I just knew talking to the guy he was about to mess up a #2 light onions. It threw him off completely. #2 is a Philly. Who puts mayo, lettuce and tomato’s on a. Philly?!!!!!?!??!?!?! How?! I asked him like 4 times we had the same convo 4 times. Meat cheese peppers and onions in a Philly. Yes. Light onions. After he asked me if I just wanted it how it comes I said yes. Then he says do you want me to just put everything on it? I said yes I gave up I was talking to buddy for 5 mins I had to be back at work.

Decent food, the bread isn't great

I ordered a Greek salad with gyro meat with extra cheese and I guess they came up with their own version. I paid $13 for five half pieces of gyro meat and cheese was nowhere to be found Not like I can take it back, I live 1 hours North and only stop there when I'm down south.

Very good food and friendly staff. Building is a little old like most other Miami Grills in south Florida.

The lady taking our order was very nice and helpful. The food was very good. Miami Subs has one of the best Philly Cheese Steaks I've ever had. Our desert was great as well. We had Otis Spunkmeyer Chocolate Chip cookies! Yum!!! Thank you for being so kind to out of towners. They asked if we needed the TV turned up or to change the channel. We sat in front of the big screen. We would definitely return to Miami Subs and to this location.

So who gives you ranch dressing with a Greek salad, especially when you specify Greek dressing on the side? Also the feta cheese that they charge extra for was pretty much non-existent, about the amount that fits on my pinky fingernail. Staff was unaware of the meal deals they advertise. Lineups were long and people weren’t directed where to wait. However, the food did taste good.

Miami Subs, now know as Miami Grill is somewhat of a nostalgic place I used to eat as a kid and have always loved their Philly Cheese Steaks and Fries. Definitely a go to if I am in Palmbeach or Miami.

This has to be one of the worst food experiences ever. The floor is so greasy I had to shuffle to the bathroom. The employee helping me was extremely rude, I’m just flabbergasted. The food was decent, but I’ll never go again. If I could give any advice, be careful walking on the floor. I think they use the kitchen mop water to mop the whole restaurant.

I've been here twice in the past couple of weeks. Drive through. The food was good. I was surprised that the worker who took my order at the window did absolutely everything else (except cooked). I went to Miami sub on my lunch break, when we arrived I noticed there was no line and I thought this was a good thing. We ordered our food, after being asked to park and waiting 20 min for our food, which I had to go back in to get, the food was terrible. I ordered my sub with mayo, it didn't have any on it and the sub was dry, I ended throwing most of the bread away, the fries were cold. My daughter ordered the wing platter that tasted like old grease and seemed over cooked. My overall experience here left me saying.... never again. Please as a business this restaurant has to do better.

Ordered online at 7:05 pm for a 7:25 pickup time, arrived at 7:35 to give them a little extra time and was asked if I wanted to wait for the "rice" ?? I said I'll wait. 20 mins later still no order and I asked how much longer. Mnger said to me " you said you would wait" I had to down grade my order and still took another 8 min to get. Walked out at 7:55 , once I got home found out the cook didn't read special instructions. Very disappointing meal on a Friday night. We're NEVER going back..

This chain is amazing and we used to have them in Orlando. Fast food Greek food was soooo good. The pita and tomato's were perfect. Greek salad so fresh, and staff really good people. I'd say it even rivaled some of the food I had in Tarpon Springs with people from Greece. They need to take over FL and be everywhere again. I hope they are franchising in Orlando very soon cuz they would do amazing. Also very affordable too.
