Horrendous service, and they're very rude. I went to go ask for my drink and instead i got attitude instead, overall would not recommend coming here, terrible service and terrible employees

The worst McDonald in Miami! Can never get my order correct! Never sends sauce even when you requested. Have been trying to get in touch with a manager for 1 month and they are not calling back! Reporting this location to corporate specifically for the late night crew and manager on duty.

One thing Let ‘em know not to put too much Ice in your coffee ☕️ got a half mile away two draws on the straw and it was gone 😬

Running late for work. Stopped to order coffee, pastry, and fries. How the hell they give me everything COLD!!. Can't wait to give all the items back it will be late for work. $8. For food I can't eat . If you order make sure you gave time to check your food.

When I got to the first window the employee did not say a word throughout the whole transaction and when I went to the second window the other employee didn’t say a word. Poor customer service

I love this McDonald's. It moves fast, gets in, and gets out. Even while in the drive thru, I see the team work. Through the window. I recommend it if you want fast, great tasting food here.

I only come here for McChickens so I cannot speak on the rest of the food. But, today I asked for cheese to by added and it cost $0.79. That's totally unacceptable! For that reason they lost points with me. Came back again today and ordered 2 cheese burgers with mayo, extra pickles, and extra onions. One cheese burger had extra pickles, but the other didn't. None had extra onions. Mayo was added, but I had to add more. I also ordered a mc chicken with extra mayo and extra pickles. There was no extra mayo or extra pickles. My experience here today was 50/50.

I really like McDonald's but what I hate is when the prices advertised don't match what the prices are in a particular store. Yes. I know the difference between McCopCo vs Owner Op. If the app says $5.99 for a breakfast sandwich combo, how is it an upcharge if you use the code in store?

Service is horrible. While on the drive through a car cut us off and the lady in the car spent at least 8 minutes talking with the workers just catching up. On top of that, no fast delivery at all afterwards either.

Sad experience for when I was a kid. They switched everything to computer operating in the order still come out wrong the food is expensive don't ever go through the drive-thru to get it you'll get the wrong order get home and find out that the food's not in the bag have to spending 30 or $40 to feed your kids and it's hard not to have some kind of a bad reaction to the whole thing which takes away from the whole experience of McDonald's 🤬 you Ronald. 😈

The best McDonald's I've ever ordered and literally enjoyed the food. Clean, very clean and they remodeled. The cashier was really professional and mannerable. The Manger must be doing a good job. Hope this is the McDonald's on 79 Street and 27 Avenue. 5 stars 🌟 🤩

Staff is very polite. I visit this mcdonalds often as is close by to my place of work. I place my orders through the mobile app, and within 5 minutes, it is ready even when the drive thru lane is full. My I say it is also very clean.

This location is getting more and more sketch. Tonight, how the hell do you not have bacon for one? Or “run out”. Seems like any time I go here they either “run out” of a popular item. Or they only take cash. Food is eh. Seems like it’s been sitting for awhile. I don’t know who is in charge of viewing the reviews, but you need to get this store together or something. Imagine going to a billion dollar company and they don’t have a handful of menu items or their “computers” for taking credit cards is always down.

Manager told me I fake $100 bill. I had gotten it earlier from bank transaction. It was hot for me and my kids while waiting In drive thru and the cashier went to get change. She brought manager back and when I told her it's not fake. It's got and my girls and I were thirsty. She didn't even offer water and only kept saying it's fake, it's fake. Horrible feeling not being able to feed your girls or to quench their thirst. Horrible and uncaring manager.

One of my oldest friends be at this spot. That makes this place a very special place to me. He down on his luck. If you see him, don't look down on him. No One is perfect. I do my best to be there for him. Life is hard. If he doesn't deserve better no one does! I am not posting pictures of him because this is not a pity post. This is me showing him the utmost respect and admiration. I remember one day seeing him years ago having a conversation with him changed the trajectory of my life. That made me who I am today. If you see him tell him I say was up. He knows me as "Garrick" tell him I say what's up. Good people have bad times too. Lets do better by uplifting the ones who have it the worst. Went to this McDonald’s at 11 PM on a Thursday night, we went to the drive thru and waited 3 minutes for someone to answer back to our hello. When I tell you a toaster could do better job at greeting someone, believe me. Not only would the toaster inform us on what is available on the menu or not, but it would actually make some noise rather than just go quiet and stop responding. McDonald’s please hire a toaster instead, thank you.

At the McDonald's on 27th Avenue and 80th Street I feel that they need better supervisors we went there on a Friday night and order food and the manager was very rude and disrespectful to us we received our order and and I ordered we didn't receive what we ordered so we asked that they give us the proper order the french fries was cold and tasted old so we gave it back to them and the manager walked for one window to the other with the same cold fries that gave it right back to us and when we said something to her about it she addressed it us with lady in a high tone of voice you don't know what are you talking about I just dropped these fries and gave them to you if she just dropped the fries the fries should be super hot to where you could barely touch it McDonald's has the best fries when they're fresh when you receive your fries it's hard to touch is hard to eat because it's too hot I really don't agree with the supervisor at that store so I recommend that you all get better supervisors better service thank you

Food always good here when I'm getting it. No complaints except for waiting time. Which you could always call ahead, and pay ahead. I'm old-fashioned I like to go inside. Bathrooms work. Sometimes I guess it's just our people like to serve, but some of us get on their nerves. I g? Always good service just a little slower than I would like it to be. The people here say thank you ....and they greet you as well.. the young people they have their are polite and respectable, at least to me. I mean when I eat there. Parking is always available all the way around the property. It is safe to go at all times, well lit at night. Handicap entrance on the left and the right entrances. This place is pretty clean, at least when I eat, or walk in. Love McDonald's, are you kidding? This location they seem to want to get the order correct, and then get you out as fast as possible.

Horrible amateur early morning shift workers. Early morning shift here is a joke. The employees are not doing their job. Around Saturday, November 5, 2022 at 5:30 AM. They are not preparing orders, they are simply saying oh I have a bunch of orders and I’m not sure when your order will be prepared. They are wasting peoples time and might as well just close down and not even open if you’re not going to prepare peoples food or give them an estimated time of when their food will be done. There shouldn’t even really be an estimated time because I’ve been to way busier McDonald’s and my food was done in a normal length of time. Just a bunch of immature kids work there. I guess they’re hired to receive money for free because they definitely don’t do their job.

I came here and ordered food at the drive-through when I got my food it wasn’t what I was expecting I spoke to the lady that worked there and she gave me a hustle and fossil about my order as I was leaving and about to give a bad review the manager Mrs. Tonya Harvin asked me what was the problem and she says that if I order something I was supposed to get it this is the way you should treat a customer Ms. Tonya has 100% A+ customer service she shouldn’t be a manager she should be upper and higher than a manager because let me tell you I was about to leave angry and mad and she made my day better and happier Miss Tonya is the kind of person that will bring your business up 100 and pick it up from the floor instead of bringing it down once again thank you Tonya and thank you for your wonderful customer service💯

My mom waited for three combo meals for an hour! And they were cold when she received them! And to add insult to injury, they gave her a smaller cup for her drink! Very unprofessional! Would give 0 stars if I could! Never going here again!
