Carne at Vara Express in Doral is a gem for meat lovers. The quality of the meat is excellent, always juicy and well seasoned. The atmosphere is cozy and the service is fast and friendly. I especially recommend the stick roast, which is simply delicious. The prices are reasonable and the dining experience is truly satisfying. Without a doubt, it is one of my favorite places to enjoy a good barbecue. I'll be back soon!

TOO EXPENSIVE FOR THE LITTLE AMOUNT OF FOOD THEY SERVE, ALSO THAT A FULL FOR 2 BRINGS 2 SIDES AND THEY CHARGE YOU $2 TO ORDER FRIED AREPAS??? Then add the sides you want and that's it. Expensive and nothing out of this world.

Great experience at Doral. More than just a Food Truck. They have their own parking space, playground for kids and very happy music. We ordered a Family Menu for 6 and it was enough food for days and we’re happy to say that we enjoyed every detail at a good price. There was something here for everyone. We recommend it to anyone that loves wood fired BBQ and Venezuelan food.

Wow! Very disappointed, I used to come here very often and the food was amazing, I came back yesterday and they changed the quality of the meat and the ribs, also, there was not flavor at all. Unfortunately will not come back and don’t recommend it, you spend a lot to get quality food, but this wasn’t the case.
