Clean food hot staff nice..literally no wait

They forgot a happy meal, a 4 piece nugget, a large fry, and gave us the wrong drinks! this place sucks and when i called the guy over the phone said there’s nothing he can do about it.

Extremely fast and everything was hot chili was excellent 👌

My son and I were having a mother son day. We stopped for lunch and the guy running the register was super friendly, kind and patient as my son is shy and soft spoken. Our food was hot and served quickly. When my son accidentally dropped his burger we went to order and pay for a new one. Well they replaced it for free. How generous! This will be our go to Wendy's from now on.

Almost always has fast service, fresh food, and friendly staff!

I tried a sausage egg and cheese muffin. The sausage, egg & cheese was delicious but the muffin was grease soaked and not toasted or grilled. I'll order again probably WITHOUT the muffin. Drive thru order, so maybe you get better food from ordering inside.

Food was very good. It was hot for a fast food place. Staff was very friendly. Table wasn't level so we had to be careful. They need to fix. Restaurant was clean. Enjoyed our visit if they will fix tables. Will go back.

The gentleman took care of me. Did a nice job food was very good.

Went in and order our food to take home. The restaurant was clean and nice.

Excellent food, beautiful staff

The drive thru is not big enough for them to have cars pulling forward waiting for orders and then the cars behind them can't exit the drive thru lane after receiving their order. I asked the employee to have that person pulled forward a little bit and she got an attitude telling me to just go around. So I had to struggle pulling out and not side swiping the car infront of me.

I think the staff tries very hard here to run this establishment the best they possibly can! It doesn't seem like they have outside help or many resources from their own company, yet I continue to come back!?!!! I love the staff, location, and HATE WHAT CORPORATE IS DOING TO THEM!

Stopped in today for lunch on a long drive. Location was very clean, including the bathrooms. Even with a busy drive through indoor service was fast. Manager on duty was very friendly - great overall service!

Pretty typical Wendy's. Was surprised a #1 hamburger meal (includes fries and drink) and a salad (no drink) was $18.90. Boy prices everywhere have gone up. Burger, drink and salad were good, fries were WAY TOO SALTY 🧂. Could'nt eat them. The people working there were nice and the place was clean.

The double stack bacon and cheese burger was so good I wanted another..

On Oct 31st i had a door dash order scheduled for 11:40-11:50am delivered to my house. Doordash delivered it by 11:20am. That means wendys cooked my food WAY EARLIER then the time scheduled to be cooked. Im pretty sure wendys has a time slot that shows them when the order needs to be made and done by. Cause the dasher has a time slot when to go pick it up at. Trust me im a former dasher i know how this works but management idk who it was but they told me when the order comes in that make it right there. Why would they have a scheduked time then wendys messed up somewhere and im not happy about it at all. They got a store manger that needs to go back to training...

Food was over priced and didn't taste very good.

Good food, slow service and dirty tables. Bring some wipes to clean your table. The blue cheese salad was good.

Well walked into the dining room. Went to the bathroom and as I was leaving the bathroom got hit in the knee by a employee opening the door like Conan the Barbarian. No apology at all from him. Walked up to order and the employee that came out of the bathroom and very ignorantly asked me how I got in here? I replied I walked in the front door.. He then rudely told me that the dining room was closed and I needed to leave. I was taken aback by him demeanor and I think another employee came up and started apologing as I was walking out. Decided I was not going to even use the drive thru after that interaction. The worst part is the interaction would not have happened if they had the front door locked with a note stating that the dining room was closed.

I ordered a $5.00 biggie bag. As I was telling the girl I did not want ketchup but mustard, lettuce, tomato & onion. She rudely budded in and said what drink. I told her and then said did you get the no ketchup but lettuce, tomato, onion. She ignored me & gave us the total. Well I got mustard & pickels.

No signs saying the lobby is closed but I've been here 4 times in the middle of the day and the doors are always locked.

Burger was juicy and delicious. The fries didn’t have enough salt for me but they were hot so I couldn’t complain. The new nacho burger is a good burger as well.

Pretty disappointed with this Wendy's but to be fair they were busy when I visited. Maybe they had some staffing issues or something but based on my experience I would say a 3 star rating is accurate.

Has one of those soda machines that gives you a million choices! I need sugar-free so having sugar-free diet cherry coke or diet vanilla coke is beyond great 😋 Plus the dining room is huge! Plenty of room to spread out.

Pulled in the dive through @10:28 am. I was told they are not serving breakfast anymore. It is advertised will serve breakfast until 10:30. They still had 2 minutes to serve and there were no other customers, in the drive through or in the lobby area at the counter. It’s False advertisement.

I felt like I was an inconvenience! Ordered 4 large Chili's and two chocolate frosting. I was by myself! She put 2 Chili's in one bag 2 in another handed me the frostys. My hands were full and tried to ask for a plastic bag but she started walking away to take the next Order. I asked for 2 straws and was told they were by the soda machine! Then I am handicapped and parked in a handicapped spot on the side of the building right across from the drive through and almost get hit by someone pulling up to the drive through window! I won't be going back!!!

It took 20 minutes to prepare 3 hamburgers, the restaurant was empty and the tables were dirty.

Watched the manager berate a costumer yesterday evening. Place was dirty. Manager was really unprofessional.

Big sign on window says open till midnight. Got there at 1130 all lights on employees inside. But recording at drive though says closed

Love love love this Wendys! The drive thru staff are top notch - EXTREMELY ACCOMODATING! They always get me hot fresh fries with a frosty after my night shift! I cannot get soft serve that early anywhere else since most places have broken machines. Plus, it always helps that they’re friendly at 7:30 AM and very quick!! PLEASE MAKE 24 hr drive through!!!

