The food, ask for a Ganverge, had a lot of cooked onions, very salty, and they put a lot of butter, the batter I ordered was. Tight it looked like sweet milk, the place didn't. Serves to eat

It's become my favorite place for a quick meal and the prices are fantastic

Great location. I only have one star down because I didn’t care for one of the workers attitude when trying to get a soda. All other staff was great even the cook

The service was amazing, I accidentally ordered the wrong flavor milkshake and Liz and Destiny made sure to help me out and get what I wanted. The food was also delicious, my family and I will be sure to return.

The food was great and came out quickly. The best part was the Host Destiny, she had such a friendly personality and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed! She was great with the kids and getting them activities to do while we waited for our food. This world needs more kind people like Destiny!

The combo deal way cheaper than Mc and way better

Milk shakes ,are not same, liquefied and the thickness is no longer noticeable, as it used to. Don't hold the ice cream,I was was bragging with family how thick they were, and all 5 milkshakes that were ordered, were mediocre..

Best host was Destiny Hernandez, she needs a raise ASAP. She was very kind and helpful I would be so proud to have her as my store manager.

How the Steak N Shake don’t know how to make a shake? It was like a glass of milk with Oreos. Just gross! Even had them remake it (and they had the nerve to ask “how did you want it then?” THICK! Like a shake is supposed to be. I’m going to need them to get it together! Burger and fries were straight.

Ordered on kiosk. No receipt printed. Unable to get drinks without receipt. Food took 25 minutes to get and there were only 2 customers ahead of us!

This Steak 'n Shake has many electric kiosk's to order from and customize your order. It's easy and quick. For fast food it's pretty good and my order was never wrong after 5 visits so far. The two biggest issue I have with the atmosphere is the place isn't the cleanest. Also, 4 out of 5 of my visits small groups of people hanging in the parking lot or front curb who seemed to ask for money or rides.

Good option to eat hamburgers. You order it how you want it, many extras.

My daughter and I ordered at the drive thru window, I ordered the regular burger nothing special requested. The cashier first made us feel as if we were bothering them, then when we got our order it was almost thrown at us, no one else behind us and the inside was pretty dead, so I cannot understand why they were trying to rush us. I made sure we had 2 burgers and 2 fries before I drove away, once down the street I opened my burger and it was only meat (extremely salty) and cheese! Thats it, no ketchup, pickles, onions etc! Only meat and cheese! The meat was so salty I could not even eat it! I did not bother turning back because its in a difficult area on 192 and it would take too long to get back to the restaurant, that was extremely disappointing!! My order for 2 regular size burger meals was over 20$!!!?? I am writing to the corporate office to let them know clearly I am not the only unhappy customer with this same experience! Get better employees or you will lose more customers!!

I had an online order, in the middle of heavy rain, with little kids and they had me come inside. This is the first stake n’ shake that can’t accommodate online orders through the drive thru. Fair to mention, there was absolutely no one in line. If this is a corporate policy, do better!

staff didn't greet us or anything when we came in. food was really good though, went later to avoid a crowd.

Human touch is gone. Now everything is done thru a computer. Employees just talk to each other.

Longest I’ve ever had to wait for steak & shake. Our order was given to a different customer therefore prolonging our wait, also there was a birthday celebration right next to our table with screaming and crying Children (that was a first) other than that, okay steak and shake experience. Wouldn’t go out of my way to revisit this location.

As always lately. You order from a kiosk. The employees however were extremely friendly asked me if I needed help ordering from the kiosk and called me by name when my order was ready. over all 5 stars

Went to the drive thru. I requested a Frisco Melt, cheese fries and a chili. The fries were super salty and not edible. I didn’t receive the chili. Tried calling several times and couldn’t get anybody to pick up the phone. I was already so far gone in the traffic in that area is horrific so I didn’t turn around and try to get my order corrected.

It says that the dinning room closes at midnight at 11:15, they already had it closed, they opened it for us and then told us that at 11:40 we didn't have to go and they had even given us the full meal.

The butter burger was on god the best burger I've ever eaten. I felt as if a primal switch in my subconscious was flipped on as I ravenously consumed my burger. 10/10 would go caveman mode again

THE EMPLOYEE AMERY MADE MY EXPERIENCE TERRIBLE, I don’t usually have issues or complains of long waits or anything in any restaurants. But today my order of 2 regular combos took 22 minutes to be ready and the service was outrageous. The employee AMERY was absolutely the worst worker I have ever seen, she was rude, aggressive, and try to be sarcastic of the ways she was responding to me… when I simply ask her for my order… I hope she gets proper training and professional tips. PS… my food was not “fresh” and “hot” and was missing the bacon.

Typical steak and shake food nothing special or crazy but just liked you'd get anywhere else, ketchup was gone and the lady refilled the cups and not the ketchup and there soft drink machine was broken and they had a gentleman standing there with a cup of ice that was an amputee and he stood there for over 5 minutes waiting for service as employees walked by.

The food tastes great and the staff is friendly and accomodating. The shakes are exactly what you'd expect from a good shake shop. I have 0 complaints about this place.

