The best service I’ve ever had at a Five Guys. Top notch location!

Everything was really great! Employees were very nice! Only thing I would recommend is less salt on the fries! But overall really great!!

All the the employees were upbeat and pleasant, it was very clean, even the restroom. The food is greasy goodness topped with more deliciousness. The peanuts to munch on is just kind of neat deal

I remember this restaurant tried to force mask on people to walk in the door, but then take them off when they sit down. Business is terrible and they never recovered. Glad to see it.

Save your money,, people... Took my daughter here. First time for both of us. The food was mediocre. We both got cheese burgers, fries and drinks. $40.00 for two people. Ridiculous... never again going to 5 guys. Could have went to a real restaurant for that price.

The burgers here are great, you get to chose your own toppings and whatnot. Fries are really good too. All that said, 20 dollars for a burger, small fries, and no drink is just terrible value for your money.

Stopped last night it was 9:58 I know it's close but you were locking the door as I approached. All I wanted was an order of fries. The sign says close at 10. I know you had plenty of fries! I guess someone else will accept my money. Not sure I'll stop there again

Lovely staff and excellent food

An average hamburger that was cooked medium dry and a poor excuse for a tomato on top of it. The service was good but it takes awhile to get the burger. For the price, I prefer McDonald's, while not as good, is a better value propostion.

Delicious food cooked to perfection

We stopped in to grab a couple of burgers. I ordered a double cheeseburger. They put some kind of sweet sauce on my burger. I don’t know what it is. I thought it was something with ketchup, but it just tasted terrible. Same thing on my Husband burger I got raw onions, sautéed mushrooms, cheese And pickles it was so sweet. I didn’t wanna eat it with his burger. He got sautéed onions and pickles and ketchup. We ordered one large fry. It was $7.99 for one large fry. they were highly greasy and salty. They took a bath in the salt eight dollars for one french fries insane it was a paper cup. My husband tried to get some peanuts to put in the bag. The man started hollering at him because he grabbed a couple of handfuls, we paid $35 for two hamburgers and one french fry to share now they’re going to monitor the peanuts! The employee was very rude yelling at my husband for taking too many peanuts. What the heck is that the food was so sweet just awful too much money for nothing I won’t go back. People are very rude. Stay away.

Definitely more expensive than I like to pay for a burger where you can’t really sit and eat long

They used to dump a bunch of fries in bag Now the white cup is hardly full Spent $75 for 2 fries 2 shakes And 4 SMALL burgers Definitely not worth the price and definitely not the quality it used to be

They have the best hot dog i've ever eaten! And a special thanks to the cleaning service employee (don't know her name) of Italian heritage, very very nice person

By far the best, most efficient, and friendly Five Guys I've been to. I travel a lot and I but don't go to Five Guys a ton but have gone to quite a few around the country. This one, despite being somewhat busy, I had multiple employees great me on the way in and thank me on my way out. I mobile ordered but even doing that at most other locations I still have to wait. Here that asked if I had an order, said they would get that right away, and in less than 2 minutes from walking in I was on my way out the door! So many I'd be waiting 10 plus minutes despite ordering ahead when it was as busy as this one was. Thank you to everyone at this location!!

In our opinion the prices are way too high for what you get. Burgers were good, but not that good to justify the prices.

The food is great but the prices are horrific. They're gonna price themselves right out of business. For this price I can go to Texas Roadhouse get a burger, fries, drink, and blooming onion. That's exactly what I'll do next time. Sorry 5 Guys, but your as nutty as those bags of peanuts with these prices. Steak and Shake is almost as good for half the price.

Gave an overall of 3 based on value. ( Food for the $) 1 Little burger, 1 regular burger, 1 milkshake, and 1 regular fry = over $32.00 It's the first time in about 5 years at a Five Guys- likely the last time. Priced themselves out. Too bad.

I had the bacon cheeseburger with their fire. It was a good smash burger with fresh toppings.

Got my order and drove home to find out that it was wrong. Drove back to get it corrected and then back home. 20 minute drive each way. That’s an hour, three trips. Cold food and I’m sorry doesn’t get it for $37 dollars. No thank. I won’t be back. Should have refunded the entire amount when I came back.

Stopped in and grabbed a burger. Got the double cheese bacon burger. With some fries on the side. Fries were hot and tasty but heavy on the salt. Burger was flavourful and juicy. It was on the small, especially for the amount you pay. They are on the pricey side. They have a bucket up front for help yourself roasted salted peanuts. They have public restrooms available. Parking lot is medium sized. With a drive thru as well.

