Was the cleanest and best tasting Waffle House I’ve ever been to. The one closest to my town always just feels dirty the second you walk in and this one was very well kept. We came at around 10pm on Friday night and the girls were all friendly.

It was a little busy on a Sunday afternoon. The food came fast, chef Whitney made sure our food was delicious and just what we ordered. Anthony was our server and while he seemed rushed he did a great job at taking care of us. Manager Ash was sweet to our children during our dining. It was even someone's birthday so we got to sing along. Super friendly environment and staff. Prices like everywhere else have gone up but it was worth it for a lunch out.

I have to say we was disappointed a while back when we went ..cuz the burger was so nasty ..it was great this time really great food ..make sure the cook stays ..lol..they all doing a fantastic job there

Whatever Anthony is making, it’s not enough! Not only was he the friendliest person we have ever encountered, but he offered us Waffle House Sauce lol. We have been going to Waffle House our entire life and never has anyone offered that. BUT!!!! The most amazing thing was to watch him use ASL to have a conversation with a man. That is a language that is highly desirable. Growing up next door to a deaf man really made me appreciate ASL. AWESOME JOB!

Never got my coffee while waitress went and washed dishes. Terrible service and manager did nothing to correct

Everything again great, except I ordered my eggs over hard and they were barely. I hate runny eggs. Waitress Grace, is great.

Food & service was lovely. The bacon on the bacon burger was thick and hearty. The server was genuine and friendly.

We was there 4th of July night around midnight, in Warrenton MO. The young waitress we had was amazing, but the cook on the other hand was not so much.. And from my understanding the cook plays the roll of supervisor on 3rd shift. She was playing on her phone while wearing the same gloves she wanted to cook our food with.. Very mad personal hygiene. She had a bad attitude and if she wasn't cooking she was sitting on her butt playing on her phone not a very good example for other employees..

Warning: they will try to charge you for things you didn't order or add 20% to your dine in. There is no reason to ever stop in WH. The food was ridiculously over priced and very very low quality. Over $30 for two...they charged us 20% for take out while we were eating at the counter and tried to add a $9+ to the bill as "other". The floor is filthy and I left to go next door to the gas station to use their restroom...as it looked like a few junkies were living in there. I will never stop in a WH again.

Worst experience in a Waffle House ever. It began with no greeting, then being told to move "because they can't see I'm there with the camera." Say what? Ten minutes after giving the server my order, she quietly told the cook what I ordered. I've never had bacon so well done it was charred on the edges. My scrambled eggs were very soft, and my waffle was barely cooked. So unusual for a favorite travel stop. Lots of room for improvement.

Dirty counter. I got a to go order and was charged 20% up charge for a tip and I wasn't waited on.

We are frequent customers sometimes 3 times a week, but this morning was our 1st horrible experience. The man (John) that took our order put his pad back in his pocket and never called our order. He took the persons order and did the same thing. We asked him if he had called yet and he completely forgot and then never called it. After 10 minutes we got up and left and went across the street. We will be back but will definitely ask for Ashley or Erin

Such a pleasant experience with friendly staff and fast proficient service. We felt like family here and got the real Waffle House experience. The manager Monica goes above and beyond

Really nice staff when I stopped in for a late day breakfast. Get the waffle with blueberries as they come out thicker and fluffier!

A pleasant experience all-around. We were also impressed that the menus are so well-designed: 2 sides only with succinct descriptions, calorie counts, options, and more. The fare is mostly comfort food and they don't seem to keep trying to up sell. We plan to start stopping at more Waffle House diners; especially because our disillusionment with Cracker Barrel's more corporate feel and less basic food.

I ordered two eggs over easy and it was like I completely confused the server and the cook because I didn't say lite. The server told the cook over medium and I had to stop her and explain yet again I wanted over easy. Geez, their eggs not rocket science

If you want to eat flavorless scraps of cardboard decorated to look like food and is cooked by and served to you by people who forgot to shower before coming to work after spending all day getting high with their friends around the trailer park. You can enjoy all that while a pervy old man stares at your daughter (or any female) while smiling and touching himself. If this sounds appetizing to you, then first seek help. You need it. But then, if you still like the sound of all that, then come on in and have a seat because these are your people. Who knows? Maybe you're the old man touching himself.

I stopped by Waffle House in Warrenton yesterday (2/29/24) around 4:30 p.m. as I was passing through after a long afternoon of driving, and had an exceptional experience. Restaurant was spotless, outstanding waitress, and the cook prepared the food to perfection. Thank you!

Waffle house's tax is included in the price I could give that 6 stars if that was possible! That makes me give 5 stars food, service and atmosphere just because of the tax I love waffle house!

Excellent food excellent service

I stopped in yesterday evening during 2nd shift because I saw a friend and wanted to say hi. Him and I was having a conversation when out of nowhere the cook decided she wanted to chime in, getting all hateful. I'm sorry but the conversation had absolutely nothing to do with her. Been going to the waffle house for 30 years, well that's the last of it.

I haven't been to Waffle House in a while. We moved to an area that doesn't have one :- ( This was my birthday gift I asked for. The menu is a little different, but the food is classic, delicious and hasn't changed a bit. The service was great! Everyone is friendly and nice, above and beyond. I am looking forward to coming back soon!

I ordered a breakfast bowl, did not get any eggs (it was supposed to include them). The grits were soupy and unseasoned. The servers demonstrated poor hygiene, eating, touching their face and hair. And the empty dining area was dingy. I only came here for a lack of other options nearby.

