Had the 2 piece special with the hot pepper and sauce from here I went to about 3 other church's this store in particular was the only store to have the sauce I never knew they had it. To add it was about 7pm at night and the chicken 🍗 was fresh an very flavorful it shock 😲 me

My experience was great the food cook fresh my biscuit was soft my fries was crispy overall it was wonderful and I enjoyed every bit of it

Absolutely disgusting service and people. The food was old and cold and when I asked to change the food out even though I had just left the location and came back they claimed that I already ate the food and that I couldn’t get new food and the crew proceeded to laugh in my face when I got mad because I wouldn’t feed my child the disgusting food they served me , the manager was being scary and wouldn’t even come talk to me face to face and sent a crew member to talk for them. Please don’t come to this location the Popeyes down the road is better than this chophouse.

The chicken was cooked extremely hard the biscuits was hard like rocks the fried okra was steal the food was no good epic fail truly a waste of money.

Churches Chicken I am very disappointed ☹️ with my meal… I haven’t ate church in a long time and I had a taste for it… now I wish I would have burnt rubber past yall restaurant… look at my Mac& cheese burnt and disgusting looking… then I bit into the biscuit twice to make sure my taste bugs wasn’t playing… the biscuit was half done ✔️… only thing was good was the chicken and hot pepper.. I don’t understand what is going on with these restaurants… I see now it’s just best to cook at home

A group of us came to Miami for a training. We came here for our lunch hour because we don’t have a Church’s Chicken back home. The cashier was rude and it was a ridiculously long wait just to get our drinks and food. Some of the chicken and fries tasted old or like they’ve been sitting out for a while. Seemed like we were a bother and they were annoyed that they actually had to do their job. If I owned this establishment, I’d fire them all and start with a brand new team.

Pathetic service. Gave incomplete order. I know it's a bad area but no excuse for horrible service.

These have to be the rudest people I have ever encountered. If they don't like working here, quit and find something else to do. Preferably where you don't work with people. Horrible. Never again.

I tried to buy the special and the I knowledgeable lady taking the order said they don’t have any specials so I ask for just one breast she say I can not buy a one piece WTH just close this place anyone thanks Popeyes was just up the street I got what I want and trust me I’ll never stop at that Church’s again 🤦‍♂️

Didn't know Church's added Texas to their name brand. The drive thru lane was super long but the walk-up window only had 3 people. It appeared that the cashier was very friendly, quick, and willing to serve up the food with a quickness; all that definitely described the cashier. This was an all male staff tonight but they were keeping the lines moving. I was able to get in and out before the last person I would have been behind in the drive thru line. The chicken came out the fryer while I was waiting. The cashier allowed me to select my pieces. Overall I would definitely be a repeat customer in this location.

Order my food on door dash and my dasher has been waiting over and hour for a 3 piece tender. I’m still currently waiting this is unacceptable.they never answer the phone it’s always off the hook. Workers are rude for no reason

I was pleased to see that the chicken was bigger then the bread. Also the chicken wasn't just covered in breadcrumbs!! Service was quick!! Clean parking lot. Don't eat and drive you won't want to stop eating after the first bite

Went there at 9:30 and then 9:15pm next day… both times closed. They ended up telling me that they close at 9pm, not 10pm. Classic.

Food was hot fresh 😋 But they had one person working and it Was also line no one helped 😕 the cashier, What happened to the pitt person during Rush . The other people was standing talking . No team work. They care more about talking to each other then 🙄 the customer 😒

I’m not sure if this location was going through something or just felt it was okay to sell old food to people who’s paying their hard earn money for a nice meal, bt they definitely need an inspection. Because if I didn’t drive such a distance I’d take all of it back! I don’t understand how it’s after 5pm and there is No fresh chicken, no gravy on the mash potatoes, the fries where chewy, now I see why the food was handed to me in literally a minute None of the food was as hot as the other locations make it, which makes sense because NONE OF IT WAS FRESH! None of it, I’ve never had that before where the whole meal was old to the point of anger because who does ish like that. The only acceptable tasting items where the apple pies. I’m giving this location a 2-star for just having the items.. but they need a serious performance review. These are the very things that causes lost in business sales.

Over 30 minutes when there's only one car in front of me and a full staff is beyond ridiculous and then my nephew chicken tenders was old as heck. That's beyond crazy .

Amazing! Is a take out only location but is worth it. The neighborhood is not charming but the quality of the food makes me avoid that thought. My husband and I tried the best corn we have ever eaten. Everything was fresh, well done and delicious. From we can see the place was clean and neat. The whole crew (4) was working fast and efficiently, there were 5 people in front of us but it took less than 10 minutes to get our food ready. When ever you have the chance to get there, please, do it. You'll be satisfied.

Macaroni and cheese was a week old mashed potatoes was wet and soggy. Chicken was undercooked. I'll go back just to get the same food and get sick again and sue this place. Bunch of deadbeats working there. You are making your order and the black chick on the window talking to an older black lady seems to be her auntie. What the hell is going on when you can get a decent meal now days. Guess I'll try Kentucky fried chicken. They always come thru. I will report the undercooked chicken to fda why is this place even open and still running. I will dig deep in making sure these hoodlums don't work there and this place needs to serve quality an edible food.. .

This place is the rudest of the rude food service business we have ever been to. Not sure how they can remain in business with a staff that does not understand that the customers are the reason they have a job here. Church’s Management team, try going here to buy food for yourselves and you will understand real fast.

Nothing fancy was done...the cashier did her job and I was gone. I bought the chicken for an elderly relative she didn't complain about the food so I'm guessing it was good

Visiting from Alabama. The chicken was edible, but not the best. When they opened the pickup window you could smell the old cooking oil. If I hadn't had two hungry children to feed I probably wouldn't have bought it, but, that's what they wanted.

It was a terrible experience we where in the drive Thu from 4:25 to 5:12 placed the order but had to leave only 3 cars in front of us. Had to go somewhere else. Will never go back there .

Well I was told my order 5 pcs would take 15 minutes chicken was cooking, it took 25 minutes then they had made a 7 pcs meal, what a screw up no one ordered a 7 pcs.

I haven't had it in a long time and it was was so good. I'm going to have to have it a few more times before I leave so good.
