I've lived in the hood in Philly and this Wawa is the dirtiest and least classy Wawa. Staff is beyond rude and don't understand simple directions. It took 15 min for them to make one sandwich. Also every parking spot was filled. But it doesn't make sense, there's not enough people in the store to justify the entire parking lot to be filled. It appears the businesses adjacent to the Wawa are using the parking spots. Come on Wawa, do better.

I was on a rush and ordered a quesadilla and this is what I got… old tortilla and hard as a rock.. jokes on me for not checking it before leaving the place …

If you know that you do not have premium or plus gasoline, you should notify in advance so that people do not waste time when paying inside..... Terrible customer service 🫣

Your whole outside gas station is filthy. Your cooks cannot follow directions. I requested the bread to be toasted and it wasn’t. Service is as slow real slow This is one of the worst experiences I have had at Wawa

Live thie store always clean and fast

Only wawa that doesn't toast most orders unless "special order" they have a certain way of only making the orders that the other store make as a normal meal. And when trying to fix order the order is redone under another order with add on not requested. Always stay on top of your orders here and CHECK before leaving.

When you call them and ask for something and they said it no longer available and you show up and it’s still available to order and the lady told me me they have plenty but the lady on The phone said they didn’t have (means that she didn’t ask)that’s not customer service. The line it’s crazy long for cash out. and the self service system doesn’t work. I could hear other customers claiming they where waiting for there food and nothing coming out. Second strike. Just walked away.

Well I came in this morning and got two bacon egg and cheese croissants it was advertised on the app 2-5 $ I was charged 8$ for the 2 but i got them anyways got home and had hair stuck in my food the cheese wasn't melted at all the sandwhich was burnt but cold i will not be returning

Háganlo calladitos y en silencio, no se les ocurra preguntar o hablar con el personal que ahí trabaja (las que preparan las bebidas específicamente)y mucho menos equivocarte en tu pedido, porque puedes salir regañado, insultado y cuidado y hasta te pegan. A lo que hemos llegado!!! Y ni si quiera se te ocurra presentar una queja, porque no hay con quien hacerla. Todos son amigos.

Bad experience with customer service we received the order all wrong we paid two kids meals and was all mix together with our food i paid for a smoothie I received a iced mocha then paid for two soups with sandwiches and the guy gave us one corn bread. Really bad experienced

20 minute wait on a chicken quesadilla. That had the bare minimum In it. No cheese. Barely anything but sauce in it.

The most horrifying experience I've had at a wawa I literally was shocked. The night time manager Lewis was the most unprofessional, instigating, most disrespectful person I've ever encountered. How can such a structured respectable company hold such a person in this position. I thought maybe one bad egg shouldn't represent a company, but when we complained about our horrible experience, his GM who was not present at that moment, ended up backing him up. Do they not pull camera footage? It's very clear in Lewis's aggressive state how his actions were completely wrong yet wawa completely backed him. I guess it wasn't only 1 bad egg but maybe this company is after all loosing its values. It's a shame. Just a warning, if you enter this wawa have your phones ready to record because of you are verbally attacked, wawa does not turn to their security cameras. Or stick with the wawa stations more on the west side of Kissimmee. Even poinciana.

Love their smoothies. Avoid the lines and use the self checkout.

Wawa is well known for their good products, sandwiches, meals among others good and reliable products excepting for the wawa located in Orange Blossom Trail and Donegan St, honestly I’m a fanatic of the Cesar salad from wawa but eat this product form this location probably will be your worst experience ever, the staff behind the counter preparing your food is not polite about they handle the orders, really the Cesar salad is the worst I ever tried in years…… really disappointed with this location

So disappointed how this location has gone downhilll from bad management lately . Store manager Jackie should not be dealing with customers . She is very rude , uneducated and unprofessional . Jackeline, please let good employees deal with customers not you . Please get training and education in customer service and you are going to get farther in life .

