Love the place, great service and food! Def a place to go if you’re in the area! Santiago and Rebecca were the best and take care of everyone!

So I got the blackened shrimp tacos with beans and rice, and the best thing about it was the Dr. Pepper I ordered. The rice and refried beans were completely bland and who doesn't like their shrimp cooked to the consistency of a super ball. I never leave reviews, but the whole meal was horrible. But the server was amazing.... I feel bad that she has to deal with serving bad food with a smile on her face.....

If Taco Tuesday was a national holiday, Cantina Louie would be the capital! I came in for a quick bite and ended up in a full-blown taco marathon. Each taco was like a little tortilla-wrapped gift from the heavens. The salsa? So good it had me questioning my life choices—like why I didn’t start coming here sooner. The staff is friendlier than a Chihuahua at a fiesta, and the vibe is so laid-back, even the guac is chill. Speaking of guac, I could probably bathe in it. But I’ll save that for another review. If you haven’t been here on a Tuesday, you haven’t lived. Trust me, your taste buds will throw a party in your mouth, and everyone’s invited. Just make sure you bring your appetite and a sense of humor because these tacos are no joke!

We have never been to this place, and decided to try. We had Street Tacos, the Carnitas were our favorites! So delicious and very authentic. The star of the show was the Mexican Street corn! Superb, 10/10 ❤️ will definitely be back

This is my absolute favorite place to grab delicious Mexican/latino food!!!! The atmosphere is so cool you’ll never be bored. The service has always been exceptional! The best part is the margarita specials!!! I wish I could eat here every day!

Food came out fast and was really good. The service was terrible though. It took forever for my little sister and I to get greeted by our server and then we pretty much got ignored the whole time. I had to chase our server down just to pay and leave! Mind you it was empty! It felt like we were being treated with the stigma of “younger people don’t know how to tip”. I am a server myself, so I understand how frustrating it can be but you should always treat every customer the same.

From the time we walked in, it was a great atmosphere. We've been quite a few times with the family when we visit Daytona, but we don't think Chels has been our waitress. She was wonderful. She was very attentive and responsive. We really appreciated her service tonight. The rest of her team did an awesome job in ensuring our food came out quickly and hot. A huge thanks to the entire time this evening, considering we we had just completed a long drive from NY to FL for a family emergency. They made it easy and the Quesabirria tacos were a treat along with the Triangular churros. Thanks Chels F for the recommendations.

Rosa was both beautiful and absolutely amazing server and helped me navigate the menu. Food was hot timely and fair priced. Staff was busy no idle chatter.. spotless organized and efficient. Had a chance to use the little Spanish I knew to be respectful of the culture and staff. No ratchet loud petty people excellent atmosphere to eat and do my work schedule for the next 3 months for my new job.

Everything was good. Very Tex Mex & def not authentic Mexican food. We did add salt & pepper to the corn elote. Too much cabbage with mayo in the shrimp & blacked corn taco but easy to fix. The margaritas looked so good but I couldn’t have one today 🥲 We tried a lot of things Salsa & chips Queso (white) pretty good Guacamole excellent ! Corn elote appetizer good added salt & pepper Tamales Shrimp taco Soft tacos supreme Would go back ! 🤓

We were in town for the holiday weekend and decided to stop here. It is right off the highway and in a convenient location across from the raceway. The food was great and affordable and service was even better! Rosa recommended amazing drinks and was so kind to us :)

Our server, Mare, was amazing! She was kind and knowledgeable and paced the meal perfectly.

Just tried this out to compare with their competitor, Dalia, and so far, it's just as good. The Grouper taco on Tuesday is a deal and delicious! One gripe, I didn't get the taco upgrade when I asked, but it wasn't charged, and it probably was better to savor the taste better of the sauce that came with the grouper.

I ordered a skirt steak and it was dry and over cooked both times. The steak had to be thin as a piece of paper, never saw a skirt steak that thin. Service and the decor was beautiful and very very clean.

The beef and chicken street tacos were dry and didn't have much seasoning, I payed $30 lol never again.

I ordered a couple of drinks and they were OUTSTANDING. The Kamakazi with the Titos vodka was a home run. Sadly the carnitas were lacking in substance and taste. Service was excellent. Great server. Chef needs to go to culinary school.

