While yes, this location does NOT accept coupons because THEY ARE NOT A CORPORATE STORE (if you want to use a coupon go to a Corp store not a franchise). This should NOT be a reason to NOT go there. As far as other reviews of they didn't give me 'x' when I ordered 'x', Maybe you should pay attention to what ACTUALLY comes on a cold cut combo. In regards to 'they have a shield' yeah that shield is part of the refrigeration system they use in their stations...ANYONE who has worked ANY FASTFOOD or PIZZA in the last 20 years knows this. Food has always be great when we go, Never had a rude employee (distracted or maybe overwhelmed by amount of orders sure...how dare they get overwhelmed and be human 🙄) Atmosphere, I mean it's not a sit and be served restaurant so that's a weird thing to rate. Overall, people need to stop being rude and be realistic in expectations of a HEALTHY fast food alternative with numerous high school staff. If you want nicer, go to a sit down restaurant and PAY WAY MORE If you want to be cheap and use coupons, go make your own sandwich at home!

It’s 65 degrees outside and apparently everyone went home because it’s too hot. Terrible way to run a business.

Ordered two identical sandwiches online. Showed up before they were made. Employee couldn’t follow basic instructions or apparently couldn’t read the ticket. I had to keep telling him he forgot toppings and he couldn’t listen to common sense instructions on how I wanted my sandwiches made. After 4 attempts to try to explain basic sandwich making skills to him I gave up, took my sandwiches home and remade them myself. Also another employee kept spraying cleaner on tables including the one I was sitting at while I was waiting. I will not be returning to the warrenton MO subway location.

I was very disappointed that they stopped taking the subway coupons...so I spent more & got less. Guess I'll have to go-to Wright City to use coupons. 😡

I usually look forward to my visits to Subway for a quick and healthy meal option. However, my last visit was rather disappointing. The staff’s demeanor was unexpectedly unprofessional and discourteous, which was quite surprising given Subway’s reputation for customer service. Additionally, I encountered issues when trying to use valid coupons that were not honored at this location. I have never been to a store, gas station, etc that didnt honor cupons. This not only caused inconvenience since my sandwich was already made and thought it would be rude of me to tell them I didnt want the sandwich anymore. This also led to an unsatisfactory experience overall. I can not begin to imagine the reasoning for refusal to honor corporate promotions. These promotions are designed by corporate entities. I doubt they designed them to bankrupt the business.

They are young there and play a little too much, they need some adults to stop the play, and learn how to make a sandwich. We asked for a veggie, so she asked what we wanted on it, we said a veggie delite, so she rapped up the bread with cheese, we asked why didn't you put any veggies on it she said you didn't say what kind, I came back after a year, mistake, they are still playing, not putting enough veggies on the sandwich, they need to just close this one. It's been years since I went back, all I got was a veggie sandwich, hardly put anything on it, sorry I'm gone for good now.

Friendly staff, sandwich was excellent

I never leave reviews, but the service at Subway is always bad, to the point that I can't not say anything. Subway is getting stingier and stingier, and it's not at all locations. This particular location likes to put less meat on the sandwich than what is supposed to be on it. There wasn't even any salami on my cold cut combo, and they now have a metal shield up in front of the meat, so you can't even see what they're putting on your sub. They are extremely stingy with toppings and look at you like you're crazy when you ask for more. From now on, I will be taking my business to Firehouse, Jimmy John's, or Jersey Mike's, as they are far superior.

Good, fast and delicious. It would be nice to be able to shut the restroom door though.

was told they do NOT honor coupons sent out in the mail because they are franchised and that is their option! The place was VERY dirty and that will be our last purchase there!

The manager that was working the table was completely rude because I inconvenienced her with my online orders. I’m sorry that working a lunch rush is too much for her. She was talking to the other customers about how much online orders slow them down and that online orders are so demanding, we’re too picky etc. Very embarrassing and very uncalled for. Not very leader like in my opinion.

I get coupons in the mail from subway and I use them all the time I went in there today and the employee told me I can’t use coupons there any more and I said I just used them a couple days ago then he or she became very rude and said well we don’t accept them now only corporate does and was very very rude about it very disrespectful when I asked them why was I able to use the coupons just a couple weeks ago I do not recommend anybody going to the subway until they have new employees and get rid of these employees that are very very rude and disrespectful everyone should go to Wright city subway, boycott, Warrenton Subway, the employees and the owner of Wright city Subway or extremely respectful and nice. They like to take care of their customers no matter what it is.

Its 6:30 pm on a Friday and they're closed! This isnt the first time either. What the heck is wrong with this place? They've never taken coupons before. I downloaded the subway app and you can't even order online for this place. This place is a joke.

Employees were nice. But, this location wouldn't be my pick again. They don't accept the Subway coupons, which made it inconvenient having to pay full price. They said because rising costs, but other Subways have the same rising costs and they accept the coupons

Received coupons in the mail, and was expecting to use the coupon that was delivered in the mail. Once I waited in line for about 15 minutes and had my sandwiches made. It wasn't until check out that I was told that they would not honor these coupons. I didn't ask for a discount on them for the inconvenience and was denied that. They need to put a sign out front or post on their social media or just not send them out in general because now I will be receiving more useless mail. Super frustrating experience, will not be getting anymore of my business.

