Great food and great service 👍 I think everyone should try it out

I placed an order for curbside service, when I arrived I checked in expecting my order to be delivered to my car within a few minutes. However, after waiting 20 minutes and no one came out, I called and no answer, so decided to go inside. My order was the only one sitting there, and 2 workers were inside preparing other orders. When I asked about the curbside delivery, I was told they don't speak English so that was no help. Also to make matters worse the soda machine had no ice, so I received a hot drink and cold food. Waste of money.

Their food is impeccable and their service staff are wonderful wonderful wonderful individuals, I can’t think of a better place to go for a great Philly & much more. If you want great fresh food & your hankering for a lovely atmosphere?! Then this will be the place.

Best Cheesesteak I’ve ever had!

Rude , and said I never ordered food when I did… lady who was actually making it, just looked at me, never intervened to let me know she had it . I felt stupid standing there while I figured out what was going on.

Jamiah was an excellent employee I encountered while ordering my Philly cheese. Excellent customer service and a very nice created environment.

If your hours of operation say You're supposed to be open you should be open. first time I tried to order was 8:30 on a Wednesday person at the counter said they were closed so I decided to try and on the weekend Saturday 8:41 closed turned away three different customers probably will not be back

Fist time ordering the wings. Ordered half lemon pepper and half bold BBQ. They didn't separate them in the container. The presentation was messy. The lemon pepper was just fried wings with no seasoning. I'm completely disappointed that I stopped here. This was a waste of money. I'll stick with Wing Stop next time.

I enjoy Charley's every time I go. Their chicken cheesesteak sub is delicious and an ice cold lemonade to wash it down is even better!!

Food is very salty the guy actually act like he didn’t understand what the hell I was saying they need to slow down on the salt other than the food was ok.

I wanted to call to make a change to an order I did over Uber eats but the phone number doesn't even work. Why even have it listed?

Wow horrible. Paid almost 17$ for a cheesesteak, small cup of fries and a drink. I got the old school cheesesteak. Not only was there not any "extra meat" they put way way way too much cheese sauce on it. I love extra cheese but this was crazy! I couldn't even taste the steak it was straight cheese! Even after I used a napkin to take some off it was still too much. Very disappointed as I wasn't even going to Walmart I specifically went here for a cheesesteak and what a let down. Was so bad I couldn't finish it. Waste of $17

So I really just wanted a quick bite to eat and didn't really care what it was. I ordered the wings and the lady (Jamiah) was so kind to me. She took the time to go over the flavors and most importantly greeted me with a warm smile. The wings were delicious. Odd to see such a great little store in a Wal-Mart but I am so glad they were there. Thank you so much.

Very busy! We were so excited to come eat there! Asked for no bacon on fries, they gave us bacon. Food was so-so. Service was OK Claw machine didn't work.

When I stop in Charlie's it was very busy at the time and it was their grand opening of that store. There was a lot of people in line but the service was great I ordered the large Philly cheese steak and it was great. I used the $5 off coupon for downloading app on the grand opening and when I got there the general manager was talking to another customer because the cashier was telling that customer they were not accepting the coupons, yet online and being advertised they said there was a $5 coupon and there was. We'll make a long story general manager started talking and went ahead and gave the lady the $5 coupon and told her there was a deadline a couple days away said he would honor the coupon. Well I had the same coupon so I started talking to the general manager and I found that he was very professional very pleasant person and he honored a coupon and they're like I said the food was great and fast service was great even gave me a free soda in $5 off my tap. That's a good manager. Ask me if I go there again yes again and again. They have chicken as well as beef I went around the sitting there talked with other customers and they all said nothing but good and the food look great. I don't have any pictures but there are pictures on site very clean and convenient if you're shopping there they have lunch.

I came here and was treated with care and respect it was my first time I will be back and I will review how good it will be on my other account I love this place better than a McDonald’s 💙 goo Sami your the best

Was not happy with the fact they told me to download the app and I would get $5 off right away if I ordered a sandwich when I got to the register it was a different story they told me I had to spend all the $15 So that was very misleading. Apart from that the sandwich I brought was very fresh and good the display was excellent with a thin pickle open faced like a deli look very good And tasted fresh and awesome I enjoyed it. The staff was friendly and inviting.