It's like any other steak and shake. I like them Burgers, the only reason I'm not giving 5 stars is that I asked for a burger with garlic butter and the butter was freezer cold.

It was clean even tho it was extremely busy. Most likely due to the fact they have kiosks only for ordering which frees up the employees for more than cashiering.

Affordable, good, fresh, and always had friendly staff here.

I didn't know the store really closes an hour and a half early all orders to go -.- honestly we tip really good always because we work this industry but man oh man its not busy at all we just wanted to gave a good late night dinner after sunspot and they did this ....

This location is horrible! They literally got my entire order wrong , I had to wait 20 mins for 1 milkshake. So when I called regarding how my order was wrong no one ever answered the phone ! I called over 10 times and the phone just keeps ringing . Corporate doesn’t have a phone number when you call the one in the company website it says it’s no longer in service! Like whattttt? That’s insane ! Do yourself a favor and don’t come to this location!

Shakes great, hamburger good, fries taste like uncooked potatoes.

Bad food. Burger cold, spaghetti is soaky. They just microwave everything. Steak n shake going down hill fast.

Talk about nostalgia, gone down the toilet!!! Not only has everything become automated and there is almost zero contact and what little there was was very bad broken English; but the food was nasty not at all what we had known Steak ‘n Shake for at all !!! The burger and the fresco melt were so greasy and semi undercooked we couldn’t enjoy it there was So much grease!!! Do NOT EAT HERE IT HAS SERIOUSLY GONE BAD!!!!

I visit this restaurant every time I visit Kissimmee. This is a great location with convenience parking. Service is always good and I enjoy the milkshakes.

Godd food meat was moist, not dry shoe string fries. Burgers are a bit thin, so i suggest the double burger. Great thick mikk shakes.

Terrible experience at this location. Food was very cold when it came out, very very rude customer service. Once the food came out after 25 minutes for fast food, we started to eat and it was cold! So we decided to go up to the front and complain, and the server started yelling at us telling that it was our problem. So I suggest that you don’t go here.

My husband and I were very disappointed with the restaurant, you order at kiosk. The food was bland, the only good part of the meal was the fries and the shakes. Trying to get a workers attention was nearly impossible. To get you soda from the machine you have to scan a bar code and you can only use it once. This restaurant is very impersonal. If we ever go back it would be for the shakes.

When I went to let the manager know, I explained to her that one order was with Bcn. And they gave me 2 identical ones when the order was a single with Bcn and the other order was a double with cheese, I explained to her and she treated me as if I was the one who was wrong. I told her only 1 is with BCN the other I didn't tell her the double they didn't put good cheese super rude as if it were my fault or as if I was lying. This restaurant doesn't even deserve half a star

Incident #2 Disgusting behavior to their clients. Walked into store at 11:50am. Guy screams they’re closed. I tell him google says they’re open - guy screams “only drive-thru” I head to car and go to drive thru. The car in front of me pulls up to voice machine, lady says “25 minute wait” - mind you theres almost nobody inside, and only 3 cars in front of his car. (god knows why they say 25 min wait) Once i come up, lady says “25 minute wait i’ll be back” she comes back at exactly 12:00pm (their closing time) to take my order. Takes my order quickly, i move forward, car behind me moves forward and as soon as he pulls up she says “sorry we’re closed”. Clearly they wasted minutes waiting till 12pm just to say they’re closed. Horribly slow. Texting this literally while on driving thru waiting for a combo #1 meal. Been waiting 10 minutes. Plus what I waited on the line. Asked the lady to cut cheese in half on the burger - said couldn’t do it. Best to go to another Steak & Shake

This is the worst establishment I have ever been to. After waiting 47 min for our order I asked what the delay in order was. I was told that I was harassing them and that I was now trespassing on their property and that they were calling the police. I now have to dispute my $90 order with the credit card company and no food. The absolute worst people working here and is completely obvious the owner could not care less. The location with all the tourists will just keep coming so treat the customers how ever you want is what the owner must think. I’m disgusted by this business and you should too and rate it 1 star for being the worst run business on earth. There is one award I can give you it’s the worst restaurant on earth. Would you please go a bit further down 192 and find the Golden Corral. The difference is literally the difference between heaven and hell. I hope the next time we visit Kissimmee we see this place boarded up the way it should be the way this place is run.

If I could give 0 stars I would. Our orders came out after a 20 minute wait and with no veggies or condiments in the burgers. And I really dont know what possessed me to gamble again and order a shake. I asked for NUTELLA, and was given M&Ms and a blob of Nutella on top. It is not my first time here, my orders have always been spot on and the service super nice but today it was a hard NO. Place was dirty and the manager couldn’t care less.

Las hambuerestaban bien igual a las papas con quedo y la malteada pero el lugar esta super asqueroso donde salen el hielo para las sodas esta sucio y apesta pedí una bebida y de verdad me la serví pero no la probé porque les dije que estaba sucio y apestaba y enserió no hicieron nada do gaste mi dinero en una bebida que ni probe estuvimos más de 1 hora en el ligas y desde que llegamos estaba una soda en el suelo derramada nadie nada por limpiar el suelo en ningún momento de verdad que da asco entrar hay.