Cash register person was amazing. Went in with a group of three wanting separate tickets and she was very patient. Even with my friend who's a little slow and hard to understand at times.

Worst Wendy's I ever had. Food was horrible. Dry nuggets and cold fries. Choose some place else off the highway for a quick bite.

I'm giving the food 5 stars based on it being a cheeseburger from a fast food chain. That being said, it was excellent!

The Gm was rude to a customer that tried to get food in drive thru just because they didn't have a car, mind u they had lobby doors locked an closed when they was supposed to be open. A girl came thru drive thru and was going to order food for the person and the employees refused to let her get food for the guy. This is cruelty, no compassion for anyone who may be hungry. This person did not ask to be given food, and even offered to buy the girls food if she would get it for him. The fact that you are this selfish and ignorant, I'll make sure every one knows who u are and how your no GENERAL MANAGER!!! I've worked fast food most my life and never thought to treat a PAYING customer this poorly over the fact they didn't have a car!!! It sickens me to my core to know ppl like this are running our businesses. I hope your boss sees this and you get fired for POOR MANAGEMENT! Wendy in Warrenton will never get my business as long they are keeping incompassionate ppl as employees!

They lock the door at 8pm, even on a Friday night. Ridiculous.

No one knows how to apply a coupon. It took 3 people and over 10 minutes to submit our order due to the coupon issue. The cheese fries were stale and appeared to be heated in the microwave. The ketchup dispensers were empty. The floors were covered in black sticky footprints and condiment station was disgusting. Will not be returning

Foods awesome but everytime I order with no tomatoes they put tomatoes on. Luckly I'm not allergic to tomatoes or they'd get in some trouble.

Seems as if the staff were more worried about jamming their rap music in the kitchen than serving customers. Customer service was terrible. Whoever is running this place needs to straighten out their staff. Fries were cold after a 20 minute wait and staff was not apologetic. You could see through my burger. Another reminder of all that is going down the toilet in this country. Not coming back.

It all started back on our trip from Jefferson City to st. Louis. We were hungry and there wasn't anything except the occasional McDonald's and Arby's at every exit. Frustrated, we maped the nearest Wendy's on the way back. It was 40+ miles down the road and well worth the wait. Maybe the Wendy's in Michigan are sub-par. Maybe this location is exceptional. We ere greeted with a clean, modern interior, pleasant staff and customers. We had found the Oasis of BFE Missouri. The food quality was better than it had any reason to be and came out fast. Everything was well stocked. This Wendy's location not only hit the spot, it slaps! My girl and I owe a hangerless flight back to the Mitten thanks to the amazing people working on 1/22/2023. I appreciate you all.

The food here is great! Also there’s an employee named Logan and he’s the best and he deserves a raises! He is really nice to the customers and just overall deserves a raise

Our cashier Serenity was super friendly and patient! The new Italian burger was great except that it's almost restaraunt price at $6.69. Love the coke freestyle machine as well.

Peppermint Frosty wasn't real good must have forgotten the Peppermint

They were busy but made my food correctly and quickly, it was hot and fresh, went through the drive thru .

Fast drive thru experience late at night - good for for the price!

If I could give zero stars, I would the chicken sandwich was like beef jerky. The pickles on the sandwich were thicker than the actual chicken. It was so thin and dried, and the breading was really dark because the oil was so old it tasted bitter I couldn’t even stomach more than two bites

My husband and I didn't care at all for the food. The French Fries were overly cooked and there was a strange taste to it. The ladies restroom had rust spots all over the partition walls.

Sunday evening at 6pm Wendy's totally out of potatoe products,no baked potato,no fries no nothing.almost out of cheese and out of Coke.seems like management needs to step it up.

No coke products and no fries when we went to order. They didn’t tell this to us until after we had paid. When my husband said something about how they should have said something, to the window guy got an attitude like it was ridiculous we were asking for what we ordered and paid for. Got the food and my bacon and cheese potato had no bacon. We also didn’t get a fork to even eat the potato. I realize that it is fast food, but this is a business that relies on customer service.

Went through the drive thru, the food was good just not what I ordered. Didn't get a receipt so I am not sure what the mix up was. I was back on the highway when we realized that it was wrong. Second time this has happened, not sure I am going back. Shouldn't be a hassle.

Tried breakfast for the first time and was surprisingly good! Will definitely try breakfast again at Wendy's!

Wendy's is always good, I had their chicken sandwich and a new strawberry Frosty. The chicken was great and the Frosty was good but should've stuck with the original chocolate. It's nice on the inside, plenty of seating, nice employees and I like that you can see the kitchen.

Drive-thru was an extremely busy! They were very nice and polite and the food is always fresh and good.

Second time now I have asked for cream and sugar to be put in my coffee since Im driving, and I was told the first time it was due to the covid bs then this time just ignored. When I finally was able to put my stuff in my coffee it was cold and no stir stick. Very frustrating since prices are up but customer gets less.

This review is based on this location. We have been there about 20 times over 15 years. We have never had any problems at this location with cold, bad or wrong food.

I ordered our Sunday breakfast there this morning …had a slight mixup with the sandwiches went back to the drive up window and we were met with a very friendly,professional, smiling face that made our order perfect!!!. Food is always hot, fresh and fantastic highly recommend this Wendy’s!
