The attention is bad, the Manager is there for pleasure, they think that someone is going to ask them for it 😏If you ask them for some sauce they give it to you in a bad way as if there was no right to ask for any sauce ☹️👎

I ordered a tropichop, while I was waiting for my food I seen one of the employees put a raw chicken to cook with his bare hands no gloves was used. This place is very unsanitary and I won’t be eating here again!

Terrible experience with Uber delivery, they rob you and I have all the receipts, never order food through Uber, they are criminals, in fact I'm going to call my lawyers, the manager is a super good person, but I don't recommend delivery

It's a good place, I've never had any problems, but today I ordered the takeaway, I checked it and there was one flan missing. I told the lady that she had given me the order and she told me there were only 2. I told her, "No, it's three," she told me, "I'll look at the receipt." I said ok when he checked it he didn't say anything and with a bad attitude he gave me the one that was missing. The truth is, I only checked what came on top of the chicken boxes because it was two chickens that had been ordered, but surprise when I get home and I'm going to repeat the meal, I open the chickens and find that in one of the boxes it only came a lunch for one person, a piece of chicken, rice and beans and a bread and I had ordered two complete chickens as I saw the complete companions, the truth is I never thought that they would not deliver the complete order to me. I couldn't return to the site because of the time the traffic didn't stop me. I left and called 4 times and the truth is they didn't answer the phone. It is very bad taste that they do not deliver the order in full because one pays in full.

My food was cold. I ordered the quesadilla wrap, and my soda was not soda it tasted like the end of the machine ran out, and I got the end of it. Had my babies in the car so I didn't go inside to change, and the line was long and slow. Fries also was old and cold. But my kids' food was good so I went to bed with a horrible meal and no drink.

This location is borderline average. The portion sizes are average. The chicken is rarely fresh. The salads are scrumptious but they never give you enough lettuce. And you have to beg for a receipt. They won't give you one sometimes and that'll prevent you from being able to scan it for points. And if they have to print one out by request, it will not have the barcode on it. Parking is good but the restaurant is usually dirty with at least one homeless person inside.

It’s crazy to think that you order online to skip the wait but it’s the opposite. I ordered online and went to the store way before my pick up time which was 8:56 PM I let young man (Jyden) know I’m here for pick-up and all he does is nodes with a smile- as I wait for about five minutes or so he calls me up shifting his head up like if I’m his homie or something asking my name I said Tina he goes ahead and print out a receipt which he puts down on the counter and doesn’t tell anyone whatever time goes by we’re waiting see the whole lobby got empty and we hear an employee say “ no hay steak “ so my fiancé and I looking at each other like there can’t be no way weve ordered online and got here before pick up time, as we’re waiting you see “Jyden” just shifting up his heads at customer and again he doesn’t acknowledge ANYONE what so ever. I asked him what’s going on with my food I’ve been waiting for about 20 mins he apologizes with a smirk on his face I asked for a supervisor (indira) he goes gets one in less then a minute once she comes and talk to me he wants to act like he’s doing something and say my food it’s there which it was with only white rice and corn telling me there’s no steak. I decide to wait and Jyden decides to go back forward on how he apologizes that it’s a long wait with no care in the world. Anyways thanks to indira for prepping my order.

I ordered 3 Kids Boneless Chicken Platers and received 3 I don't know what to call it. Liset, who worked the drive thru, completely messed up my order. No one answers the phone. Like, even if I did say I wanted that, isn't it your job to inform the customer of the better option? But never be surprised to be treated differently in Miami, by anyone,but especially Hispanics. Just makes you wonder what else crazy happens that I don't see. And charge me $28.42.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬 And of course I didn't get any napkins!

