Really sucky prices.... 3 pack of cookies has doubled in price in the past few year as has Sausage muffin and other items! Service amounts to coming in and touching a communal order kiosk.... I have never seen them wiped down nor sterilized.... Yes, it may happen, but if not seen then how do you really know? Workers make double or better over the past years, but still seem to get my order wrong just as often. I bought a hash brown recently ---- ALMOST TWO AND A HALF BUCKS!!! It is about 5 cents worth of shredded potato. McDonald's used to feel like a family friend, but nowadays they seem like any other corporate waiting to pick my wallet.

Ten minute wait for a stale biscuit and cold sausage patty. Pay 1.00 to add cheese and can’t even get that.

Ordered a coffee and took 30 mins to get it

idk what her name was but she kept saying lobby closed while we were waiting for our food that we ordered while the lobby was still opened and continued to harass us to leave even tho we had payed. I finally said that we were waiting for food and she said don’t be rude. we had to wait 30 mins for the food. what happened to fast food??

SO SLOW… Nice new interior remodel, but service is far too slow, not fast food.

We came in around 11:45 and they close at 1, They got our order completely wrong then i heard the guy say over the speaker that we were lying and definitely got our food which we did not, the staff is also to focused on their friends then work.

I was distracted so wasn't able to figure out how to order a decaf iced coffee from the app or talk directly with the human server. I take ownership of not getting what I hoped for! I ordered a large decaf over maximum ice and received a warm large decaf. In the hot cup, not the iced coffee plastic cup. 😂. It was probably child temperature. Good decaf though. What I wanted was the iced coffee, decaf. The bathroom and restaurant was clean. I like the Foot door openers.

This McDonald's, is located in Norfolk Nebraska. Going West, on 275 / 20, Norfolk is the largest city until you get to Valentine. 🚗🚙🛻Going East, it's the largest city until Fremont (or Omaha) so, it's a great place to stop for a quick meal😋 and a rest. Service was fast and efficient, but be prepared to use the kiosk!! Like most "Fast Food" restaurants, they are moving towards technology to help keep costs down, and efficient services. I noted a very clean and neat restaurant and restroom 🚻 👌 Personally, I really like the chicken 🐔 nugget meal 😋 McDonald's fries 🍟 are great, 👍 and served hot 🔥, so whether you're a local , or traveling through, give it a try 👌😁

Getting way too expensive for the quality of food and the quality of service. It will be a long time before I come back to this or any McDonald's.

Hate the automated ordering. Slower than when had actual servers. Higher prices and smaller portions. Won't be goindine ing back

The worst made big Mac meal I ever had .The drink was okay though. They didn't screw that up as bad. Male employees can't do the job as go as women. For sure.

Customer service at the window when ordering and picking up my food was excellent! They were very busy but very efficient.

It's McDonald's, what do you expect? That being said, I wish the Norfolk school system was a little bit better. The staff there have a hard time counting ( you order 3 burgers, and you get one, then they say they gave you three) now if they make a mistake they are nice and try to fix it. But my God, there are a lot of mistakes. I only went to McDonald's here because I was staving and needed something I could eat in the car, chicken nuggets..... too bad I never got them in my bag.

Our Norfolk location could use some work.

I will take my business elsewhere. 40 minutes waiting for 2 fish sandwiches in the drive through and then getting soggy chicken nuggets that looked like they were run through a meat grinder is not acceptable!!!! This was around 6 pm Saturday evening April 20 in Norfolk Nebraska on 13th street.

For the price of the food, its just not worth it much anymore

The food was cold and felt like it was sitting there for awhile and I waited 30 minutes in drive thru. And 10 piece and medium fries was 11 bucks not worth it. Won’t be back I’ll go somewhere else that’s better

Waiting for my food for an hour and everyone is on there phones and told me I have to wait

They asked me to wait in the drive though so I waited for about 10 minutes then they closed the drive though as I was waiting. I much rather would have had them tell me they wouldn’t serve me

The Mcdonalds here in Norfolk is good but not great. It really depends on the staff & how they make the food. The staff are typically pretty friendly but make sure you check if you got the right order because sometimes they mess up.

Prices are higher than normal at this location. Fries were stale.

30 employees in store still took 15 minutes for fast food. Forgot my fries. Person taking order had no idea what he was doing. Three times in 2 weeks

Not bad. Food was a tad cool when received.

