Went here with my kids to sit down and eat dinner. The girl in the drive thru was yelling about how she needed more xynax and cussing acting like a complete fool. Then proceed to go outside, come back in, and started playing with the small children. I called her manager, and they blew me off and said they already knew, so obviously, this wasn't the first time. Will never go back here

This was an above average location. Outstanding young gentleman working the cash register.

the food was ok the service was just ok, but the worst of it was the girl behind the counter cursing very loudly without a care one to the patrons eating there. the profanity she used was completely unacceptable I don't care how bad a day she was letting herself have. I will probably never spend another dime in that location.

The whopper Jr was the best burger I've had in a very long time.

I went through the drive through and not only was Amanda the lead but Reanna the store manager were both so rude and had attitudes the entire time I was there. Amanda asked at the end if I wanted sauce I said yes the the store manager had an attitude at the window saying that unless I order anything with chicken I have to pay for sauce which is a new thing I guess but everything that happened could have and should been handled way differently then what happened.

The food is Burger King. It’s nothing special in that regard. Staff is decently friendly or at least not rude. Pretty clean place. Certainly better than it used to be a few years ago.

Almost every time I go to this specific burger king I get the same guy at the drive thru that speaks to me in the rudest way. He has the worst attitude and I'm encouraging everyone I know not to eat here until this guy is fired or something. It's ridiculous. I shouldn't have to get all pissed off every time I go to your drive thru. I'm sure you all know who I'm talking about

Very nice woman that took my order, it was a good start to my day to be greeted with a smiling face. Food was fresh and hot not to mention delicious 😋 will be back for breakfast soon

They refused to fix a sandwich that they messed up I had receipt an I asked nicely they need better mangers cause their mangers are terrible at their job I asked for no onions an pickles I'm allergic an they gave me a bad attitude to boot last time ill spend my money their they get a 0 star if I could give them that rating

I normally don't complain about a business as no business is perfect, but this Burger King is the worst I've been in. I stopped in on 2/19/24 at approx. 1:30p. One car in the drive thru, 5 total people inside, four customers in booths eating and myself waiting to order. I approached the counter and the person looked up and said, "sorry, it'll be a minute, I'm trying to put in my own order and giggled". After she finished her ordering, she then walked away. I'm standing there wondering, geez what's going on here as two others were just standing there leaning on the counter talking and looking at me. She eventually returned, then asked me what I needed AFTER, yes AFTER she put in her own order. I ordered, she hands me the receipt and turns away and immediately gets out her phone and starts texting. Other Burger King's at that point, always give you a cup for your drink when handed your receipt. I asked her, "excuse me, but can I have my cup to get my drink?", she turned and said, "oh yeah, duh and handed it to me while looking at her phone. I got my drink, headed to my table to wait till my name was called. I waited and waited and waited, finally after almost 15 minutes, I got my order, sat down, sampled a fry and they were hot and tasty. I started to unwrap the burger, but the bun felt cool. I lifted the bun and the meat patty was cold to the touch. I just wrapped it back, ate the fries and threw it in the trash and left. I'm in Warrenton occasionally and fortunately there are other places to eat and due the fact that I was in town for an appointment and ready to head home, it really wasn't worth the effort to argue about it. I'll just never go in there again. The ONLY reason I gave the place one star is the fact the fries and drink was good, otherwise just a terrible place and experience.

Both the order taker and the person who filled my order today were exceptional! They went above and beyond to make sure my order was fresh and correct. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the food was delicious. Thank you to the individuals that served me today.

I was there recently, and apparently, had a change in management. It took 5 minutes to take my order, then another 10 to 15 minutes to get my order, i heard the people in the front repeat my order to the prep area, i dined in, and noticed everyone else having the same issue,

Fast service, typical fast food chain. Seems like prices are going up but then again everything is going up in price.

Chicken wraps were terrible! Mushy chicken with a few pieces of mushy mayo loaded lettuce. Just gross!

Along with getting my food expeditiously, was by far the best Burger King experience I've had in a long time. The food was hot and fresh thanks to Zac. Dude needs a raise!

The entire crew for the mornings always have hot and fresh food for the customers whenever they arrive and continuously makes them feel like family. Every time I show up to the store they always know what I’m eating! Dominique is there for any of my questions and continues to make me feel welcomed every time I arrive, and Zach always makes sure that my food is prepared correctly and never messes up my order. 10/10

All my food was hot and fresh went there right as lunch was starting the only problem was that the fries were super salty which is a huge killer for me. The whopper Jr was super juicy and delicious 😋

Had a great drive thru experience today. The staff was quick and the food was hot. Zach made sure to check with me to make sure my food was great and that I was fully satisfied. Will visit more often for service like this.

Again, the service here is nearly non-existent. Have had the same thing in the past as well. When you walk up to the counter they completely act as if you don't exist and once they do come to ask what you need and you tell them that you had a mobile order placed for the time that you originally got there they place your order in line behind the already 4 or 5 drive through orders they have taken since you have been waiting for someone to acknowledge that you are there and you should expect them to move a couple more drive through orders ahead of yours. I don't understand why the mobile app would ask what time you would like to pick up your order if they are not going to put it in the que until you tell them you are there to pick it up. Don't waste your time trying to schedule a pick up, going through drive through will get you far better service.

This place never gets our order correct. The food is rarely fresh… pretty much show up immediately after breakfast to get lunch and hope for the best.

I just started going to burger King recently and this place is wonderful! The service is great everytime, it's very appreciated. This beautiful lady named Kya (not sure if I'm spelling that right) is such a sweetheart! She's so sweet to me everytime I see her, I hope she sees this review so we can talk again. :) The atmosphere, to the fresh food, this joint rocks!