What a wonderful find on our trip to Daytona! Food was on point and was very fresh. All the chips, guac, and salsa! Drinks were fantastic and they had many options!

We hope to find a good Mexican spot. So we landed here. This is the second time ordering from them because the first experience was great. But this time they dropped the ball. The food was ok this time. The chimichanga lack the cheese and red sauce. The beans were a lukewarm. Now let’s talk about this $7.99 queso the photos are an example of why restaurant need to held accountable. I ordered queso but it wasn’t in the bag. My wife went back and person in the front gave her attitude about the queso. That was the first problem. The second problem was I paid for a 8oz of queso, I received a 4oz of it. My wife ask is that the $7.99 size of the queso? The person in the front said yes, and kept playing on their phone. Bottom line management please give people what they order because paying $7.99 for an 4oz cup is robbery!

CL is one of the best gems in Daytona. Santi and his staff, especially Emma, are amazing. Always quick with the drinks, salsa, and fun. Highly recommend to anyone who loves great margaritas and tacos. The Surf @ Turf taco is by far the greatest bargain you can have. The elote on the weekends is amazing as well. Love this place, staff and atmosphere.

We dined here during Jeep Beach and had a great experience. The food was great with huge portions (the largest burrito we’ve ever seen). The chips and salsa are noteworthy as well. The atmosphere is nice with a well decorated bar area and some unique wall art. Definitely would go back.

We had a catering order for 5 orders of churos ordered on Friday for Sunday at 1 and they did not even start them til we got there. May have been a miscommunication, and it WAS Cinco de Mayo, which I get. I just wish we would have known we would have gotten there earlier. The churro's were AWESOME and we will go back and dine. I was very impressed with the friendly staff and if the food is as good as the churro's and I believe it will, this will be a regular spot for us.

So this is a tricky one. The restaurant atmosphere and facility itself is fantastic. Great murals and super fun decor! Unfortunately, we had a generally bad experience with our food. My Birria tacos were good, but that was it. The beef taco was extremely salty, the chicken burrito was bland and to make things even more interesting, there was a bolt in the chicken burrito toward the end… something off a kitchen appliance, we guessed. We had our meal comped, so that was good at least. The service was slow before that too though, so it was not a great time. I have a hard time saying it was *bad* per se, but it definitely was a very weird experience and we will not be going back.

Another Great Location !, It's & You'll be just in front of The Speedway Track on The North West side. The Farritas are usually deliciously and very fresh. Planning to Go in Daytona ?, You can never go wrong being there !, There's always something Fresh to Apreciate. The staff was friendly with great services. We're definitely going back there to enjoy again the great food and nice view to the Daytona Race Track!,

Very good street tacos and side of guacamole. Don't order the ice tea, it's a powder not brewed. Server was very friendly and attentive. Back again. Recommend the Hot surfer Chick street taco and the Chimmy Chimmy Bang Bang street taco.

I got the chimichanga, OMG, I cannot say enough. Amazing flavor, rice, refried beans, and small salad with it. My friend got the surf and turf tacos, shrimp were very large, and he loved them. I wish I had taken a picture like I normally do, but looked so amazing I just dug in. Pina Coladas were awesome, next time I'll do the Pina daiquiri mix. Love everything about this place, including the amazing artistry of wall paintings.

First time visit. Outstanding service and atmosphere. Shrimp Fajitas portion excellent. Overall, wish the Chef's would find the spice rack a bit more. Tortillas far too small.

The service was average. Had to request drink refills. The steak was a little tough and refried beans were dry. My food experience was below expectations.

Our first time here on vacation but will return if we happen to be in the area. Food was very good. My wife got a variety of tacos and I got some fajitas. The margaritas I got were made strong and tasted great. Chips and salsa were bangin as well. I also got some Mexican street corn, f'in awesome. Very neat decor and I'm terrible with names but our waitress was great, on top of everything but also gave us a chance to eat.

Our dinner was fabulous as always!!! Cammie our server made our dining experience fun!!!! She was attentive, and the service was timely.

