Been here a couple times, sadly this was a bad one. I mobile ordered and they forgot my tenders. Thankfully the wonderful staff fixed it and in no time my order was right

I was visiting family, and we went out to dinner and they enjoy Cheddars, so we came here for it was my first time having Cheddar's. I will say I did enjoy it. I had blackened Mahai, one sister had the chicken pot pie that she loves and my other sister had the salmon. They were all delicious. Our waitress was very sweet, the staff was very friendly too. The place was very clean. Definitely would go back.

I can honestly say I found God at Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen. It all started after a long, exhausting afternoon at the flea market. I was running on fumes and hadn't had a proper nutritional meal in almost a week. My body was craving something—anything—substantial, and that's when I stumbled upon Cheddar's. I ordered the lemon pepper grilled chicken with broccoli and French fries, accompanied by a refreshing, crisp ice water. When the plate arrived, I could feel my soul start to stir. But nothing could have prepared me for what happened next. With the very first bite, I burst into tears. The flavors were so divine, so perfectly balanced, that I couldn't help but be overwhelmed. The chicken was tender and seasoned to perfection, the broccoli was fresh and vibrant, and the French fries were the perfect combination of crispy and golden. It felt like a moment of pure grace, a spiritual experience, right there in the middle of a restaurant. This meal was more than just food; it was salvation. I left Cheddar's feeling nourished in every sense of the word. If you're looking for a meal that will truly touch your soul, this is the place. Cheddars on ISB has become me and my husband's go to on our Friday night date night, we've been 4 of the last 5 fridays and will skip this week because of the race. First, we're a gay couple and it's one of the only restaurants no ISB where the staff doesn't look at us like martians. It's 2024 folks more people should be as welcoming as Cheddars. Next our servers are always top notch even in the busiest of times. We've never had a bad dish at this Cheddars either and those Croissants. I actually did a review on my other account but this is my reviewer account. Service is very tentative, but not overbearing. Food is always fresh. Desert is to die for. We will be right back a week from Friday after the race traffic leaves. Good luck this week team cheddars and if youre visiting for the race this is one of the best places to eat on ISB.

Typical Darden restaurant that wants to keep the cash flow going but rushes guests. The food is comparable to Cracker Barrel, whose food isn’t fantastic either. The service was mediocre, and this is after 3 experiences. One at the bar, 2 with a server. It’s not a restaurant that I care to spend my money or time in any longer.

While in the Daytona Beach area, my wife and I swung into Cheddar's for a burger. Upon being seated, one couldn't help but notice the huge fish tank in the bar/dinning area. Our waitress Shea was very personable and tuned into our table. After ordering our burgers and a couple of Modelos, our waitress unexpectedly brought us a couple of warm croissants lightly drizzled with honey butter frosting, and they were to die for! Burgers were cooked to order as expected. All in all, this is a nice place, for being a big box store establishment. We'll be back!

First time dining at Cheddars in Daytona. From that time on I really enjoyed every time we dine on other locations too. Like their porkchops and grilled salmon. Will eat again there soon.

Met friends in Daytona. Told hostess we would be lingering over lunch as we caught up. No problem and our server was very accommodating and didn't rush us. Food is always great. Highly recommend.

The food was OK nothing really to brag about and the service was bad I didn't get my side I orderd until we were getting ready to leave they kept telling us 5 min and 10 min we also didn't get any refills and we had to wait 17 minutes to get the bill after we had asked for it I don't recommend this place also the fish was under cooked and mushy not good

My husband and I had our weekly date night at Cheddars this week. The food was delicious and our server Micah (despite having too many tables) did a fantastic job with service, checkins and offerings. Her pleasant demeanor and huge smile topped off a great experience.

The food was excellent & the drinks were massive. We had a great time at Cheddars and really enjoyed our meals. I got a steak and so did my boyfriend. We both got desserts and they were also delicious. I would recommend their cheesecake anyday. The only downside was that the service was incredibly slow and our waitress looked like she couldn’t wait for us to leave. She wouldn’t let either of us get a sentence out before saying “Ok” and taking off even when we were not finished with our order. It wasn’t particularly busy, but I just assumed she was tired. Overall, I would return! The food was well worth it.

We came in around 10pm and, even being tired, the Manager Jared and the Waitress Angelina were doing awesome. Our food came out hot and good :)

The wait was way too long to order and to get our food. no explanations or apologies. The food was OK. The dessert was really good chocolate cake.

Went last night for a dinner date with my husband and it was terrible! Waited 40 min for our food, for my dinner had to be returned because they way over cooked my meat, they were supposed to remake it, my husband finished his meal and i was still waiting for my dinner, that never came. We wont be coming back

Delicious steak. Fish was overcooked so the bottom side wasn't edible. Service was friendly. Not sure if it's normal but food took a long time To come out.

Finished our appetizers before our drinks came out, Finished our drinks before our food came out. Lots of empty tables at the time. Drinks looked good but seemed like there wasn't much alcohol. Greens beens were differently caned and not made from Scratch.

Great service and atmosphere. Very clean location. Food was good too. A big improvement from our last visit right after COVID and they were understaffed.

