They were out of many items and what we did get was soggy.

Nice surprise! Gumbo was excellent! Everyone at our table was happy with their food and service.

We both got food poisoning from this restaurant eating two different food items. One of us had the chili dog and the other had the green tomato BLT w/ fries. Our meals tasted fine going down but a few hours later I vomited several times for the 1st time in over 20 years. My husband had severe abdominal pain for a few hours and we both had an upset stomach for the next day. Something was clearly wrong in the kitchen since we had no other changes to our normal routine other than having lunch here at the tin mule. Please consider this post as an inclination to evaluate your back of house operations. The staff was pleasant, but unfortunately dining here is a risk we will not take again.

Food was tasty and our waitress Dee dee made sure we were satisfied...she's definitely customer friendly!

Food was fabulous, loved the juicy red tomatoes. Unfortunately the service was not that great, had to wait a while for a refill while my waitress was out back on a break but we will be back!

Started out great but months later and they still have issues. Often out of basic menu items. Sadly this place probably won’t make it. Someone had the nerve to complain on fb about an issue with some takeout meals and the owner personally attacked them rather than professionally address the issue. Best advise STAY AWAY- if nothing else is open drive to live oak, perry or Valdosta.

The fish was under cooked.I Didnt have time for them to recook it only had 1/2 hr for lunch.

My wife and I were looking for something different. The Tin Mule answered the bell. Food was awesome! Savannah was quick, witty and professional! We'll be back!

We just bought a home in Madison, and this will surely be our go to spot! Food was fresh, delicious, and cooked perfectly. The service was top notch as well.

The food was great , service wonderful just wasnt happy with the prices. Lots of great seafood places for less feel like due to supply on demand the prices are high which is sad. I understand that however we didnt order seafood we had burgers and fries with some fried green tomatoes. . for 4 people $70 is a bit much

$12.99 for an awful fish basket that’s not even a whole basket!!! Will never ever eat from here again!!!

We have eaten here twice now. The first dining experience was perfect. The food was cooked perfectly and came out hot. Tonight it was just so so. For the most expensive dish on the menu, I did expect more than overcooked oysters and shrimp. I hoping it was just an off night. We had the same meal the first time and it was great. We will try it again, but we'll wait a while.

Our server was great, attentive, and smiled plenty. That was the only highlight of our lunch. The wings we got were the two hot sauces they have buffalo and a$$ kicking sauce. Neither was very hot, my daughter had both with no problem. Our burgers were ordered medium and medium rare both came out well done. The fries were soft and just barely cooked all the way through with no hint of crispness a crinkle cut fry should have. $42 before tip for lunch was ridiculous, I won't be going back.

Steaks were nasty. The guys ordered their special. Waitress didnt take my order right. Ordered grilled chicken, got deep fat fried. Didn't send it back. Just pasting thru town. Won't stop there again. I know what restaurant I was at. Your restaurant is nasty.

Wow such a pleasant surprise! We had the southern seafood platter and the Cajun shrimp boil and they were outstanding!!!

The first time we ate there was amazing. Tonight when I went it was not good at all. Fries were soggie. Hamburger buns completely covered in grease. It just wasn't good.

No alligator sausage when I was there..I missed out

They have great southern cajun style food...the shrimp.boil is amazing

Chicken was horrible. Wing are tiny, and taste nasty, very little meat. Buffalo chicken sandwich crispy, was horrible too, messed up my order once and put cajun dry seasoning on it. When it did have buffalo sauce, the chicken was dry, and tested disgusting.

Very good steak and it was cooked to perfectly to my request. Service was good however they brought me the steak and the salad at the same time. Other than that it was a very enjoyable experience.

When with another couple from NY. Now you all know NY has the best restaurants. They couldn't say enough about the food or service, Our waitress made us feel right at home. This place has incredible food, but the staff makes the food taste better. I've never been in a more warm and welcoming restaurant. Everyone makes you feel right at home. I eat here very often and my experience is always amazing. If you haven't tried it, you definitely should. The lemon pepper wings are tasty, the grouper is delicious, the fried shrimp are yummy, the list goes on. I haven't tried anything I didn't like.

We drove from perry to try some where new and we were not disappointed! Great staff, quick service and amazing food. We will deff be back!

I don't know what I just tried but I know the salad was not fresh and the hamburger steak was not seasoned and the onions was not grilled like they was suppose to be but I can say the service OK just need someone there that can make it better and can't say they have sweet tea just unsweet

The only good thing about The Tin Mule Eatery was my server!!!! The bacon on my BLT was deep fried to the point it just crumbled along with the old texas toast it was put on. And I didnt order the hair that came along on my BLT. The poppers were still cold in the middle and the burgers are soy burgers. The young girl who rang me out was extremely disrespectful and has a horrible attitude!!! Very disappointed!!! Will not return and would never recommend!!!

This place rocks! After a long day of out and about, I was hungry. I saw the gumbo picture in a review and went for it. Ended up with a fried oyster poboy. One word: delicious! I will be back next time I'm in town and will tell everyone I know the same. Keep being awesome! For the one star review below? Not every place has to have gluten free options. This is America. No need to tarnish a restaurant's rating because they don't cater to .00005% of the population.

Server- 5☆ Food-5☆ Price-4☆ I ordered the gumbo, my wife got the chicken fingers, rice and gravy and Mac and cheese. Unfortunately, I was not able to try their drink menu because Madison County doesn't know how to get out of the Dark ages and sell alcohol on Sundays. The place is welcoming. Servers are friendly and punctual. Always smiling and willing to work. The owner and manager were involved and worked the employees well. The food was served hot! My wife's fries were not served with her meal, however they were placed and served later. No biggie. We ended up paying $36.52, without tip. We didn't order anything for my daughter, she ate extra sides, so I think it's a bit pricey. I am willing to pay the same price again, food and service was top notch. All and all, this place was great! I wasn't even out of the parking lot before I was texting someone recommending this place. The Tin Mule should advertise locally, this place need to be heard about. It was so good.
