The service here sucks. They take forever to get your order. I wait more than 30 minutes for a croissant,eggs and cheese. Then another 30 minutes for just a simple coffee. It wasn’t even busy.

This place is truly horrible I was sitting down minding my business then I asked you use the bathroom I come back they called the police when the manager didn’t talk to me to say I was trust passing or anything she just called the police don’t go to this bakery guys

What is the additional service charge for!? Ordered at the counter. Cuban and water. My food came out with bottom of the bags chips and sandwich was cold. I mentioned it, server touched the meat ony sandwich, apologize and heated the same sandwich up. I did not eat the side she touched. Disgusting! My water bottle had already been opened, they switched it right out with new unopened. Praying I don't get sick today.

If you get past the slow service the Coffee smoothies and croissants perfect! Wil come again!

Google gives you 3 choices to select 1-5 star ratings. I came here to report that service was awful. Food was pretty good. Atmosphere was cute. Honestly atmosphere was about the get the best rating but then I remembered something & could not give much credit to "atmosphere" anymore! 😆 at the end of our meal I was distracted from enjoying my friends company by the speaker system in this place. Someone had their phone connected thru Bluetooth to play music & for maybe 45 minutes I heard CONSTANT alerts for "motion detected" over the music. Did they do that on purpose to try & push us out? Pretty remarkable that none of the several front-of-house employees listening to the same feed could notice that.

I ordered a cappuccino and it was the best cappuccino I’ve had in a while. The right level of strength and flavor for my taste. I don’t eat carbs, and I didn’t see a lot of healthy options for food in their menu, but I’ll definitely come back for my coffee fix! Service was great too and the ambience outside?! Love it! A vibe. Reminds me of coffee shops in Europe.

This place is totally AMAZING! The ladies Glymar and Joselin are so kind and very attentive. People always using criticism to get and advantage. But,we have to be more kind in life. Support all business,you don't know if later,can be yours! Thank you girls and totally recommended food is very good!!❤️

First time and probably last. Customer service was definitely not great coffee was room temperature. And wow if you need to use the bathroom it’s a very long walk outside across the street.

I went with my friend first time for her unfortunately not good the service was trash and the place not clean the tables outside was not balanced I have to hold the coffee to not be spilled, no server came just one nothing that was in the menu was in the shop , I can buy the waffles myself and do it in the microwave at home, no real homemade food 😊 also I will recommend to buy more umbrellas and change the ripe ones will be nice just my thoughts never go back again since now is plenty place that sells coffee ☕️ good luck in the future

Breakfast was delicious. I had the taro boba and it was absolutely disgusting. It did not taste like taro. It literally taste like milk and the tapioca was very hard. Please do yourself a favor and just remove the taro boba and tapioca

Nice atmosphere and location, but the coffee is just terrible. I’ve come here a couple of times in the morning when going thru Kissimmee looking for a good cup of coffee, but both times was disappointed. It was incredibly bitter and not a good taste at all for a pretty high priced cafe. When it’s more expensive than Starbucks, it better be phenomenal - but this place definitely falls short. Haven’t tried any of the other food, but the outdoor patio is a fun place to hang. Nice place to try, but I won’t be making it a regular stop. There are better coffee shops.

I recently found myself in need of a quick coffee fix before catching the SunRail home. With limited time, I turned to Google Maps and found a coffee shop with perfect reviews, but it was unfortunately too far away. Pressed for time, I opted for the nearest option, which happened to be Cariño's Cafe, despite its sub-four-star rating. Upon arriving, I decided to order a caramel vanilla iced latte. I specifically requested just caramel and vanilla, but the barista proceeded to drench the drink with caramel drizzle. Concerned about the sweetness, I stopped her and reiterated that I didn’t want it overly sweet. She assured me it wouldn't be, yet when I took my first sip, it was overwhelmingly sugary and almost undrinkable. Adding to my disappointment, the balance of the drink was entirely off. I had asked for a large latte, expecting the usual two shots of espresso. Instead, it seemed to have only one shot, resulting in a drink that was more milk than coffee. The latte was so pale, it looked almost white. The lack of espresso left the drink weak and unsatisfying. The pricing at Cariño's Cafe was another point of frustration. The cost was exorbitant, comparable to what one might expect to pay in a high-end city, but the quality certainly did not match the price tag. For such an expensive drink, I had hoped for a much better experience. The only positive aspect of my visit was the outdoor patio. It was a charming spot with plenty of shade provided by the umbrellas, making it a pleasant place to sit and relax. However, the nice patio couldn't make up for the disappointing coffee. Based on my experience, I have no plans to return to Cariño's Cafe. If the coffee is any indication, I am skeptical about the quality of their food as well. In hindsight, the less-than-stellar Google reviews should have been a warning sign. I would advise others to be cautious and consider other coffee options in the area. For me, this was a lesson learned, and Cariño's Cafe will not be on my list for future visits.

