if I could leave zero stars I would! The woman working behind the counter was so rude the seasonings we old and dirty and not coming out the son tried to charge me for a large drink even though i ordered a regular drink. When i asked to use the seasoning behind the counter she told me 50 cent! they also were preparing food with no gloves. would not recommend just go to subway in the mall

Food was below par they did not give us the right food but the indain lady made up for it with a happy ending husband charged me 20 for it but that's where they get the 3 stars would b two and half but they don't have that option and she swallowed p.s ask for curry Naan they won't disappoint

$100 pick up order was cold. We ordered 2 large fries and they put them in with cheesesteaks as a side order so we were ripped off there. The cheesesteaks taste just like Steak ems. This is not quality and the staff is not the ones you expect working this type of food. Will not be returning. You will get better for less at Philly Steak and Hoagies in Camp Hill.

I read a rating of cheesesteaks and this was listed at #1. It’s good but not comparable to Jersey Mikes, which is still my #1

An employee touched his ear with gloves on then served food without changing the gloves or anything. It’s completely unsanitary and disgusting. They don’t even listen to what customers say when they order. You can ask for a Regular size drink (typical size comparison to a Medium) and they will charge you for a Large and give you the Large instead. They are too pushy too. You can say “no thanks” to them asking if you want a sample of the chicken, then they see you walk by after you already ate and they will ask the same question again.

I only know about this place from trying one of the free samples and I instantly fell in love with the Chicken California. Now I have gone there 2 times and never have been disappointed.

Last straw with this place. To be clear their food is excellent and not the problem, their staff is. This is the 4th time ordering from here and the young man who is the cashier always CONSTANTLY tries to upcharge meals-if you order a small he rings in a regular, adds items that you have to be aware and tell him to remove-today was it-when asked for a glass of water after ordering a meal-he said they sell bottle water and wouldn’t provide one like every other place does-and even had the water button on the soda machine. Please do something about your staff

The chicken California tasted amazing

This location is in the food court inside of a mall so the atmosphere is just as you would expect from them all. The steak sandwich that I had was very flavorful and had some good taste to it but the fries I had gotten the Cajun version and there was barely any seasoning on them it's as if they just tossed a little bit of extra seasoning on after they were done. Not coated at all. But what I was very disappointed in was the service. It was lunchtime so it was a little busy but the disorganization behind the counter of the three employees was unfathomable. Their inability to process simple orders as their menu is not very big was mind boggling. People were waiting for over 20 minutes to get their sandwich myself included. Find out when my food finally came up they had made it incorrectly so then I had to wait longer. Highly disappointed in this location and company as this was my first time visiting and I doubt I will return

DON’T LET ALL THESE 5 stars fool you. It starts with the people giving out the samples, they just hand them out not telling you what the product is and you have to ask what it is. Then when you order they will just up charge for a meal not asking you if that’s what you wanted to do. They don’t hand out receipts and will just start taking the person behind you order. Then when your number gets called person ask to see the receipt but you don’t have one and then that expeditor has to ask the cashier. They need a better system in place and don’t just up charge people. Also if your going to give a 50 cent discount for giving a review, don’t give your phone to the cashier because they will just check 5 stars for everything. 5 star maybe if you want to be the slimmest.

They literally took my phone at the register after asking me to scan their barcode and promising and tapped 5 stars in all areas and gave me .50 a way overpriced large order of fries, $9.01 was my total. Obviously I edited this review based on my experience. They aren’t super friendly, food is mediocre and again over priced.

Don’t write a review on site for a “discount” and show them they ask to see it and take your phone and change it if it’s not 5 stars. Most dishonest thing I’ve ever seen. It’s not worth being dishonest for 50 cents.

Be VERY careful when ordering. The workers will automatically input a REGULAR size no matter how much you emphasize that you want a SMALL sub. I’ve corrected them the last several times we’ve gone because I’m sick and tired of them not listening or not caring. I noticed in the past but it was after we got our order, now I check before I pay. In the past, the kid taking the order always had ear buds in which added to my aggravation. They’ve done it forever, Food is good, service is not, atmosphere- it’s a mall food court.

I work close to this location and do typically enjoy the food. Twice this week I have stopped in, and twice have been treated disrespectfully and with a poor attitude. The first time I ordered 2 drinks and 2 fries. I had to watch them make them and yell at the gentleman preparing them to leave an ingredient out because they couldn't be bothered to listen when I ordered. I thankfully was watching and figured that was going to happen. The second time I ordered online through the app. I picked up mediocre food, but the real kicker was the attitude given at pickup. I gave the names of the order, and they demanded to see an order confirmation. OK, cool. I can appreciate not willy-nilly handing food over. But then I was missing some items, and when I mentioned it, the DEMAND to see the receipt that they JUST handed to me.... I was wheeling a little from the venom in the voice. I 100% understand asking for proof of purchase. Profit and loss, I get it. But to do it with such a sour attitude, after JUST handing me the order? They really need a lesson in "how to treat people" at this location. And maybe in how to double check for accuracy. I also want to mention watching to person working the counter roll their eyes at a guest in front of me who questioned the total on their receipt....

This place is horrible! First they over charged you when ordering a small combo meal, customer service sucks and they’re rude! I will not be returning at all!

When you order specifi what size you want or they will automatically charge you for a large. Also, they do not give all your food... OR the ring you for a large but only give you a small or medium....

They charge you large when you say regular like- scamming people of their money

Sandwich was a smash. Better than my friends mom. Would def tap that again. Level 10 Ohio skibidy toilet Rizzo and lvl 20 phantom cenat gyatt. Ps may have put it in my sandwich.

The owner that works there is really nice and the kid on the cashier is awesome.