This place is silly for not accepting coupons from subway. Take your business to the wright city location where they do accept coupons.

Ordered food here they didnt accept coupons im the first place which is stupid so i expect my sandwhich to be done properly and not sloppy thown together. Ordered 2 subs online and asked them to toast it and cut it into 3 cuts but it was a dissapointment. I made sure that i put some tip so that they do not dissapoint me and do the needful but it was in vain.

Ordered my food. Both sandwiches were to be toasted neither were. My 6 in sandwich was 4.5 inches long. Called the store and Katie the manager, abstinence on she made my sandwiches was totally outrageous. Won’t order there again. Very rude and not customer friendly

They will NOT take coupons or online promo codes because the owner has the authority to refuse them. We will only be going to the Wright City location from now on.

This location does not take coupons. Went to place our ordered and the young girl told us that this location does not take coupons. So we did not not place an order. Probably will not purchase from this location anymore

I was just passing through town, but I'm a regular subway patron. There were three young people behind the counter, and they were not very busy at the time. There was not a clean table in the restaurant, and the floors were filthy as well. I would give you an F for cleanliness.

Everyone in town received coupons in the mail, but the Warrenton location stopped taking coupons a few days after said coupons were received. What a joke. Spend your money elsewhere. They always make sloppy sandwiches anyways and are unprofessional, especially the kids working in the evenings.

Don’t bother showing up with a coupon because they don’t honor them.

I was in hurry and now checked the receipt. They charged me for 12" even my order was 6".

I experienced the worst customer service I have ever had this evening. The 2 young girls working had put up alot of the sauces and toppings by around 8:30pm when we came in. The one making our sandwich rolled her eyes the entire time she literally had zero emotion. Made the 2 sandwich and wrap so messy sauce everywhere. A few more customers came in after us and we happened to know some of them and were chatting with them. This same girl rolling her eyes kept making a hand movement for us to move along. This employee definitely needs some training!!

I don't know the lady's name but she was more than a sandwich artist... she was the Michelangelo of sandwich artists!

I always like a sandwich here and there ..I can't complain and to those that do..the girls can't change when certain items are not in stock ..or when people order a melt and dont know they come in bags..I think subway is one of the cleanest places to eat in Warrenton..and if they close early they short staffed otherwise they would never happen..

The coupons in mail worthless Soda machine broke, but they still sell them?. There is no 6.99 subs or 2 for12.99 Please go to firehouse subs in wentzville...

i ordered delivery (which was door dash and incredibly amazing!!) and my dd got my entire order that they had ready.. my sandwich was smashed in a paper bag and not wrapped.. a complete mess.. i ordered meals and didnt get my chips, i didnt get the bacon i ordered extra on either sandwich.. i will not be buying anything else from here.. im from out of town on business.. this was terrible.. where do they get the "workers" from ? i think they need to earn what they are paid vs not doing their job.. ive read a lot of bad reviews and no amount of refund will be good enough.. im tossing the sandwich i ordered and $40 less money in my bank account for 2 drinks and a wrap.. pic of my sandwich attached

Closed at 3pm today? And always out of bread. Maybe they'll close down and bring a chipotle to town. I wouldn't be upset.

It was clean they did have the food covered but I got sick I had the tuna which I always get so that I don't know if it was fresh

There are no more different kinds of bread to choose from, I ordered my toasted sandwiches and they were barely warm, and the two people who were there were not friendly at all, they prepared the sandwiches with a terrible attitude. It was definitely not worth paying nearly $50 for 4 sandwiches.

Food was good, service was OK. The online portion needs work. Said the sandwiches were ready. They were not ready and they had us go to the back of the line to take care of everyone else first. Would have been fast to just walk in.

Don't go here for a lunch break or your break will be over by the time you get a half way toasted sloppy mess that's missing meat but covered in sauce. I go to alot of different subways but this one has always been horrible.

I ordered a salad, and the girl informed me that they no longer chop them and asked if that was ok. I said sure. She went ahead and chopped up the meat though, put all the veggies in and added the seasonings, then placed the chopped meat on top. It was quite tasty and I received a knife and fork to finish the job.

They are not clean and have Nats everywhere. Kind of a health issue. Gross.

The workers are very rude every time we've been. If they hate making sandwiches so much go get a different job. And they close at 9 and already had almost all the toppings and sauces put away at 8. Smh.

I would normally give them a 4 but the two girls working or trying to shut down way too early as usual. if you are thinking about going late in the evening I would strongly suggest against it. Probably what they want but you're not going to get what you want. I normally get good food and good service any other time. They both seemed more interested in talking to an ex-employee behind me. they are almost always out of several things in the evening as well. They were completely out of onions. To me this is just unacceptable out of a Subway. it's very irritating when they don't have much to close down and they have half the case cleaned out by 8 to 8:15.

Well it depends on who is working when you go here. I've had some real bed experiences. In some rude good once. You have to go here and decide for yourself.

Amazing place for any occasion! The only limit to this restaurant is your imagination! Perfect for breakfast, lunch or dinner; or any special event. They do catering! Perfect for all the people at you event who would like a great lunch made with care. 10/10, definitely will be back!