It’s a scam… they over charge you. I ordered something that was $11 and they charged me $12. I asked her why does the menu say 11 and she didn’t really speak English and couldn’t tell me why. Horrible experience, I should have read the reviews. Horrible service too.

Expectation vs reality. They have a post it saying that the prices have changed. My kids wanted something sweet and we stopped here. Good live music, nothing more. We ordered 'the churros on the menu' and here's the reality. We asked because it didn't look like the photo and they brought us a plate 10 minutes later of banana, strawberries and whipped cream. They charge you a 5% service charge that no one informs you about, not even a sticker on the door. The reality of eating out increasingly turns into disappointments and no one cares.

Nothing good to share! Food delivered with no utensils for about 5 minutes later after requested, drinks had to be requested over & over! Then they added gratuities and a service charge! More like they should’ve discounted 65%. Definitely a 👎🏾

Cute little cafe with a lot of potential. The food was disappointing. Service was slow. There were three of us and the food all came out at different times. Menu was out of date and waitress waited until we ordered to let us know the prices would be higher. Plus there was a local service fee we were not told about in advance.

Actually, my particular experience was very good with the atmosphere but they are very thieves with the prices since they put a price on the menu and charge you extra to ask carefully before ordering since the piña colada is priced at $8 and the They charge $14, which bothers me because they don't list the real price and lose customers.

Updated: The owner Jose made me a coconut lemonade, OMG it was like a smoothie and Devine. Loved it.! I Loved and Enjoyed this place. It has lots of upgrades since my last picture. Great live music on certain days, great food and great people. Great place to meet and mingle. Relax & unwind. You can also do events there, just ask. The owners are like Family. Kissimmee con Carino!

Stop by just to take a picture, looks pretty but trust me you will regret it, then you will be mad you spent all that money. The owner is running for Mayor, if she doesn't know how her business is running imagin what she will do to the city! Yikes!! Looks pretty, is expensive, but is trash and I want my money back 😢. It is not wheelchair friendly, I had to get up to help a man and he was not with me, the servers didn't even attend him properly. Sorry to write this, but this was my experience.

The place is very cute and great for photos. Food presentation is super nice. Truffle fries were crispy and flavorful. Crepe was a bit dry. Ambiance on pointe but food very basic and not exciting. All of our food came out in ALL diff times .

We stopped in today for brunch for the first time with some hesitation because of some of the reviews, but it was actually a wonderful experience. The food presentation was great and it was well cooked and very tasty. I could not have asked for a better service, and we did not feel rushed. The ambiance was perfect. We can't wait to go back in the evening.

This place needs a lot of work. The staff is friendly, but the food and drinks are sub-par. Specifically, if you are looking for Boba Tea, this is not the place. The tapioca was still raw and the drink was way too too sweet. The bathroom was not clean. They need to decide if it is a coffeeshop, a wine bar, or a politician office. I do not recommend this place.

I used to like this place but the food is lacking quality and the owner is rude. She should put on a better face at her business especially since she's running for mayor. Beautiful location but other than that, there is nothing more.

Its a very cute spot, the croissant breakfast sandwich was great, and iced coffee was also good. The service was nice too.

Service was slow and food bland. I never tried almost tasteless bacon before. How is that possible? At least the chai latte and the carrot cake were delicious. Other than that, the environment is beautiful and very relaxing.