The food was super great, whoever was taking orders was definitely not pleasant at all, but the cooks were busting they tails making sure fresh, correct orders make it out the window.

Poorly cleaned, staff is nice, food is quite mediocre but it is Burger King…so the bar is admittedly starting out pretty low. If you need a quick bite and get out just as quickly there are worst places to go for fast food.

Do you have to ask for ketchup when you order fries and onion rings? Even though they were soggy, so was the whopper! I doubt that I will ever eat at burger King again. They didn't even give me any napkins!!! When you are eating in a car, you gotta have napkins!!! I paid nearly $30 for two people and we got product that was prepared so much earlier, it was SOGGY AND SO WERE THE FRIES. It seems like all fast food places have stopped giving condiments away, but napkins!!!! What's next? Are you going have to ask for a straw when you have ordered a drink?

I would never recommend to eat here a girl that worked there told the other worker that if I was you I'd just throw another Burger on top of that one that was not made properly and was going to serve it to me

My Whopper was expired. The Jr Cheeseburger was worse. It was downright stale. Onion rings were cold and hard. Never coming back to this one.

The reason why I'm only giving them four stars is because when you order a Whopper I did not know you have to say with cheese I thought it automatically came with cheese but no you have to say with cheese whether you charge a dollar or something for a piece of slice of cheese come on

I order the same thing every time I go here. Whopper, no mayonnaise no ketchup. Every. Single. Time. I get both put on there. My name is probably in their free sandwich book 30 times by now. 🤣 would upload pics this time but can't find the option.

normally pretty decent service in the mornings but thats over now too, and in the night your food will be cold. this town and the people in it are the definition of trashy and they put zero effort into their jobs, if you end up here i recommend saving yourself the stress and just cook at home.

Stopped for bathroom break and dinner, was in and out in less than 2 min and food was delicious. Order number 3 meal (large) and enjoyed coke freestyle machines they have for self serve drink options (I selected ginger ale with raspberry syrup added) [too bad all the soda in this country has corn syrup tho]. Staff was friendly!

Convenient location and fast service. BK always has a lot of choices to offer. The app is very much worthwhile and helps you save a lot.

Overall this is a pretty well taken care of store they keep it pretty clean most of them employees are pretty awesome and everything's always usually great except for the one night that I took my children in there and the one manager who is working with the longer hair decided that he was going to start cussing at one of the other employees and doing it in front of all of the customers that was in there and I don't think that that's very professional if you have a problem with one of your employees and you should take them to the back not sit there and scream at them and curse at them like they're a piece of trash

Much than expected. Everything was clean, even the restrooms, and the workers were helpful and courteous. My daughter's order didn't come out as ordered and they immediately apologized and made her order again (correctly.)

Great location. Fast service, hot food, and the staff seemed to care for their store. They wiped down tables shortly after people left, and mopped while I was there. Cleaner than most.

Worst service ever sitting in the Drive thru 3 minutes before they opened and the manager was very rude telling me they dont open for 3 minutes but he was more concerned about his drive thru timer then his customers i said thats fine ill wait 3 minutes and then he started being very rude saying no i cant have my numbers going bad and stuff This is the 4th time i have had problems with this guy the manager here should not have a job with his attitude problem

I always order my whoppers without onions, but the last 2 times I've ordered from here, they've put onions on it. Both the ticket AND the wrapper says no onions. I mean, it's a good thing I just don't like raw onions rather than me being allergic to it. Only giving 3 stars simply because everything else was good.

Terrible. 3pm, Saturday, November 20th. We ordered 2 for $10 Italian chicken sandwich combos. The chicken was hard & dried out, there was barely any marina sauce on them, the cheese was hard & not melted- these sandwiches were clearly old. The fries had way too much salt. When we got to the window, there were 3 teenagers, 1 guy & 2 girls, all were probably between 16 & 18 years old. All 3 were talking to each other. A girl took our money, gave us our change, & walked away, leaving our drinks on the counter next to her. As the other girl bagged our food- with no gloves on, the guy walked up to her (facing us) & used his bare hand to take fries out of the cooked bin & looked out the window. As I watched him, he maintained eye contact with us as he ate the fries & proceeded to pull out his cell phone then broke eye contact to get on his phone. The girl bagging our food walked to the window & passed our bag to us & walked away to continue talking- never said a word to us. We sat there waiting for someone's attention to ask for our drinks, & ketchup. So disgusted. I'm not from here, but if I was, I contact the health department to report that guy that thought he was cool to touch the foods & eat in front of customers at the drive thru. Terrible service was definitely worse than the disappointing, dry, hard sandwiches.

This is an average fast food place in Warrenton. It's hit or miss hot or fresh food is a 50/50. The staff here seems a bit rushed, but they do a decent job at getting orders correct. Timing is a hit or miss as well. Parking is conveniently available for tractor trailers and cars. If you like BK this will definitely do.

We go here on a regular basis. Have downloaded their app which has meal deals more in my price range. We can usually get a deal on a 2 person meal for $5-6. Inside dining is open & very clean. Drive thru is also a good alternative. When weather is good, we just pick up lunch & stop at a park.

Absolutely Perfect! The employees are so kind and very responsive to all customers and the restaurant is always extremely clean! And of course the food is ALWAYS GREAT and they ALWAYS seem to get your order correct 😊. They make your order to your specifications very quickly and in a timely manner that you see at no other Fastfood restaurant. 🙂