It states on your website and it states you have takeout orders. I sent my son to get me a breakfast bowl cause I’m disabled they told him no takeout orders when it clearly states it on your website I will be talking to all my family and friends In Warrenton. I’ve lived here for 38 years and I’m gonna put it on Facebook that y’all are a bunch of liars and you won’t serve the disabled because my son stood there and watched an old man take his food out. I have several witnesses. This is discrimination against the disabled, and I intend to fully take this as far as I can, and I am going to sue you for false advertisement And misleading customers and discrimination against the disabled thank you for nothing!!!

The atmosphere was very quiet no customers at that time in the store early morning hours service is great always no matter how many customers there are the food by this one lady that's always cooking to die for she is so amazing cleanliness was good

We went during shift change and I understand it's a bad time. But overall our food was right and they got us in and out.

Declined togo service, I asked to give food in a plate and I’ll transfer to bowl and response was: “nop” Rude and racist staff.

The only thing I wasn't happy with was the pecan waffle. I thought waffles were to be light and fluffy. This one was flat and unairy.

Good as always. Sometimes the patrons are annoying but…..

We tried to dine in. There was almost no one in there. We seated ourselves and no one acknowledged us for 10 whole minutes even though the waitress was literally standing by the front counter the entire time. A man who walked in after us to make a to go order was greeted and taken care of. We couldn’t believe it. We walked out to leave and the waitress looked at us finally and said “have a nice night”. They don’t want your money. Don’t waste your time!

I called ahead of time for a pick up order and the lady was very rude and acted like I was in the wrong for wanting to call in a pick up order and she asked me to just come in and order so I did and when I get there the staff was complaining to a family about the portion of there tips they received and was making a big scene in front of all the other families and customers trying to enjoy their meals and the family/customers politely explained that the service was poor and the server was swearing and being rude and snatched the ticket out of there hand and had the same poor attitude when I spoke with them on the phone. This places needs all new staff and a new GM very unacceptable!

Absolutely rude customer service and filthy. We walked in and waited several minutes, no greeting. A lot of the workers standing around talking. When the rest of our party started entering, a big mouthed lady yelled for us to move down. That was our welcome, I guess. I said to her , HELLO! And she rolled her eyes and didn’t respond. I am a Waffle House nut! I was excited to try this location because we recently moved to Troy. We tried to call ahead for our party of 6 several times before coming, but no answer. No welcome. The restaurant was a filthy mess. I can understand being busy on a Sunday, but I don’t understand laziness and being made to feel like an unwelcome burden. I will NOT be returning to this location.

We are truckers and we love Waffle House. Some are better then others. What made this one great, 5 star, is the employees. Erin was our server and she was efficient and entertaining. It's been a while since we have had a server who seems to be enjoying her job. The other servers were also super friendly and the teamwork there was stellar . Food was also perfect. We hope to visit this WH again in the future. Erin and the other servers are super stars .

Cook has nasty attitude reminds me of someone who wants control but doesn't want to work overly hard. Server with glasses and black hair is mean also snappy. Store also has cockroaches under counter where toppings are held. Better management is needed.

Still a place for a fresh food and quick service. And not 20 dollars a person to eat out.

I ordered a breakfast sandwich and my husband ordered a blueberry waffle and hashbrowns with all of the fixings. My two year old loved the waffle and sandwich. Everything was made correctly and tasted delicious. Our waitress was so friendly and cheerful. She was quick to bring our drinks and kept them full. We also had multiple employees chat to us about our son and life in general. The experience was so refreshing.

The juke box was sooooo loud .It sounded like a freaking club .I left with a headache. The waitress was nice though

This Waffle House Location has the worse district manage,an manager I've ever seen.Went there to eat and there were employees sleeping in the booth not caring for there customers and the cook sloping food around with an attitude,and can't seem to keep any help. Maybe a change in Management should be in order.Complaning to them they shrug there shoulders with there adatudes walking away.Ill never be back,it's disgusting.

Food was good. Went on a Friday afternoon around 1:00 . It was nice and quiet service was fast and food was good.

We were greeted “good morning!” Promptly attended to. Food was cooked perfectly! The whole group that worked there worked like a well oiled machine. Super friendly!! One of the best waffle Houses I was at!!

I have gone to this waffle house so many times and it's all fast, fresh, and friendly. If you're looking for a cheap, delicious meal, waffle house is a go-to place. I will continue to eat here and hope to for years to come

This woman was amazing !! So much so, We wanted to take her home with us... She was working all night by herself, she handled the customers fantasticly, the breakfast she made us was phenomenal, and her attitude, even though she was tired, her attitude made the whole night for us... I always love the Waffle House I work there for many years but tonight I had the worst experience there was the waitress been working there for 5 to 6 months she didn't know if the coffee was fresh or not so she serve me old coffee I asked her to make a fresh pot But she served me the coffee anyway she served me grits that have been sitting since 2:00 pm and it was 8:00 p.m. when I went there to eatout to night wuth my husdand And the waffle it was the flattest waffle I ever had in a waffle house they are known for waffles!!!!!! that is there specialty dish!!!!! is waffles !!! There were only two people working last night. On a Saturday, 8.20.22, and they killed it. They kept everyone taken care of and the food was fantastic. Those two employees need raises. One was an older woman. And the other was a younger male. Thank you both, you did amazing!