Good food. A nice stop when your out on a ride, laud back atmosphere

Five guys always has a great burger - my special blend is > a bacon double cheese with lettuce, tomatoe, and mushrooms - mayo on top and bottom bun along with A1 steak sauce. Make sure to get some good malt vinegar for the fries - old school fairgrounds taste or those who love fish an chips. We arrived 5mins prior to their closing and no one was upset - actually all were happy cooking and working. Was a refreshing site to see the staff happy.

The definition of overpriced and mid. Paid $17 for a mid burger and small fries. No soft drink, I had water. For $20 tip included I can sit at a fancier restaurant and have a drink or beer. I understand inflation is bad bit gawd I'm not paying $20 for a burger at five guys.

First and last time. Service was excellent as well as the atmosphere. BUT THE FOOD WAS A HUGE DISAPPOINTMENT AND THE PRICE IS OUTRAGEOUS. I've had better burgers at Red Robin !

This place was alright. I’ve always liked Five Guys. We were in the area for work and stopped here for dinner on the way back. It was on a busy street so getting in can be tricky so I recommend patience.

It's been a long while since I have eaten at a five guys, but this definitely exceeded my high expectations. Not only was the food fresh, but the cashier was very friendly and patient. Took our order no problem and had us in and out in about 10-15 minutes. The prices on the menu seem steep but between the quality of the food, service, and not being stingy with the serving of fries this was by far my best experience with any fast food establishment in a long time.

No. This place was weird. Water was falling through the roof. It sounded like an actual rain, Forrest. The staff were speaking loudly about how abused they were by someone in upper management. The table was dirty. I had to wipe and sanitize it myself. To be honest, I didn't even eat my food. I threw it out. On the bright side, the tall white gentleman who took my order was very polite he even greeted me upon arrival. He's the only reason I gave a 1 star.

Food is amazing. However, for the price, it's terrible. $18 for a milkshake and a cheeseburger (no fries). I think they gave me a little cheeseburger instead of a regular, which is what I ordered, you decide.

Bro, it's 5 Guys!!! Burgers are consistently the bomb and their fries are consistently awesome ... boy do they load you up on the fries 😋 We came about 1hr before close and the workers each were friendly and the atmosphere was welcoming! I can imagine that after working all day, a person could be tired, but this crew was in a great mood! Highly recommend

We both had hamburgers and fries, did I say fries? They fill your bag up with fries. They are good but a little soggy. The hamburgers were good, mine was great but my wife's burger...eh, not so good. The milkshakes were very good and the atmosphere was good but kinda loud. However, this is a nice place to eat if you want a fast meal. Enjoy!

This is a excellent example of a restaurant, very clean restrooms, clean dining area, staff as clean looking uniforms, great customer service, everyone is greeted when they come in and they cook to order in amazing time, this location is the best chain restaurant I've been in and have nothing but positive things to say about them.

What can I say, I always love going to Five Guys in any city I am at. The burgers and fries are always delicious. The prices have went up in the past couple of years, where haven't prices, but still worth the price. I get ask for extra toppings and burgers are always so filling. 😋

First time trying 5 Guys. Paid $22 for a burger, small fry and small drink. Asked for no mayo, got Mayo. Not worth the money. Next time, will find one of the other burger places I have reviewed, and enjoy my food.

Don't put the food that is on the ticket into the bag and they don't take responsibility. You pay $15 for a burger that isn't in the bag. They aren't responsible. Its Ubers fault. LOL. I will never spend another dime in your establishment.

Love this five guys!!! Most times, I am only able to make it there just before they close due to my job. My burger is always made like the place just open, and they have never closed early on me.

Just expensive hamburgers. The people are great but the burgers are just too overpriced for what you get.

We ordered in app to pick up at restaurant. I showed up early and the supervisor said, no worries, and made my order. Plenty big, tasty burgers and tons of Cajun fried. This place rocks and the employees really worked hard to meet expectations. Looked like they all cared and provided great service. You don't see that at most of the burger restaurants. Great job you guys.

TOO EXPENSIVE! Over 9$ for one hot dog, over $10 for one hamburger NOT INCLUDING FRIES AND DRINK. If I would have bought lunch for me and my 8 year old, it would have cost over $40! ARE YOU CRAZY! So we went to Checkers, 2 burgers, chicken nuggets, fries and large drink for $11.00. NOT FAMILY COST EFFICIENT.

The hot dogs were burnt. The burgers were hard to tell which was who's. The milkshakes were excellent. And the food is good if you get the right burger.