The food looks and tastes as if it was prepared by an 8 year old kid that was left alone at home by his parents with nothing to eat. The nachos were the worst of it. Chips from a bag, shredded cheese from a bag and a few jalapenos from a can. Voila, $22 nachos! The wait staff is decent and the live music entertainment is excellent. Bring cash, otherwise your bill will include a non-cash / credit card fee plus a service fee for some reason. If the food was at least decent and priced accordingly; I would definitely go back.

I had high expectations from this place, the coffee was not that good, the soup was good but the customer service is an F. The waitress was very rude and when I went to pay she told me that she wanted the tip in cash to which I replied no. He had cash and asked another of the people who was with me for a cash tip. Additionally, I am a nursing mother. I covered myself to breastfeed my son and there were two people who apparently didn't like it and told the waitress that they were going to eat outside and the waitress looked at me contemptuously. I'm sorry that such a nice place has such a service.

Unfortunately, this place has bad service. Me and my fiancé stood awkwardly for 10 minutes inside after we were greeted when we walked in but then they walked away and no one came back to say anything. Then we sat outside after being told we could sit where we wanted. We waited for another 20 minutes even though there were only 1 or 2 tables with customers and no one came so we just left. We just wanted coffee. Could've been a regular go-to spot for us as the interior was nice. Not good for a new business.

Brought my friends for the first time. I ordered a capuchino that look like somebody threw whipped cream on top. It was ok. Ordered the over medium they came out scrambled. Informed the runner. The service never came back to check on us or apologize and I had to eat my scrambled eggs that tasted like the ones from Publix. Two tiny pieces of toast and the ham was too salty. Could not eat then. My friend ordered a crepe without Nutella and they put it in anyways. Food bad service is horrible. Chargers got not paying cash? Tell me in advance. Great place to take pictures that’s all. Hope they hire a good cook and coffee person and make this place work.

We went to this place and we had a bad experience, the service is horrible, the menu prices are different from what they actually charge you (they don't tell you until you are going to pay and you can't do anything) and they charge you Mandatory extra fees for poor service and not paying with cash (they don't let you know this before buying either). They make excuses that they haven't updated the prices but it's a LIE. We went again today and they're still doing it. I didn't give a bad review before because I thought it was a one-time thing but they always charge $2 or $3 more for items and in the end we end up paying like $20 more! SUPER UNFAIR and if you say something they have a super bad attitude. Plus the food is not worth it. Bad service and salty food.

Wow, I love being stared at like I'm crazy! It's so fun knowing that the coffee I paid for is spilling over the cup. It's so refreshing to see a place filled with so many annoyed looking unhelpful employees!

Went with my daughter for a nice breakfast and unfortunately this was not worth it... The pastry selection is basically a Sams Club Variety tray they're reselling ridiculously overpriced. (Marble Loaf, Coconut Loaf, Brownie Bites, etc) The bacon was rubbery and underdone. The coffee was bitter and I would have preferred to spend the money at Starbucks where I know I'll like the coffee for the price. My daughter's waffles were fine but not worth the money considering how bad everything else was. I walked away unhappy throwing away $45...

I had chicken wings with fries. The wings were amazing. I was a Saturday night. They had a singer who did pretty good. Would recommend this place.

Disappointing experience. First time eating in Kissimmee after moving here, and it wasn’t great. Or good. Or even okay. The cheese on my baked potato was cheap and clearly from a can, and the service was terrible…the employees cared more about their phones and conversations than serving customers. With so many choices on the Main Street, there is ZERO reason to come here

My 3rd time there. The fact that I had to wait for more than 15 minutes for an oatmeal to go it’s ridiculous. The ladies are nice but are very busy. They need help. And have someone to get to go orders.