You wait 1 hour for food, employees give you a bad attitude for no reason because you just pay for food in a fast food place and you are standing there for a hour. I wish I could put a picture of my ticket and the time I got out. When we complained one employee told us if we thought we were in Cuba or if we just arrived. Bad costumer service and on top of that discrimination

We got to this place at 9:05 pm and got out at around 9:58 pm. We had to ask for a refund because the food wasn't planning to be ready. When the other costumers started to complain the food server gave everyone an attitude like she was the one waiting for food for an hour. This is not a restaurant that you sit people and make complicated dishes. When we complained the cleaning lady started to say that we needed to go back to Cuba. Not only you make people wait an hour for food in a fast food place but you got employees with an attitude and employees that discriminate costumers

Horrible horrible service. I placed an online order for pick up. When I went to pick it up it was busy, so I waited 10 minutes before I tried asking for my food. The lady I asked was so rude she didn't even let me tell her my name. 20 minutes later I asked again and she finally got my name and started making the order. And they gave us the wrong sauces on purpose because they said they were out of all the other sauces. They are open until 12 and ran out of sauce's at 8. How?

In the middle of a relatively acidic neighborhood with plenty of acidic individuals, people like Lissette and the store manager make for a refreshing human difference at this Pollo Tropical. Astrid makes it for a last, amenable and professional impression at the drive-thru.They are truly customer-satisfaction driven. They convey how welcome you are whether at the store or the drive-thru and go out on a limb so you leave with a good experience.

Just went to pick up a bite to eat around 12pm. My fault for not checking my food. When I arrived home I went ahead set my place to sit down to eat. To my surprise the beans and were good but the chicken was old. It tasted as though this was chicken left over from the day before. It was so dr- I mean no juice at all and it wasn't even hot. Hell it's 12pm ( lunch time), please tell me why the food wasn't hot? They lost a customer..this is ridiculous!

My mother last week called their attention to the manager because she saw three employers licking their hands they serve the beans and if they get their fingers dirty they end up sucking them. Today it's been 2 weeks I went over to get food because I'm tired of burgers and I caught the guy that's grilling with no gloves and he was sucking on his fingers while he was flipping chicken and thank God another customer noticed at the same time they had to refund back 10 people money because everybody went haywire . They have a lot of people that is obviously they lick their fingers at home or in their country they used to that and they find that normal but not here this is America and this shall not be permitted

This was my very first time eating in a Pollo Tropical Restaurant and it was so delightful. The establishment was very clean and it wasn't crowded either. My two spiritual daughters had to pick me up from a doctor appt and bcuz I hadn't eaten anything all day, we stopped at.this place. They give you so much food and the food was excellent-- not seasoned too heavy and cooked to perfection. We sat and ate there, we were not rushed at all. The experience was great and I plan on going back in the very near future.

Pollo tropical is one of my absolute favorite restaurants,,,,,but Not this one! I'll make sure not to return. Was actually afraid for my safety! The lobby was total chaos, waited over 40 minutes. Zero concern for customers. Homelessness is a problem and I do feel for them but we were approached 3 different times while Inside the restaurant by different groups of homeless people. This place is Off my list.

The girl in the drive thru line on 12/12/22 at about 8:30 pm made me wait 5 minutes because she was having a personal conversation with a random parked car at the entry of the drive thru. Then, they mess up my tropi chop by not adding tomatoes, onions and adding white rice instead of brown. I asked for a large yuka bites and received about 8 yuka bites with a hair inside the cilantro sauce as soon as I removed the lid. Very sad a company of generations has come to this very low quality service.

Drive-thru line is always wrapped around the building or in the street.

Chicken is always dry, burnt or half raw . Dining area as well as the food area is always dirty. Also they are always over crowded backed up and the cashiers always over charge you.

This is the ""worst"" pollo tropical, very poor customer service. The manager never apologized and acted like we were the guilty of a meal they did wrong. We ordered a Cuban sandwich and we got ham and cheese sandwich (lol) and instead of pork they gave us those little fries that they put inside of sandwich. It's not the first time this happens to me, so please IF YOU ARE THINKING TO GO TO THIS PLACE PLEASEEE TURN AROUND! There are WENDYS, MCDONALS, BURGER KING, any place is better than this.

Food is overall good. Service is good as well. Lunch hour is usually super busy, I suggest you place a mobile order during those hours to save a little time. Plenty of room to dine in.
