We went here because a common ancestor built it. It was great meeting a "cousin", especially one so into the history of the tavern and town. He opened up for us, gave us a tour, and drinks. Hey Tyler!!

Went to see Kurt Adams play on 2/24/24. This place is old, small and full of character, history, and ambience. The night I was there was a mix of regulars and folks there to support Kurt and everyone was friendly, just looking to have a good time. Service was good even though the bartender was new. I've heard that the bluegrass jam every other Thursday is cool, so I hope to check that out soon.

Came down from Michigan to hang out and listen to some Benny Hill music. Loved Camp Spring Tavern and it's history. We will be back to visit for some bluegrass

Friendly relaxed with a home-based feel. I didn't really know anybody here and I felt very welcomed. Great time to relax and listen to music with friends.

Little low key hidden GEM of a special place with tons of history behind it! Warm and inviting atmosphere, amazingly friendly staff, great drink selection with delicious drink specials, absolutely killer cool art - this is one spot to check out and come back to again and again.

Don't know if Keith and Kevin Neltner bought it together or just Keith. They own Neltners greenhouse and produce. They also started holding outdoor weddings on the farm so the bar would surely be a benefit to receptions.

Best Ky mule with Knob Creek bourbon. No food is being served at this time during Covid.

Love the new outdoor patio with the awesome wall graphics! Very eclectic! Friendly staff too! Great place to stop in for a drink!

No smoking indoors. Fun people serves liquor. The owner is a life long local they own Neltners produce, put on corn mazes carriage rides and ad of a couple years ago started hosting outdoor weddings and receptions.

Coolest little spot around. We stop by all the time when we are out on the bikes. Everyone has always been friendly and awesome!!

The ole corner bar revamped. Now with beer on tap. If you're a bud light only guy or you think variety is the spice of life they got ya covered. Live music on the weekends too. A+

We came to listen to Sean play. (Thanks, Sean, for a good set!) I had never been here before. Been next door to Neltner's Farm, though. If I were to rename this tavern it would be the Cavern Tavern.
