A very great place to shop, customer friendly, polite, great customer service, and very very clean. Every time I ask for help, I receive the best service. I love shopping at Walmart. Walmart has Great prices I would shop at Walmart anytime.

I've read Sam's Book- Made in America and even though the times have changed, this store accurately represents Sam's vision.

Looking for garden tools, but they didn't have it. We got a card for grandson, baby wipes & marked down briggs & stratton lawn mower oil & filter. So not a total loss. Ended up at Home Depot ( our 2nd home - lol🤣😅😂) for the garden tool.

It's a Walmart. They didn't have any hot deli food out at 1:00. So I grabbed a pre-made pulled pork sandwich instead. It had way to much BBQ sauce on it & really sweet. I won't get another one of those!

Poor shop. There were no required products!

Been using the home delivery service and enjoy going to the store also great prices on items that I need and usually have something to substitute

I have been to Walmarts in a lot of states, and this one's just pathetic. There are literally 100 carts on the parking lot today, everywhere. you can't even park in a parking space does the empty ones have a cart sitting there. The customers don't even fit their carts up it's just ridiculous. The glass doors on the refrigerated section are disgusting. The shelves are always a freaking mess. I would be so embarrassed if I were a manager of this place. Why corporate puts up with this is beyond me.

Staff is very attentive, but not very knowlageable

Uriel the cashier in customer service is horrible with interactions with customers! He didn't greet me when I approached the register! He just stood to the register chewing gum and posing like he is Miss America!

Don't buy the milk from this location... especially the gallon milk! It spoils a week or more before the expiration date on the carton. This has happened to me 3 times...I want buy milk from them again. I think it's the lazy employees that let the milk sit out for hours without refrigeration. Then they stock it while the milk is probably warm and spoiling!

It's Walmart. What else needs to be said? Actually, this Walmart is a lot better than most.

Went for a grocery pickup an you all know what you're supposed to do,make a call and let them know you're there! I sat there for 45 minutes an called a second time just for someone to say oops we gave to someone else, so that's my hard-earned money going to another individual. Still hasn't reimbursed the money

Typical Walmart Super Center. Had everything we needed from food/groceries to office supplies and water filters. Store was clean, selection was good and the staff we interacted with was nice & polite.

Went to pick up prescription very friendly and fast.

3rd world country in there for the most part! Don't understand why parents don't supervise their children! Prices seem higher there than other stores,maybe because there isn't another store like it in okeechobee county! We bought very little.

I usually can find what I'm looking for. I needed a reusable straw cleaner, and I got one along with 4 reusable straws with different colored removable, curved mouth pieces.

This walmart needs more registers open it way to packed and do early in the morning

One register open, 3 employees and 2 coaches and team lead at service desk self checkouts packed poor management.

Fairly clean. But the associates rarely smile. If they are stocking shelves they look at you like you're in their way. Forget about asking about something, they act like it's a bother. If they don't like their job or being around the public, maybe they shouldn't be working there. On the positive side, their produce is decent.

Publix feels nicer, but Walmart has the selection and prices. Tough to beat them on those two counts

This place is horrible. Every time I go in there is only two lanes open with cashier's. The self checkout has 15 people in line waiting. No manager to be found... they survive because it's in a small town and it's the only one..

They need more cashiers, the lines are numerous. It is incredible that one has to stand in line for more than 45 minutes to pay. May the manager of this place do his job better.

The shelves seem to be bare to often prices are a little better then publix however has been some time since I've been able to get through my shopping list weekly without have to go to publix to get what Wal-Marts selves were lacking

The younger generation have no common sense!!! if you see groceries and electronics and the price does not match up then check the carts or if you see a cart full of groceries and the ticket only shows $100 bucks check the cart but when we pushing a $398 receipt go to hell

Yesterday, I was in the pharmacy area. The shelves in the middle of the walk isles had sharp corners, and as I walked by, it caught my arm and cut me. I brought it to the attention of one of the female employees, and she kinda just brushed it off. I showed her my arm, and she asked if I needed a band-aid, and I said yes. It took her about 10 minutes to go get one and bring it back to me as I stood there waiting. Do better walmart!!

