They give you the wrong order and then they tell you that I have to keep it because my order no longer appears in the system...that is, I have to accept something that was not what I asked for...professionalism 0 Desire to work 0 Customer service 0

Excellent visit and everything was hot and fresh

It was late night order, food was nothing to rave about all .. You will encounter a couple of drunk or high homeless guys sitting at the tables with their crack, heroin or fentanyl, beggars asking each customer for money to pay for their next fixx .. The smell of weed permeated the air from individuals passing through the drive thru and from customers standing in line to get their food - located in a rough part in one of Miami's ghettos off of i-95 ..

I ordered a spicy chicken combo asked for it fresh with light mayo a light lettuce when I arrived home the chicken was re didn’t a flat. Like it been there all day very unsatisfying

My order arrived completely incomplete and was not what I had ordered.

Im impressed! Theyre accurate with your food,they were quick. Very social,actually they are the fastest ive seen lately. Fresh triple hamburguer, soda excellent sparkly! Parking lot not too many trees, its just a concrete dessert. All the crew. They were cooperating with each other! Excellent!!💝💝💝

Waited 35+ minutes in DRIVE THROUGH for fast food. Terrible service. No communication. Nothing. Don’t come here, go somewhere else. Anywhere else would be better.

Worst customer service ever every time I go there I'm being mistreated by the employees, the always have attitude and are rude with the customer with no reason. I go to different locations but almost all are the same. I'm from Miami and the one located at 8080 NW 7th AVE with store #5467 is the worst. They neveeeer do the orders right, they never pack anything extra like ketchup or any sauce that your combo includes, not even the straws or forks. All the time you order online just to avoid speaking with the employees because they mistreat you they ask for your name at the window and give you the order sealed of course because they think is for uber or doordash and when you open your own order to verify and find something wrong and tell them they start screaming at you because you open the order thinking is a doordash or uber eat order... like they dot have a system that tells them or they don't want to do the job right and is like all the timeeee and you have to bear the whole situation all the time. Yesterday I ordered like I normally do so I went to the window to pick up my personal order and the woman ask for my name I told her my name and then she went to prepare the drink and when she come back she ask me for my recipt for the name and I went in to my order in the app and show her the receipt and try to explain that my recipt do not have a name and she started screaming at me because supposedly I jump on to her from my car at the driver sit when I was trying to show her the receipt because the window on the drive thru is on the passengers at that point she started to insult me and I was like can you give me my order because there is the order # that confirms that is me and im not making names at random to steal food like she make me feel then, she slam the door at my face because she is not gonna give me my food because they at checkers don't deal with order # and without a name she is not gonna give me anything and I already pay for that. Is her job to solve the situation if my order doesn't have a name at least hear what the client have to say don't slam the door and say that you are not gonna give the clients food. I would like to receive a call from you because that person can't stay there treating people like that that happend around 10:33pm on 06/13/24 at 8080 NW 7th AVE with store #5467. She cursed and was rude at me with no reason and to grab my food I had to step out of my car and try to reason with her because even with my order # she denied to give my food at the end she give it to me cursing and telling me to get the f out. I ask for her name and she refuses telling me get your f food and get out. I guess they hate their job or they weren't having a great day or any other reason but that not the way to treat anyone anywhere at the end we both end up cursingbut who wouldn't she was rude to me for no reason. An employee like that, is clear don't want to work there and hate their job because she didn't want to solve the situation because if you dont have step one you proceed to step 2 in other words do her job like is supposed to do why to keep it if is doing harm to your company. I hope you do something about it and put more effort on hiring personnel and a good manager that at least give a good customer service and don't approve that work environment.

