Dont even deserve one star but it won't let you post without marking something!!!!😡 Worst service EVER!!! Food was cold, when calling them they laughed at me and said that was impossible. If you want hot and fresh food DO NOT GO HERE!

They always take a little longer than other fast food places, but our blizzard were excellent!

Ordered Banana Split, it was Amazing! Great Service once again.

About the only place to go in Norfolk for drive thru icecream and shakes. However, the quality of food and service has been poor at best the last few times so I think i'll just treat myself at home or sonic

DQ is our #1 favorite place to go for food and treats or to take home a box of Peanut Buster bars.We look for DQ's when we travel too. I decided to try the chocolate cake shake last week. I have seen it for quite awhile in my DQ app. No cake chunks or chocolate shavings as shown in photos . I asked the young woman at the drivethru window if the cake cubes were in the cup and she said it was under the ice cream. But it turned out to just be a chocolate shake with the cake completely blended in the chocolate ice cream. Not sure if this is product not matching advertisement or a location that needs training. If the latter please provide them with what is needed to make the cake shake as described. This will make us reluctant to try other different menu items in the future. We won't stop at this location again. Thank you for your time.

Food was good, But watch going through the drive through because they'll try to short change you on money back to you, my meal was 20.98 got two cents back ,when I gave them 25.00 dollars, I got my other four dollars back ,after I question a nether employee

Employees don't care to fix anything. I had something wrong with an order and she refused to do anything about it.....They need to work on customer service.

Chicken strip basket is where it's at at this place

Check your order before you leave! The service is okay, about what you would expect from the area fast food restaurants. The bacon cheeseburger came without bacon though, a little disappointing. Pretty clean, and friendly, they just don't pay attention to detail when filling your order. Chicken strips were the best part of our order. I'd eat them again.

Nobody knows how to make a malt anymore. I just paid $5 for the cheapest malt powder in the United States. When I told them I think they forgot the malt powder, they brought me another one with malt powder all over the OUTSIDE of the cup. It was their way of saying "We put malt in it." I should have thrown it through the drive up window. Dairy Queen. Going downhill for 10 years.

We had grandkids and the ice cream and service was GREAT

It was horrible the people working there don't have any idea what they are doing they messed up my order 3 times so I don't recommend going there , don't waste your time just go to the other one.

The place is dirty all the time. Even when they are not busy.

Great food, great prices, and wxcellent service

Wife and I are at the store trying to eat. The place is filthy. Trays and tables are all dirty. Asked gal at counter for a towel to clean our table. Found a hair in our Fry's. Wow.

Food was good nothing to brag about, restroom was filthy looked like it had not been touched in days place had only been open a little over an hour. Hope the kitchen gets better care not sure if I want to go back!

Employees completely ignore the front counter, and will even make eye contact with you, but not help you.

I was ordering and the girl didn’t say anything at all and then she went out and threw the food on the table and I said thank you and she kept walking away. She keeps doing it to customers while I was eating my food I think the employee name was Miranda that’s what it says on my receipt anyways

went through drive through today, waited for a few mins, no welcoming. i said “hello” i got as a response “wait a minute”. so i waited another almost 5 more minutes. said “hello” and i was told to wait. i recommend having enough employees working at a time so people don’t have to wait for 10 minutes in the drive through. will not be going there again

Stopped for Blizzards and was going to eat them in the dining room, but couldn't find a clean table to sit at. Took them to go instead.

Good food, but extremely slow service through the drive through. Be prepared to sit 5 to 10 minutes when you get a small order.

I love that you can choose what goes in your blizzard and don't judge you for what you want in it. (Chocolate ice cream with brownie and bacon)

Previous visit was terrible but I thought I would try again. NEVER going there again. The lady taking my order didnt let me finish before giving me my total. Waited a decent amount to receive OLD food. Ordered a chicken strip basket, the fries, chicken and gravy all tasted old. Received a gravy covered with dried and CRUSTED gravy lid and opened it and the look proved it was old with clumps and color. Pop I received was flat. Officially the worst service I have ever received. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else.

Food disappointing, place not real clean

The food was good, but... Even though the place was not crowded, the tables were all dirty. They have one of the fancy soda machines, but it was out of every no calorie drink! We did get served in a timely manner and the staff was polite, but I can see why there weren't many people there.

Well... My family had to clean our own table, also had to go to 5 different tables to get a ketchup bottle with anything in it. Our kids ordered chicken strips and we noticed the chicken melted through the gravy container. My wife said that the woman's bathroom hasn't had soap in it for three weeks. Noticed another customer also feeling the need to clean they're own table. Pretty sad!

This place was the dirties DQ I have ever been. The guy who took our order knew nothing. The gravy was old and burnt. Had to ask for drinks. Place was dirty would so not eat ice cream there where is food inspector.

Took 25-30 minutes to get our order through the drive through (chicken strip basket and 2 Blizzards). 4 customers inside the restaurant already seated and only one car behind us, there seemed to be a full staff running around, and to top it off, I didn’t even get a “have a good night”, just gave us the food and closed the window.

Thanks for the free cones today. The service was great, even though it was crazy busy and our food was hot and delicious!

Fries and bizzard were good. My chicken was tough like it was not fully cooked.

Place needs a makeover and some employees that care and work hard. If there is a line it’s not worth the wait unfortunately.

Usually messes up order. Takes a long time. Love the classic icecream and cakes!

Very disappointed in my meal...the gravy was cold, chicken strips overcooked, and onion rings were soft.

10 minutes just to order. One person working her but off. The other one moving around slow. Cars in the drive thru backing up and leaving. 4 people inside walked out without ordering. NO DR PEPPER. Couldn't get my Sundae with my 5 buck lunch.

I've had good customer service and food frequently but not every time. Place needs to be cleaned up and probably remodeled. Overall, much better than the other location but still not near one of the best in the area.

Horrible service we sat in line for 30 minutes and couldn't get out because their were people in both front and back of us! The employee had his head set on the entire time and was saying very volger language and was dirty talking to the other employees the entire 30 minutes we were in line!! We then finally pulled up to the window and waited another 20 minutes and finally gave up and left because we got no service at all!.! And the employees were all standing there talking the entire time and looked over at us and nothing!!! I will never go there again...

Bad everything but mostly bad employees

Hemos estado aquí varias veces en los últimos meses y nada ha cambiado! Siempre lento y siempre servicio grosero. A contar con una esperar 20 minutos en el coche con una orden pequeña de helados! Este servicio tan frustrante que todavía existe. No volveremos, encontrará otros lugares para el helado.

Sobre precios y estaban fuera de los conos. Fuimos al coche y nuestra se equivocaron y no nos dimos cuenta hasta que llegamos a la casa. Exterior necesita un poco de trabajo.

Since they started offering a 5 buck lunch I have been a weekly visitor. Much better then other fast food lunch deals. You can still get several different lunches at the same cost. Simply the best.

This Dairy Queen location is small, but the service is wonderful. The food was very tasty and served quickly.

We have stopped a few times throughout the summer to have ice cream at the Dairy Queen on Riverside Blvd. Our ice cream and service has been good. However, the inside was so dirty. Never seemed like it was any better each time we stopped. Not sure if we would eat inside again.

Stopped in turned around and walked out. Called manager to say how filthy store was the reply I got was we are busy. Emailed the owners no reply. Maybe call health department