Came in to order a sandwich and a soda only to find all the menu boards are turned off and the order counter blocked by cardboard boxs. If I am unable to communicate to an employee to place my order, I will go elsewhere to get my sandwich and soda. And what is with the whole front door parking being taken up by 4 Curbside pickup spots and 5 handicap spots? (2 of which are van accessible.) 3 handicap (2 w/van accessibility) and 2-3 curbside should be sufficient, unless your service has severely declined. What's more inviting than to have 11+ normal front door parking spots being taken up for such a small minority of people, and to have your counters closed? Good luck with your alienation of people.

French fries were gross, the sandwich is the definition of "slapped together"... at least the pop was good and there are napkins.

Hate the new way of in store ordering machines.

Nice place & atmosphere, very clean. Need to work on their attitudes. Also be careful when you order anything through the window, they tend to mess up from time to time.

They are turning into a no cash fast food restaurant, I will not be back and I'm sure a lot of other people won't be either

Ordered a double quarter pounder. Got a bun with ketchup.. then saw a card to record my experience to get "Josh" a reward for doing great... f u Josh... I did not enjoy my bun with ketchup..

This place needs work, they expect kudos for doing what they are paid to do, terrible attitude, unprofessional young staff!! Lady in drive through wants to try to yell at me and suggest I can go somewhere else, because she is to lazy to reach for the card. I dont work at Mcdonalds and I certaintly do not need life advice from someone who gets mad at a paying customer because the person cant reach as far as an employee wants them to. Do your job or dont, you ppl who work there will be held responsible.

Love the remodel. Food was fresh and hot. Manager was friendly and helpful.

I ordered a mcchicken...and this is what I received. I live 30 mins away from this location and, for some reason, was never given a receipt after I paid, nor was one put on my bag. I know it's like a $3 sandwich, but still. Do better.

This McDonald's has been renovated to keep up with the modern looks of other McDonald's too. While the look changes the food stays consistent. When not busy it's the great McDonald's food you know and enjoy. Due to the sheer volume of orders there can be complications and lulls. Overall at this location we prefer to eat inside and avoid the drive thru.

Had to wait for 3 sandwiches. 3!!!! Slowest ever

Have not been to McDonald's in awhile , it was good people were nice, but no one greets you or asked me if I was ready to order, so I had to ask them .

Consistent and fast. The food was warm. It was breakfast, and it was good.

We went through the drive through for dinner. The food we received was hot and the fries crispy. The service was very fast and everything was correct.

Ordered McChicken Deluxe sandwich. The bun was burnt on the edges. The mayo was strange tasting and WAY to much of it. Lettuce was wilted and no tomato. Had to ask for straws and for the rest of our order. Very disappointed.

Must not be a manager here. As a bunch of kids dancing around and smacking 5 up by the registers. How annoying

Chicken sandwiches were Put together sloppy and even had to wait for them. Asked for extra mayo and when sandwiches arrived there was bbq sauce in my bag.

I come here maybe every other week when I go on my nightly drives, and everytime I get to the window the person at the window constantly has an attitude, is very disrespectful, or has no patience with me or my fiancé. I’m getting tired of being rushed to make an order or them having an attitude

Never get the right thing when I order here. Raise meal prices and than don’t give your customers their full order. If you want $15 to work than do your job right.

This McDonalds is alright compared to the other one across town. From my experiences, they seem to get the order wrong or forget an item to my dismay. Other than the negatives you should have no problem coming here and enjoying yourself with the delicious food.

Waited in our car for 10 minutes only to have old food brought out. The fries we clearly old and over salted, burgers were old, had been sitting under the warmers as the buns were hard and the meat was gross! Spent over $40 and worst money we have spent on food. Yes I know it is fast food but come on people! We pay for food and we expect it to be decent!

Took 15 mins to get through the drive thru. Both windows did not know what I ordered. Got a small drink instead of a large. Opened my bag and it had a fish filet when it clearly states the nugget meal. Wasted more of my lunch to go back to change it as I am allergic to fish. Stood there for 5 mins, three employees looked at me without asking if I needed help. Frustrating, I understand lunch rushes but Holy cow

They charged me wrong for my nugget meal made me wait to count the till to get my money they owed me and only could give me 3 dollars and owed me 10 bucks … said there was nothing they could do.. this was today at 3pm 7 -13 in Norfolk Ne not happy!!!