Great vibe, very friendly servers, and just a block or so from Quality Inn hotel. Ducked in for Margarita and a quick bite to eat. 5 stars all way around.

The to go containers are strong and durable may not seem like a big deal but that is attention to detail I like. The food is fresh and authentic and the portions are big. If you try this place you won’t be disappointed.

Came with a party of 11 and the food and service was amazing. Rosa was our server and she provided prompt and polite service. The outside seating was a great atmosphere for our large party. Will definitely be back.

Been to Cantina Louie multiple times over the last few years, but have been going once a week after work the last few weeks, and each time is an amazing experience. They have GREAT deals on drinks most days (and they’re strong!)!!! My go to drink is a mango margarita, but they have every flavor! Always greeted with amazing servers and/or bartenders. Service is always quick and friendly. And the birria tacos?! 🤌🏼 will forever recommend this restaurant! Shoutout to all the great servers and managers we’ve met since going there! See you guys next week 😉

This place is pretty good. Love the decor. They have great drink specials . We got the peach frozen Margarita which was super yummy. We also ordered the chicken fajitas which were ok. Kinda small portion for price and it was mostly veggies. The burritos are decent sizes, and those were great. Service was a little slow but once we were able to order the food came out very quickly! Will definitely go back!

The waiter Sant taught my son how to give the middle finger when he saw him flipping off someone in the restaurant to their face. I don't feel comfortable bringing my child there anymore cause who knows what else he'll learn from the employees.

The wait staff was friendly and attentive as to needs. Family of 6, we had the Margaritas, burritos, mixed platter, fajita burrito, queso, taquito ... everything good, nice portions. Everyone filled. Husband has health challenges, staff worked hard to accommodate his needs. All in all, very nice experience. Not rushed.

Went here 1st time 2/9/24. Online stated tacos 2.99 each. Apps. Half off. Got the melted cheese for chips cause their salsa is terrible. Waitress Jacqueline kept rushing for us to order. I like to get a cocktail and relax 1st. Been gone all day to Orlando. Did get the hacinda margarita or something like that for 5.99. But before could take a sip food came. I got 2 of the smallest tacos I have ever seen. My hubby started laughing when he saw them. He ordered the buritto supreme. No sumpreme. Just ground beef wrappd in flour tortilla. No cheese, beans, tomotoes. Told me flavor blane. Tasted terrible. Mine did also. My last taco had tiny strips of hard steak so hard I got choked on it. Had to run to bathroom trying to get it to come up. Made me sick. So on tuesday can a good margarita. But stay away food terrible. Hunby left 1/2'of his. 40 bucks for juck Do not recommemd.. the worst food ever. Terrible!!! .

Service was really fast and friendly despite being prime time Saturday night. Food was great, margaritas even better! Could still hear the race cars from across the street so we were happy!

I ordered takeout from here and the entire order was wrong. My boyfriend ordered a burrito with JUST beef, cheese, and rice. I made extra notes in the order emphasizing that it needed to be plain with nothing else on it or in it. It came with red sauce all over the top and with tomato’s and onions inside. I ordered chicken tacos with some toppings, and they had no toppings and the chicken was so dry. When I called to complain I was given zero solution and was brushed off. Not worth the money for the terrible service and low quality food.

Stopped in for a couple of soft tacos and a beer. The place is nice and clean. I was the only one at the bar so service was easy. 2 very regular-sized beef soft tacos ran $10. Not a destination place but certainly adequate.

Birria Tamales & Don Luxury Marg.... Fantastic 🙌🏽🎉💯 (the broth & avocado sauce for the tamales makes it from delicious to amazing). Rebecca's service and demeanor was calm, sweet and knowledgeable. Santiago checked in on me and was attentive and cool.

Great food and prices. Staff was attentive and pleasant to deal with. There are lots of choices on the menu and the drinks always taste good.

Santiago was my server and hands down the best one I've ever had wait on us. Also the food was authentic and made with love. 10/10 I highly recommend restaurant.

Taco Tuesday was great. It's my fourth time here. My wife the jalapeno margarita, I had the mojito, both were excellent. Our waitress was attentive and kind too. For once we sat on the patio and enjoyed the breeze.
