Every time we have got empanadas from CCS they’ve been delicious. The employees have always been friendly and helpful too. We’ve had great experiences enough that I took time to write a review.

Nice chicken empanada. Good service. Clean location. Already planning a trip back.

Should you eat what they want? There are no drinks, there are no potato empanadas with cheese, something so simple if the day before you sold everything, thank God because it won't open the next day.

They were giving out free samples during a local hobby shop event. I had never had empanadas before and thought they were amazing. After the event I stopped in to buy a chicken and beef empanada. My mother who was with me loved them and spent the return trip looking up recipes. I wish I lived closer so I could stop in again. If I am ever in the area I will be back.

I've had my fair share of arepas y empanadas in the area and this place is by far one of the best , their empanadas are huge and flavorful and fresh , their green sauce is amazing Their arepas are packed full you definitely get what you paid for here I get full eating only one item Everything is delicious and fresh I highly recommend any of their menu items with the shredded chicken it's so succulent!

I ordered 8 empanadas & they gave me 6 salsa. Two people ran out of sauce and still wanted to charge me 75 cents for those two sauces that were missing.

I read through some of the previous reviews and CCs definitely lived up to the hype!! I absolutely love the empanadas here. I went for the first time and it was amazing!!! So delicious. I went back the very next day and tried a couple different ones. I'll definitely be back!

The empanadas were very delicious (mechada, pabellón and pernil) and the sancocho, my friend said it was delicious, the tartar sauce was very delicious, I recommend it 🇻🇪🙏🏻😇😎😊

Stumbled upon this place for a quick bite, pleasantly impressed and exceeded my expectations. Ordered the Pabellon and Cordon Bleu Empanada, crispy on the outside but soft and flavorful on the inside. The meat was moist and piping hot, kids loved it. Will be returning for more.

Great spot for tasty empanadas! The shredded beef was our favorite, but they were all good because of their tasty, crunchy shells. Nice selection of house sauces paired perfectly.

A tiny hole in the wall in a nondescript strip mall. But oh so worth a visit. The food is made fresh to order, and there are almost 20 varieties of arepa and empanada (nearly half are vegetarian!). Don't order more than two empanadas unless you have a hollow leg; they're delicious but filling.

We had one Goetta and one Lentil empanada at the Taste of Cincinnati. The people were awesome! The filling of the goetta and the lentil is so unique. And the filling was awesome. I just wish they weren't deep fried. I feel like the deep fried dough really took away from the simple and flavorful fillings.

Thus should be a destination for folks...oh my, this food AMAZING!

We went there on a whim and it was a great decision. Nice people and delicious food! We will be adding this into our family rotation:) dine in is only a couple of picnic tables in the front and a few small tables inside but it fit our needs.

Our new favorite empanadas spot in Cincinnati, WOW. I got the Pabellon and my husband got a goetta as well as chicken. Everything was delicious and oh wow, the churros!! The churros came out first and we couldn’t stop ourselves from eating 2 out of the 4 before our meal.

Don’t miss this place! I was traveling in the area and wanted to eat somewhere local. This was a top-rated place, so I decided to give it a shot. What followed was one of the best meals of my life! Everything was absolutely delicious and perfectly prepared. Empanadas were served hot and crispy and stuffed with equally tasty ingredients. Everything was freshly prepared (plan to wait a little bit for this reason—it’s worth it!). It’s about 3.5 hours from home for me, but I’m already thinking up reasons to come back!

Truly the BEST arepas I have ever found in Cincinnati! I have been to many places and this is hands down the most savory and delicious arepa. All I needed was a beach and an ocean view! This place is 100%worth it!! My arepa had shredded beef and a plantain inside! DELICIOUS. Highly recommend the pabellon arepa!

Amazing empanadas! They are larger than what I'm used to but so delicious and filling. Their churros won taste of Cincinnati this year! I like the shredded pollo, panellon and cheese/plantain! Vegan/vegetarian options as well as GF

The food is excellent, the place is quite nice but in terms of service I think they should be quite concerned, they don't recommend anything, they don't come to the table to take your order, I won't return until they improve in that aspect!

Very good empanadas. We ate the domino (black beans and cheese), the cheese and plantain, the ground beef and the shredded beef. Hand down the cheese and plantain is my favorite from those four. The churros are to die for, with Nutella and Carmel syrup! Happy that a fellow Venezuelan owns this place. It is a tiny place, so easier to take out. Also it takes time to fry the empanadas and for prep, hence why I love calling and placing an order (always ready when I arrive)

Amazing Empanadas and food all around. Service is great but takes time for cooking. Small eat in area makes it a bit difficult to host a large group, but the food is top notch! Great for pickup and carry out orders!