~Ummm.... why has the bathrooms not been being cleaned properlyin over two weeks? The men's bathroom has had sh*t (in one pic) on the wall above the toilet paper thing for TWO WEEKS now, I wiped it off for them today. (Other pic after I wiped it with some toilet paper) Truly disgusting. I understand that some customers are nasty, but as someone whose assigned job is to clean the bathroom amongst other things, you should CLEAN IT PROPERLY~ ~Some food safety protocols are not followed properly. I understand a lot of places in kissimmee don't care to much about handling food 100% how it's supposed to be handled. But seeing management move into the kitchen to help the line without washing hands is a big red flag, among other food safety failings~ People need to care more

Ethanol free gas! I have been searching for ethanol free gas for our lawnmower and could not find any except at this Wawa (see pic attached). Did not try food or had any interaction with staff.

CURBSIDE IS A SCAM! ordered curbside through the app and waited 35 minutes over the expected ready time, yes we left after 35 minutes. Fixed this or remove curbside option.

How can you forget the main ingredient in a sandwich? I had no chicken in my sandwich. I know people make mistakes but it is kind of hard to go back to Wawa and ask for a replacement at the moment. Attention to detail is very important.

This is the most disgusting wawa I've been too, I just got banned for buying a homeless man food, I didn't know what was going on. This lady in the kitchen comes up to me and tells me I'm not allowed in this wawa. She then proceeds to record me and says I'm not allowed in this wawa anymore. They wouldn't even allow me to pump my gas, I hope that anyone who goes to wawa at night to be careful because thier coustumer service for night shift is appalling.

Compré una hamburguesa que casi me cuesta la vida. No usaron los métodos básicos de higiene en manipulacion de alimentos y en la hamburguesa venía una bacteria que me mandó al hospital por 18 días la bacteria me provocó descenso de hemoglobina y 04 paquetes de sangre me pasaron. They deleted my last review, dont know why, but this Wawa location might be the worst on Florida, drug dealing, people with guns, dirty and cars with music on 110%, not to forget the pathetic thing they supposedly call "customer service" where they directly insult and trashtalk the costumers, ill be waiting the next moderator to delete this review bc I'll post it back 👍

Truly awful service and staff, not attentive to orders. I ordered chicken strip slowly had guacamole inside bowl. Mynber wasn't called had to stand guard for my food which was afteade just sat there. ABSOLUTELY UNPROFESSIONAL.

I made an online order today for a salad. I paid for extra roasted chicken on my salad. Finally, it’s break time and I open my salad and find 5 bits of chicken that is has a burnt taste. Last time I checked I’m supposed to get 1.5 of chicken and this doesn’t look like it.

Everyrhing I have gotten from wawa's is wonderful. I love their chai. Any flavor is always delightful. Their soft pretzel is great just like I used to get in my youth in NY. Their sandwhiches are great. The bread is always fresh and their veggies are also. I often use spinach instead of iceburg lettuce. So spinach is always fresh. Love it. Their coffee can go up against dunky's anytime without any worries. I love them. Oh and plus they have fresh hard/peeled eggs and fresh fruit, whole or cut. They also have snack with fresh cut veggies to go. Actually it is a very good on the go stop. You can get healthy stuff. Plus not so healthy. Just a good stop anytime of day. Don't worry. Stop, enjoy, have a good day.

This is a busy Wawa because of the hospital next door. Love the staff and sandwiches, have no complaints. Just a busy corner, traffic wise.

I don't know why we don't have Wawa stores in So. Fl. This is a great little convenience store - way above any of the similar chains. The first time, we stopped in for a snack, pretty much resigned to the usual exceedingly limited fare offered by stores of this type. Instead, we found a fresh fruit and cheese tray, with Gouda cheese, sweet grapes and berries, along with an interesting thick cracker. On this trip, my daughter and I shared a "superberry smoothie." It was thick, luscious, and only $2! Anywhere else, it would have been at least $5 for the same amount. For now, we'll just have to be sure that we run out of gas in Orlando and hope for Wawa to come to Ft. Lauderdale soon.
