Dietra provided my family and I WONDERFUL customer service on 8/15/2024 . I appreciate her customer service and dedication to making sure my order was correct. I will only leave a review if I received it outstanding customer service . I will definitely consider Burger King more in the future. Thank you for your wonderful service ma'am.

Was hour after change over for lunch, whopper jr n soggy,n very disappointing and service slow

We went recently and there was a mistake on our order. The manager Chris made it right and remade our food for us without so much as a second thought. Very professional.

Very rude manager asked her if this was the right Burger King and she was running her mouth, saying to the other employees that this guy asked the stupid question

They want $15/hr. But food and service seemed better at$7/hr. Still teenagers cooking my food, guess can't expect to much!

Couple times a week, always good.

Always greeted by staff that are courteous, friendly and caring.

They don't have nearly enough night staff there is a total of 3 people there when the morning shift seems to have ample people.

Pure fast food but it was very good

Every time I go there they are out of something. Once they were out of fries. Another time the ice cream machine was broken. Last night they were out of whoppers….. let that sink in. How does a place that sells burgers… run out of burgers?!?!? So I asked for a chicken sandwich. They were out of chicken!!!!!!!! What the actual F&$@. You fill out a survey on the receipt and then when you go there to get your free sandwich… they tell you ohhhhhh we don’t do that here. Go to another location and they might do it. Stay away from this place.

I love this Burger King I have been going to this thing since they first opened the original one way back when. The cooking used to be phenomenal but lately has not impressed me much for some reason?? My last Burger I had there was on this day that I was there and it tasted kind of odd didn't know why I know it was a little overcooked. But all in all the food is usually pretty damn good!!!

The food was fine, but the order was messed up twice because of miscommunication between the front employee to the cook. A snarky remark was made towards the customer. (Would recommend new management. Spend more to hire a manager with quality traits and demeanor towards not only customers but also towards the employees. )

Food was good Service was terrible. The young lady that took our order spoke so fast we has a hard time understanding her. When I asked to repeat, she rolled her eyes.

It's BK. They seem to be always extremely busy and takes a long time to get food. They focus on getting drive-thru orders out while patrons stand waiting for there food inside

Regular burgers are tiny. Very expensive.

This has to be the slowest serving Burger King I’ve ever seen every time I stop here takes over a half an hour to get my food through the drive-through

Clean restaurant and good service

The drive thru service took 32 minutes. The whopper was great. The big fish was a minow fish on a child's bun. All for a 32 minute wait.

I was disappointed that the bread was hard almost like it sat out overnight. Was not fresh at all..

Food shrank and got to pay more with bad service.. Confusing on how this is working out

Unfortunately the food was cold and they charged me for a hamburger full price but some of the ingredients they had out of stock. The coke tasted horrible. I’m not sure if they ever clean the soda machine because it tasted very nasty!! Customer service was not good either. No one said Hi or thank you. Instead I get the window slammed at me. Not going to this place ever again.

I craved for an whopper for weeks and then I get one. I just did not know that now an whopper was almost $5.00. WOW. Then when I get to the window I found out I needed A drink. Boy o boy now the drink was almost $3.00 for A drink.

My daughter and I decided to get Whopper Juniors. When they came out we both looked at each other and laughed. They were so small. Well they ended up being delicious and filling. Like "they" say, never judge a book by its cover.

Did the drive thru to get chicken nuggets for the dog and sweet tea for me

The manager was cursing and yelling at her associates. Using inappropriate words in front of children.

Didn't know my order. Bun overly stale very difficult to handle kept falling a part and was very salty. Fries cold, dry and had a bad taste. 👎

They have 2 speakers and noone takes orders at the 2nd speaker. Waited at the second speaker at least 5 minutes and they took 3 orders on the 1st speaker. We even said hello. Noone answered. If you do not have someone to take orders on both speakers use an orange cone and block the lane. Simple solution. I wound up eating elsewhere because a business that waste my time doesn't deserve my money. 🤷‍♀️

Horribly slow, the workers all move like zombies in no rush at all!!! Eat somewhere else!!!

I love this restaurant… the team was been doing a great job, they are kind and helpful with the costumers. The restroom was very clean! I never see before any other restaurant BK the same good appreciation. Thank you guys! 👏🏼

Nice remodel of the old Burger King. Very clean dine area and clean restrooms. Food decent and assorted drinks.