This place has ruined all other empanadas for me. These are amazing and the folks are super nice and friendly. I can barely eat 2 they're huge! They also travel very well and reheat to perfection. Please support this business as I want to eat these for a very long time :)

We were in the area for lunch and tried it. It was delicious! We had beef and chicken empanadas and blondie arepas. Everything was delicious. My personal favorite was the beef empanada with their homemade sauces. We for sure will be back.

The food and the service was beyond what I expected. Very delicious, fresh, hot empanadas. Our group of 4 tried several different varieties and we loved every single one. The seating was cramped so the atmosphere wasn’t great, but I would think of this more as a take-out situation. Still, the people working there were fantastic and very friendly. They speak perfect English, but come practice your Spanish with them! We will definitely be coming back.

Fantastic empanadas and the dipping sauce that comes with them is incredible! We will definitely come back but will order ahead next time because the space inside is small and hot. No big deal though and understandable.

I finally tried Ccs Empanadas and I'm truly bummed I didn't try it sooner. The store is adorable and the employees were nice. Super fresh food and absolutely delicious. Going back very soon to try more!

Absolutely outstanding. The people hee are very freindly and kind, and the food is amazing. The jamon y queso empanada is one of the best things i have ever tasted. The chicken empanada is likewise fantastic. The pabellon arepas are unreal; the combination of beef, black beans, and plantains is sweet, savory, and unlike anything ive had before, so good i might just go back tomorrow. If you have not yet tried this place, you really should. Everything is made fresh from scratch. When you order it and the menu is so deep and various that everyone can find something to like here. If you don't eat meat, the vegetarian arepas are absolutely astounding. Highly recommended!

Best arepas and empanadas in town! They blow the other spots out of the water. The food was great. We tried the cordon blue empanada, plantain and cheese, and ground beef. All were so flavorful and fresh. The cowboy arepa with the fried cheese and steak was out of this world. We also got the pabellon and pork leg arepas. It was amazing! Don't miss their drinks either. The guanabana and limeade drinks were so good.

I’ve never had food this good. Having it at my wedding. Staff is amazing and really sweet. Sends us extra empanadas when they’re closing :)

Ordered 4 different Empanadas to try: Chicken Beef Queso y Tajada (Cheese and Plantain) Pabellón The Chicken was good. Just felt like it was missing something. The Beef was better than the Chicken especially dipped in the sauce that came with them. The Pabellón was outstanding (with or without the sauce) And the Queso y Tajada was phenomenal. Never would have guessed cheese and plantain was the combo I had been missing in my life. Sadly, they forgot the Churros in our DoorDash order, but there is always next time. Oh and the Mora (Blackberry). Oddly refreshing while being very tart. Would order again. Overall outstanding and will be dining here again.

Fui 3 veces, y las primeras 2 veces me atendió un señor calidad, convesador pero la tercera vez que fui me atendió una señora nada agradable, en ningún momento sonrió y ni siquiera se atrevió mirarnos, solo hizo con personas específicas. Sentí como si estuviera molestando.

When I say this food was insane, I mean it. Never in all my days would I have thought to put black beans and bananas together. And I would have lived a much darker life than I do now. Everything is just amazing here. The Arepas are godly, the empanadas were divine; you could randomly get anything on the menu and it'll be the best meal you had all week, or in my case, all month. Go. Buy 2. Be happy.

It was a little slow getting our food. They were out of goat cheese and put shredded cheddar cheese on it without even asking. Empanas were ok.

Food is really good, service is good too but the price is fairly high for what the ingredients are.

Empanadas are the specialty and this place has not just a large variety, but they are all very delicious!!! Each is about 7 inches wide at the bottom. I went in hungry, bought 3 and was totally stuffed after eating them. They have just a few inside tables if you want to eat there.

Very delicious empanadas would recommend to anyone liking that type of food! Drinks were good to! Good selection!

This place is amazing! The food is the closest taste you can find from my country. I love empanadas, Tequeños. Yesterday I gave a try to “cachitos” and they are sooo good! Thanks for bringing a piece of my country to Cincinnati.

Great empandas, very very nice people, quick service. Not a lot of places to sit if you wanted to dine in however. I ordered 12 empanadas for dinner with friends, they got them up and out in about 10 minutes steaming hot. Each one was distinctly flavored and marked with a little brand to tell you which one was which. Good food, good prices, good people.

We really enjoyed the different empanadas. Hot and crisp, they really hit the spot. We will be back.

I'm so glad I went here! The food is delicious, the service is friendly, and the atmosphere is cozy and homely. Definitely recommend the pulled pork empanada and the mango juice, but the chicken or seafood empanadas are a great choice as well! I'll be trying the arepas next time I eat here!