I can never come here n they get my order right i asked the lady why my order was so much she said they charge 69cents for cheese on each sandwich when I get my sandwiches no cheese fries were over cooked the only good thing came out of here was my shake they need to get it together 😡😡😡😡😡

Hello and welcome to my family’s review for Checkers. First, when we pulled up, we second guessed staying, unsure if the areas was safe. We took our chances. It took a while to order, not because of the wait, but because the guy taking our order mumbled and wasn’t very responsive. Had to repeat myself several times and correct his responses to what was being ordered. I ordered the two doubles for however much it was and was charged and given two orders of the two doubles. Had to ask for our drinks a couple times as well as we were told that we were already given the drinks even though we weren’t. We finally got everything, but the food was not great. The workers are terrible, do not waste your time at Checkers. When we were done ordering, we said thank you, and they just stared with no response. When we got the chicken tenders they were rock hard and our kids didn’t finish them. After reading the reviews, I realize we should have read the reviews before stopping here and we would have passed up on this experience. From our 7 year old: Now this is A story all about checkers. So got chicken tenders they tast like a Rock I didn’t Even have to eat chicken tenders. I could just eat a rock. 0 start rating.

If you are Latino and do not know the English language, they treat you poorly. The lady who is working right now on March 22, 2024 at twelve o'clock does not have the empathy to work with the public.

Technology takes over and ruins everything you can't get the order right talking to the machine order automatically equals 30 dollars .....then get to the window and charge for sauces that should come with the meal already.

Stopped for lunch. The lady at the register was rude, not friendly, and on top of all I did not get any ketchup for my fries.

We came in the morning before they opened. We did not know it was still closed. The guy in the drive through said: " do you know what time it is?" I was shocked to hear someone being so rude! All he could say was that they were still closed. He then continued with: "you got a phone? Data, wifi ... look it up!" I have never experienced such rude behavior from someone! Hope the manager sees this!

Staff are very rude at night 1 clock not giving proper answer . We asked for 8 burgers they said we only have 5 , I don’t know how they will run with 5 burgers upto 5 AM

The lady at the counter is very very rude she is not at all listening what we are telling one of the worst checked branch I have went , I have faced this issue at midnight 2:00 clock .

I wish there were a way to give 0 stars. I have been coming here since a child and the service I got tonight was horrifying! For one they didn’t even let me finish placing my order or even greeting me without the person on the intercom saying loudly “WE DO NOT SERVE SMALL MEALS AFTER 10pm. EVERYTHING MUST ME LARGE!” I was first startled by the interruption. Then I was distraught because I was ordering for my nephew only that didn’t even have enough for a LARGE FRY and neither did I. I asked many times can I be charged for a small fry and they can just put it in the bag but then I got ignored. My family and I LOOVVVEEE Checkers! But I doubt if I would ever go back again after tonight. This Checkers was on 8080 NW 7th Ave, Miami, FL 33150. If you really are looking for a Checkers DO NOT GO HERE! Or go to McDonalds down the street.

I saw a roach fall into the french fry greese! This is the worst checkers or restaurant in the whole city! The service is awful if you are a Black Man. The Black Women there ALL have attitude problems while taking your order and will ALWAYS get it wrong... Asking for the manager is even WORST because she trains them to be that way. I requested a refund because she got my simple order wrong and got belittled and cursed out by the cashier. I told the manager but she was MORE ignorant than the cashier! Save yourself the frustration and don't go there!

Very slow unapologetically slow

The food was okay, but the person who took my order looked at me as if she did not want to take it. She did not say hello or ask how she could help, and she did not even crack a smile. Additionally, the area outside the restaurant did not look safe at all. Overall, I would not recommend this place.

This is the worst Checkers I’ve been. Staff looks and treats you like they don’t want to work. They are always with a bad attitude. This place needs better management.

The cashiers attitude was horrible no greeting or anything just answers the intercom "what do you want". Gave me the wrong order I ordered 2 burgers and got fish how and there was something floating in my drink. I read the reviews for this place afterwards and I agree with the bad reviews.

