Staff acted like they could care less. Talking and Cussing like they was at a their buddys house. Food was good. But staff could really use some training on what professionalism in the work place is.

I appreciate all of the upgrades to the building and better customer service with the newer owners! Much better experience than with the last guy!

google gives 9:30 as closing time door says 10:30 had people in line and doors were locked before 9:30 they say shop local this is one reason you don’t shop local

Like all restaurants in Madison, everyone is polite and does a great job. Love my town and this Subway has good fresh veggies and the bread is awesome.

bathroom is filthy. no toilet paper at all. also had to repeat myself constantly .

Waited for 20 minutes for the place to open at 9am on a Saturday when their door says they open at 8. Then 5 mins after im still outside the locked door with people inside ignoring me. Will be going to the interstate for my Subway from now on and they really do something about this franchise because it is in shambles.

Night shift left the place bad. They left old topping, nothing like say old lettuce 🤮. She was frustrated and not very hospitable. Night shift needs fired.

They ran out of sweet tea when asked how long it would take to make more I was informed that that is something first shift does only

Service was great as was food. Bathrooms were another story. The light in the women's was not working and both toilets were filthy. Likes weeks of filth. No soap in men's and hand sanitizer was empty.

Sent my boyfriend to get food and I ordered a chicken bacon ranch. Since when do they not heat it up? I mean who wants to eat it cold how else is the cheese supposed to melt. I didn't get it toasted because I didn't want my bread hard

This location has really decline in service, quality, and professionalism. This location has not been the same since Leory left. The middle age white lady(THAT SEEMS TO BE A LEAD)that works on the morning and lunch time. Is very rude and unprofessional. You never know what personality you will encounter. The vegetables are not fresh anymore especially the lettuce, spinach, or pickles. This location is not very clean anymore. The station where the drinks and condiments are located needs touching up throughout the shifts. I made up in my mind I will not be supporting this location after today.

The whole experience was Horrible!! I went in and this lady I believe the name to be Mandy I don’t know to be exact, but she saw me first and she told this guy behind me to go first and she took his order… okay rude but I brushed it off. I told her what I wanted my sandwich and I told her light ranch she drenched the sandwich with ranch I told her she caught a whole attitude and threw the sandwich away and emphasize threw! Her whole demeanor was off like she did not want to be there! I told her what I wanted and she sounded like she had an attitude! Well I go to pay for my food and as I am leaving I hear her say “She was so difficult glad that’s over” a co worker! I will never be back because of this! That was highly disrespectful, on to further things the building looked like a mess the bathroom was really dirty and I could have sworn the fire alarm was off the sink!!?!! And also the sink was dirty! But I hope y’all fix this!!!

They wonderful lady who fixed my pizza was very pleasant and made my experience there a good one. Till the rain came leaving store. Do not stop selling the pizza's..

Dirty place. Owners wife made employees put the Ingres of a half completed sandwich back into the trays when the customer walked out. Very nasty to his employees as well.

I've been to this Subway several times. The food is good but one of the managers is very short with the customers. He looks mean and mad all the time like you're a bother. He needs to smile sometimes and act friendly. It will do him good!

They are the only subway in the area that has seafood salad the people are very nice

This is the only Subway around that has the seafood sensation.

They burnt my sandwich because they took too long to get it out of the toaster oven. But overall it was a pretty clean establishment and dining in was decent.

The manager and several of the servers are outstanding. Several are not. I have been to countless Subways while working throughout the United States. This used to be my favorite and I would generally go to the Madison Subway 5 or more times each week. Several of the night crew workers are making a practice of closing earlier and earlier. The recent norm has been to lock the doors 5 to 10 minutes early with customers inside and stare the other way when people come to the door. Many times when I am filling in on midnight shifts I am wide open busy and make it in just a few minutes before closing time. I try not to do that, but it is the only healthy option during midnight shifts in Madison. Tonight the doors were locked 20 minutes early with customers inside. I prefer to support local businesses, but this nonsense isn't worth it.

Best place to eat in town that's fast, quick, cheap and not McDonald's. That makes it awesome.

The service and food was great the bread was very fresh, I will be back.

Quality of the food varies depending on the employees working, but this location does their meatballs properly. Big container of meatballs in an ocean of marinara, always hot and ready to go. The locations I've visited in Live Oak and Valdosta heat up their meatballs on demand. This takes longer and you don't get as much sauce. Management at the location in the Valdosta Walmart doesn't know what they're doing, for the time being I'll be avoiding that location all together.

This is the best Subway location I have ever visited, and I have visited multiple locations in different states. The manager and employees know your order when you arrive, and prepare it perfectly. My order isn't the easiest, but Liroy gets it right every time. The customer service is top notch, and I will always be a loyal customer here. They also serve excellent coffee.

This is a very good place to go get something to eat. The employees are always very friendly and accommodating. The Subs are really good. You should try the sweet onion sauce, it makes the sub.

Great day at subway, they made about 100 sandwiches after we receive our,they had a bus come in,so we set and enjoyed them come together in making sure each person receive their meal,great staff.

Ordered some sandwich platters online. had a couple of special requests. Received call back with in 20 minutes from corporate to clarify. Showed up in Madison, order was perfect, trays pleasing neat, displayed well. Staff wouldn't hear of me carrying the order out to my car myself. Very pleased with the experience end to end.

I JUST WANTED TO SAY THANKS AND PRAISE SUBWAY HERE IS MADISON FLORIDA, MY HUSBAND AND I RENEWED OUR VOWS YEATERDY 10/18/14 AND I ASKED SUBWAY TO MAKE SANDWHICHES FOR ME AND THEY SAID SURE THEY WILL AND THEY WENT BEYOUND WHAT I WOULD HAVE EVEN AMAGINE THEY DID AN AWESOME JOB. SO I GIVE SUBWAY IN MADISON FLORIDA A 5 STAR YOU DID GREAT THANKS SO MUCH FOR MAKING OUR DAY SPECIAL. WE HAD ENOUGH FOOD FOR ALL WHO CAME.