Do not leave the store without checking your order! I know staffing is a challenge, but last 3 times I have been here ordered ahead with the app because of a food allergy. 2 times they included the cheese that I am allergic to, and the other they forgot both hamburger patties and the fries on a big Mac combo meal. Having same trouble at multiple locations as I travel for work. McDonalds either has software issues and the option to skip cheese is never shown to the kitchen, or there are a lot of folks in a lot of towns that just don't care.

Food was good but slow service. Understand it's hard to find good workers, but they only had three cars in the drive through.

Went through drive through waited 15mins for food still nothing went inside and waited another 5min for my food and when I got it finally it was cold and the bun were hard

If you can go to any other McDonald’s around or another restaurant. They intentionally mess up orders from the app. And are very rude.

I enjoy McDonald's I gave it three stars because in a town of 23,000 people this is the only time I've been in that McDonald's closes at 11:00 I have never seen a McDonald's and one town with more than one McDonald's the closes at 11:00 there's no 24-hour service there I wanted to give you two stars but three stars I give it to you because I do enjoying going there and doing my school work and having a meal at the same time and I love your coffee even though you've taken hazelnut off the menu I still enjoy your strong dark Rose coffee but I wish you would become a 24-hour 7 days a week restaurant you still decent in price I love the apple fritters with my coffee and one thing I do love about McDonald's it's being able to go there and order me two large fries and some sweet and sour sauce and dipping and meeting them reminds me of my childhood I haven't been a fan of your burgers but your fries the consistency the saltiness the crispiness all that's missing at McDonald's is a nice strawberry shake that I can get my fries in and eat them it's just a thought I put into your head but I can see y'all having strawberry shakes me going there to order one and your machine always been broke down or not working but McDonald's there's some key advice in this review hope you take part in it

Went to McDonalds on May 6 around 12:30 and I ordered an apple pie. When I ate it, it was so awful and I looked at the date on it. It was to be pulled from the shelf and thrown away on May 5 at 5:44 pm. They pay people $15 an hour and they can't even look at the date and throw old food away. I wonder how long hamburgers stay in the warmer. Called manager and all she kept saying was I am so sorry. Fix the problem

Ordered a chicken nugget meal and fries and waited for 20 minutes in the drive thru/pickup lane. Brought out 2 cars’ orders before mine that ordered behind me. This is the second time in a row that this has happened. Unimpressed. Definitely would recommend the Riverside location.

Their service was fast. They have staff bringing food to the drive through orders out in the designated parking. Staff was helpful with my order.

I purchased an oreo Mcflurry and it was filled maybe to the halfway point of the cup. I'm already paying too much for your ice cream, I'd like it to at least be filled.

Expect the drive-thru to take 25 minutes.. every time.. check your sauces and drinks EVERY TIME a 40 year old employee was taking huge puffs of her vape blowing it into my car and all over my debit card. if they care this little when you see them, imagine what they do in the kitchen. I've worked resteraunts for 10 years straight and have never seen people care less

Food, tasted like been sitting for a while, my wife and I's fish sandwich's were cold, hard and gross, also I ordered and paid for extra tarder sauce on both, nope no extra tarder sauce and no grile note on either box. Least my kids ate there happy meals, so only felt like waisted $15 vs whole $30.

Awesome service but not always correct with the orders. I always have to check bag and make sure they got it right.

Often thier ice cream and frappe machine aren't working or don't have the product to make these items, however 80% order correctness, but their drive thru times are slow and often make you pull forward even if their is no one behind you, they want to get bonus for time out of drive-thru so they cheat the system this way!

Worst store ever never can get a hold of a manager or anything it should be closed down

This particular location is a hit or miss. The customer service is fairly descent. Typically fast service and also typically a location that ice cream machine breaks or can only accept cash. It happens often there, that the credit card machine pos system is down. Still rather take my chances at this McDonald’s versus the one off of 27th and superior.

Just a little slower than usual, I don't know what was going on, but the drive thru line felt like it was at a standstill for a while.

Fast service when entered McDonalds. No wait. Long line in drive through. Probably 10 cars. Happy meal for grand kids- they ate everything. Apple slices, fries, hamburger, chocolate milk. Yum!

I have never had so many issues getting a correct and FRESH meal from a night shift at a McDonald's as I have here. Everytime my order is either incorrect or just nasty. I don't have issues with day shift but do not suggest going in the evening/night THEY ARE LAZY!

I love the prices of the drinks and I love their iced coffee and their breakfast and their chicken nuggets
