is hit and miss. Outside makes you want to take protection, just in case. And the kicker is that it’s the center town. One of the busiest intersections. Sad.

Food was old. Fries were not hot and the place just looks abit run-down.

Arrived 6:05am. Ordered sausage biscuit. I was told biscuits would be 4 minutes before they were done. I asked to substitute a croissant and Shawna curtly told me NO. Not the first time this has happened, but last time the lady did substitute a croissant for the biscuits that weren't done. Management needs to get the help to work on time to have product ready, and train Shawna in better customer service. If working early morning food service isn't for you, find something that is...

Prefer BK over McD's. And really enjoy the iced coffee. But today, once again, my order was wrong. Received the wrong type of burger but by the time that was noticed, was on the way out of town. That is frustrating. *update: they are always so nice and willing to make things right that I upped their rating. I like the BK on Pasewalk, friendly, better hours and p⁰

Had to take drive thru food back in restaurant because it was the wrong burger. The cook was yelling at me that he already made that sandwich. It got so bad the other patrons in line were trying to explain to the staff what was wrong with my order. Poor poor customer service 😔

The a staff was kind and patient! The good came out hot and delicious! I really enjoyed the breakfast burrito jr. The inside seems dark and out dated but I think that is what burger King is going for ... a vintage look.

My experience in this restaurant has been alright, I'm not a big fan of their food. Their chicken sandwiches are easily one of the best I have ever had, I would definitely recommend.

Very friendly employees, quick service. Food is consistant with other BK's. Mostly use drive-thru, so cannot comment on lobby. Price is very competitive to other fast food restaurants, maybe even on the lower end, cost wise.

I tried the Ultimate Wopper! Hey I take it this way, if I couldn't eat meat and I wanted the Wopper experience I can say that the Burger king Specialist did a pretty bang up job in my eyes! If someone has never tasted a real Wopper before and ate an Ultimate Wopper, I believe that's pretty close. So i say Enjoy to those who can't eat meat! You have a wopper

This is a busy restaurant but not so much that the crew should seem as overwhelmed as they always do. Food is fine but there are opportunities in customer service and cleanliness.

Been having a little trouble getting it right

Stopped for a quickie but didn’t happen. After 1:00 and only a few although drive-through was busy and kitchen staff just couldn’t handle it. Only positive was guy cleaning restrooms as he was conscientious, quick and efficient. Except for South Bend, IN, never been to such a sorry BK.

Get your turn signal going early! Entrance is right before the stop light and traffic is ongoing.

Burger King is kind of hit and miss. Some days their food is great while other days it just isn't. While I know they are busy with getting food to customers, they also should not neglect the lobby where customers eat. It could use some clean up along with the bathrooms

I usually eat healthful food. But for fast food that taste good, burger king is great and efficient.

Try not to go during the busy times. Seems to be when they forget something or totally make the food the wrong way.

It's a Burger King, so not much to say. Quality of food is always good. Speed in the drive through is always fast. Service lacks a lot usually, but it is fast food, so you can't expect to much.

Burger King has always been a good experience for tasty fresh food. Whenever we are traveling, or just hungry for a great tasty meal, we will choose Burger King above many other fast food restaurants.i would rate their chicken nuggets above any one else's. I also feel that their food is a healthy way to go.

This is an alright burger king. Their is alot of younger people there so there's a little bit of lollygagging happening whenever you go inside. Personally I prefer the location of Benjamin Avenue but that's my own thoughts

Looks much better inside and out since the last remodel. Fast service, good food choices, but the inside of the restaurant always seems rather dirty. Drive through is top notch thankfully.

Under the new manager, the food is getting better, but I have never gotten the correct change at the drive through window. The drive up is still very slow, given the volume of customers. They need to add an additional window for payment or food delivery.