I brought my 80-year-old mother and my experience was disastrous. Starting with all the dirty tables, she told me to sit wherever I wanted. A waiter would go to my table. They cleaned the tables but that floor was disgusting. If they cleaned the tables, everyone stepped on them downstairs. So if you go with open shoes, be careful, the food is horrible. I ordered some soups that arrived lukewarm. Since I had so much, I ate them without being very hot. That is the responsibility of Codina and the waiter to ensure that my food is good, but nothing too. I ordered 2 orders of wings with dad, one truffle and it didn't have that oil, it has a strong flavor and smell at all, that was a deception, not only that, the wings were very bad, hard, dry and without any flavor. The worst thing I have had the misfortune of trying without I wish that the soups gave me a stomach ache, then the waiter never told us if we were fine, if we wanted something else, if we needed drinks, nothing, he is only worried about being with his colleagues talking, when he finally came to my table, he sees that I almost didn't touch my food instead of asking, say okay, what happened or if I order something to take away, pay my 70. Dolls and now if you want to eat terrible bad food this is your place

So this place is nice as far as sitting outside to have a couple drinks & relax, but thats it. The food was very bland & mediocre 🗑️! The waitress was not very attentive & barely looked at us while we were ordering, she was literally staring off into space & had to ask us a couple times to repeat what we said. She didnt even introduce herself when she 1st came to the table. Just said “are u ready to order?” The food came out sporadically so we all had our food at different times & one dish came out super late when we were already done with the rest of the food! I did ask them to take that dish off the bill because we no longer wanted it. The bill was way too expensive & they charged 2 separate service fees onto the bill. One for not paying in cash. Would not go back to eat at this cafe. Maybe if we want to go someplace local for a drink or 2 & sit outside we might, but thats a very slight chance. Now I realize why on mothers day there was no wait at this place. Do not recommend.

The food was average and the service was not the best. They are not very attentive, since the tip is included in the bill and they do not care about providing good service. Be careful, at the time of paying they do not let you know that the tip is already included so that you can add extra to the tip. They also charge you other extra fees in which they do not let you know and the menu does not have updated prices.

Came here with my family for beer and some food on a Sunday evening. Had a great time sitting outside listening to live music and enjoying the atmosphere!

The service and the food were mediocre to bad, cold and hard, the food was half cooked, the food was delivered in a mess, my egg, bacon and cheese croissant was sprinkled with sugar, ruining the flavor. They forgot dishes that they charged for in the final bill. I will not return nor recommend it.

First time trying out and i will not return. Despite its good looks and cute aesthetic, This place awful. Customer service was terrible, uninviting and cold, like i was bothering them being a customer. While i was walking around looking at the restaurant and checking out decor, one lady bumped me out her way walking to a backroom, she shoved herself between me and a table, whole restaurant is empty, and didnt even say sorry, excuse me nothing, just kept walking and shut the door behind her. Not only that, food was terrible. The prices posted on the menu right next to the register were not the same prices charged; plus i was charged 2 additional fees that were not stated before paying, a “service fee” for what? And a no cash fee, they could have just said that; but i feel they try to make that extra money where they can. Almost $13 for a sandwich and a latte, and they were not up to par. Not only was it sloppy but it was not good, very bland. Would not recommend. Come and take your pictures but thats it, dont waste your money here.

Came here with my daughter for an afternoon lunch. Do not come here. The food is not that great and you will get scammed. I noticed after we left that each item we ordered we were charged a higher amount. I called and the lady who answered said it was because of taxes, she then passed the phone to her co worker who said the menu hasn’t been updated. They also charge you a service fee ( prior to tips ) and a non cash fee . The whole business method is a scam and with the food being so bland it’s not worth another visit. Side note - I ordered the truffle Parmesan fries and what we received were oily, frozen fries with shredded Parmesan on top. Just sad lol

I got the Taro milk tea and it was delicious. Fast service with a smile. Had the potato bacon broccoli soup. Light on the broccoli but very tasty in a cream of chicken type broth. Liked it so much got an order to go. Must try.

Charged us more money than what was listed in the menu and said that they had increased their prices but hadn’t updated their printed menus. We weren’t informed until after we finished eating. That was odd, but we said it was ok. Charged us larger portions and extra items that we didn’t order nor received. When we pointed out the errors the manager did the math wrong and when we pointed that out, the manager got an attitude and threw cash on the table (and yet it was still not the amount we were owed) but he was so unkind that we felt scared to mention anything else. This happened months ago, but I didn’t want to leave a negative review. But I’ve continued to hear friends having negative experiences there and figured I should warn others. You will get very average food, the decor is a bit tacky inside, the employees are not very kind, and they will manipulate numbers so that you end up paying way too much.

