Placed an order at 830pm. I never got my order, and it's 11pm now the tracker at 1050pm changed from on its way, where it sat for almost the entire duration to delivered, but I got no food

They should update store number with doordash so there are no discrepancies. As a delivery driver, there system is delayed in marking orders as delivered; thus creating tension and delaying my new ability to take orders and make money. The store phone number is it is 863-467-7272 and doordash should know this.

Got a New York style pizza. It was good but wasn't very hot and didn't put my extra cheese on.

Got my order wrong, then left me on hold for 10+ minutes

Called store when I saw the driver (through their tracking app) was going in the wrong direction. The woman I talked to on the phone was rude and kept telling me that I needed to call DoorDash however I placed my order through Papa John's app. I didn't have contact information for DoorDash. I let her know they contracted with DoorDash so it should be their responsibility to contact them to get the driver turned into the right direction. Finally got a call from the driver who said he was sent to a dead end. Told him I had called the store letting them know that you were going on the wrong direction and they said there was nothing they could do but wait.

I recently became a doordash driver and this store is destroying me. So so so many people order from here and it's always $2 order for over 5 miles. How is that fair? Every other restaurant here has a decent pay for their driver! Just rude. And no we can't pick and choose our orders every time.

They dont pay their delivery drivers. As a doordash driver this restaurant really destroys our rating we have to maintain. EVERY order from here is $2.00. No matter how many miles. 5-8 miles? Its Still going to be $2. No thank you

Pay your Doordash drivers!! Every dang order from this place is $2 dang dollars. I'm not driving all the way to basswood or TI for $2. This is a horrible restaurant to get orders from. Brings my rating down every single time I get an order from here. Please be kind to all workers. Dashers pay for their gas and car maintenance themselves!

Fantastic, impressed. With one person working on a busy Sunday, our pizza was hot, fresh, tasty on time! Great job.

Waited over an hour and a half for my food. By the time I got it, it was cold. And of course nobody can answer the phone so you can speak to them about it.

Don’t listen to them when they say they’ll make it right and give you a free pizza when they mess up cause obviously they have the managerial skills of a possum . Messed up my last order and then didn’t add the credit to my account , and apparently the one at the counter “cant do anything about it “ so don’t waste your time !!!

Pizza was good but some of the workers no people skills. These restaurants got to start making them wear hair nets and gloves

Just had a delivery driver fall asleep in my front yard. I called the store and am pretty sure he is the one who answered because he didn’t act surprised or ask any questions. Not sure where to go from here. I don’t want him to injure himself or anyone else.

They make the pizzas really well here. Enough cheese and toppings

The girls are awesome there, always hot fresh pizza and wings and delivery is always before arrival time. The best PJs I've ever been to

5 star for the pizza being good 1 star for customer service. If I could put a negative I would. The lady working there with bright red hair was extremely rude! When I went in to order I was yelled at that I had to wait and how she wishes she get get a damn break to sit down. I was extremely uncomfortable how she was yelling and going on and on when I'm just simply trying to order dinner for the night and dealing with that nonsense

I will say this was an absolute amazing first time I will definitely be returning. I normally don’t like Papa Johns, but this is very very very good. The delivery driver was an amazing young man, and very, very respectful The woman I spoke to on phone was the same way, very sweet, respectful polite. I am in love with this place already.

Very disappointed in customer service tonight. Don't think I will do repeat business with this location. Not impressed.

I frequently order from this location and usually receive excellent service. Even on a bad night I still get great service. I have no complaints. The food is always fresh and the people are always friendly! I received the best service EVER July 25, 2023 at 4pm! I thought it couldn't get better!

The pizza isn't even cook through, the small we ordered also wasn't cooked through

Ordered pizzas for pickup and was told they'd be ready in 15 minutes. Got to papa johns about 25 minutes after we ordered and pizzas weren't even in the oven. Was told 10 more minutes. 5 minutes later I was told they were out of onion and asked if I wanted extra chicken on my BBQ chicken pizza instead. They weren't overly busy that I could tell. But there was only one guy working there.

Had a slight hiccup on delievery and when I called the store a gentlemen named Randy apologized and was very professional and had a remake sent to me in less then 30. Very appreciative and will gladly be coming back! Ty

My pizza was not cooked thoroughly. The cheese was not even melted. My garlic knots were burnt.

One of my favorite "fastfood" pizza places. They're Philly Cheese Steak papadias are AMAZING! And the service is just as amazing as the food.

DO NOT ORDER HERE unless you are willing to wait over an hour for your pizza. 2nd time using mobile order and they are so understaffed they cannot complete their orders in a timely manner at all.

Delivery was early, the pizza was hot, fresh, and delicious, but was very pricey

Ordered 2 pizzas at 5, was told 70 mins. Pizza arrived 80 mins later only to discover that the one pizza was not what we ordered. Unfortunately can't have the typical red sauce so a couple of the people couldn't eat. Called to ask about the order and was placed on hold for nobody to pick up, called back someone picked up the phone and hung it up, called several more times to be placed on hold. Finally talked to someone and they said they would remake it and send it right out. After an hour called back, was told the guy who was suppose to make it had to leave and they would make it and send it out. At 830, still waiting on pizza!!! Will not order from there again!!!!

They love their stuffed crust, but that garlic butter gets me every time! no matter what crust I have its in a class all by itself lol!

Was not the NY style pizza I was expecting 1st time I purchased one it was great 2nd time I purchased one it was not as good 3rd time I purchased one it lousy and not as expected Need improvement in quality control

Ordered delivery at 7, an hour later the driver pulls in the driveway and sits out there for a few mins, then backs out and drives off. Never gets out of the car. I checked the status of the order online and it says delivered. I call the store only to be told that there best driver is not answering the phone, that they could remake the order that it would be an additional 45 minutes before it would be delivered.

Both times, I drive all the way from our tiny town to get an over priced pizza that while Stuart got it right, I moved out here, this was the only location. Asked for well done, got dough, asked for different sauce, got red, drove 20 min, tried to eat it. Now I know to listen to my Dr, no RED sauce. I doubt anythings will be Don, plus 20 min on driving for me. I chose Paoa John's because normally, they are correct. First mess up, happens, last night's, with this weather.........

I would have given Papa John's at 5 and for the most part they deserve it at the Okeechobee store I ordered a pizza the meat lovers on the definition of it I told them I want to thin crust and cut into squares when I arrive home open the Box to get Mom some supper and take to her because she's disabled and it was cut into triangles and thick crust I called up there and spoke to the person that was working she said the manager would get with me she never did that's all I'm going to say

Absolutely great customer service and tasty pizza! Their driver JoJo got my delivery to me fast and my pizza was still hot. With dominos it normally takes 30 minutes. They got me exactly what I wanted in 15.

Best pizza ever!! I eat here every weekend no complains whatsoever. My favorite is the papadia with bacon also their breadsticks are delicious.

This is a great restaurant for the whole family. The food is amazing , at times the wait can be a little lengthy but personally, it's worth the extra wait. The dinner entrees are huge and would feed two people comfortably.

It was clean two workers with friendly food was good the only thing that I have negative to say about this particular Papa John's is that all the delivery cars park right in front of the store so they make the customers park on the other side of the parking lot which is difficult for people like me, who have disabilities.

Very clean. The oarking spots are small, but what can you do they share it with multiple other stores. Polite and friendly staff, and all food is made fresh to order. The inside is very clean. No public restroom.