U give it a four because the costumer service is really not there. No one seems to like there jobs. Maybe because we are all on vacation.

Walmart is Walmart. Lots of things picked over. Looked like locusts went thru. Deli with very few lunchmeat options. No cashiers as always and don't get me going on self check out

Tonight was just terrible! Only 2 cashiers and a huge rush. Not once did I see any managers come out and help with the rush at all. Also stock was really diminished too. This visit was very disappointing. Get it together!

If you don't like crowds don't go on the first couple of days of the months.

Shopping the groceries side on Saturday. Mid afternoon had a strong customer count. Instock was decent. Found everything we were after. Front end is tight, not much aisle space. Self checkout had a line, some of the scanners scanned twice. Be careful.

Customer service over the phone really sucks! They’re sarcastic and rude and they don’t even let you talk or explain what you try to say!

Stopped in to pick up a few things it was busy for the holidays but was able to get the things I wanted plenty of check out lines open so it was a pleasant experience!!!

NEED MORE CASHIERS AND MOBIL CARTS

There seems to be a lot of empty selves every time we go.

Went to buy a bike, asked for help 3 TIMES. No one came. Went to customer service and spoke to the manager. She called someone to meet us in the bike are. No one showed. We went outside to see if someone was there and there were 2 employees chatting. One young lady said she worked on that dept. and was not quick at all to help us and said the bike was probably in the wrong place and that the priced bike for $99 was PROBABLY a junior bike. She did not go in the store to see what we were looking at. Bad customer service! We will not be going back there. Always lots of employees around but no one is there to help .

Not a big fan of Walmart. I went in there because the website said they had a particular product in stock. Got there and they did not have it. Not to happy but life goes on.

Many of the products on the shelves are not replaced, and I'm talking November 2023, not because of COVID-19. The staff need work - I'll give a few specifics. When you first enter, the greeters very rarely greet you when coming in or say anything when you leave. They either are lost in their own little world, or they stand there like guards at a prison - surveying people but saying nothing, unless a cart is leaving with an item not bagged - then you are stopped and the grocery list gone through until they find it. To be fair, though there are about one or two people that actually talk to you, greet you as you come and say bye when you leave. There is very rarely an electric cart available, but I'm not going to blame the store for that. It's season. But still. I'm disabled and can't walk distances well at all. And the other day, two associates were blocking the aisle, having a social moment with the pallet jack between them, completely blocking the front speedway to the registers. I'm using two canes, came upon the scene, waited for a moment while two more people came up behind me, and was told, and I wrote, "You'll have to go around us" and she turned around and started talking with her associate. My arms were shaking from walking with my camera, and the registers were RIGHT PAST THEM!!! The people waiting with me were aghast at the lack of manners. The cashiers tend to be very nice, though. I will say that. I OFTEN go to Publix down the road instead. It might be more expensive, but I'm treated with respect, the store is cleaner, and the staff is always friendly. But that's for another review.

My Walmart is amazing and the people that work there are just as amazing

Lots of shopping carts in the parking lot and very busy at all times. Not a big store overall.

Walking into Walmart was disgusting. Garbage right in front of the side door next to the garbage can. Trash everywhere in the parking lot.

We always do curbside and they came right out as soon as we arrived. No waiting at all!!

I still shop at Walmart but not for groceries. There shelves are empty most of the time when I try to buy food.

I find it difficult to locate what I am looking to buy.

Prices are skyrocketing, product is shrinking, you make me ring up my own purchases and then you don't trust me when I walk out, the door man stops to check my receipts.

This is a very nice store. Staff were friendly and I enjoyed the selections in clothing.

I am not a fan of Walmart to begin with but this one is pretty bad. If you ask any questions the employees attempt to ignore you. It's one of my least favorite Walmarts to go into. ALSO OKEECHOBEE IS CORRUPT AF... This location just adds that small town corruption feel from the moment of entering it 😬