Food was “ok”, my meal was too hot and burned my mouth. Service was “ok”, it’s just a cute place I wanted to try, but I don’t think I will return. They did not provide my check until after I paid. The prices on my receipt did not match the prices on the menu & they added additional charges without my knowledge. Also automatically added the tip that I could not change based on service and food quality.

Just wanted to say how much I loved visiting this coffee shop in downtown Kissimmee! The place has such a cozy vibe and the coffee is absolutely delicious. Paid $11 plus tax for FOUR PLAIN TOSTONES (online says “an order of tostones with no quantity specified, had I known I would’ve never ordered!!). Do not spend your money here they couldn’t even justify WHY! Overpriced for no good reason! Paid almost $30 for this! 😂 NEVER AGAIN! Rip off! Ps… fries were soggy and almost lost a tooth with the tostones 😒🤷🏻‍♀️ Don’t say I didn’t warn you! To the owners of this place, MAKE IT RIGHT or close! You should be ASHAMED and EMBARRASSED!

Horrible experience, they charged you for things that makes no sense. I ordered 2 coffees and 2 croissant and they charged like 12$ more for service fee and “no cash” fee they charged you literally just for use your credit card. I paid like 65$ for 2 coffees and 2 butter croissant. And the management are the worse people ever. I’ll definitely never come back to this place

This is by far the worst place that I ever been. We went there because my wife saw some TikTok’s and the outside looks nice, but that’s the only little thing that it have. We ordered 3 coffees and 1 hot chocolate, every drink took over 25 min and also was cold. Food is overpriced and algo took more than 30 min (even when the place was not busy at all) And then the very very worst thing is the customer service!! Very ARROGANT owner told us that since he is the owner he can do what he want (when we told him that all the drinks where cold, not even asking for a refund just wanted to let them know) Also be aware they want to charge a “service fee” on top of the tip (they try to hide it when I ask the server if the tip was included he said no), also the owner said that he’ll charge extra if we paid with card with a “not cash fee” or something like that. Horrible place don’t go there!!

THE WORST, never go to this place for 3 coffees and a plate of food, they charged me 80 dollars and I didn't even know what and when I went to the place the owner rudely responded, it's a total robbery, don't ever go there. The service is the worst, everyone brought it to me COLD and the food is totally disgusting.

This place misses management, organization, processes and cuatomer service. Utensils dirty, we ordered a croissant with ham, lettuce, tomato and mayo and we received with only ham and cheese. Thats not the big problem. When I asked the server that it was incorrect, he stated thas the way it was. Obviously the menu was different. Also, a smoothie that had a piece of plastic from the milk bottle that almost was swallowed. The problem is that they have no knowledge how to run a restaurant business, the “manager” just blamed kitchen staff and server when actually is the management fault. Never go back again.

Good atmosphere, good food, the only drawback was that I smelled a strange smell in my croissant, and it was the egg that was bad, I told the waiter and told him to take it to the kitchen and check that they had indeed given me the croissant with a rotten egg, and this was confirmed to me!, and although they gave me another croissant, I consider that it was not the appropriate protocol for this type of situation. I am a manager of a restaurant and our protocol in this type of situation is that the Manager will personally apologize and offer to cancel the entire account of the affected customer. I don't know if it was a hair or something else, it was a rotten egg that could have easily seriously affected my health. I would appreciate changing your policy for when these types of situations happen.

I have been here a couple times because the atmosphere is cute and that is the attraction to this place. Music is good when they have it. Service is extremely slow and wait staff has never been friendly. Today will be the last time I visit though. My daughter and I went for breakfast and even though they had us put a number on the table, the waiter gave the wrong table my food, so we ended up leaving after a 40 minute wait I was quite frustrated. They brought my daughter’s drink (boba) after about 10 mins, my cup of coffee 10 mins after that, my daughter’s avocado toast 5 mins after my coffee and I never received my breakfast. Even though the number they gave me was displayed clearly on the table, the server gave my food to the table across from us. When I went inside, the lady refunded the food I never received but not the 20% tip I left or the avocado toast that was not eaten because my daughter had barely touched her avocado toast because she didn’t want to be rude and eat with out me having any food. It’s a cute restaurant but don’t expect a friendly face or decent service. They do also charge a service fee for not paying cash as others have mentioned.