Just returned to location and the sandwich maker came to the window and Iook at me and say yeah that's him! Me not thinking bout reviews Ive given in past! But I got nasty attitude from cashier telling me the sandwich was cold from cold lettuce and that makes no sense! Never had that problem before! Fries were also cold! I tried again but you failed again! I will not eat this mess ever again

Went there late night and they only a limited selection only checker burgers and they were cold like the meat was just sitting there and you put on a bun add lettuce, tomato and what ever else they put on it...COLD BURGERS.

They only got 2 people working and they only worry about drive thru

I saw the worker re-fry French fries that were already cooked. I asked him did he really just do that and he said yes all checkers do that! Terrible and the customer service is even worse

Food was horrible. It didn't have that checkers taste that everyone loves and craves. I was highly disappointed. I love checkers and was expecting to enjoy my break. The fries were old and over cooked. The burger was Sloppy and messy and taste horrible. I couldn't finish it because it taste poorly and was made poorly. The pop corn chicken nuggets were also old or over cooked and dried out. I will not be returning no time soon.

Food took way too long last night

Uber driver here again. Waiting for the better part of 10 mins for an order. I ask if I could use one of the 2 “outside” restrooms…. Told it’s for employees only… 2 bathrooms and one can’t even be for customers/workers? Gotta love when women have clearly never ever once suffered a UTI and can’t appreciate the urgency sometimes. Men are dumb about that I don’t expect them to understand, but as a woman… I’m glad they’ve never had to deal with it. Uber drivers are told that if a restroom is available to the public then we have every right to use it. Checkers is by far the worst for Uber drivers and sometimes I like to think I can give the benefit of the doubt but I’m always proved to be right about this place.

We got an uncooked burger and brought it back to get them remade and the manger on duty came to the window didn’t say anything to us directly and issues a refund and no receipt or food and shut the window and said she was going to call them cops if we didn’t move. No time to clear the confusion and the burgers were both poorly made. I asked for the managers name she refused to let them open the window as well as started recording like she was in the right. Drove over 30mins to come to this checkers for 4 sandwiches and two were made poorly and was uncooked meat and one. She gave me no receipt as well and basically sat like a child hold up the line for her other customers all to not give me my food just handed me my money back with no apology for the food or anything.

Went to the drive thru around midnight and ordered 3 spicy chicken sandwiches. When we got home only 1 was spicy chicken and the other 2 were some sort of regular hamburgers. The one spicy chicken was excellent but the 2 burgers were way below average. We didn't feel like driving all the way back. I don't know, I think it seems harder to screw that one up than to get it right.

Travajo en el hotel de enfrente y sienpre q no llevo mi lonch compro hai pero hoy si se pasaron tienen muy mala atención alas personas latinas nos discriminan y se burlan de nosotros talves solo por no saber el inglés correctamente revisen las cámaras hay se va a ver claramente q se estaban burlando de y mi y una Conpañera de travajo nos insultaron y nos sacaron el dedo solo por que preguntamos x un descuento no hicimos nada simplemente preguntamos de verda ojalá q cambien ese personal no llamamos ala policía para no hacer más grande el problema pero nos humillaron y nos insultaron

That was the worst experience i ever had in my life Im glad i didn't go thru the drive in. I walked up to the window and they took my order and i told them i wanted a two for four spicy chicken sandwiches and when they gave them to me it was cold. I didn't like that i wanted my money back but i was sooooooo mad i just left i will never go there agaon

This is honestly the worst checkers I have been to. I waited over 30 minutes for my food (3 burgers & a fry) & when I did receive it, my order was completely wrong. I was charged the wrong amount & after asking for my food to be fresh/well done it was cold. I had extra topping I did not ask for and overall I am highly upset. I can understand if a mistake happens once, but I have a problem EVERY TIME I come to this checkers. I could also understand if there are a lot of orders but I was the only car in line at the time, I do not understand. If possible go to a different checkers ! I do not recommend Sincerely, A very upset customer
