i literally ordered two things of sauce, and it took an hour to get my sauce! And now she’s on the phone! I would like a refund now!

One of the best McDonald's around. Beats any of the larger towns as they don't mess up your order, the food is fresher and it never takes long. You can like McDonald's or not as a whole, but as a restaurant this place does it correctly.

this mcdonald’s freaking crushes it. the food is always hot, the workers are incredibly sweet, and they’re very quick getting you through the line. i rarely ever go to the mcdonald’s on 13th anymore.

Great location, i very rarely have had any issues but if it happens they are always happy to help!

The service I marked as a 1 star along with the atmosphere because of the fact that they make you order at a kiosk. Which completely eliminates the Service and atmosphere imo.

Real expensive now. Got my order wrong. Hamburgers made real sloppy. I only went there because I had gift card.

They are closed at 12 but the staff refused to serve us. The lady the said it closed at 10 and then when I confronted her she changed the time to 11. The staff is obviously being paid to do absolutely nothing. When we drove through the drive through there was a guy smoking a blunt.

Kiosk didn't work, took 10 minutes of waiting, then another 10 sitting down at a table for them to realize we were there. and i had & kids with me. people didn't care and the manager was in pajamas

This location is close to home and work. Typically, my food is fresh. Today I went through the drive thru, drove 6 blocks to my office and my sandwich was cold and the bottom bun hard. Ugh

When going through drive through a sign broke and was hanging precariously. The manager herself came out to take it down and ensure no danger would come to anyone! Kudos to a quick solution and action!!

Seems to be improving, orders are always right. Good and fast.

Um i came in 5 minutes before close and they DECLINED my order

The workers took forever to give me service and when they did they made me do a test or something about Rosa parks and called me dumb. They ate out my fries before giving them to me and took forever to even get the food. Two workers were yelling and saying racist thing to each other and when I spoke the one starting the conflict said. "Shut up I'm not even from America," once they did I left as soon as I could because they were so rude. They also charged me and extra $4 then when I got (2 items) basically stealing my money.

They now charge an extra .30 for MAYO on a chicken sandwich. Who eats chicken with pickles and butter. Gross. Another price gouge. You don't get .30 worth of mayo on your sandwich btw

If it wasn't for kids, I don't know if there would be a McDonald's but their food's good

Very marginal food. I'm starting to realize the pricing is going higher and the food quality and flavor is going into the dumps. Would not recommend unless you're extremely stoned and desperate for a 1,000 nugget frenzy.

Generally this location is quick, the food fresh and the employees friendly. They have been a little off their game recently. Wait times are a little longer and they are clearly understaffed.

I guess, its McDonalds. You know what to expect. This restaurant conforms to the McD standard. I've never had anything really bad there, but nothing that has been a superior product either. I do use their app frequently to find a deal. Only dined inside a few times but use the drive-thru frequently, and feel cheaper options can be found here, when budget is tight.

Food was good. For the price I paid I could have had a giant breakfast from Perkins. Went through the drive thru with my dog and ordered a ice cream dish for dog and 2breakfeast burrito combo for me and they forgot my dogs ice cream dish so had to go inside and get.

It's a McDonald's, but this one was quick and clean. Can't complain too much.

They did not get my order right. I'm glad they confirmed before I paid. And they didn't give me my drinks even though they were sitting right in front of the gal who gave me my food.

They always messed up my order and they're on their phones all the time.

Took a long time to get through the drive through and then food was ok but sloppily put together. For as long as we waited in the drive through, I kind if expected the food to taste a but more fresh than it did.

Personally, I do not understand the hate that this McDonalds is getting! This specific location has to be one of my favorite. When I go in to McDonalds with my girlfriend, her and I get our food right away, while having nice conversation with the staff. In the end if you act rude to the staff don't expect the staff to not respond with your own behavior.

Mc Cafe Frappuccino and 2 McChickens. Was greeted withing reasonable time, seemed friendly, felt a bit rushed but overall not to unpleasant. Frappuccino was excellent but the McChickens was old and rubbery.

I picked up coffee before work and I picked up a coffee after lunch. Neither time was my coffee prepared with the condiments that I ordered. They were not busy just chatting at the food window. The second time I was wise and I stopped before I left the parking lot to see if they had put in when I asked. No. Nothing had been put into my coffee it was black. I had to drive back around go through the line again in order to get my creamer. You had one job.

One lady in store brought me wrong food. When food came out i said i need more bbq sauce which i ordered with extra...as she walked in she said....i ain't getting you no bbq sauce. I had to go in to get. Don't waste your time here...they don't care.

This McDonald's isn't the way to go, staff is always unprofessional, they mess up my order or forget something and the food is rarely fresh!

Only 1 other car in the drive thru and still didnt give me everything I ordered, this place is pathetic .

I know they were busy but the food wasn't very good tonight. The fries were stale and cold. I couldn't tell with if the chicken nuggets had pepper on them or if they were burnt. The mcchicken was literally slapped together and falling apart. A little disappointed tonight

I stopped at McDonald's with an online purchase, but their online system was down for maintenance. I was still able to purchase my entire menu online, but had to go through the drive thru to let them know I was there. This was not a hardship as there weren't any other customers at the time, but I do prefer using the online mobile shopping with curbside delivery for faster service.

Good but what happened to the prices? A plain, small chicken sandwich, fries, and a Coke for over $9. Not that good. Good service and a great app keeps my rating at 4 stars.

The meals we order have been consistent and we enjoy them, as far as one enjoys any McDonalds meals!! But their hours since Covid seem to be inconsistent. Or maybe I just dont visit enough, and was used to the 24 hour service.

This is my favorite mcdonalds and i go here often as it is a few blocks from my apartment. Yes, the food gets redundant but my order is always correct and consistent and staff are always very friendly, professional, and fast. 😊

I go here every morning and get a coffee. I use the app and use the customize button liberally. The coffee is always good, and the staff is always nice

Drive thru was slow for 2:00 on a Saturday afternoon...other than that order was correct and employees were pleasant

I can honestly say this is one of the better McDonalds I have been to. The staff is more personable than you would expect and they remember who you are. That is a sign of the right work ethic and personality. My breakfast is always hot and fresh which is nice. My coffee order is pretty much routine 5c and 5s in a large coffee, the unexpected part is the flavor is consistent every day. You really have to pay attention to coffee to keep flavor consistency. On top of that I have gotten coffee from other McDonald's locations that was horrible but I have to say the coffee that this location serves is the best I have gotten from McDonald's. The flavor brings you back for more and the consistency is un matched. For lunch items I have only gotten the buttermilk chicken sandwich, it had a fresh cooked level of taste and warmth which is always nice. A++

My favorite salad is the southwest salad its awesome. And my friend likes the fries ice cream apple pie and burger of somekind ,he doesnt have a favorite here on burgers but he comes for apple pie and ice cream

Sometimes I feel like you have to scream for them to be able to hear you. Otherwise you will place a wrong order. But the bottom line it's okay. They are kinda fast enough to keep customers with the demand even when they seem to be busy.

We eat at this McDonald's quite often. The service and the food is usually pretty good. Unfortunately have had to come accustomed to double checking my food in the drive-thru, because quite often we are missing something.

I had to sit in line for 28 minutes while the other line sped through. Not sure what was going on but the one speaker wasn't working properly. This McDonald's is usually pretty good so I'll give them the benefit of the doubt this time.