We had amazing service at this location even for the huge party we brought in. They just kept bringing drinks and bringing everything and had a great attitude about it all. We love talking with the weight staff and everything showed up in a reasonable time. I definitely go back to this location again it was clean and the staff was definitely on it.

Big portions, crisp and fresh salad, and friendly waitress. The booths could be a tad bigger but other than that, it is really nice.

I was passing through Daytona but I wanted to have something other than fast food. I came here and it was definitely worth it. Food was rich with flavor and the drinks were amazing. Next time I'm passing through I will definitely return.

Daytona 2024: Oh Cheddar's; dost thou deserve 3 stars? I dislike writing bad reviews, because I know most places and people try to do right when it comes to food. Cheddar's is getting a very generous 3 stars from me because of the good service, nice atmosphere and the fact that they comped my food without hesitation when I found a piece of 'something' in it. I believe it was some sort of a slice of plastic-probably from a wrapper under cut onion. They tried to tell me it was part of the onion hide, but I am no stranger to tough onions as I grew up very near one of the East Coast's largest onion producers. I barely left teeth marks on this thing. Anyway, they were quick and polite. I sort of lost my appetite afterward. I had planned on getting some of their carrot cake. However; I am having my doubts about how 'made from scratch' some or all of their food is. Maybe I will be back for a second chance? To be continued... (Why aren't you letting me load photos Google!?!?)

I always enjoy coming here. They have a great selection on the menu and the food is good.

Had dinner with my friends. Got the cornmeal fish and it was very tasty, but goodness was it fried hard. Also I use to love their string beands, but they need to cook them longer. The kind of string beans they have, should not be crunchy. Dinner was very disappointing. Server was amazing though.

My husband and I came in for dinner sat at the bar the bar was empty approximately 6 people in the bar area the service from the bar tender was so unfriendly we ordered our meal then there was a 30 minute wait for the rest off our meal it was very disappointing the response from our bartender who waited on us we ask for a refill on our drink she still kept doing what she was doing and acting like what we wanted was not important all the other people waiting there was no smile or customer service Joy if the people who were customers in your restaurant not getting a joyful experience why should we pay for a sour attitude she has no customer service experience or she doesn’t like her Jobthe attitude from this particular employee was she just didn’t care because we are asking her a question she never stop to listen just keep doing what she was and took her sweet time my husband was not handed his card back he had to come back the next day to get his card back she is not happy with her job she just doesn’t care about us the customer

Decided to have lunch at cheddars today ....place was very dirty boths/ dirty /also spoke with heather /the so called hospitality manager .who should be back of the house with her unprofessionalism attitude and lack of knowledge for guest in her establishment...but after spraking with Darden corporate office they resolved my issue ...

Would have given 5 💫, but they were out of lot of the food menu. Drinks were good. The waitress was nice and down to earth. However, it took a long time between dishes to get the next. Like appetizers then salads, then entree, for example. Hand breaded chicken tenders were delicious!

Couldnt sit a party of 6 together, broke us up into two tables. Other than that, everyrhing else ok.

Food was great, as always. The service has come a very long way. Everything was great. I did sit at the bar and couldn't have been more satisfied with my experience.

Ordered takeout 5/18/24 at 4:30 PM. Fried fish was over cooked & tasteless. Meatloaf crust was burned in several places and texture was off. Very disappointed

Went there. Pot pie delicious. A few problems. Restaurant was OUT of lemons 🍋. 🙄. Long wait for table AND for food and drinks. Busser came by to pick up empty dishes and asked us to hand them to him. If you don’t pay cash, you have to pay via the machine on the table. When stuff like this happens, I want to know when’s payday? Never going back. Very disappointed.

One persons fish was undercooked and by the time it was replaced, everyone else was finished eating. We were also charged for each drink refill. Won't hurry back here.

Food was great service was even better, manger stopped by the table and made sure we were doing all good. Spinach dip was great like always. Good access for my mother’s scooter to come in and out, and Ruby was our server. She was so sweet and cute had a smile on her face the entire time. Will definitely come back. I'm writing this review after 2 painkillers and 3 greentea shots! Everything was amazing and the service was pure perfection. My family and I came in as a party of 16 for dinner and my servers did not skip a beat and wanted to take a moment to give the staff praises. Unfortunately I remember what he looks like BUT I do not ready their name... they were great regardless. Thank you. <3

Are they were too busy to accommodate us to 2hr weight

The chicken strips were so fresh and delicious, the buffalo chicken wrap was huge but no one really liked it and the chicken fried steak was good. The carrots cake was yummy! We spent $100 including tip for three lunch meals, three ice teas, one appetizer and one piece of cake.

I stopped by Cheddar's Scratch Kitchen for lunch, and I left feeling satisfied and happy. The grilled chicken salad was fresh and flavorful, and the breadsticks were a tasty addition to the meal. The atmosphere was laid-back and welcoming, making it a great spot to unwind and enjoy a good meal.

We love this place! We used to go to the one in Melbourne and when we moved to Palm Coast we found this is the closest to us. My son and I enjoyed lunch here recently. I love the Monte Cristo sandwich! My son loves the chicken tenders. The cheese curds are the best and the croissants they bring when you first sit down are so delicious! We always have always found we have good service at Cheddars and the prices are reasonable.