Using the app on your phone will save you money. Service could be faster and food being hot would be a nice improvement.

Good food. No skimping on the build of the Whopper or Jr Whopper. Made just like I asked. Clean restaurant. Service was a little slow & and then they got real busy. Part of their self serve soda fountain was not working, and then the ice part quit while we were there.

Waited nearly an hour in the drive thru and couldn’t move because the line was so backed up. The person taking our order was rude and was going to charge us double our order. Girl at the window was going to short us our drinks; she closed the window and Ignored us so we waited and someone finally came back to window and we asked for them. Today as a customer we were an inconvenience to them. Today, they deserve this one star.

I should've known better. There wasn't one car in the parking lot. The custmer service is terrible and the food is disgusting! 😠

There is an employee that's always rude & disrespectful her is name Alexa, Alxis something like that she's way to disrespectful way to many times & more than to one person her mangers have heard her argue with customers & do nothing. Like I said before I go order pay & go I don't go to see them but she always has an attitude with people. Sick of this $h!t.....And charged us for cheese we didn't ask for gave us some stale a** chicken fries hard as a rock we had to go back my nephew can't eat cheese. Ugh bunch of b.s.

This Burger King is at the top of my fast food list…service is great, the food comes how you ask! Hot and nicely put in the bag. The manager I believe ( he had blonde dreads) very very nice and made sure my order was made to. I’ve never loved Burger King so much

Unfortunately the food was super salty my husband and I got sick .restaurant need to slow down pouring so much salt.

Don't know why, but we thought we'd give the newly remodeled BK a try. Took 3 times to get a bacon double Cheeseburger that was really a bacon double Cheeseburger. First time was a single with bacon. Second time was a double, no bacon. Third time was right but cold. I must say the staff was sincere about getting it right. Kudos to them for trying. But the food looks nothing like and is nothing like the commercials and printed ads. Back in the day, it used to be. For shame corporate America. Where has your pride gone in your products?

My wait wasn’t very long even after I added to my order when I got there. I think overall environment was pleasant. Staff was friendly I recommend stopping by for a quick bite.

Delivery of food a bit slow had 2 customers in front took over 7 minutes for 1st persons food then 1 minute for second and mine was less than 30 seconds staff kept checking bags to keep straight

Location is fine when they’re actually open. Can’t tell you how many times I’ve walked over since they’re near by only to find them closed during business hours with no signage indicating anything.

I loved the professional pleasant staff. 5 star service. Now the bad my bun was stale, and burger patties were dry. French fries were good as was the sweet tea. I would recommend.

Couldn't get the app to work to use an online promotion. Store manager was unable to help and we left without buying anything there after waiting in a long line to get service.

The food was what it was, burger King is burger King where ever you go. The service is a completely different story. Before I could place my order I had to stand at the register and listen to the manager complain to one of the employees about having to work a double. Then he walked away to continue complaining before he would take my friends order behind me. I am quite surprised that he caught any of it through his complaining. Then we used the soda machine and everything that came out of it tasted off.. I can guarantee the machine hasn't been cleaned in quite sometime. Then we get back to our boat and realize none of our special requests were honored, (such as no mayo) and not a single napkin was put in our bags. I guess good help is hard to find, but maybe a more professional manager would do this place some good.

The food is okay and the workers are nice. The problem is with the drink dispenser that dilutes the drinks and sprays your cup with soda causing a flat coke and a sticky mess.

The famous bk that tells you no drinks and shakes are you for real.

Clean well run BK. Tables were clean, employees in nice proper uniforms doing great job. Kudos to Manager of this location. Good quick fast food stop.

Drive thru is so slow at times, but sure it’s due to staff issues, just prepare to wait at times.

Can't get simple orders correct. The chicken fries and jalapeño poppers are stale and Luke warm from sitting in the heat box. Just seems lazy to not cook them fresh especially when they are not busy.

The people that work here are very polite! French fries and ice cream are best in town. I need to work on having people pull over if they have a large order so other people that are on lunch from work have time to get their food though.

I love this Burger King, but I have to give it three stars because when I visited this Saturday at around 11 AM, they were actually out of burgers. It is very clean, and the employees are very pleasant, but no burgers????

Nice new building...clean and well organized! Carbonation on the soft drinks is too high, needs to be adjusted,,,yuck!!
