First timer, aThe food was good.

Went through the drive thru to order. I was asked to pull around to the front to wait on the order. The order came out in about ten minutes. The food was freshly cooked/hot, the order was correct including correct requested condiments and utensils. The food was very good.

The service and food was excellent.

My friend and her son were on our way to a second church service after leaving our church and we were hungry so it was suggested that we pick up something from Snappers since it was right on our way. I was treated to a Catfish dinner with French fries and Cole slaw and it was delicious. I didn't get to eat it all bcuz we were sitting in the parking lot of the Church we were visiting, I ate more after I got back home and relaxed a bit. Id never eaten from a Snapper's before but I was pleasantly surprised and I will eat from there again maybe try something different. We went thru the drive-thru and it was quick, no long lines at that time and we didn't have to wait long before we received our order. It's different and well worth the money.

I had a bad experience I order a hole tilapia and when I was about to eat it the tilapia was frozen from the inside I took a video of it but won’t let me post it in here don’t recommend that place to anyone

Horrible customer service. Worst Snappers I’ve been to and I will not be returning.

It was my first time at Snappers.

Price reasonable girl at window very nice but after tasting the fries, shrimp and chicken wings I ordered was very salty from access lemon pepper they even put lemon pepper on my fries as if they were coating them in flour and I knew they had fried my food in old oil, the oil was not fresh at all it was on a Wednesday...I said well maybe they only change their oil once a week maybe only on Fridays but I will not go back to that Snappers

The food quality has gone down quite a bit.

Had the fish shrimp dinner. The snapper was very very old, the meat was brown, fresh fish never brown, advertised fresh fish, not so, bad no type of seasoning except the powder lemon pepper, no good. The shrimp were friend to hard. Will not go to this place anymore.

Food caused me to have heart palpitations. Something about the taste of the fish batter was not lining up.

Cashier wasn't professional she forgot part of my order I had to go home and come back with my order that wasting my time and gas and I was very unhappy

No stars worthy I had to put 1 to able to comment but they got bad attitude and gave me old dried wings that were refried from another day not fresh at all even tho you have to wait a whole hour to give you the food I had to give it to my dog all they do is horse around playing immature workers y'all trying to get a law suit for food poisoning or something get your stuff together man “damm “!!!!!🤢fire them nasty attitude cashiers !!!!! .

There was a lady in there trying to buy some food or whatever but the lady behind the counter and she could have been more respectful to the lady but and is no fishing hooks on Tamarind in Palm Beach legs but the food was okay it was okay it was in Miami that's where my husband is so y'all okay with me I guess

I've been to Snappers so many times but at different locations, this location was actually rude and didn't seem to want to help me as a customer. I came into the restaurant to pick up an online order that my sister made...I did all and provided any necessary info that anyone will do when picking up an order. So, I've shown the first female employee an screenshot of the order that my sister sent to me to show as proof...and they didn't know what I was talking about so the first female employee called over the second female employee to confirm the order. And so the second female now looks at the order and then in a bit of a yelled and said "oh, that's a screenshot...we can't help him", and gave me a bit of a nasty look. I told my sister that she would have to call the restaurant and confirm with them over the phone...so as she is calling multiple times...I hear the phone ringing and no one is bordering to pick it up. So my sister finally comes to the restaurant to ask what is going on with the order...just for that second female employee to said "oh it's probably been canceled", and I was thinking to myself like...you could have told me that instead of making me stand here for almost 35mins and not saying anything else to me that entire time.

I guess that's the food is prepared once you order it it takes a little bit longer and you have to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes

Food taste like it was cooked in old grease! Terrible! $34 down the drain.

Its a five when the morning cook is there, when the Spanish guy is there he don't put no lemon pepper on your food no flavor, even when you request it, he save the big pieces fish to give to the white people so I heard.

Been eating here for years! Love the good, window workers are always nice even remember and Acknowledge me (which i love) , and wings are always fresh to order!!! 1 request though lose the banana pudding and go back to the old fries!

This location is probably my favorite. I always go through the drive through. You're not in line forever, and the staff is patient and knowledge. The food comes out hot and correct

Loved the ghetto customer service she was awesome. The food was meh, meaning I loved the fries with lemon salt seasoning, we all did. The fish was fair and so was the oysters, oysters could have been better, crisper but all in all good especially for night options.

It's a lot of fried foods, so be careful. Honestly, the corn nuggets are so good and even though they look a little be sluggish sometimes the people are so nice on their best days. So, give em a chance okay.

WHEW! Wrong rode Snappers WRONG RODE. Normally my experience with Snappers is good. (In their defense they cook to order) But this day...Ordered the full red snapper green beans pigeon peas and rice. Food was not good. Presentation was pleasing, but taste..no...no. AND almost over charged( when the cashier gave the total my friend both said...WHAT???!!!. It was mother's day, sooooo....the third star is for that 🤩🤩🤩🤗🤱🤱🏾🤱🏼

I love the new wet lemon pepper and they have the best slush out of all the snappers in Miami. Not to mention they're quicker and pay Attention. The snappers on 183 and 27 is the worst.

I realized that south Florida's Snappers has the fish and chicken game down to a science. I've traveled to many hoods across America and Snappers is top quality yumminess and the young lady who was there on a Tuesday afternoon had awesome friendly service. My visit was definitely a pleasure!

Nothing like placing your order and waiting for fresh hot wings, shrimp and fries! Heads up people Anything fresh takes a little time so be prepared to wait at least 10 to 15 minutes, they have very affordable specials, and the young lady at the window is always friendly! So on your next Snapper run, if you need something to cool you off try the new slushi, it is gorgeous, taste great and is almost too pretty to drink!💃

The only thing l don't like the lobster was 2 small