Great burger! Tons of bacon ! The whole chicken was bland though. Service was not that great, kept looking for our server.

The food is consistent and good. It isn't anything spectacular, but it is good. The alcohol beverages are great and priced decently. The service is consistent as well. We have never had a bad experience in my three years of dining here.

The food is always delicious, however the servers the last few times I've gone haven't been of the highest of spirits. They don't look happy, they're not warm and welcoming. However I get it. Life these days can suck.

We love this place also. We are not a big fan of eating in the bar room but, we had a ball there this last time. The bartender is excellent and so is the female chef. The atmosphere is nice. Bright not really romantic but I've been married for years so I guess it doesn't really matter. Lol (We like to go on a lot of date nights) When you sit, the first thing they serve you is a croissant with honey drizzled on top. I wasn't too keen on that, but when I tasted it, it was awesome. The food is really delicious. I had prime rib, and my husband had a large fish dinner. If you are wondering where to go, try here, you will really enjoy the experience

Great comfort food and place to relax. Free hot crescent rolls to whet your appetite. Huge fish tank for entertainment. Try the chicken pot pie.

Member of our party ordered shrimp & chicken combo. The shrimp was passable but the chicken was under cooked, bordering on raw. Server was not attentive and we had to discuss the undercooked meal with the manager as the waiter didn't handle it. To his credit, the manager did replace our friend's meal with a comped meal and dessert for her. We went on the friend's recommendation but won't be going back.

Left Cheddar's about 45 min. Didn't mind waiting 15 min to be seated because it was busy. However, after we were seated we were given sticky croissants, but no utensils until 10 min later, when I had to go the kitchen area to ask for utensils. They advised that the utensils were being washed and provided plastic utensils, while some seated after us were given regular napkins and utensils. Other patrons that placed their order after the three of us ( including my parents ages 87 and 89 ) received their orders. We continued to wait for our orders to be filled, with no explanation. We left......there was no food to review, no communication. Not certain what happened, but not willing to put my elderly parents through this experience again. Good luck.

Poor, poor service! Food was okay, definitely could of been hotter. Drinks never came, til after the food. Long wait. Waiter kept purposely avoiding us. Came up with some lame excuse for the absence of our cocktails. Never offered to rectify the situation in any way. Will never go back there. Children had been sitting b at the table across from us, the floor was covered in food and they left it like that for 15 minutes after the people left.

A perfect restaurant. Everything is homemade which is evident in the taste and quality of the food. The staff is very attentive and serves with pleasure. Clean bathrooms and very nice facilities.

Spinach dip sucked. Queso seemed from a jar. All in all service was good, the food was lacking any soul.

Your food is suppose to be ready in 1/2 hour get there get your spot answer the text 45 minutes later your ask and they say theirs only 1 person doing it you have to wait. Then you have to go inside instead of curb side pick up which charged you a tip.

Comfortable seats, quick service by our server Sam, and large portions of delicious food. This was our first time in this Cheddar's in Daytona, and everything was as expected. This is one of the reasons I chose Cheddar's over and over again. The wonderful Honey Butter Croissants are another reason.

Did a pretty good job of taking care of a big group relatively quickly and the food was good.

I was so delighted with my experience at Cheddars. I didn't expect to enjoy it due to the menu having so many different types of choices and claiming "made from scratch." A large diverse selection usually can't deliver on consistent quality. Well, you did, at least on the items my party tried. The areas that I visited, restroom, dining, bar, and entrance were all very clean . My only advice would be to train the servers a bit more on the menu and ingredient knowledge of both food and cocktails. She had to leave us to "ask" for each question we asked. Otherwise, she was attentive and friendly. I highly recommend the Shrimp Alfredo w broccoli, Monte Cristo, and Wisconsin cheese appetizer. Oh, I almost forgot about the complimentary honey butter Croissants to start us.

These amazing waiters and workers went above and beyond to help me find my ring. I lost it during my dining experience and they did everything possible to find it for me. In the end they even dug through the trash, found it and cleaned it off for me. Amazing people!!!

First we ordered the spinach dip. When it took 15 minutes to arrive. The chips were covered in salt. When i asked the waitress why is there salt on the chips. Her response was thats normal. Why would you ever put salt on chips. The air conditioning was blowing on us making it cold. When our main meals came it was absolutly aweful. We will never go to your restaurant again!! .

DO NOT and I mean DO NOT ENTER THIS PLACE. Had to wait for a unreasonable time to get seated. Not because of a crowd but because of inadequate staff. Over half of the the tables were empty. Ordered the New Orleans Pasta. Nope there out. How about the Meatloaf. You guessed it no meatloaf. How about the Pot Pie. We have a winner so Pot Pie it was. It wasn't great but it wasn't bad either, just Pot Pie. Got too meet the manager, not impressed. The one bright light to this whole fiasco was Chloe our server. She was outstanding. Thanks again Chloe, you done good.

The amount of food we got for the price was awesome. Floors could be a little sticky but I understand it’s a restaurant. Server was great too.
