I ordered snapper w/ shrimp & fries ! Why they serving customers this old fish! Taste like cardboard if i knew what that taste like! Never again!

A filthy place, they treat you as if you were an inferior being. Without a doubt, I would dare to say that I have been a victim of racism because of the person who works there. I don't know why they don't teach him good manners and especially how it is possible that they have such poor hygiene in a place where food is made. They should close, clean and look for trained personnel to work with Latino and foreign clients. In the end, no one will read this comment, but I wish some inspection would come to the surprise place so that they can see that it is not suitable for producing and selling food. Learn to be empathetic, this is Miami where countless migrants live and we all deserve respect. 1 star because you can't put less

Order from door dash Order shrimp and conch dinner Where's shrimp? Ordered side order of shrimp 10 pieces. Got none Reason i ordered from snappers was so my mom could have fried shrimp tonight. Phone disconnected Door dash no help. Orka was good but dang y'all 85$ worth of food to short change me my food. Not cool

Great service I’ve been eating at this snappers a few months I meet a cashier/cook name keshia she is wonderful, very nice helpful need more people like her I only like the way she cook my food. Everything is always perfect hot fresh. She’s very nice great customer service skills. Many customers like her as a person and say she’s the only reason they’ll keep coming. She very clean repeatedly wash her hands and change gloves. Yayyyyyyy ms.keshia keep up the great work.

Ordered with Doordash, food was all under cooked, fries, wings, snappper, under seasoned, no lemon pepper, no bread, no tartar sauce. They just rushed the whole process. Never Again from this location.

Chicago style fish and wings. The only place that I have found that has Chicago style fried fish in the area so far. Service is a little better than okay; the menu is of the typical variety of selections. Order a side of hush puppies - you won't regret it. When I've been here, it appears that most of their business is delivery. I would like to see a drive-thru for orders from online.

Not sure how long this has been open, but it looks like a minority seafood restaurant... Mostly fried. Didnt ask for grilled option due to the menu. They sell grouper, so had to go there. But they seem to sell alot if snapper fillet and shrimp combos. They also sell fried wings. The tea was heavily sweet. They also have family sized combo options. There is also some baked dessert type goods.