Just the cutest place with great coffee and desserts. My sister enjoyed a guava and butter croissant and I had the carrot cake. Both were homemade and delicious. Oh, coffee is just as good.

Costumer service was really bad. We asked for some food and utensils and they forgot. The atmosphere is nice, but I really didn’t like how they care about their clients. Also, they included a service charge of 18% without even asked us. Last but not least, we asked to access the restroom and it was locked and we couldn’t use it. I hope they do better next time.

Terrible Terrible Terrible!!! Watch what you’re paying for. Prices on menu paper did not match up to what I was charged they stated the menu has not been updated if that’s the case it should be because we’re paying customers and it’s up to the customers if the price is reasonable to stay and eat. I paid $60 for 2 meals I went online to see the prices and the prices online weren’t updated either so they just randomly calculating numbers and charging whatever they feel like it besides that you have to pay $2 service fee & another $2 and some change to use your card if that’s how your paying never again thank you for the bad experience I will never come back there plus the food wasn’t even worth what they charge on top of that my family & I were highly disappointed!!! First of I went here for my birthday thought it would be nice to try for the first time, the server was so nice after our food arriving to the table my son finds a hair on his plate which clearly it wasn’t mine because it was a long black hair and I have red short hair. The manager or owner took about 10 min to come after saying they were only going to give me 10% off that specific plate HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AS AN OWNER TO A RESTAURANT that is the most disgusting thing anyone can go through at a restaurant a hair in your food ???????? The owners wife is rude and nasty didn’t even bother to help but had the nerves to call me a bitc outside and said I put the hair there HOW DARE SHE The place is horrific don’t even bother going food was cold and to expensive if your hungry you’ll leave hungry out of here with the portions they got the nerves to serve. Overall not a good place to eat.

I wanted to have a good place to have breakfast with an outside setting. I have to say that I loved the place, the food was good, the service was amazing and the atmosphere just right. I My partner had a Frappuccino with vanilla flavored it was amazing. My toast with cheddar cheese in baguette was perfect. I really recommend those.

I went on a Saturday afternoon and the vibes were completely off, customer service was bad and the food was not good at all. I had waffles (which were decent), French toast (they were ok, not so great), and a chicken stuffed baked potato (it was really flavorless. I couldn’t even finished it) The place looks cute from the outside but is not that great. The juices are okay, but do not order alcohol drinks, they are really bad. I do not recommend this place and I won’t be coming back either.

Good food clean and presentable.

The place is nice and nicely decorated. But, the staff is very rude including the waiter (the tall guy with glasses) who served the two tables across from me and did not even dare to come close and take my order - like it I was gonna bite. Also, the person who took my order said that we are ‘busy’ when I complained to her - while clearly there was only a few customers there. I left zero tip with a clear note that they should improve their customer service.

It is a beautiful place , the food is delicious, but the service was slow and the bathroom was dirty and inconvenient.

The service was great very polite and helpful and the coffee was tasty as well. The true experience tho is the atmosphere especially on a sunny day in florida.

Just come take pictures under the umbrellas if that’s what you want. But this place is meh, absolutely not worth it. I only slightly liked the boba frozen drink although it was watery. Food and service is terribly lacking. Just find somewhere else. Don’t say you weren’t warned.

I wanted to like this place so bad!!! Besides the Instagram pic worthy, for a Latin establishment the food was bland, cold and tasteless. The service was not great. There were 8 of us, we all ordered a meal except one person just wanted fries, and those took forever. Cute place, I'm Eastern European and from Chicago originally..... i don't need or like spicy, but there was no flavor.

Just go and take pictures not worth the money at all the service is horrible and the staff will just stare at you without acknowledging you. The drinks tasted horrible and it was very simple drink I also ordered crepe and it comes raw like pie crust raw. The lady taking my order was very disrespectful and the manager still charged me full price for the crepe knowing it was not made properly. Really nice location just sucks this is how they treat their customers who spend $$
