Waited way too long for my food they're very disorganized and don't seem to care about customer service whatsoever other customers were upset which they had a right to be but the young man at the front register did an excellent job and did what he could to please the customers as much as he could poor guy

The fries were excessively salty, more like a salt lick for a cow.. The rest of the food was good myself like fiery sprite for everybody, but it is very good.

I came in needing 32 whooper Jr’s DURING their lunch rush for my FDOT crew who is doing hurricane relief work on SR 53 in Madison and they were able to fulfill the order in less than 20 minutes. They did a phenomenal job and Ashley, who took my order was super sweet! I reside in this county. This is, hands down, the best fast food establishment. The staff are courteous, efficient, and professional. . ........ used to be the staff tonight was atrocious. Walked in ordered an order of mozzarella sticks... took half an hour.... i was the only one in the lobby. They're was 5 staff killing around ..

Burger King recooked a hamburger for my son who said he did not like mustard. That's why I give this restaurant five stars for service

I went in there for the first time tonight the manager was so professional and the staff was amazing food was good and was cooked fast and the restaurant was clean

I forgot to order a coffee with my order at the drive thru. I asked the lady at the first window when she collected the money. She said I would be able to add it at the second window. At that time, there was no one behind me in line. When I reached the 2nd window cars were lining up behind me. I was told I would have to drive around again...ok, my mistake. I drove around. When I reached the window, I asked why she told me I could add on. The girl got real smart with me. Told me I should have read the sign. She also said that it was my memory issue not hers, right b4 closing the window. I was not given a receipt for either purchase, so.. Also, especially in this day and time, this girl's had long long nails with bright polish. I have been a server for many years and know that health dept does not allow finger nail polish because it flakes off and can end up in your food or in your drinks.

How can a whopper meal be almost $13??? And just a drink $3 and change? Am I that out of touch w reality? The whopper was delicious, as I enjoy 1 every time I order 1...but still...

Again, have not been disappointed in exceptional service, freshness and hot food, clean and no attitude always pleasant customer service. I'm not exagerrating...the best McDonalds in south Georgia and north Florida.

We come here a lot. Very quick to be so busy. But about 1/4 times they'll short us one item we wouldn't be able to notice until we get home. Sometimes its 1 mozzarella stick, tonight it was a double whopper with only 1 patty we payed for 2 and ordered a number 2. So yeah. Okay but CHECK ALL UR FOOD

Update: this is no longer the best drive-thru. The burgers dont seem fresh they are kind of steamed and flavorless. Fries are still good. Drive through service has gotten slow and unpleasant. Old review: BK in Madison has the best drive thru service and its consistently great. They are fast and they don't mess up your order. Food is always fresh, hot and served with a smile. The girls in the drive through are terrific. I hope they never change this crew.

Had the rodeo burger for the first time. Was good but not big enough. 😂

We stopped to support our Busy Bee family!! Always clean, well stocked and great staff. My sister bought a 6 pack of water and it had a leak in one of the bottles and the cashier (sorry didn't get her name) went out to the shelf and brought her a fresh 6 pack! Like I said GREAT STAFF!!

Usually this location is good but Wed4/5. I order a whopper which is what I usually get and it was not cook all of the way. I didnt have time to go back to report this issue and when i tried to do the survey; it said my code was unvalid. I am just stay away from this location a while.

This used to be the best drive-thru in Madison, but not lately. The McDonald's across the street has you beat right now.

The food was not hot it was luke warm at 10:00 in the morning

Both the store and restaurant were clean, the staff was polite, and like most busy bees, it had that quaint, country, small town atmosphere.

Real busy at noontime. I had the fish sandwich. It was a little dry, overcooked. Fries were good. Servers were excellent, just very busy.

Went through the drive-through. I had a double stacker and onion rings. My wife got a big fish sandwich and fries. It was all good. The drive-through was busy but we still went pretty quickly. No atmosphere to tell of in drive-through.

Have it your way doesn't exist anymore I asked for lettuce tomato Mao for my Croissant and No was the answer even though it was setting right behind her. This is the second time that this has happened here

Needs best better cashiers and customer service

We actually had went to McDonalds and we were unable to eat inside. And it was 12:30pm, lunch time. So went to The Burger King and not a problem at all went right in order and order came very fast.

One of the friendliest & cleanest Burger King's in the state of Florida! They are never out of any menu items, and always trying to help get you the price/value available. Only down side to this restaurant would be the drive thru is not really "full-size truck" freindly.

Kids were happy. They can't play (no play ground) but they can eat and then we take our youngest for a small walk around the busy bee store. She's easily amused

IT took over 15 minutes to get a chicken salad and chicken fries. The salad was only the white part of the iceberg lettuces and the bacon was burned. I requested a lo calorie dressing and was told they did not have any, The chicken fries were cold by the time we got them. and he drink station area was filthy. We will not be back

My wife and I tried the Impossible Burger and a regular Whopper side by side. The Impossible Burger is clearly the loser. It’s more chewy and just doesn’t have the same flavor. Since it has the same calories I don’t know why anyone would order this burger. Coupled with the usual sorry Service at this location, there’s no reason to go back.

Well the food is better than Wendy's and five hundred times better than McDonald's. Well they earned the rating either they hang out the window talking to there men or they don't show up for work . Or either they you order a drink and anplain burgers and it takes 30 mintues and the order is still wrong . It is what it is hay parents don't die wait until tour kids die first nobody will be there to take care of them

We knew what we wanted to order but were unsure how to order it in order to get the best price. While we were trying to do the math in our heads, the friendly cashier explained that if we ordered in a particular way it would save us over $3.00. We were amazed that she offered this tidbit of information in such a helpful manner and without judgment. When we got out food it was fresh and HOT. We LOVE their onion rings and highly recommend the Zesty sauce for them.
