Order for pick up, this place is always busy but its clean, and the owner is kind. The boneless hot honey wings are really good! 🔥

We have been waiting for 30 minutes for a small order and everyone came before us is already picked up their order.The sauce spilled all over the bag I can’t even put them in my car, ask them for a plastic bag like I’m bringing a trouble to them not happy to help and even blame on my fault not holding them properly.

This was the ABSOLUTE WORST Wingstop I’ve ever been to. I ordered a 10 piece wing meal with fries. The sauce tasted like it was spoiled or not cooked right. Some of the wings looked deformed. And the fries were cold and dry.. Also, the lady taking my order, had an accident and would get upset when you didn’t understand her. I would steer clear of this Wingstop

Service was slow even though I ordered online 25 minutes prior. Cashier didn’t seem to be able to handle the lunch rush. No napkins? Roll of commercial restroom paper towels on the counter? Chicken sandwich was good. The fries slowed down everyone’s orders and were limp and not crisp. I thought I would give it a try on national wing day since they give you 5 free wings with any chicken order. Sauce was great. Wings were just ok.

The guy who cooks the food doesn’t wear gloves and handles the cash. Do not eat here, the risk for food poisoning is high and everyone who works there just stands around looking clueless. I had to cancel my order and get a refund.

After I paid $60, the drink machine only works for fruit punch. I'm glad to know after I pay. The last time I ordered the drink machine did not work as well, and they were trying to fix it. Whoever the owner is, why don't you get the drink machine professionally fixed or replaced!? Also, if you're a woman, the spanish guy in the kitchen makes you feel uncomfortable as he stares at you the whole entire time. Creep! I'm never going back to this location. Wings are good, expensive though. What kind of restaurant has wings, and NO NAPKINS? THE PRICE IS HIGH YOU NEED TO CUT IT. OR OFFER SPECIALS

I come to this location all the time and never have any complaints but tonight I encountered 2 GHETTO GIRLS (young sadly) that were in the front, taking orders with attitudes like they’re check come out short every 2 weeks. I love the location but HATE the customer service. Very unprofessional, I wish they would get a different job if they can’t take being in the food industry. Then had the nerve to tell to ask us whether we wanted to dine in or take out and we request dine in (as usual) prior to an hour before they close which should be a problem, but then proceeded to give us the food bagged up and told us that we could eat inside and the lobby was “closed”. 2/10 I hate unpleasant people.

I went in to make my order.And I ordered all All flats and I get all the way home and we are all drumsticks.The young lady that took my order.She was new too but she also was Being pressured by the The lady that worked there didn't when I called and tell her she tells me that I should have checked my bag before I left. I will not be going back there. That is the worst customer service Evan. She worried about hurrying up to get home because it's 1130. But she aint worried about me having the food that I ordered. I will never go there again. Forget wingstop I go to duffy's next time and I know for sure. My food will be correct.

Worst customer service, needed a recipe called all week with no luck came in the store and still was not able to receive my recipe worst place do not recommend.

The food was great but the girl that picked up the phone had an attitude and I’m not with that so not going back.

Tonight Saturday March 9 at 10:33pm I walked out of this wingstop to my truck to wait for a family order of 40 wings, fries, carrots, celery, and ranch excited that I was going to have good wings like the week before when I bought 75 wings in a family pack at this same location. But, what a disappointment, waste of money and time. When we got home we noticed we didn’t get the veggies and to top it off we didn’t understand why the wings had a horrible after taste that we couldn’t figure out. After eating a few I realized that taste was probably of very old burnt oil that tasted fishy. I could not eat them at all because the taste was just horrible and tasted fishy and my husband was extremely mad that I had spent almost $60 on wings we couldn’t eat. To top it off a few of the wings had feathers as shown in the pictures! I literally was plucking them out, I honestly can’t be making this up! I don’t know where management or owner was but you can’t be serious to serve people this and to give orders incomplete. Very disappointing. Also the cashier wasn’t welcoming at all and expected me to just start ordering without her saying a word and just giving me the stare! when I started talking she couldn’t even understand me either way because she seemed to be on the phone with a ear piece just talking to I don’t know who. At some point she had to tell the person she was on call with to wait because she had a costumer in front of her and so she told me to repeat everything I had said again. Everything was just wrong wrong wrong!

I come to this wingstop at least once or twice a month. My order is always over $70 because I have a large family. Usually, the wings are good, but tonight, they had a horrible taste. I can't explain it but they were not good. I called and spoke to the manager, who only said the wings come from different places from time to time, and if I change the wings, they will taste the same because they are from the same distributor. I asked if I could bring back the wings for a refund, and he said there was nothing he could do. There is something I can do and that's never spend my money there again.

Really good wings. Ordered ahead and the went to pick up. Nice staff and quick service. Recommend trying the wings here. We got the original hot, mango habanero and Cajun. All flavors were good.

I experienced unsatisfactory customer service as my order was incomplete upon arrival, requiring me to serve myself. Additionally, I observed that the person at the front selectively acknowledged only Caucasian customers, greeting them and wishing them a nice day, while neglecting Black customers.

The customer service is absolutely terrible! When you call to place an order you’re met with the biggest attitude and for what? 10 wings and some fries? No sir.

First time ordering wingstop takeout from here and second time having wingstop. Food was perfect, ordered 30 wings all divided in diferrent flavors to perfection. Cooked well done. Great experience at northlake location. Thank you guys!

First Wing Stop experience. The food is great. I ordered the boneless wings with Mango Habanero sauce, and it lives up to its place on their heat chart. I would definitely recommend this as a place for a quick dine in or carry out as there are no waitresses, just the guys working the counter and kitchen.

Rude, didn't get any ranch even though we paid for extra and they tried to tell us we were lying lol. As if we would pay extra to get our food delivered just to still go there ourselves for no reason.

Never received order. Was yelled and screamed at by person answering phone. They gave delivery person wrong info and it was my fault. Do not support this location

Last time I was here, they had just opened and the manager was on the phone yelling at the person on the phone and also at the other person working in the store, telling him to get out and having a dramatic tantrum. He never spoke to me and I walked out. I went back today to give them another chance. He was grumpy and when I sat down to eat, there was one tv playing Al-Jazeera news about the “Gaza Genocide”.

Pretty good location. Sometimes it's a miss, but mostly on point.

Shout out to Mr. Mohamed for having great customer service. Even the hard workers in the background were doing their thing making sure everything was clean. The chef and the other gentleman was making sure everything was was taken care of. That was my first time visiting. They all did amazing job continuing the great work.

Wings are good, fries were yummy on initial order. Ordered from here twice and the second time wasn't great at all.. Fries very soggy with very little seasoning and food was more cold than warm.

The staff was really working hard today, kudos to the team. With that being said the wings and thighs I ordered were not good. It's not the staff's fault, I'm just not a fan of their chicken. Maybe I didn't order the right thing but the voodoo fries were pretty good.

Best wings outside of buffalo, a regular Friday night indulgence. Even when on a diet, this is a cheat well worth the calories!!
